Description

一种新能源驱动电机 技术领域
本实用新型属于电机技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源驱动电机。
背景技术
新能源驱动电机主要用在新能源汽车上,因此,通常被称为新能源汽车驱动电机,由于新能源汽车驱动电机轴伸处线速度通常大于10m/s,旋转密封易发生扭曲和过度磨损使密封失效,目前新能源汽车驱动电机旋转轴通常单一骨架油封密封,若电动汽车不慎或在恶劣天气条件下被迫淌水行驶容易造成电机损坏。另外,一般油封都是由橡胶制成,在长期的使用过程中会造成磨损,而使得密封性变差。
现有专利一种新能源汽车驱动电机的旋转密封结构(公告号CN207504690U)公开了一种新能源汽车驱动电机的旋转密封结构,包括驱动电机,驱动电机由机体和转动轴组成,转动轴插设在机体内,转动轴上套接有第一安装孔,且第一安装孔为圆环形,第一安装孔内设有第一油封,密封板靠近机体的一端侧壁上连接有多块卡块,且卡块设置于密封板的边缘处,机体靠近密封板的一端侧壁上设有第二安装孔,且第二安装孔为圆环形,第二安装孔内设有第二油封,机体上设有与卡块数量相对应的卡槽,且卡块位于卡槽内。该实用新型不仅有效提高旋转机构的密封性,而且还能延长旋转机构的使用寿命,解决单一骨架油封密封问题。但是第一油封和第二油封在长期的使用过程中会造成磨损,而使得密封性变差的问题并没有解决。
因此急需一种能够解决现有问题的新能源驱动电机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供新能源驱动电机,设有自密封结构,即使长时间的使用依然可以使得第一油封和第二油封始终与转动轴紧密接触,增加密封性。
本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:
一种新能源驱动电机,包括驱动电机本体,所述驱动电机本体包括机体和转动轴,所述转动轴插设在所述机体内,所述转动轴上套接有密封板,所述密封板的靠近所述机体的一端侧壁上设有O形垫圈,远离所述机体的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内设有第一油封,所述机体靠近所述密封板的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔内设有第二油封,所述第一油封和所述第二油封均设有圆环形的内腔,所述内腔内设有自密封结构,所述自密封结构能够使得所述第一油封和所述第二油封始终与所述转动轴紧密相贴。一般所述第一油封和第二油封都是密封元件,可以由橡胶制成,但是在使用过程中会造成磨损,而使得密封效果不佳,而当磨损后,与所述转动轴之间会存在间隙,此时所述自密封结构会推动所述第一油封或者第二油封与所述转动轴紧密相贴,确保良好的密封效果。
优选的,所述自密封结构包括弹簧、填料压环和填料组,所述内腔内设有多个所述弹簧、一个圆环形的所述填料压环和一个呈圆环形的所述填料腔,所述填料腔内填充有所 述填料组,所有的所述弹簧沿所述内腔周向分布,所述弹簧始终处于压缩状态且与所述填料压环相连,所述填料组的两侧分别与所述填料压环和所述内腔的靠近所述转动轴侧的内壁紧密相贴。当磨损后,与所述转动轴之间会存在间隙,所述弹簧由于处于压缩状态,会自动伸长推动所述填料压环压向所述填料组,而所述填料组压向所述第一油封或者所述第二油封从而使其能够具有更好的密封效果。
优选的,所述填料组由石棉纤维或植物纤维组成。
优选的,所述机体包括外壳,所述外壳上设有多个散热片。有利于散热。
优选的,所述外壳的两侧设有若干呈L形的安装板,所述安装板上设有若干螺纹孔。将所述安装板卡在汽车车架上。
优选的,所述安装板内侧设有缓冲垫。当汽车在行驶过程中,该汽车车架会随着震动,而设有所述缓冲垫,能够缓解该新能源驱动电机的震动强度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:设有自密封结构,即使长时间的使用依然可以使得第一油封和第二油封始终与转动轴紧密接触,增加密封性。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,一种新能源驱动电机,包括驱动电机本体,所述驱动电机本体包括机体1和转动轴2,所述转动轴2插设在所述机体1内,所述转动轴2上套接有密封板3,所述密封板3的靠近所述机体1的一端侧壁上设有O形垫圈4,远离所述机体1的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第一安装孔5,所述第一安装孔5内设有第一油封6,所述机体1靠近所述密封板3的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第二安装孔7,所述第二安装孔7内设有第二油封8,所述第一油封6和所述第二油封8均设有圆环形的内腔9,所述内腔9内设有自密封结构,所述自密封结构能够使得所述第一油封6和所述第二油封8始终与所述转动轴2紧密相贴。一般所述第一油封6和第二油封8都是密封元件,可以由橡胶制成,但是在使用过程中会造成磨损,而使得密封效果不佳,而当磨损后,与所述转动轴2之间会存在间隙,此时所述自密封结构会推动所述第一油封6或者第二油封8与所述转动轴2紧密相贴,确保良好的密封效果。
具体的,所述自密封结构包括弹簧10、填料压环11和填料组12,所述内腔9内设有多个所述弹簧10、一个圆环形的所述填料压环11和一个呈圆环形的所述填料腔,所述填料腔内填充有所述填料组12,所有的所述弹簧10沿所述内腔9周向分布,所述弹簧10始终处于 压缩状态且与所述填料压环11相连,所述填料组12的两侧分别与所述填料压环11和所述内腔9的靠近所述转动轴2侧的内壁紧密相贴。当磨损后,与所述转动轴2之间会存在间隙,所述弹簧10由于处于压缩状态,会自动伸长推动所述填料压环11压向所述填料组12,而所述填料组12压向所述第一油封6或者所述第二油封8从而使其能够具有更好的密封效果。其中所述填料组12可以由石棉纤维或植物纤维组成。
具体的,所述机体1包括外壳13,所述外壳13上设有多个散热片131。有利于散热。
具体的,所述外壳13的两侧设有若干呈L形的安装板14,所述安装板14上设有若干螺纹孔141。将所述安装板14卡在汽车车架16上。
具体的,所述安装板14内侧设有缓冲垫15。当汽车在行驶过程中,该汽车车架16会随着震动,而设有所述缓冲垫15,能够缓解该新能源驱动电机的震动强度。
值得注意的是图1中为了更好的显示安装板14的结构,故未将螺栓画出,仅仅保留螺纹孔141的状态图。图4是以第一油封6内的内腔中的自密封结构为例,其中,第二油封8内的内腔中的自密封结构与第一油封的内腔中的自密封结构相同。

  1. 一种新能源驱动电机,其特征在于,包括驱动电机本体,所述驱动电机本体包括机体和转动轴,所述转动轴插设在所述机体内,所述转动轴上套接有密封板,所述密封板的靠近所述机体的一端侧壁上设有O形垫圈,远离所述机体的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔内设有第一油封,所述机体靠近所述密封板的一端侧壁上设有圆环形的第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔内设有第二油封,所述第一油封和所述第二油封均设有圆环形的内腔,所述内腔内设有自密封结构,所述自密封结构能够使得所述第一油封和所述第二油封始终与所述转动轴紧密相贴。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新能源驱动电机,其特征在于,所述自密封结构包括弹簧、填料压环和填料组,所述内腔内设有多个所述弹簧、一个圆环形的所述填料压环和一个呈圆环形的填料腔,所述填料腔内填充有所述填料组,所有的所述弹簧沿所述内腔周向分布,所述弹簧始终处于压缩状态且与所述填料压环相连,所述填料组的两侧分别与所述填料压环和所述内腔的靠近所述转动轴侧的内壁紧密相贴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新能源驱动电机,其特征在于,所述填料组由石棉纤维或植物纤维组成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新能源驱动电机,其特征在于,所述机体包括外壳,所述外壳上设有多个散热片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新能源驱动电机,其特征在于,所述外壳的两侧设有若干呈L形的安装板,所述安装板上设有若干螺纹孔。
