(3)在当前市面上流行的顶腰机构,顶出方式多为收缩—挠曲顶出,一定程度上受限于座椅背骨架高度,经对比调查,现品最大顶出行程均在15~35mm,扣除椅背发泡吸收量,实际有效行程为7~22mm之间,效果较不理想,同时由于存在空行程的影响,实际的有效行程更小;
(4)顶腰机构最大顶出点APEX点不明确,该APEX点与座椅H点在躯干线方向的距离值在座椅人机工程校核中须符合一定的范围才能保证舒适性,座椅厂通常匹配市面上的便品,这就出现了座椅平台与顶腰便品兼容性问题,目前市面上的顶腰便品,其APEX 点普遍偏高,舒适性不佳。

    (2)当使用人员需要对顶腰机构进行顶出调节时,这时正向转动把手,把手与双向棘轮机构的棘轮旋转盘相连,棘轮旋转盘带动棘爪正向推动双向棘轮机构的棘轮转动,为横杆和顶腰机构向前转动提供力的作用,同时助力扭杆也为横杆和顶腰机构向前转动提供助力,使用人员在旋转把手时更加省力,当使用人员将顶腰机构调整至合适位置时,松开把手,这时棘轮旋转盘由于受到卷簧的作用,带动棘轮旋转盘和把手自动复位,把手与双向棘轮机构的棘轮旋转盘相连,棘轮旋转盘与棘爪相连,棘爪背向双向棘轮机构的棘轮进行相对转动,不推动棘轮转动,而此时使用人员靠在顶腰机构上,使顶腰机构和横杆有向后转动的趋势,但是由于此时双向棘轮机构的棘爪阻止棘轮反向转动,所以此时顶腰机构能够保持使用人员调节的舒适位置;
    (3)当使用人员需要将顶腰机构向后调节时,反向转动把手,这时双向棘轮机构的棘爪阻止棘轮正向转动,可以反向转动,把手与双向棘轮机构的棘轮旋转盘相连,棘轮旋转盘与棘爪相连,带动棘爪反向推动双向棘轮机构的棘轮转动,为横杆和顶腰机构向后转动提供力的作用,当使用人员将回调至合适位置时,松开把手,这时棘轮旋转盘由于受到卷簧的作用,带动棘轮旋转盘和把手自动复位,把手与双向棘轮机构的棘轮旋转盘相连,棘轮旋转盘与棘爪相连,棘爪背向双向棘轮机构的棘轮进行相对转动,不推动棘轮转动,这时由于安装在横杆一端助力扭杆具有扭力,使横杆和顶腰机构具有向前转动的趋势,此时双向棘轮机构的棘轮旋转盘处于常态位置,安装在横杆另一端的双向棘轮机构的棘爪阻止棘轮正向转动,使横杆和顶腰机构保持常态。
