Definitions
- the invention relates to dental surgery and can be used to fix soft tissues (membranes) with targeted bone regeneration.
- Mesh Bone Tack Kit which includes a pin (fixative), which is designed to fix soft tissues and, accordingly, a pin holder, where the pin is made in the form of a pointed clove with a rounded hat, and the pin holder is made in the form of an elongated rod and with the possibility of fastening on one end of the head capture pin, as well as a hammer.
- Frios FixationSet Densply, Implants, Germany tool kit for soft tissue fixation, which in particular includes pins with a round hat in the form of a pointed nail, a milling cutter, a pin holder and a hammer.
- a disadvantage of the known pins is that their insertion into the bone is carried out exclusively with the help of a hammer blow, which causes unpleasant sensations in the patient.
- the pin after the pin is inserted into the bone, to remove the pin holder, it becomes necessary to tilt it slightly, which weakens the pin inserted into the bone or simply removes it even if the pin holder is not tilted.
- This is due to the fact that in order to insert a pin into a bone in a similar way, it is required that the head holding the pin's head holds it rather tightly.
- a harder bone for tissue fixation with a known pin, it is necessary to open a hole in the bone in advance, which is quite difficult in hard-to-reach places.
- the objective of the invention is to provide a number of properties, in particular:
- the round hat is made in the form of two coaxial washers superimposed on each other, the diameter of the upper of which is less than the diameter of the lower, and the point of the clove is made in the form of a regular the pyramids.
- the side surface of the washer with a smaller diameter is made in the form of a conical surface facing upward with a larger diameter.
- the nail tip is made in the form of a triangular or quadrangular regular pyramid.
- the sides of the base and the side faces of the regular pyramid are concave.
- the tip for gripping the pin is removable, with the possibility of connection with the handle, and the handle is made in the form of an oscillator with the possibility of transmitting rotational - oscillatory motion to the tip.
- the inner surface of the edge of the pin gripping tip is made in the form of a side surface of a washer with a smaller diameter of the pin hat.
- the proposed solution eliminates the need to insert a pin into the bone tissue with a hammer blow, which leads to a sharp reduce discomfort in the patient.
- the proposed pin design makes it possible to easily remove the pin holder after inserting the pin, which in turn eliminates the weakening of the pin and the use of additional tools and other elements.
- FIG. 1 shows a general view of the pin
- FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration of a pin tip and a pin holder
- FIG. 3 is a general view of the pin, pin holder and handle in the form of an oscillator.
- the dental pin is made in the form of a pointed clove (1), which has a hat in the form of two washers (2) and (3) coaxially stacked on top of each other, of which the upper (3) has a smaller diameter.
- the point (4) of the clove (1) is made in the form of a regular pyramid.
- the point of the clove is made in the form of a triangular or quadrangular regular pyramid, and the sides (5) of their base and side faces (6) are made concave.
- the pin hat washer with a small diameter (3) is made upward by a large base with a lateral conical surface, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the pin holder has a tip (7) holding the pin hat, and a handle (8), which is made in the form of an oscillator.
- the tip (7) is separable (removable), that is, one end can be inserted into the oscillator (8), which during operation transmits the tip rotationally oscillatory movements.
- the inner surface of the tip is made in accordance with the side surface of the upper washer (3) of the pin hat, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the pin holder tip (7) is pressed onto the pin hat by pressing.
- a washer (3) with a small diameter enters the tip (7), and the edges of the tip "sit" on the lower side surface of the washer (2) with more large diameter.
- the tip (7) is inserted into the oscillator, which provides rotational - oscillatory movements.
- the pin carnation is introduced into the bone tissue, thereby ensuring fixation of the soft tissue.
- the tip (7) is removed by tilting the pin holder in any direction relative to the axis of the stud. In this case, with one edge, the tip holds the pin pressed, thus eliminating its weakening or withdrawal from the bone.
- the pyramid-like execution of the pin tip and insertion into the bone tissue by means of rotational - oscillatory motion helps to increase the efficiency of the process and the incomparably lesser patient discomfort.
- the execution of the concave sides of the base and the side faces of the pyramid-shaped tip of the clove, as well as the introduction of a pin by means of rotational-vibrational movements makes it possible to insert a pin into harder bone tissue without first opening the hole, except for wrapping soft tissue on the pin clove.
