技术领域
本公开涉及一种物品存取装置。
背景技术
随着网上购物和物流行业的兴起,快递单量逐年快速上升。人们在收、发快递时都需要在家等快递员上门,而目前快递员上门的时间无法精确控制,不可避免地会和顾客不在家的时间重合。当顾客不在家时,快递员只能选择改时间再来一趟,或通过邻居代收、直接放置在门口或附近小商店等存在安全风险的方式投递。
对快递员而言,当顾客家中无人时,更改投递时间会消耗大量的时间成本,降低效率;而选择代收的方式存在包裹丢失等安全风险。
对顾客而言,很难保证快递员上门时家中有人。而在需要外出时,要操心快递员何时会上门、和快递员重新确定上门时间、快递放在寄存处是否会丢失这些问题,是一种很不好的购物体验。
发明内容
本公开的实施例提供了一种物品存取装置,能够提高物品存取的便捷程度。
本公开的实施例提供了一种物品存取装置,包括:
框架本体,被配置为固定在竖直安装面上;
盖体,盖体与框架本体在上端、左端或右端铰接,以实现转动开合;和
容纳箱,设在框架本体与盖体之间形成的空间内且采用可折叠结构,被配置为在盖体相对于框架本体打开后展开以形成容纳物品的空间,并在折叠后允许盖体相对于框架本体闭合。
在一些实施例中,物品存取装置还包括:
锁定部件,用于实现物品存取装置的锁定状态;和
身份识别部件,用于在对使用者提供的身份校验信息验证成功后,使锁定部件解 锁。

基于上述技术方案,本公开一个实施例的物品存取装置,设在便于用户取放物品的位置,在盖体相对于框架本体打开后展开可形成容纳物品的空间,并在折叠后允许盖体相对于框架本体闭合。此种物品存取装置可使物品的存取更加便捷,可节省等待时间;而且通过设置可折叠的容纳箱,可减小物品存取装置在非使用状态下的占用空间,且整体结构简单。

如图1至图3所示,本公开提供了一种物品存取装置,在一些实施例中,包括框架本体1、盖体2和容纳箱6。
其中,框架本体1被配置为固定在竖直安装面上,此处提到的竖直安装面包括与水平面呈90°的竖直面以及与竖直面具有预设范围角度偏差的安装面。例如,物品存取装置可固定在方便特定用户取放物品的位置,对于家庭用户,安装面可以设在靠近用户家门口、楼道或者楼门口的位置,对于公司用户,安装面可以设在靠近单位门口的位置等。
盖体2与框架本体1在上端、左端或右端铰接,以实现转动开合。容纳箱6设在框架本体1与盖体2之间形成的空间内且采用可折叠结构,被配置为在盖体2相对于框架本体1打开后展开以形成容纳物品的空间,以便放入物品;并在取出物品后将容纳箱6折叠,以便允许盖体2相对于框架本体1闭合。
为了实现容纳箱6的可折叠结构,容纳箱6的各个组成板可采用金属材料或硬质塑料等,或者即使采用软质材料,也要在板的四周设置硬质支撑骨架,以利于折叠。
本公开该实施例的物品存取装置至少具备如下优点之一:
(1)可使物品的存取更加便捷,使投件者和取件者的衔接更顺畅,使用方便,还可节省等待时间,提高存取物品的效率。
(2)容纳箱采用可折叠结构,能够在展开后形成容纳物品的空间,并在取出物品后折叠。此种结构可以最大限度地减小物品存取装置在非使用状态下占用的体积,且折叠后的容纳箱可保持确定的形态,易于实现盖体2相对于框架本体1的闭合。
(3)通过盖体2与框架本体1在上端、左端或右端铰接,实现转动开合,可在解锁物品存取装置后在使用者施力的情况下,使盖体2在外力的作用下可控地打开,不会在自身重力的作用下自由展开,可提高打开物品存取装置时的稳定性,减小容纳箱6在展开时受到的冲击,提高物品存取装置的使用寿命。
在一种实施例中,物品存取装置为快递箱,相应地,上述的物品为快递。快递箱可供特定用户以及相关的快递员使用,容纳箱6在盖体2相对于框架本体1打开后展开形成容纳物品的空间,便于投递者在容纳箱6内放入快递;并在取件者取出快递后折叠以使盖体2相对于框架本体1闭合,以减小快递箱在非使用状态下占用的空间。
与共享式的快递柜相区别,此种快递箱的结构简单,体积小,可灵活地适应用户收发快递和网购的需求,更加方便用户收寄快递,提高投件者或取件者在存取快递时的便捷程度。在不同的使用场景下,投件者和取件者分别对应快递员和用户中的一个角色。
此种物品存取装置可供快递员投递、用户取出快件,在快递员送货和用户收货时间不能匹配时,可节省配送时间并提高送货效率,并且提高快递临时存放的安全性;而且,此种物品存取装置还可供用户寄件或退换货使用,无需在家中等待快递员上门取货,提高用户发快递和退换货时的体验。此种结构既能满足需要使用时存放快递的需求,又能减小通常状态下不使用时占用的空间,且结构简单。
在一些实施例中,物品存取装置还包括锁定部件和身份识别部件。其中,锁定部件用于使物品存取装置实现锁定,具有锁定和解锁状态,在无需放入物品和已经放入物品的情况下,物品存取装置都应该处于锁定状态,以保证物品存取装置不被无关人员使用,并保证物品存放的安全性。
身份识别部件用于在对使用者(例如:投件者或取件者)提供的身份校验信息验证成功后,使锁定部件解锁。此种结构能提高物品存取装置的通用性,容易在不同的场合都推广使用,可实现物品的智能存取。
在一些实施例中,参考图1和图3所示,锁定部件包括第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件。其中,第一锁定部件设在盖体2与框架本体1之间,用于在容纳箱6折叠且盖体2相对于框架本体1闭合后进行锁定。第二锁定部件设在容纳箱6与盖体2或框架本体1之间,用于在盖体2相对于框架本体1打开且容纳箱6展开后对容纳箱6进行锁定。容纳箱6展开后,可对容纳箱6的活动部位就近与盖体2或框架本体1固定。
该实施例既能实现物品存取装置在非使用状态下的锁定,以保证物品存取装置不被无关人员使用,也能实现物品存取装置在容纳物品状态下的锁定,以保证存放物品的安全性。
优选地,如图3所示,第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件具有共同的锁合部分。在一些实施例中,第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件可采用共同的身份识别部件进行解锁。此种结构可简化锁定部件的结构,并减小锁定部件在物品存取装置中的占用空间,进一步实现物品存取装置的小型化。可替代地,第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件在结构上也可相互独立。
第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件的结构不限,只要能实现锁定并在身份校验信息验 证成功后解锁都在本公开的保护范围之内。锁定部件可以通过电磁或电驱动执行件等方式实现解锁。
在一些实施例中,第一锁定部件可包括:设在盖体2和框架本体1其中一个上的锁槽21以及设在另一个上与锁槽21配合的锁钩11、锁杆66或锁舌等。或者第一锁定部件可包括:分别设在盖体2和框架本体1上且相互配合的锁扣、锁钩11或锁杆66等。
在一些实施例中,第二锁定部件可包括:设在盖体2和容纳箱6之一上的锁槽21以及设在另一个上与锁槽21配合的锁钩11、锁杆66或锁舌等。或者第二锁定部件可包括:分别设在盖体2和容纳箱6上且相互配合的锁扣、锁钩11或锁杆66等。
具体地,如图1所示,第一锁定部件包括设在盖体2上的锁槽21和设在框架本体1上的锁钩11。如图2所示,第二锁定部件包括设在盖体2上的锁槽21和设在容纳箱6上的锁杆66。为了增加锁定的牢固性,可在盖体2开合侧的两端各设一个锁槽21。
在一些实施例中,容纳箱6上设有孔67,在容纳箱6展开的状态下,锁钩11的自由端插入孔67内,以对容纳箱6进行固定,并对容纳箱6提供底部支撑。如图3所示,锁钩11为L形锁钩,L形锁钩的横部固定在框架本体1上,竖部的自由端插入孔67内。该实施例的结构能够对容纳箱6起到辅助固定作用,进一步提高容纳箱6内放置物品后的稳定性和牢固性。
在一些实施例中,框架本体1为板状结构,盖体2朝向框架本体1的一侧开设腔体,容纳箱6折叠后收在腔体中。板状结构的框架本体1更容易在安装面上固定,例如,可通过紧固件12将框架本体1固定于安装面上,或者也可采用粘接的方式。可替代地,也可将盖体2设计为板状结构,在框架本体1中设置腔体,将容纳箱6折叠后收在框架本体1的腔体中。
上述实施例提到的身份识别部件可采用多种结构形式,例如,可通过扫码、面部识别、声音识别、指纹识别、核对验证码等方式进行身份验证,在验证成功后使电子锁定部件解锁。或者也可通过wifi模块进和/或蓝牙模块在移动终端APP上进行遥控开锁。为了实现身份识别功能,如图1所示,可在盖体2的正面设置触摸屏3和摄像头4,触摸屏3可进行信息显示或接收使用者的身份识别等操作,摄像头4可提供面部识别。对于盖体2中设有腔体的结构,可将身份识别部件相关的结构设置在盖体2上,可充分利用腔体内的空间。
仍参考图1,盖体2的第一端与框架本体1铰接,第二端相对于框架本体1通过转动实现开合。例如,在盖体2的第一端与框架本体1之间设置铰接件5。盖体2和框架本体1可在上端、左端或者右端铰接,以实现转动开合。通过铰接结构实现盖体2的开合,能够提高盖体2打开时的稳定性,且结构简单。
可选地,盖体2和框架本体1均为矩形结构,盖体2与框架本体1的铰接端可以是盖体2的上端、左端或右端。如图1所示,盖体2与框架本体1的上端铰接,使盖体2可以向上翻开,盖体2内隐藏可折叠的容纳箱6。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,容纳箱6展开后整体抵靠在框架本体1上,以通过框架本体1向容纳箱6提供支撑力,提高容纳箱6容纳物品后的稳定性和位置保持能力。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2所示,容纳箱6包括:两块第一板61、第二板62和第三板63。其中,两块第一板61相对设置且各自的第一端均连接在盖体2上,例如可通过铆钉或折页等连接件22将第一板61的第一端与盖体2壁面连接。第二板62位于两块第一板61之间,且与两块第一板61上远离第一端的第二端连接。第三板63的第一端连接在第二板62上除了连接第一板61以外的端部,第二端相对于第二板62可翻转以实现容纳箱6的展开或折叠。由于容纳箱6的后部受到框架本体1的阻挡,第三板63设在容纳箱6的前部。
其中,第一板61在垂直于第二板62方向的中部位置设有平行于第二板62延伸的折合线64,各相邻板的连接处也设有折合线64,例如在第三板63与第二板62的连接处、第二板62分别与两个第一板61的连接处均设有折合线64。为了提高容纳箱6的使用寿命,防止在反复折叠后发生损坏,在各个折合线64处可设置折页进行加固。
该实施例的容纳箱6易于实现折叠,且折叠后各个板贴合在一起,占用体积小,可最大限度地实现物品存取装置的小型化。
优选地,如图3所示,两块第一板61垂直于框架本体1设置,且两块第一板61靠近框架本体1的端部与框架本体1贴合,以在容纳箱6展开后抵靠在框架本体1上,通过框架本体1向容纳箱6提供支撑力,使容纳箱6被稳定地支撑。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,第三板63与盖体2之间设有锁定部件。例如,在盖体2打开后位于前部的侧壁上设置锁槽21,并在容纳箱6的第三板63的自由端处设置锁杆66,以通过锁杆66与锁槽21的配合实现锁定。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,第三板63被配置为在容纳箱6展开后与盖体2 或框架本体1之间形成投递口68,用于在容纳箱6锁定后放入小件物品,例如快递等。在图3所示的结构中,第三板63的高度短于第一板61的高度,使第三板63与盖体2之间形成长条状的投递口,这样在容纳箱6锁定的状态下,也可投入信封或者软包类快递。在其它实施例中,也可在容纳箱6上各板的主体面上直接开设投递口68。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,第三板63与第一板61相邻的两端设有限位板65,限位板65能够在容纳箱6展开后包覆于第一板61的外侧。限位板65可垂直于第三板63设置,例如可在第三板63与第一板61相邻的两端各设置一块整体结构的限位板65,或者每一端间隔设置多段限位板65。
该实施例通过设置限位板65,可防止容纳箱6的侧板(例如第一板61)中部在折合部分向外打开,提高容纳箱6整体结构的牢固性,以免容纳箱6受到破坏,并保证物品存放的安全性。
在一些实施例中,第一板61与第三板63相邻的端部设有延伸板,限位板65上设有开口,在容纳箱6展开的状态下,限位板65包覆于第一板61的外侧,且延伸板插入开口中。限位板65与延伸板形成相互交叉的结构,可形成双向固定,能够进一步提高容纳箱6的整体结构强度。
在另一些实施例中,第一板61也可连接在框架本体1上。另外,对于图2所示第一板61连接在盖体2左右端的实施例,也可将两个第一板61分别连接在盖体2的前后端,相应地再左右两侧设置第三板63。
下面以快递员需要配送快递且用户取出快递为例,结合图1至图3说明此种结构物品存取装置作为快递箱的使用方法。
(1)快递员解锁物品存取装置:
在快递员作为投递者需要将快递放入物品存取装置时,电商或快递等第三方平台会根据当前快递的订单信息匹配需要放入的物品存取装置,并开启快递员打开该物品存取装置的权限,例如向快递员发送打开该物品存取装置的验证码、图形码等,或者也可将快递员的个人身份信息(例如指纹、面部、声音等)与物品存取装置的验证信息相绑定,这样快递员就可以通过身份验证使盖体2与框架本体1之间的第一锁定部件解锁,锁钩11从锁槽21中释放脱离。
(2)快递员打开物品存取装置并放入快递:
快递员将盖体2向上翻转,直至盖体2呈水平状态。如图2所示,在盖体2打开的过程中,之前处于折叠状态的容纳箱6中的各板受到自重作用下落展开,向第一板 61或第二板62沿箭头A施加向下的作用力,直至第二板62降至最低位置,使第一板61形成平板状态。此时容纳箱6展开形成物品存放空间,快递员将快递放入。接着,将第三板63的自由端沿箭头B向上翻转,并使第三板63上的锁杆66插入锁槽21内,以锁住容纳箱6。
在容纳箱6展开的状态下,由于盖体2已处于水平状态,盖体2的后侧板抵靠在安装面上无法继续向上翻转。而且,容纳箱6的后部与框架本体1贴合,抵靠在框架本体1上,以对抗容纳箱6在重力作用下向下翻转的力矩,使容纳箱6实现稳定的固定。在一些实施例中,底部的锁钩11可插入到第三板63上的孔67内,以辅助容纳箱6的固定。
(3)用户解锁物品存取装置:
用户的身份验证信息可通过如下途径获取:
1、已经与物品存取装置进行身份信息关联的用户可直接拥有该物品存取装置的身份验证信息,例如预先设定好的开启物品存取装置的密码、录入的指纹、面部或声音信息。
2、如果需要找他人代拿快递,快递员在放入快递后可向用户的移动终端发送取件码,知晓该取件码的用户都可以通过验证取件码进行解锁。
3、如果需要找他人代拿快递,快递员在放入快递后可通过移动终端向第三方平台发送快件已存储的信息,再由第三方平台给用户的移动终端发送取件码,知晓该取件码的用户都可以通过验证取件码进行解锁。
在物品存取装置解锁后,锁杆66从锁槽21中脱出。
(4)用户打开物品存取装置并取出快递:
用户将容纳箱6的第三板63向下翻转,将快递取出。接着向上推动第二板62,以使两个第一板61的折合线64相互靠近,同时将第三板63翻转至与第二板62的外表面贴合,从而使各个板相互贴合并整体压入到盖体2的腔体中。接着,将盖体2向下翻转与框架本体1扣合且锁钩11与锁槽21锁定,回到封闭的状态。
同样,本公开的物品存取装置也可用于用户寄件或退换货物,需要快递员上门取件的情况。与上述使用场景不同的是,在用户需要放入快递时,对于已经与物品存取装置进行身份信息关联的用户,可直接拥有该物品存取装置的身份验证信息,如果找他人代寄快递,可以将该身份验证信息告知他人。
接着,用户在存入快递之后,还需要告知第三方平台需要寄件或退货,并希望快 递员上门取件,第三方平台则会安排合适的快递员取件,并将身份验证信息发送给待取件的快递员,能够提高取件业务安排的灵活性;或者如果用户有熟悉的快递员,也可以直接将取件码发送给快递员。
其次,本公开还提供了一种基于上述实施例物品存取装置的工作方法,在一个示意性的实施例中,包括如下步骤:
身份识别部件对投件者或取件者提供的身份校验信息进行验证;
在验证成功后使锁定部件解锁,以便改变容纳箱6的展开或折叠状态。
在一些具体的实施例中,本公开的工作方法包括:
身份识别部件对投件者提供的身份校验信息进行验证;
在验证成功后使锁定部件解锁,以便投件者使容纳箱6的展开以放入快递;
之后身份识别部件对投件者提供的身份校验信息进行验证;
在验证成功后使锁定部件解锁,以便取件者在取出快递后使容纳箱6的折叠。
对于上一实施例,在快递员需要配送快递且用户需要取走快递的情况下,快递员作为投件者提供的身份校验信息来自第三方平台,第三方平台根据待配送快递的信息匹配需要放入的物品存取装置,并赋予相应快递员打开物品存取装置存储快件的权限。用户作为取件者提供的身份校验信息来自:预先与物品存取装置进行身份关联设置的身份校验信息,快递员在放入快递后向用户发送取件码,或者快递员在放入快递后向第三方平台发送快件已存储的信息,再由第三方平台给用户发送取件码。
在用户需要发快递且快递员需要取走快递的情况下,用户作为投件者提供的身份校验信息来自预先与物品存取装置进行身份关联设置的身份校验信息。快递员作为取件者提供的身份校验信息来自:用户直接向快递员发送取件码,或者用户在存入快递后告知第三方平台,由第三方平台赋予相应快递员打开物品存取装置进行取件的权限。
以上对本公开所提供的一种物品存取装置进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体的实施例对本公开的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本公开的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开原理的前提下,还可以对本公开进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本公开权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种物品存取装置,包括:
    框架本体(1),被配置为固定在竖直安装面上;
    盖体(2),所述盖体(2)与所述框架本体(1)在上端、左端或右端铰接,以实现转动开合;和
    容纳箱(6),设在所述框架本体(1)与盖体(2)之间形成的空间内且采用可折叠结构,被配置为在所述盖体(2)相对于框架本体(1)打开后展开以形成容纳物品的空间,并在折叠后允许所述盖体(2)相对于框架本体(1)闭合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存取装置,还包括:
    锁定部件,用于实现所述物品存取装置的锁定状态;和
    身份识别部件,用于在对使用者提供的身份校验信息验证成功后,使所述锁定部件解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的物品存取装置,其中所述锁定部件包括:
    第一锁定部件,设在所述盖体(2)与框架本体(1)之间,用于在所述盖体(2)相对于框架本体(1)闭合后进行锁定;和
    第二锁定部件,设在所述容纳箱(6)与盖体(2)或框架本体(1)之间,用于在所述容纳箱(6)展开后对容纳箱(6)进行锁定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第一锁定部件和第二锁定部件具有共同的锁合部分。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的物品存取装置,其中,
    所述第一锁定部件包括:设在所述盖体(2)和框架本体(1)其中一个上的锁槽(21)以及设在另一个上与锁槽(21)配合的锁钩(11)、锁杆(66)或锁舌;或者
    所述第一锁定部件包括:分别设在所述盖体(2)和框架本体(1)上且相互配合的锁扣、锁钩(11)或锁杆(66)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的物品存取装置,其中,
    所述第二锁定部件包括:设在所述盖体(2)和容纳箱(6)之一上的锁槽(21)以及设在另一个上与锁槽(21)配合的锁钩(11)、锁杆(66)或锁舌;或者
    所述第二锁定部件包括:分别设在所述盖体(2)和容纳箱(6)上且相互配合的锁扣、锁钩(11)或锁杆(66)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第一锁定部件包括设在所述框架本体(1)上的锁钩(11),所述容纳箱(6)上设有孔(67),在所述容纳箱(6)展开的状态下,所述锁钩(11)的自由端插入所述孔(67)内,以对所述容纳箱(6)进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存取装置,其中所述框架本体(1)为板状结构,所述盖体(2)中设有腔体,所述容纳箱(6)折叠后收在所述腔体中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存取装置,其中所述容纳箱(6)展开后整体抵靠在所述框架本体(1)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存取装置,其中所述容纳箱(6)包括:
    两块第一板(61),相对设置且各自的第一端均连接在所述盖体(2)或框架本体(1)之一上;
    第二板(62),位于两块所述第一板(61)之间,且与两块第一板(61)远离所述第一端的第二端连接;和
    第三板(63),所述第三板(63)的第一端连接在所述第二板(62)上除连接第一板(61)以外的端部,第二端相对于所述第二板(62)可翻转以实现所述容纳箱(6)的展开或折叠;
    其中,所述第一板(61)在垂直于第二板(62)方向的中部位置设有平行于第二板(62)延伸的折合线(64),各相邻板的连接处也设有所述折合线(64)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第三板(63)与所述盖体(2)或容纳箱(6)之间设有第二锁定部件,用于在所述容纳箱(6)展开后对容纳箱(6)进行锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的物品存取装置,其中所述两块第一板(61)垂直于所述框架本体(1)所在的平面设置,且所述两块第一板(61)靠近所述框架本体(1)的端部均与所述框架本体(1)贴合,以使所述容纳箱(6)在展开后抵靠在所述框架本体(1)上。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第三板(63)被配置为在所述容纳箱(6)展开后与所述盖体(2)或框架本体(1)之间形成投递口(68),用于在所述容纳箱(6)锁定后放入小件物品;或者所述容纳箱(6)上直接开设投递口(68)。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第三板(63)与所述第一板 (61)相邻的两端设有限位板(65),所述限位板(65)用于在所述容纳箱(6)展开后包覆于所述第一板(61)的外侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的物品存取装置,其中所述第一板(61)上与所述第三板(63)相邻的端部设有延伸板,所述限位板(65)上设有开口,在所述容纳箱(6)展开的状态下,所述限位板(65)包覆于所述第一板(61)的外侧,且所述延伸板插入所述开口中。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存取装置,其中所述物品存取装置为快递箱。
