小径段52具有靠近大径段51的吸附端,缺口14处于限制区域15的上端部,当连接件30移动至吸附端时,内吸盘40处于限制区域15的上端部,且第一吸附腔连通内腔,限制壁13的上端部限制内吸盘40继续朝向大径段51方向移动;这样,当进行物体提取,内吸盘40移动至缺口14处时,限制壁13的上端部限制内吸盘40继续移动,保证外吸盘20失去吸力,同时避免内吸盘40移动距离过大,不便于外吸盘20进行吸附与不吸附的切换;同时,在限制壁13的上端部的作用下,避免连接件30脱离小径段52。
吸附端具有朝向大径段51的外端,吸附端的外端设有两个相向延伸布置的限制块,两个限制块之间的间隙小于小径段52;在两个限制块的作用下,有效限制连接件30脱离小径段52,从而避免影响吸盘结构的正常工作。
吸附端的外端才扩口状,进行连接件30组装时,便于连接件30嵌入小径段52,便于连接件30与固定壳10的组装。
小径段52具有背离大径段51的吸附端,当连接件30移动至吸附端时,内吸盘40处于限制区域15的下端部,限制壁13的下端部限制内吸盘40继续沿背离大径段51方向移动;在限制壁13的下端部的作用下,避免内吸盘40移动距离过大,不便于外吸盘20进行吸附与不吸附的切换;另外,避免吸盘结构整体重心偏差过大,影响整体结构的稳固性。
另外,在限制壁13的下端部的作用下,避免连接件30移动时与壳体造成碰撞霍磨损,提高吸盘结构的使用寿命。
固定壳10的外端部11朝下凹陷形成固定槽17,连接件30的顶部活动置于固定槽17;条形孔50处于固定槽17的下方;增大连接件30的安设稳固性。
沿自上而下,固定槽17、条形孔50以及卡板16依次布置且呈阶梯状布置;多重对连接件30起到支撑作用,增强连接件30的安设稳固性以及增强连接件30移动稳定性。
内吸盘40呈弧面状布置, 形成第一吸附面,且内吸盘40的中部朝上凸起,第一吸附面抵触底板12,第一吸附面具有第一吸附腔;外吸盘20呈弧形状布置,形成第二吸附面,且外吸盘20的中部朝下凹陷,第二吸附面用于吸附物体,第二吸附面形成第二吸附腔;增强内吸盘40与外吸盘20的配合效果,以及内吸盘40和壳体的配合效果,保证对物体的吸附。
外吸盘20的中部朝下凹陷,形成下嵌部,连接件30的顶部形成上部开口,上嵌部嵌入上部开口,且上嵌部呈中空状,从而保证第一吸附腔与第二吸附腔连通,同时,增强外吸盘20与连接件30的安装稳固性。
内吸盘40的中部朝上凸起,形成上嵌部,连接件30的底部形成下部开口,下嵌部嵌入下部开口,且下嵌部呈中空状,从而保证第一吸附腔与第二吸附腔连通,同时,增强内吸盘40与连接件30的安装稳固性。
条形孔50呈椭圆状布置,连接件30呈圆柱状布置,便于连接件30沿条形孔50往复移动。
限制区域15呈椭圆状布置,这样,限制区域15与条形孔50的配合效果更佳,便于连接件30、内吸盘40以及外吸盘20的移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 吸盘结构,其特征在于,包括固定壳、外吸盘、连接件以及呈挤压状态的内吸盘,所述外吸盘以及所述内吸盘分别对应连接在所述连接件的两端部,所述外吸盘用于吸住固定待吸附物体,所述固定壳固定布置,其内部具有腔室,所述固定壳具有朝向所述外吸盘布置的外端部,所述固定壳的外端部中设置有连通腔室的条形孔,所述连接件活动穿设在所述条形孔中,所述内吸盘处于所述腔室且抵触所述固定壳,所述外吸盘与所述内吸盘连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述条形孔包括大于所述连接件直径的大径段以及小于所述连接件直径的小径段,所述大径段与所述小径段连通;当所述连接件处于所述小径段时,所述内吸盘呈挤压状态。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述条形孔内形成有两个卡板,两个所述卡板之间形成所述小径段;所述连接件的两侧分别形成有朝内凹陷的卡槽,所述卡槽两端呈贯通状布置,当所述连接件处于所述小径段时,两个所述卡板一一对应嵌入两个所述卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述固定壳包括底板,所述内吸盘抵触所述底板;所述连接件沿所述条形孔移动时,所述内吸盘抵触所述底板且相对所述底板移动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述内吸盘具有第一吸附腔,所述外吸盘具有与所述第一吸附腔连通的第二吸附腔,所述底板形成有缺口,当所述内吸盘移动至所述缺口,所述第一吸附腔与所述第二吸附腔分别连通所述内腔,使所述外吸盘失去吸附力。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述底板设有限制壁,限制壁呈环状围合布置形成限制区域,所述缺口以及所述内吸盘均处于所述限制区域。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述小径段具有靠近所述大径段的吸附端,所述缺口处于所述限制区域的上端部,当所述连接件移动至所述吸附端时,所述内吸盘处于所述限制区域的上端部,且所述第一吸附腔连通所述内腔,所述限制壁的上端部限制所述内吸盘继续朝向所述大径段方向移动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述吸附端具有朝向所述大径段的外端,所述吸附端的外端设有两个相向延伸布置的限制块,两个所述限制块之间的间隙小于所述小径段。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任意一项所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述小径段具有背离所述大径段的吸附端,当所述连接件移动至所述吸附端时,所述内吸盘处于所述限制区域的下端部,所述限制壁的下端部限制所述内吸盘继续沿背离所述大径段方向移动。
  10. 如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的吸盘结构,其特征在于,所述固定壳的外端部朝下凹陷形成固定槽,所述连接件的顶部活动置于所述固定槽;所述条形孔处于所述固定槽的下方。
