一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型装饰材料及工艺方法,尤其涉及具有立体装饰层的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
目前的人造装饰材料一般都是表面装饰材料,它的装饰层是通过印刷、粘贴等方式做成的很薄的一个平面层,比如,瓷砖的表面印花层、装饰板的表面装饰膜等,这种装饰材料的主要缺陷是,其一,装饰层易磨损而失去装饰性,其二,立体感差,影响装饰效果。

—种新型装饰材料的加工工艺,其特征在于工艺步骤为:步骤一、先选择一个灰度图作为目标纹理,且根据该灰度图制作基体和凹凸面材料层,基体的材料和凹凸面材料层的材料是不同的,凹凸面材料层的各部分的材料也是不同的,基体的材料和凹凸面材料层的材料采用具有相同透光性、吸光性、反光性的光学性质的材料制成,有利于获得更清晰的目标纹理;步骤二、在凹凸面材料层的凹凸面上填充高散射透光材料构成高散射透光材料层,使得凹凸面材料层和高散射透光材料层的结合曲面同给定的灰度图对应的一个浮雕曲面相吻合;步骤三、将高散射透光材料层上部加工成平面制成新型装饰材料。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种新型装饰材料,其特征在于该新型装饰材料是有一定厚度的立体结构,由基体、基体上的凹凸面材料层以及填充在凹凸面材料层上的高散射透光材料层构成,而且凹凸面材料层和高散射透光材料层的结合曲面同给定的灰度图对应的一个浮雕曲面相吻合。
  2. 一种新型装饰材料的加工工艺,其特征在于工艺步骤为:
    步骤一、先选择一个灰度图作为目标纹理,且根据该灰度图制作基体和凹凸面材料层;
    步骤二、在凹凸面材料层的凹凸面上填充高散射透光材料构成高散射透光材料层,使得凹凸面材料层和高散射透光材料层的结合曲面同给定的灰度图对应的一个浮雕曲面相吻合;
    步骤三、将高散射透光材料层上部加工成平面制成新型装饰材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,其特征在于基体的材料和凹凸面材料层的材料是不同的。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,特征在于凹凸面材料层的材料采用具有相同的颜色、透光性、吸光性、反光性的相同光学性质材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,其特征在于高散射透光材料层的材料采用具有相同的颜色、透光性、吸光性、反光性的相同光学性质材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,其特征在于所述的凹凸面材料层的材料的透光性低于透光材料层的材料的透光性。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,其特征在于所述对凹凸面材料层的填充的透光材料层是全部填充。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型装饰材料及其加工工艺,其特征在 于所述对凹凸面材料层的填充的透光材料层是部分填充,露出部分凹凸面材料层或者部分基体,露出的凹凸面材料层部分或者基体部分也是表面成像的一部分。
