本公开的实施例提供了一种安全带点火系统,包括安全带、锁扣机构、时间继电器、启动马达、电路装置和蓄电箱;锁扣机构包括安装座、第一接电片和第二接电片,安全带设置有插片,安装座开设有插槽,插片能够伸入插槽且与插槽卡接,第一接电片和第二接电片相对设置于插槽的两侧,第一接电片分别与时间继电器和电路装置连接,第二接电片与蓄电箱连接,第一接电片能够在插片与插槽卡接时与第二接电片导通,以使蓄电箱分别与时间继电器和电路装置导通,时间继电器与启动马达连接,时间继电器能够控制启动马达运行预 设时间。
可选地,锁扣机构还包括控制组件,控制组件安装于安装座上,控制组件的第一连接端与蓄电箱连接,控制组件的第二连接端与电路装置连接,控制组件能够控制电路装置的工作状态。
可选地,控制组件包括底座和控制器,底座固定安装于安装座上,底座开设有安装槽,控制器固定安装于安装槽的底壁,且分别与蓄电箱和电路装置连接。
可选地,电路装置具有三个工作状态,分别为锁定、准备预检和通电,控制器上具有三个档位,分别与电路装置的三个工作状态匹配。

请结合参照图1、图2和图3,本公开实施例提供了一种安全型汽车10,用于载人运输或者载货运输。安全型汽车10的结构简单,需要在系上安全带110后才能进行点火动作,能够有效地提醒驾驶员系上安全带110,安全性高,稳定可靠,实用性强。该安全型汽车10包括汽车本体200、发动机300和安全带点火系统100。安全带点火系统100和发动机300均安装于汽车本体200内,安全带点火系统100与发动机300连接,驾驶员必须通过安全带点火系统100才能对发动机300进行点火发动,促使驾驶员系上安全带110,提高了安全型汽车10的安全性能。
本实施例中,安全型汽车10为燃油汽车,则该发动机300为驱动其行走的内燃机。但并不仅限于此,安全型汽车10也可以为新能源汽车或者燃气汽车。因此,对安全型汽车10的供能方式不作具体限定。
本实施例中,安全带点火系统100包括安全带110、锁扣机构120、时间继电器130、启动马达140、电路装置150和蓄电箱160。
安全带110安装于汽车本体200上,且能够与锁扣机构120配合,以将驾驶员绑在座椅上,防止驾驶员在惯性作用下与方向盘、挡风玻璃等坚硬部件发生碰撞。
结合图4,锁扣机构120固定安装于汽车本体200上,锁扣机构120的第二接电片123与蓄电箱160连接,锁扣机构120的第一接电片122分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150连接。锁扣机构120能够在与安全带110上的插片 111配合时,使得第一接电片122通过插片111与第二接电片123导通,这样实现将蓄电箱160分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150导通,使得时间继电器130和电路装置150均得电。需要说明的是,这里的“导通”也可以理解为“电连接”,当第一接电片122通过插片111与第二接电片123导通时,实现蓄电箱160分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150通电,蓄电箱160对时间继电器130和电路装置150供电。可以理解的,与时间继电器130和电路装置150对应的电路可以连接在第一接电片122的同一位置,也可以是两个电路连接在第一接电片122的两个不同的位置。
值得注意的是,时间继电器130与启动马达140连接,启动马达140与发动机300连接,时间继电器130能够控制启动马达140运行预设时间,从而启动发动机300。本实施例中,预设时间为三秒,即时间继电器130能够控制启动马达140运行三秒以启动发动机300,三秒后启动马达140自动断电,以防止启动马达140被烧坏。
值得注意的是,电路装置150安装于汽车本体200内,具体地,电路装置150包括安全型汽车10的功能性电器元件,即除发动系统外的全部电器元件,安全带110伸入锁扣机构120后全车通电,而如果驾驶员下车时不将安全带110拔出锁扣机构120,则会造成电器元件长时间用电导致蓄电箱160的电量耗尽,这样一来,通过全车通电的方式能够有效地提醒驾驶员上车时系上安全带110,下车时取下安全带110,防止驾驶员将安全带110一直系在背后不取的情况发生。
安全带110包括带本体112和固定座113。带本体112穿过固定座113, 且与固定座113滑动连接,以调节带本体112的长度,便于将驾驶员绑在座椅上。插片111固定安装于固定座113上,插片111配置成与锁扣机构120配合,以固定安全带110的相对位置。
请参照图4,具体的,锁扣机构120包括安装座121、第一接电片122、第二接电片123、控制组件124、按压块125、位置传感器126和弹性件127(图4中虚线示出)。安全带110设置有插片111,安装座121开设有插槽1211,插片111能够伸入插槽1211且与插槽1211卡接,以固定安全带110和安装座121的相对位置,从而将驾驶员绑在座椅上。具体的,插槽1211的开口位于安装座121的上方,这样插片111可沿竖直方向伸入插槽1211。
第一接电片122和第二接电片123相对设置于插槽1211的两侧,第一接电片122分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150连接,第二接电片123与蓄电箱160连接,第一接电片122能够在插片111与插槽1211卡接时与第二接电片123导通,以使蓄电箱160分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150导通,从而使时间继电器130和电路装置150均得电。
控制组件124安装于安装座121上,控制组件124的第一连接端与蓄电箱160连接,控制组件124的第二连接端与电路装置150连接,控制组件124能够控制电路装置150的工作状态,以便于驾驶员通过控制组件124对电路装置150进行控制。换句话说,无论插片111是否伸入插槽1211,蓄电箱160均能通过控制组件124与电路装置150导通,只不过只有当插片111伸入插槽1211后,该电路装置150才能得电处于工作状态,此时,控制组件124才能控制电路装置150从而改变其工作状态。
位置传感器126固定安装于安装座121内,且与时间继电器130连接,位置传感器126能够检测插片111的位置,并在插片111进入预设范围内时控制时间继电器130启动。具体地,预设范围即为插槽1211内的范围,当插片111与插槽1211配合时,插片111即进入预设范围,此时位置传感器126发出信号,控制时间继电器130启动,时间继电器130再控制启动马达140运行预设时间,以启动发动机300。需要说明的是,时间继电器130启动后,才能够启动发动机300,利用位置传感器126可以有效地防止驾驶员将其它没有连接安全带110的插扣伸入插槽1211,避免以假乱真的情况发生,使得只能在插片111与插槽1211配合时发动机300才能启动。
结合图4,值得注意的是,安装座121还开设有卸料槽1212,卸料槽1212与插槽1211连通,按压块125通过弹性件127与卸料槽1212的底壁连接,按压块125能够在外力作用下克服弹性件127的弹力压入卸料槽1212,从而将插片111顶出插槽1211,按压块125还能够在没有外力作用时在弹性件127的弹力作用下向上弹起,等待下次顶出插片111。这里的弹性件127可以为弹簧,在按压块125和弹性件127的配合下,实现插片111脱离插槽1211的方式较为现有,在此不做赘述。
本实施例中,第一接电片122、插片111和第二接电片123均由铜材料制成,当插片111与插槽1211配合时,第一接电片122通过插片111与第二接电片123连接,以使蓄电箱160分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150形成通路。但并不仅限于此,第一接电片122、插片111和第二接电片123也可以均由钢材料制成,对第一接电片122、插片111和第二接电片123的制作材料不作具体限定。换句话说,第一接电片122、第二接电片123以及插片111构成 了开关结构,当插片111未伸入第一接电片122和第二接电片123之间时,该第一接电片122和第二接电片123断路,当插片111伸入第一接电片122和第二接电片123之间时,该第一接电片122和第二接电片123通路。
请参照图5,控制组件124包括底座1241、控制器1242和盖板1243。底座1241固定安装于安装座121上,本实施例中,底座1241通过螺钉与安装座121可拆卸连接,以便于维护和保养。
底座1241开设有安装槽1245,控制器1242固定安装于安装槽1245的底壁,且分别与蓄电箱160和电路装置150连接,以将蓄电箱160和电路装置150导通,并能够对电路装置150的工作状态进行控制。也即,控制器1242的第一连接端和第二连接端分别与蓄电箱160和电路装置150连接。当然了,其它实施例中,控制器1242也可以固定安装于安装槽1245的侧壁,或者,控制器1242并不直接安装在安装槽1245的底壁或内侧壁,而是通过其它结构实现间接安装。
盖板1243的一侧与底座1241铰接,盖板1243的另一侧与底座1241卡接,盖板1243能够打开或者遮蔽安装槽1245。当需要使用时,可以通过盖板1243打开安装槽1245,便于驾驶员对控制器1242进行操作。当不需要使用时,可以通过盖板1243遮蔽安装槽1245,这样可以防止驾驶员意外触碰到安装槽1245内的控制器1242,因此可以避免产生误操作,从而可以降低安全隐患。
结合图5,需要说明的是,电路装置150具有三个工作状态,分别为LOCK(锁定)、ACC(准备预检)和ON(通电),控制器1242上具有三个档位12421,分别与电路装置150的三个工作状态匹配,驾驶员能够通过控制器1242对电 路装置150进行控制。具体的,结合图5,安装槽1245具有开口12451,档位12421位于控制器1242靠近开口12451的一侧。更具体的,安装槽1245的开口12451位于底座1241的上方。这样便于驾驶员通过开口12451可直接操作档位12421。
当电路装置150处于LOCK状态下,方向盘被锁死,除了防盗系统和小灯外,安全型汽车10的其它电路完全关闭。当电路装置150处于ACC状态下,安全型汽车10的部分电器元件通电,例如收音机、车灯等,但是不能使用空调。当电路装置150处于ON状态下,安全型汽车10的全部功能性电器元件(除发动系统外的电器元件)通电,此时电路装置150的状态与插片111伸入锁扣机构120时的电路装置150的状态相同,只是不能够启动发动机300。
请参照图6,盖板1243包括转动轴1246、遮蔽部1247和弹性卡扣1248。底座1241上设置有铰接台1249,转动轴1246与遮蔽部1247固定连接,且伸入铰接台1249,并与铰接台1249转动连接,以使遮蔽部1247能够相对于底座1241转动。弹性卡扣1248安装于遮蔽部1247远离转动轴1246的一侧,弹性卡扣1248能够与安装槽1245的内侧壁卡持,以使遮蔽部1247与底座1241固定,对安装槽1245内的控制器1242进行遮蔽,防止误触。弹性卡扣1248可以为橡胶块或者硅胶块。
本实施例中,铰接台1249的数量为两个,两个铰接台1249相对设置于底座1241上,转动轴1246的一端伸入一个铰接台1249,转动轴1246的另一端伸入另一个铰接台1249,以使转动轴1246受力均衡,从而使得盖板1243的转动过程稳定可靠。一种方式下,铰接台1249设置有盲孔,转动轴1246的一 端伸入盲孔中,实现与铰接台1249的转动连接。
本公开实施例提供的安全带点火系统100,安全带110设置有插片111,安装座121开设有插槽1211,插片111能够伸入插槽1211且与插槽1211卡接,第一接电片122和第二接电片123相对设置于插槽1211的两侧,第一接电片122分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150连接,第二接电片123与蓄电箱160连接,第一接电片122能够在插片111与插槽1211卡接时与第二接电片123导通,以使蓄电箱160分别与时间继电器130和电路装置150导通,时间继电器130与启动马达140连接,时间继电器130能够控制启动马达140运行预设时间。与现有技术相比,该安全带点火系统100由于采用了相对设置的第一接电片122和第二接电片123以及与插槽1211卡接的插片111,所以能够利用插片111将第一接电片122和第二接电片123导通,从而使得时间继电器130得电控制启动马达140进行点火动作,有效地提醒驾驶员系上安全带110,安全性高,稳定可靠。使得安全型汽车10安全实用,用户体验感好。

  1. 一种安全带点火系统,其特征在于,包括安全带、锁扣机构、时间继电器、启动马达、电路装置和蓄电箱;所述锁扣机构包括安装座、第一接电片和第二接电片,所述安全带设置有插片,所述安装座开设有插槽,所述插片能够伸入所述插槽且与所述插槽卡接,所述第一接电片和所述第二接电片相对设置于所述插槽的两侧,所述第一接电片分别与所述时间继电器和所述电路装置连接,所述第二接电片与所述蓄电箱连接,所述第一接电片能够在所述插片与所述插槽卡接时与所述第二接电片导通,以使所述蓄电箱分别与所述时间继电器和所述电路装置导通,所述时间继电器与所述启动马达连接,所述时间继电器能够控制所述启动马达运行预设时间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述锁扣机构还包括控制组件,所述控制组件安装于所述安装座上,所述控制组件的第一连接端与所述蓄电箱连接,所述控制组件的第二连接端与所述电路装置连接,所述控制组件能够控制所述电路装置的工作状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括底座和控制器,所述底座固定安装于所述安装座上,所述底座开设有安装槽,所述控制器固定安装于所述安装槽的底壁,且分别与所述蓄电箱和所述电路装置连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述电路装置具有三个工作状态,分别为锁定、准备预检和通电,所述控制器上具有三个档位,分别与所述电路装置的所述三个工作状态匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述安装槽具有开口,所述档位位于所述控制器靠近所述开口的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述安装槽的开口位于所述底座的上方。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述控制组件还包括盖板,所述盖板的一侧与所述底座铰接,所述盖板的另一侧与所述底座卡接,所述盖板能够打开或者遮蔽所述安装槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述盖板包括转动轴、遮蔽部和弹性卡扣,所述底座上设置有铰接台,所述转动轴与所述遮蔽部固定连接,且伸入所述铰接台,并与所述铰接台转动连接,所述弹性卡扣安装于所述遮蔽部远离所述转动轴的一侧,所述弹性卡扣能够与所述安装槽的内侧壁卡持。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述铰接台的数量为两个,两个所述铰接台相对设置于底座上,所述转动轴的一端伸入一个所述铰接台,所述转动轴的另一端伸入另一个所述铰接台。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述锁扣机构还包括位置传感器,所述位置传感器固定安装于所述安装座内,且与所述时间继电器连接,所述位置传感器能够检测所述插片的位置,并在所述插片进入预设范围内时控制所述时间继电器启动。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述锁扣机构还包括按压块和弹性件,所述安装座还开设有卸料槽,所述卸料槽与所述插槽连通,所述按压块通过所述弹性件与所述卸料槽的底壁连接,所述按压块能够将所述插片顶出所述插槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的安全带点火系统,其特征在于,所述安全带包括带本体和固定座,所述带本体穿过所述固定座,且与所述固定座滑 动连接,所述插片固定安装于所述固定座上。
