背景技术
当前船舶制造领域,对于T型材的制造,大多采用面板与腹板垂直焊接,通过简易工装搁架将面板与腹板垂直装配,装配效率低、精度低;面板与腹板分两次单面施焊,焊接变形大;且最终焊接后的矫正大多都是采用水火弯板矫正,工作量大、效率低,同时大量浪费水、气能源。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种结构简单,能一次完成装配、焊接、矫正工序的流水作业,自动化作业,效率高、精度高的T型材组立焊接矫正流水线。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种T型材组立焊接矫正流水线,其特征在于:包括送料辊道、上料对齐装置、组立门架装置、焊接装置、矫正装置,上料对齐装置、组立门架装置、焊接装置、矫正装置由前至后依次设置于送料辊道上,所述上料对齐装置包括两道以上沿送料辊道前后设置的对齐夹板,对齐夹板设置于送料辊道的两两送料辊间,对齐夹板中间开设有导向相互垂直的面板和腹板的倒T型的导向槽;所述组立门架装置包括组立门架、定位顶升、定位压轮、左、右面板定位顶轮、左、右腹板定位顶轮,送料辊道穿过组立门架,组立门架上留有对应对齐夹板导向槽方向倒T型的组立过料孔,组立门架上设有分别位于组立过料孔下部升降顶齐面板的定位顶升和位于组立过料孔上部压紧腹板的定位压轮,组立过料孔两侧的组立门架上对称设有一组靠近送料辊道送料辊位置的左、右面板定位顶轮和一组位于定位顶升、定位压轮中间位置的左、右腹板定位顶轮;所述焊接装置为两自动焊机,两自动焊接机对称设置于送料辊道两侧分别对应由组立过料孔送出的面板与腹板垂直交接处的两边;所述矫正装置包括矫正门架、前、后矫正顶轮、左、右面板矫正顶轮、左、右腹板矫正顶轮、左、右面板矫正压轮,送料辊道穿过矫正门架,矫正门架上留有对应对齐夹板导向槽方向倒T型的矫正过料孔,矫正门架上设有分别位于矫正过料孔下部升降顶紧面板、沿送料辊道前后布置的前、后矫正顶轮,矫正过料孔两侧的矫正门架上对称设有一组靠近送料辊道送料辊位置的左、右面板矫正顶轮、一组高于左、右面板矫正顶轮的左、右腹板矫正顶轮和一组与左、右面板矫正顶轮沿送料辊道前后布置的左、右面板矫正压轮;所述前、后矫正顶轮由液压或电动或气动带动控制同步升降,定位顶升由液压或电动或气动带动控制升降,所述左、右面板定位顶轮、左、右腹板定位顶轮、左、右面板矫正顶轮、左、右腹板矫正顶轮由液压或电动或气动带动相对推动或相对拉开。
