Definitions
- the present invention relates to a support structure for supporting a feeding trough arranged along a cage row in a poultry farm, and a support device used for the support structure.
- a plurality of cage rows in which a plurality of cages are arranged in a horizontal direction are stacked in multiple stages.
- a long trough is arranged horizontally, into which bird food is fed.
- a support for supporting a trough is attached to a frame holding a cage, and a trough is bridged between adjacent supports.
- the present applicant does not need any mounting member and can install the trough without using a tool.
- support structure is proposed and implemented.
- the support 100 is attached to the column 60 so as to protrude forward from the column 60 erected vertically.
- the column 60 includes a pair of side walls 61 facing each other, a rear wall 62 connecting the pair of side walls 61 on the same side, and a hole penetrating through the rear wall 62. Two holes are provided for each support 100, and the holes 65 and 66 are vertically separated.
- the support 100 has a flat plate shape, and the support body 110 is used in a direction in which the plane expands in the up-down and front-rear directions.
- Locking piece 111 having a slit 115 opened at the bottom, an auxiliary piece 119 projecting immediately below the locking piece 111 in the same direction as the locking piece 111, and opening upward at the upper part of the support body 110.
- a concave portion 120 is formed in a shape along the outer shape of the bottom of the trough.
- the support column 60 When the trough is supported by the support 100, the support column 60 is erected from the installation surface with the rear wall 62 being parallel to the side surface of the cage and the rear wall 62 being close to the cage. Then, the locking piece 111 of the support tool 100 is inserted into the upper hole 65 of the column 60, and the auxiliary piece 119 is inserted into the lower hole 66. Since the slit 115 that opens downward is formed at the base end of the locking piece 111, the support 100 descends while inserting the lower edge of the hole 65 into the slit 115 by its own weight, and The support tool 100 is attached to the support column 60 in a state where is hooked on the hole 65. In addition, since the auxiliary piece 119 is inserted into the hole 66, the mounting strength of the support 100 to the column 60 is reinforced.
- ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ Attach the support 100 at the same height to the columns 60 that are separated by a distance shorter than the length of the trough among the columns 60 that constitute the frame holding a large number of cages. If the bottom of the trough is fitted between the recess 120 of each support 100 and the side wall 61 of the column 60 from above, the trough is bridged between the two supports 100. Therefore, according to the support 100 and the support columns 60, the troughs can be installed along the cage row without requiring any mounting members such as bolts and rivets and without using tools.
- Such a support structure is very robust after a trough is bridged between adjacent supports 100.
- the clearance with the locking piece 111 inserted into the hole 65 and the clearance with the auxiliary piece 119 inserted into the hole 66 are inevitable.
- the support 100 may rotate in the lateral direction, and rattling may occur.
- the recess 120 of the support 100 is formed into a shape in which the bottom of the trough is just fitted, it is difficult to fit the bottom of the trough into the recess 120 when the support 100 is inclined. For this reason, it may take time and effort to adjust the posture of the support 100, and the advantage that the trough can be installed without using an attachment member or a tool may not be sufficiently exhibited.
- the present invention can provide a trough support structure that allows a trough to be installed without using a member or a tool for mounting, and a work for the trough to be performed more easily. It is an object to provide a support used for the structure.
- a trough support structure may include: ⁇ A support structure that includes a column vertically erected, a support attached to the column so as to protrude forward from the column, and a trough supported by the support, The strut, A pair of side walls facing each other, A rear wall connecting the pair of side walls on the same side, And a hole penetrating through the rear wall,

- the second locking piece in the present configuration has both the function of locking the support to the support without rattling and the function of stably supporting the trough on the support.
- the support structure in addition to the above configuration, "The support tool is An arm portion extending upward in front of the concave portion in the support tool main body, An upper end piece extending from the upper end of the arm portion in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the support body, The front edge of the trough is hooked on the upper end piece.
- the front edge of the trough is hooked on the upper end piece, which is the configuration above the support.
- the load applied to the trough from above can be more stably supported by the support.
