一种空调器,包括中框、底座和锁紧卡扣组件,锁紧卡扣组件包括锁紧件、第一连接部件和第二连接部件,第一连接部件具有第一连接板体,第二连接部件具有第二连接板体,锁紧件转动连接在第一连接部件上并具有用于夹持第一连接板体和第二连接板体的装夹槽结构,且锁紧件上设置有第一卡接结构,第二连接部件上设置有第二卡接结构,第一卡接结构与第二卡接结构相配合,以使锁紧件和第二连接部件相互卡接。第一连接部件设置在中框上,第二连接部件设置在底座上。

第一实施例
结合参见图1至图3,本实施例提供了一种锁紧卡扣组件1,包括锁紧件2、第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4,第一连接部件3具有第一连接板体,第二连接部件4具有第二连接板体,锁紧件2转动连接在第一连接部件3上并具有用于夹持第一连接板体和第二连接板体的装夹槽结构,且锁紧件2上设置有第一卡接结构5,第二连接部件4上设置有第二卡接 结构6,第一卡接结构5与第二卡接结构6相配合,以使锁紧件2和第二连接部件4相互卡接。具体地,锁紧件2通过装夹槽结构将第一连接板体和第二连接板体装配扣合在一起,从而使得第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4装配在一起。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一卡接结构5为卡接凹槽,第二卡接结构6为卡接凸起,卡接凹槽与卡接凸起相配合,并避免锁紧件2从第二连接部件4上脱落。当然,此处第一卡接结构5也可以是卡接凸起,第二卡接结构6也可以是卡接凹槽。在本公开其他实施例中,第一卡接结构5和第二卡接结构6也可以是其他结构类型的卡接配合结构,例如相互抵接的卡齿结构或者相互吸引的磁吸结构等,在此不作具体限定。
在本实施例中,第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4通过锁紧件2装配在一起,第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4分别设置在空调器需要装配的不同部件上,例如,第一连接部件3可以设置在中框上,第二连接部件4可以设置在底座上。当然,此处第一连接部件3也可以是中框的一部分,第二连接部件4也可以是底座的一部分,其具体设置方式在此不作过多描述。
参见图4,第一连接部件3包括侧板7和框体8,框体8上开设有安装孔9,锁紧件2与侧板7转动连接并容置在安装孔9内,侧板7设置在安装孔9的一侧并与框体8固定连接,侧板7上设置有定位导向凸台10,定位导向凸台10的一侧具有用于抵持锁紧件2的定位面,用于限制锁紧件2处于锁紧位置时的旋转位置。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中侧板7为两个,每个侧板7上均设置有定位导向凸台10,两个侧板7分设在安装孔9的两侧并与框体8固定连接,两个侧板7以及两个定位导向凸台10的结构一致并相互对称,此处以其中一个侧板7的结构进行描述。
在本实施例中,定位面设置在定位导向凸台10靠近框体8的一侧,且定位面与框体8的外侧表面相平行,使得锁紧件2在进行锁紧时旋转至定位面处并与框体8的外侧表面相平齐。值得注意的是,此处框体8的外侧表面指的是框体8远离侧板7的一侧表面。
侧板7上开设有轴孔11,锁紧件2与轴孔11转动配合,且定位导向 凸台10的一侧边缘开设有开口导向槽12,开口导向槽12与轴孔11相对设置。具体地,开口导向槽12的侧壁沿轴孔11边缘设置并与轴孔11的内壁相平齐,在将锁紧件2装配到轴孔11中时,开口导向槽12对锁紧件2的装配起到导向作用,锁紧件2的转轴21能够沿着开口导向槽12向轴孔11移动,方便将锁紧件2装配在轴孔11中。
定位导向凸台10远离开口导向槽12的一侧设置有夹持片13,夹持片13与定位导向凸台10的边缘相平齐,且夹持片13由定位导向凸台10向着远离侧板7的方向延伸并形成第一连接板体。具体地,两侧的定位导向凸台10上均设置有夹持片13,两侧的夹持片13相对设置并共同形成第一连接板体,且夹持片13呈弧形,使得第一连接板体也呈弧形。两侧的夹持片13之间间隔设置并形成一让位间隙,在进行锁紧时锁紧件2部分伸入到让位间隙中。
参见图5,锁紧件2包括承载板体14、夹持部15和旋转部16,夹持部15设置在承载板体14上并具有装夹槽结构,旋转部16设置在承载板体14上并与第一连接部件3转动连接,具体地,旋转部16与侧板7上的轴孔11转动配合。第一卡接结构5设置在夹持部15上,以使夹持部15与第二连接部件4相互卡接。
在本实施例中,承载板体14为一矩形板体,在锁紧件2将第一连接板体和第二连接板体锁紧在一起时,矩形板体容置在框体8上的安装孔9中,且矩形板体的形状与安装孔9的形状相配合。且矩形板体的内侧抵接在定位面上,从而避免了旋转部16进一步旋转,使得矩形板体与框体8相平齐,保证框体8的平整性。
夹持部15包括第一夹持板17、加强筋18和第二夹持板19,第一夹持板17设置在承载板体14的一端,第二夹持板19设置在承载板体14上并与第一夹持板17共同形成装夹槽结构,第一卡接结构5设置在第一夹持板17上,加强筋18设置在装夹槽结构中并分别与第一夹持板17和第二夹持板19固定连接。
在本实施例中,第一卡接结构5设置在第一夹持板17靠近第二夹持板19的一侧,由于第一卡接结构5为卡接凹槽,在第一夹持板17远离第二夹持板19的一侧设置有加强凸筋,且加强凸筋与卡接凹槽相对设置, 保证了第一夹持板17在厚度上的均一性,同时保证了第一夹持板17的强度。
在本实施例中,第一夹持板17和第二夹持板19均呈弧形,且第二夹持板19的弧度与第一连接板体的弧度相匹配,使得第二夹持板19与第一连接板体相贴合,同时加强筋18伸入到第一连接板体上的让位间隙中。
旋转部16包括旋转臂20与转轴21,旋转臂20固定设置在承载板体14上,转轴21设置在旋转臂20远离承载板体14的一端并与轴孔11转动配合。具体地,旋转臂20和转轴21均为两个,两个旋转臂20分别设置在承载板体14相对的两侧边上,两个转轴21分别设置在两个旋转臂20远离承载板体14的一端。在将旋转部16装配到轴孔11上时,两侧的旋转臂20能够相对发生弹性形变,使得两个转轴21之间的距离减小,方便将两个转轴21装入到轴孔11中。
参见图6,第二连接部件4包括基板22和卡持部23,卡持部23设置在基板22上并具有第二连接板体,第二卡接结构6设置在卡持部23上,以使卡持部23与锁紧件2相互卡接。
在本实施例中,基板22上设置有装配台阶结构,在第二连接部件4与第一连接部件3装配时,第一连接部件3上的框体8能够与装配台阶结构相配合,并使得基板22与框体8相平齐,保证外观整体的平整性。
卡持部23包括连接围板24和卡持板25,连接围板24设置在基板22上,卡持板25与连接围板24固定连接并与连接围板24共同形成一卡持空腔,且连接围板24的一侧开设有锁止开口26,锁止开口26与卡持空腔连通,以使锁紧件2通过锁止开口26伸入卡持空腔,具体地,锁止开口26的形状与第一夹持板17的截面形状相配合,方便第一夹持板17通过锁止开口26伸入到卡持空腔中。第二卡接结构6设置在卡持板25上并容置在卡持空腔中。
在本实施例中,基板22上开设有让位孔,让位孔与卡持板25相对设置并与卡持空腔连通。在第一夹持板17伸入到卡持空腔的过程中,由于让位孔的存在,避免了基板22对第一夹持板17的行程干涉,使得第一夹持板17能够夹持到位。
在本实施例中,卡持板25即第二连接板体,且卡持板25呈弧形,使 得第二连接板体也呈弧形。且第二连接板的弧度与第一夹持板17的弧度相配合,使得第一卡持板25伸入卡持空腔后能够与第二连接板相贴合。在卡持板25上开设有避让槽,避让槽由锁止开口26处向下延伸,在锁紧时锁紧件2上的加强筋18伸入到避让槽中。
综上所述,本实施例提供的一种锁紧卡扣组件1,将第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4分别设置在不同的空调部件上,将锁紧件2的旋转部16与侧板7上的轴孔11转动配合,在进行锁紧操作时,承载板体14转动至锁止位置并抵接在定位面上,第一夹持板17伸入卡持空腔并抵接在第二连接板体上,第一夹持板17上的卡接凹槽与第二连接板体上的卡接凸起相配合,避免第一夹持板17从第二连接板体上脱落,第二夹持板19与第一连接板体相抵接,通过第一夹持板17和第二夹持板19的夹持作用,使得第一连接板和第二连接板在第一方向上进行锁紧。同时加强筋18伸入到第一连接板体上的让位间隙和第二连接板体上的避让槽中,使得第一连接板体和第二连接板体在第二方向相进行锁紧,第一方向和第二方向相互垂直,从而使得第一连接板体和第二连接板体能够锁紧在一起,进而使得第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4锁紧在一起。相较于现有技术,本实施例提供的一种锁紧卡扣组件1,连接可靠,能够避免锁紧件2脱落,同时也能对锁紧件2的旋转位置进行限定,避免锁紧件2伸出到框体8外影响其他部件装配。
相对于现有技术,本公开所述的,具有以下优势:
本公开所述的锁紧卡扣组件,将锁紧件的装夹槽结构夹持在第一连接板体和第二连接板体上,使得第一连接部件和第二连接部件通过锁紧件锁紧在一起,同时锁紧件上的第一卡接结构和第二连接部件上的第二卡接结构相配合,使得锁紧件和第二连接部相互卡接,避免锁紧件从第二连接部上脱落。在实际装配过程中,在第一连接部件和第二连接部件装配到位后,锁紧件利用装夹槽结构将第一连接板体和第二连接板体夹持在一起,同时锁紧件与第二连接部件相互卡接,使得第一连接部件和第二连接部件装夹为一体,且由于第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构相配合,使得锁紧件锁止到位后与第二连接部件相卡接,避免了在运输或者使用过程中锁紧件发生脱松现象,保证了锁紧件的连接可靠性。相较于现有技术,本公开提供的锁 紧卡扣组件,连接可靠,能够避免松脱,也避免了重复组装,提高了空调的安装效率。
本公开所述的锁紧卡扣组件,在第一连接部件的侧板上设置有定位导向凸台,定位导向凸台的一侧具有定位面,锁紧件抵持在定位面上,通过设置定位面能够对锁紧件的旋转位置进行限制,避免锁紧件旋转过度并对连接装配造成影响。
本公开所述的锁紧卡扣组件,在侧板上开设有轴孔,锁紧件与轴孔转动配合,且定位导向凸台的一侧边缘开设有开口导向槽,开口导向槽与轴孔相对设置,在将锁紧件装配到轴孔中时,开口导向槽对锁紧件的装配起到导向作用,锁紧件的转轴能够沿着开口导向槽向轴孔移动,方便将锁紧件装配在轴孔中。
第二实施例
本实施例提供了一种空调器,包括中框、底座和锁紧卡扣组件1,其中锁紧卡扣组件1的基本结构和原理及产生的技术效果和第一实施例相同,为简要描述,本实施例部分未提及之处,可参考第一实施例中相应内容。
锁紧卡扣组件1包括锁紧件2、第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4,第一连接部件3具有第一连接板体,第二连接部件4具有第二连接板体,锁紧件2转动连接在第一连接部件3上并具有用于夹持第一连接板体和第二连接板体的装夹槽结构,且锁紧件2上设置有第一卡接结构5,第二连接部件4上设置有第二卡接结构6,第一卡接结构5与第二卡接结构6相配合,以使锁紧件2和第二连接部件4相互卡接。第一连接部件3设置在中框上,第二连接部件4设置在底座上。
需要说明的是,此处第一连接部件3也可以设置在底座上,第二连接部件4也可以设置在中框上,当然,第一连接部件3和第二连接部件4也可以设置在其他不同的待装配部件上,在此不作具体限定。

  1. 一种锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,包括锁紧件(2)、第一连接部件(3)和第二连接部件(4),所述第一连接部件(3)具有第一连接板体,所述第二连接部件(4)具有第二连接板体,所述锁紧件(2)转动连接在所述第一连接部件(3)上、并具有用于夹持所述第一连接板体和所述第二连接板体的装夹槽结构,且所述锁紧件(2)上设置有第一卡接结构(5),所述第二连接部件(4)上设置有第二卡接结构(6),所述第一卡接结构(5)与所述第二卡接结构(6)相配合,以使所述锁紧件(2)和所述第二连接部件(4)相互卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部件(3)包括侧板(7)和框体(8),所述框体(8)上开设有安装孔(9),所述锁紧件(2)与所述侧板(7)转动连接并容置在所述安装孔(9)内,所述侧板(7)设置在所述安装孔(9)的一侧并与所述框体(8)固定连接,所述侧板(7)上设置有定位导向凸台(10),所述定位导向凸台(10)的一侧具有用于抵持所述锁紧件(2)的定位面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述定位面设置在定位导向凸台(10)靠近框体(8)的一侧,且定位面与框体(8)的外侧表面相平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述侧板(7)上开设有轴孔(11),所述锁紧件(2)与所述轴孔(11)转动配合,且所述定位导向凸台(10)的一侧边缘开设有开口导向槽(12),所述开口导向槽(12)与所述轴孔(11)相对设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述定位导向凸台(10)远离所述开口导向槽(12)的一侧设置有夹持片(13),所述夹持片(13)与所述定位导向凸台(10)的边缘相平齐,且所述夹持片(13)由所述定位导向凸台(10)向着远离所述侧板(7)的方向延伸并形成所述第一连接板体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接板体与夹持片(13)的形状相同。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述侧板(7)的数目为2,两个侧板(7)分设在安装孔(9)的两侧,两个侧板(7)上的两个定位导向凸台(10)上的夹持片(13)之间间隔设置并形成一让位间隙,在进行锁紧时,锁紧件(2)部分伸入到所述让位间隙中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧件(2)包括承载板体(14)、夹持部(15)和旋转部(16),所述夹持部(15)设置在所述承载板体(14)上并具有所述装夹槽结构,所述旋转部(16)设置在所述承载板体(14)上并与所述第一连接部件(3)转动连接,所述第一卡接结构(5)设置在所述夹持部(15)上,以使所述夹持部(15)与所述第二连接部件(4)相互卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述旋转部(16)包括旋转臂(20)与转轴(21),旋转臂(20)固定设置在承载板体(14)上,转轴(21)设置在旋转臂(20)远离承载板体(14)的一端,并与轴孔(11)转动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述夹持部(15)包括第一夹持板(17)、加强筋(18)和第二夹持板(19),所述第一夹持板(17)设置在所述承载板体(14)的一端,所述第二夹持板(19)设置在所述承载板体(14)上并与所述第一夹持板(17)共同形成所述装夹槽结构,所述第一卡接结构(5)设置在所述第一夹持板(17)上,所述加强筋(18)设置在所述装夹槽结构中并分别与所述第一夹持板(17)和所述第二夹持板(19)固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述第一夹持板(17)和第二夹持板(19)均呈弧形,且第二夹持板(19)的弧度与第一连接板体的弧度相匹配,使得第二夹持板(19)与第一连接板体相贴合,且加强筋(18)伸入到第一连接板体上的让位间隙中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述第二连接部件(4)包括基板(22)和卡持部(23),所述卡持部(23)设置在所述基板(22)上并具有所述第二连接板体,所述第二卡接结构(6)设置在所述卡持部(23)上,以使所述卡持部(23)与所述锁紧件(2)相互卡接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述基板(22)上设置有装配台阶结构,在第二连接部件(4)与第一连接部件(3)装配时,第一连接部件(3)上的框体(8)与装配台阶结构相配合,并使得基板(22)与框体(8)相平齐。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述卡持部(23)包括连接围板(24)和卡持板(25),所述连接围板(24)设置在所述基板(22)上,所述卡持板(25)与所述连接围板(24)固定连接并与所述连接围板(24)共同形成一卡持空腔,且所述连接围板(24)的一侧开设有锁止开口(26),所述锁止开口(26)与所述卡持空腔连通,以使所述锁紧件(2)通过所述锁止开口(26)伸入所述卡持空腔,所述第二卡接结构(6)设置在所述卡持板(25)上并容置在所述卡持空腔中。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述基板(22)上开设有让位孔,所述让位孔与所述卡持板(25)相对设置并与所述卡持空腔连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述第二连接板体呈弧形,且第二连接板的弧度与第一夹持板(17)的弧度相配合。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的锁紧卡扣组件,其特征在于,所述卡持板(25)上开设有避让槽,所述避让槽由锁止开口(26)处向下延伸,在锁紧时,锁紧件(2)上的加强筋(18)伸入到所述避让槽中。
  18. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括中框、底座和如权利要求1-17任一项所述的锁紧卡扣组件,所述第一连接部件(3)设置在所述中框上,所述第二连接部件(4)设置在所述底座上。
