所述的晃动机构4包括固定设置在底座1上的电机41、传动曲柄42、传动板43、设置在底座1上的两道滑槽45以及设置在滑槽45内的两块滑块44;所述的传动曲柄42两端分别与电机41、滑块44相互传动连接,且传动曲柄42上设置有速度传感器421;所述的滑块44上设置有连接柱441,连接柱441是与箱体20相互连接,且在连接柱441与箱体20的连接部分设置有若干压力传感器442;所述的传动板43的两端分别设置有通槽431,通槽431与连接柱441相互套设,传动板43的中部是与底座1相互铰接;
所述的调节支架3包括固定设置在箱体20上的不锈钢固定板31、磁性调节板32以及若干套设在磁性调节板32上的支撑板33;所述的不锈钢固定板31上设置有卡槽310,磁性调节板32是与卡槽310相互连接;所述的不锈钢固定板31上设置有腔体311,腔体311内设置有张紧弹簧312以及闩柱313;所述的闩柱313的一端是与张紧弹簧312相互抵接,闩柱313的另一端是穿出不锈钢固定板31与磁性调节板32上的凹槽321相互卡接。
所述的试管位21是由网板制成;所述的箱体20内腔设置有温度传感器23;所述的温度传感器23、微型气泵24、发热盘22、速度传感器421、压力传感器442是分别与固定设置在底座1上的控制器25相互电连接;所述的支撑板33是不锈钢制成,支撑板33与磁性调节板32之间是间隙配合;所述的支撑板33上设置有与试管位21对应的若干通孔34;所述的凹槽321是竖向均匀设置在磁性调节板32上。
本发明所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,包括底座、保温机构、调节支架以及晃动机构,所述的底座是由配重金属板镶嵌磁铁 制成,避免试管架头重脚轻而倾覆,此外还可通过底座上的卡接槽直接与试验台卡接;保温机构采用在带试管位的箱体内设置发热盘,并利用微型气泵向箱体内供气的方式使箱体内腔温度均匀,提升保温效果;相互滑动连接的不锈钢固定板和磁性调节板以弹簧驱动的闩柱卡接定位,在调节不锈钢与磁性调节板、磁性调节板与支撑板的相互位置时两者之间产生阻尼,从而防止支架的突然掉落损坏试管;晃动机构结构简单,且能模仿人手对试管左右晃动,此外,箱体内设置的温度传感器、晃动机构上设置的速度传感器和压力传感器则分别与控制器配合控制试管架的温度和晃动速度;其结构合理,具有结构简单、使用方便、固定牢固,保温效果好、适用性强、智能化程度高、防沉淀效果好等优点,有效解决试管架容易倾倒的问题。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:包括底座(1)、保温机构(2)、调节支架(3)以及晃动机构(4),所述的底座(1)上设置有用于和试验台卡接的卡接槽(11)、用于将底座(1)和试验台锁紧的蝶形螺栓(13)以及用于和铁质试验台吸合的磁铁(12);
    所述的保温机构(2)包括一个带有试管位(21)的箱体(20)、固定设置在箱体(20)内腔的发热盘(22)以及和箱体(20)内腔相互连通的微型气泵(24);
    所述的晃动机构(4)包括固定设置在底座(1)上的电机(41)、传动曲柄(42)、传动板(43)、设置在底座(1)上的两道滑槽(45)以及设置在滑槽(45)内的两块滑块(44);所述的传动曲柄(42)两端分别与电机(41)、滑块(44)相互传动连接,且传动曲柄(42)上设置有速度传感器(421);所述的滑块(44)上设置有连接柱(441),连接柱(441)是与箱体(20)相互连接,且在连接柱(441)与箱体(20)的连接部分设置有若干压力传感器(442);所述的传动板(43)的两端分别设置有通槽(431),通槽(431)与连接柱(441)相互套设,传动板(43)的中部是与底座(1)相互铰接;
    所述的调节支架(3)包括固定设置在箱体(20)上的不锈钢固定板(31)、磁性调节板(32)以及若干套设在磁性调节板(32)上的支撑板(33);所述的不锈钢固定板(31)上设置有卡槽(310),磁性调节板(32)是与卡槽(310)相互连接;所述的不锈钢固定板(31)上设置有腔体(311),腔体(311)内设置有张紧弹簧(312)以及闩柱(313);所述的闩柱(313)的一端是与张紧弹簧(312)相互抵接,闩柱(313)的另一端是穿出不锈钢固定板(31)与磁性调节板(32)上的凹槽(321)相互卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的试管位(21)是由网板制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的箱体(20)内腔设置有温度传感器(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的温度传感器(23)、微型气泵(24)、发热盘(22)、速度传感器(421)、压力传感器(442)是分别与固定设置在底座(1)上的控制器(25)相互电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的支撑板(33)是不锈钢制成,支撑板(33)与磁性调节板(32)之间是间隙配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的支撑板(33)上设置有与试管位(21)对应的若干通孔(34)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于智能医疗检测的可调式防倾倒保温试管架,其特征是:所述的凹槽(321)是竖向均匀设置在磁性调节板(32)上。
