一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,包括:机架(2);布置于机架(2)中部的电机减速器(4)和回转加载轮组(5),电机减速器(4)为回转加载轮组(5)提供动力,回转加载轮组(5)在转动的过程中对路面进行碾压试验;布置于机架(2)的保温组件,回转加载轮组(5)位于保温组件的保温内腔(9);布置于机架(2)的恒温单元(1);布置于机架(2)的控制柜(8),控制柜(8)分别连接并控制恒温单元(1)和电机减速器(4)。

Description

一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统 技术领域
本发明涉及加速加载试验系统技术领域,具体地说是一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统。
背景技术
现有的回转式加速加载试验系统,不具备恒温实验的条件,也不具备恒温水浴实验的条件,造成恒温条件下的实验无法开展。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,解决了现有回转式加速加载试验系统无法进行恒温下的加速加载实验,及恒温水浴下的加速加载实验问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其结构包括:
机架,
布置于机架中部的电机减速器和回转加载轮组,电机减速器为回转加载轮组提供动力,回转加载轮组在转动的过程中对路面进行碾压试验;
布置于机架的保温组件,回转加载轮组位于保温组件的保温内腔;
布置于机架的恒温单元;
布置于机架的控制柜,控制柜分别连接并控制恒温单元和电机减速器。
具体的,所涉及保温组件包括机架保温内腔和下保温围帘,机架保温内腔具有开口朝下的空腔,回转加载轮组位于空腔内,下保温围帘包覆于机架保温内腔的下部并自然下垂至地面。
进一步的,所涉及试验系统还包括:
用于调节机架竖直高度的可调支腿。
具体的,所涉及可调支腿的数量为偶数个,偶数个可调支腿竖直放置并对称连接机架。
进一步的,所涉及试验系统还包括:布置于机架且位于回转加载轮组下方的试件水浴固定组件。试件水浴固定组件又包括:布置于机架侧部的水加热循环设备;布置于回转加载轮组下方的水浴槽。
进一步的,所涉及试验系统还包括:布置于机架底部的行走轮组件。
本发明的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统与现有技术相比所产生的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,集成化程度高,移动方便,实现恒温实验条件和恒温水浴条件的能耗低,解决了现有回转式加速加载试验系统无法进行恒温下的加速加载实验,及恒温水浴下的加速加载实验问题;同时,本发明安装方便、拆卸方便,可靠性能高。

为了更好的说明本发明,现结合具体实施例以及说明书附图对技术方案做进一步的说明。虽然实施例中记载了这些具体的实施方式,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所述技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动和润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。
实施例一:
如附图1、2所示,本发明提供一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其结构包括:
机架2,
布置于机架2中部的电机减速器4和回转加载轮组5,电机减速器4为回转加载轮组5提供动力,回转加载轮组5在转动的过程中对路面进行碾压试验;
布置于机架2的保温组件,保温组件包括机架保温内腔9和下保温围帘3,机架保温内腔9具有开口朝下的空腔,回转加载轮组5位于空腔内,下保温围帘3包覆于机架保温内腔9的下部并自然下垂至地面;
布置于机架2的恒温单元1,比如说上海今友试验设备有限公司或上海精宏实验设备有限公司的GDW-036;
布置于机架2的控制柜8,控制柜8分别连接并控制恒温单元1和电机减速器4。
所涉及试验系统还包括:
用于调节机架2竖直高度的可调支腿7。可调支腿7的数量为偶数个,偶数个可调支腿7竖直放置并对称连接机架2。本实施例以可调支腿7有四个进行举例。
实施例二:
如附图3所示,在实施例一的结构基础上,所涉及试验系统还包括:布置于机架2且位于回转加载轮组5下方的试件水浴固定组件。
试件水浴固定组件又包括:布置于机架2侧部的水加热循环设备11;布置于回转加载轮组5下方的水浴槽10。比如说杭州保恒恒温技术有限公司的高温恒温水槽BH8102、常州诺基仪器有限公司的恒温水浴槽NKSY-15。
实施例三:
如附图4所示,在实施例一的结构基础上,所涉及试验系统还包括:布置于机架2底部的行走轮组件6,以便于机架2的移动。
尽管根据有限数量的实施例描述了本发明,但是,受益于上面的描述,本技术领域的技术人员应该明白,在由此描述的本发明的范围内,可以设想其他实施例。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,其结构包括:
    机架,
    布置于机架中部的电机减速器和回转加载轮组,所述电机减速器为回转加载轮组提供动力,所述回转加载轮组在转动的过程中对路面进行碾压试验;
    布置于机架的保温组件,所述回转加载轮组位于保温组件的保温内腔;
    布置于机架的恒温单元;
    布置于机架的控制柜,所述控制柜分别连接并控制所述恒温单元和所述电机减速器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,所述保温组件包括机架保温内腔和下保温围帘,所述机架保温内腔具有开口朝下的空腔,所述回转加载轮组位于所述空腔内,所述下保温围帘包覆于所述机架保温内腔的下部并自然下垂至地面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    用于调节机架竖直高度的可调支腿。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,所述可调支腿的数量为偶数个,偶数个可调支腿竖直放置并对称连接所述机架。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,还包括:布置于机架且位于回转加载轮组下方的试件水浴固定组件;
    所述试件水浴固定组件又包括:
    布置于机架侧部的水加热循环设备;
    布置于回转加载轮组下方的水浴槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温回转式加速加载试验系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    布置于机架底部的行走轮组件。
