- Interior sheet 100 includes a base layer (110).
- the base layer 110 has a function of providing the mechanical properties of the interior sheet according to the present invention.
- the substrate layer may be used without limitation as long as the film has a constant mechanical strength, and preferably at least one of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), paper, and polyolefin may be used.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- paper and polyolefin
- the substrate layer 110 having a chemical or physical surface treatment may be used to improve adhesion of the embossed coating layer.
- a functional layer such as a primer layer may be further included between the base layer 110 and the emboss coating layer 120 as necessary.
- the substrate layer 110 may have a thickness of about 30 ⁇ m to about 100 ⁇ m.
- the thickness of the base layer in the above range, it is possible to provide excellent mechanical properties, there is an advantage that the process is easy.
- the thickness of the substrate layer is less than the above range, mechanical properties may be lowered, thereby causing molding and process difficulties.
- the thickness of the base layer is more than the above range, there is a difficulty in the process, curl may occur.
- the interior sheet 100 includes an embossed coating layer 120.
- the embossing coating layer 120 is a component that imparts a natural inorganic texture to the interior sheet 100 and includes at least two kinds of inorganic particles having different specific gravity.
- Conventional interior sheets impart inorganic texture through a process of forming embossing on the surface. Accordingly, the conventional interior sheet is difficult to give a natural inorganic texture and strong artificial feeling has a disadvantage of lack of decoration. In addition, the conventional interior sheet has a problem due to the increased cost because a separate surface embossing process must be further progressed in order to impart an inorganic texture.
- the interior sheet 100 includes an emboss coating layer 120 disposed on one surface of the base layer 110, and includes at least two kinds of inorganic particles having different specific gravity in the emboss coating layer 120. You can give it a natural inorganic texture.
- the inorganic particles may be used without limitation as long as they are at least two kinds of inorganic particles having different specific gravity.
- the inorganic particles may include low specific gravity inorganic particles having a specific gravity of 1 or less and high specific gravity inorganic particles having a specific gravity of 1.5 or more, and more preferably, the specific gravity of the low specific gravity inorganic particles may be 0.5 or less and the high specific gravity.
- the specific gravity of the inorganic particles may be 2.0 or more. Since the low specific gravity inorganic particles have a specific gravity of 1 or less and relatively low specific gravity compared to the high specific gravity inorganic particles, they are distributed on the upper side (surface side) of the embossed coating layer 120.
- the specific gravity inorganic particles Even if the low specific gravity inorganic particles have a specific gravity smaller than that of the high specific gravity inorganic particles, the specific gravity may be more than 1, which may cause a problem that the low specific gravity inorganic particles may not be properly distributed on the upper portion of the embossed coating layer 120.
- the high specific gravity inorganic particles have a specific gravity of 1.5 or more and are distributed in the lower portion (opposite side of the surface) of the embossed coating layer 120 because the specific gravity is higher than the low specific gravity inorganic particles. Even if the high specific gravity inorganic particles have a specific gravity higher than that of the low specific gravity inorganic particles, the specific gravity may be less than 1.5. Therefore, a problem may occur in that the embossed coating layer 120 cannot be properly distributed.
- the low specific gravity inorganic particles are disposed on the upper side (surface side) of the embossed coating layer 120 to impart unevenness to the surface of the interior sheet 100. Accordingly, the surface of the interior sheet 100 can be maximized the inorganic texture. As the diameter of the low specific gravity inorganic particles is larger, unevenness may be noticeable, and having a diameter of about 30 to 80% of the thickness of the embossed coating layer is most preferable in providing an effective texture.
- the low specific gravity inorganic particles may be used without limitation as long as they are inorganic particles that may be distributed on the emboss coating layer 120, preferably glass beads or silica particles. More preferably, the low specific gravity inorganic particles may be hollow glass beads. In order to give the interior sheet 100 a natural natural inorganic texture, hollow glass beads having a specific gravity of about 0.1 to 0.5 and a diameter of 10 to 100 ⁇ m may be used.
- the high specific gravity inorganic particles are positioned below the emboss coating layer 120 (opposite surface) to support the low specific gravity inorganic particles.
- the high specific weight inorganic particles correspond to particles having a relatively high specific gravity compared to the low specific weight inorganic particles. Accordingly, not all of the high specific weight inorganic particles should be located under the emboss coating layer 120, and a part of the high specific weight inorganic particles are located on the upper part of the emboss coating layer 120 to have fine irregularities on the surface of the interior sheet 100. Can be given.
- the diameter of the high specific gravity inorganic particles is preferably smaller than that of the low specific gravity inorganic particles.
- the shape of the high specific gravity inorganic particles is more preferably plate-shaped.
- the high specific gravity inorganic particles may be used without limitation as long as the inorganic particles may be distributed to support the low specific gravity inorganic particles at the lower portion of the emboss coating layer 120, but preferably have a visual effect such as quenching effect to maximize the inorganic texture. It may include one or more of diatomaceous earth, TiO 2 and zeolite that can be imparted. In order to give the interior sheet 100 a natural natural inorganic texture and to further increase the surface properties and mechanical properties, most preferably, plate-like diatomaceous earth having a specific gravity of about 2 to 2.5 and a diameter of 5 to 50 ⁇ m is used. Can be.
- the embossing coating layer 120 may be formed in various ways known in the art, but preferably the embossing coating composition may be a cured cured product, and the embossing coating composition may include the inorganic particles and the binder resin. Can be.
- the embossed coating composition may be applied to the substrate layer and then heat treated to be used in the form of a thermoset.
- the embossed coating composition may be applied to the substrate layer in a known manner such as a gravure coating method, a roll coating method, and may be coated once or several times. It may then be heat treated at about 110 ° C. to about 150 ° C. for a suitable time to become a thermoset.
- the inorganic particles included in the embossed coating composition are as described above.
- the embossing coating composition may include 5 to 30 parts by weight of the inorganic particles compared to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin. By including the inorganic particles in the above range, it is possible to give a natural inorganic texture to the interior sheet.
- the embossing coating composition may include a binder resin. Since the binder resin according to the present invention is used for interior sheets in the form of a film, it is preferable to use a resin having appropriate elasticity. In addition, the binder resin preferably has a viscosity of about 500 cp or less because it is easy for the coating process and should hold the inorganic particles well. In addition, the binder resin is preferably able to ensure a constant surface hardness. In addition, the binder resin preferably has a specific gravity of about 1 to 1.1 in relation to the specific gravity of the inorganic particles.
- the binder resin to be applied to the embossed coating composition is preferably a known binder resin having the above-mentioned characteristics can be used without limitation, More preferably, the inorganic binder resin having a constant elastic force while the inorganic particles can be fixed well Can be used.
- the binder resin may be one or more of a polyurethane resin, an acrylic polyurethane dispersion (Acrylic Urethane Dispersion) and a water dispersible polyurethane resin (Poly Urethane Dispersion).
- the embossing coating composition may further include various kinds of additives for the purpose of dispersion of inorganic particles, smoothness of the embossing coating layer, bubble removal, and the like, and the additives may include pigments, thickeners, dispersants, leveling agents, wetting agents, and the like. One or more of the antifoams may be included.
- the thickness of the embossed coating layer 120 is not particularly limited, but may have a thickness of 30 ⁇ m to 150 ⁇ m. By maintaining the thickness range of the embossed coating layer 120, it is possible to maintain the natural inorganic texture and matting effect with excellent durability. When the embossed coating layer 120 is less than the thickness range, mechanical strength may decrease and molding difficulties may occur. In addition, when the embossed coating layer 120 exceeds the thickness range, the inorganic texture effect and the matting effect may be lowered and curl may occur. Furthermore, in the case where a plurality of emboss coating layers 120 are disposed, the thickness of each emboss coating layer 120 may satisfy the above range.
- the embossed coating layer 120 preferably has a surface roughness (Ra) in the range of 5 ⁇ m to 10 ⁇ m in order to exhibit a natural inorganic feel.
- Ra surface roughness
- the matting effect can be maximized along with the natural inorganic texture effect.
- the surface roughness of the embossed coating layer 120 is less than the above range, the matting effect may be lowered and a problem may occur in which the natural inorganic texture is not expressed.
- the surface roughness of the embossed coating layer 120 exceeds the above range, durability may be reduced.
- the surface roughness Ra of the embossed coating layer 120 may have a range of 6 ⁇ m to 8 ⁇ m.
- FIG. 1 a cross-sectional view of the interior sheet 101 according to another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown in FIG.
- the interior sheet 101 according to the present invention may further include a printing layer 130 on the emboss coating layer 120.
- the print layer 130 is an optional component that may be additionally formed when it is necessary to give various patterns to the interior sheet 100.
- the material or method for forming the printed layer 130 may be used without any known materials or methods.
- the interior sheets 100 and 101 according to the present invention may further include an adhesive layer and a release layer on one surface of the substrate layer 100 (opposite side of the surface on which the emboss coating layer 120 is formed).
- the adhesive layer is a component for adhering or adhering the interior sheet to an object such as a wall.
- an adhesive component or an adhesive component known in the art may be used without limitation.
- the release layer is removed upon use of the interior sheet as a component to protect the adhesive layer.
- the release layer may also be a release film known in the art without limitation, typically a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or the like may be used as the release layer.
- PET polyethylene terephthalate
- the embossing coating composition was applied on a PET substrate layer having a thickness of 50 ⁇ m, and an embossed coating layer having a thickness of 75 ⁇ m was formed after thermosetting to prepare an interior sheet.
- Example 1 the same conditions as in Example 1 except that 4 parts by weight of hollow silica particles having a diameter of 40 ⁇ m to 60 ⁇ m and specific gravity of about 0.4 instead of 4 parts by weight of the two kinds of glass beads and An interior sheet according to Example 2 was prepared by the method.
- Example 1 except that 4 parts by weight of zeolite particles having a particle diameter of 20 ⁇ m to 40 ⁇ m and a specific gravity of about 2.2 instead of 10 parts by weight of diatomaceous earth were used in Example 3 under the same conditions and methods as in Example 1. According to the interior sheet.
- Example 1 the interior sheet was manufactured under the same conditions and methods as in Example 1, except that a total of 4 parts by weight of the two kinds of glass beads were excluded from the composition.
- Example 1 except that 10 parts by weight of the diatomaceous earth was excluded from the composition, the interior sheet was manufactured under the same conditions and methods as in Example 1.
- the surface of the interior sheet according to Example 1 has appropriately disposed inorganic particles (glass beads) having a small specific gravity, and other inorganic particles having a large specific gravity form fine irregularities. Can be. Accordingly, it can be seen that the interior sheet according to Example 1 has a natural inorganic texture with remarkable unevenness. On the contrary, since the interior sheets according to Comparative Examples 1 and 2 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 do not include inorganic particles having different specific gravity, it may be confirmed that the surface unevenness does not stand out and has an artificial texture effect.
- the illuminance was measured using a contact illuminometer (profiler) of Mitstubishi Co., Ltd. for interior sheets according to the examples and comparative examples.
- the texture of the surface of the interior sheet according to the Examples and Comparative Examples was measured based on the feeling that the measurer touched by hand. In the case of very minerals, it was measured as 5 points, and in the case of no feeling of minerals, it was measured as 0 points.
- Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Comparative Example 1 Comparative Example 2 Reference Example Roughness 6.171 6.421 7.012 8.145 1.602 5.52 Texture 4 4 4 3 2 5
- the interior sheets manufactured according to Examples 1 to 3 have roughness and texture most similar to actual concrete according to the reference example.
