为了对本发明实施例进行有效说明,以下参照附图对本发明实施例进行详细阐述。
参见图2,为本发明实施例提供的智能洗车系统的系统结构示意图,如图2所示,智能洗车系统包括用户终端10、服务器20和洗车设备30,用户终端10和洗车设备20均与服务器20通信连接。
其中,在具体实施过程中,该用户终端10可以为个人计算机、iPad以及手机等智能通信设备,本发明实施例中以手机为例进行说明,手机内设置有APP,该APP用于与用户和服务器20实现交互,APP用于获取用户指令,该用户指令可以包括车辆型号信息(如车辆品牌:本田汽车、丰田汽车或大众汽车的具体车型等等)、洗车设备标识信息(如洗车设备的型号或代表型号的二维码等等)以及清洗要求信息(用户自定义的清洗部位信息,如:选择外饰物、大型后视镜、旗杆、前保险杆、沙板镜、出租车顶灯、尾翼扰流板、备用轮胎、雨刷等等其中的一项或多项)。从而使得手机获取用户指令对应生成携带有车辆信号信息、洗车设备标识信息、清洗要求信息和用户标识信息的洗车数据,从而将洗车数据发送至服务器20。
服务器20可以为云服务器,服务器20内包括数据库集合和存储数据库,数据库集合内可存储有通用洗车方案和不同车辆类型对应的默认洗车方案;在具体实施过程中,通用洗车方案可以为针对任何车型都是一种的洗车方案,如不管车型大小,喷洗清水和泡沫的角度等不变,车辆每一处清洗的时间相同等等;默认洗车方案为根据车辆类型的区别分别有对应的洗车方案,例如:SUV对应的洗车方案可以是在清洗车尾时停留较长时间,从而可以将车尾备胎或后视玻璃等清洗干净,轿车对应的洗车方案可以在清洗车头保险杠或进气格栅处停留较长时间,从而可以将车头保险杠或进气格栅等清洗干净。以上对通用洗车方案或默认洗车方案的说明仅为示例性实施方式,并不代表所有实施方式,具体可根据不同车型设置相应的洗车方案,在此不详细阐述。存储数据库中可以用于存储属于该用户的历史洗车方案等。
具体实施过程中,该服务器20用于获取手机10发送的洗车数据,服务器20可以获取一个用户通过手机10发送的洗车数据,也可以获取多个用户通过手机发送的洗车数据,从而根据对应用户发送的洗车数据生成与该用户的洗车要求信息相对应的洗车方案,并将该洗车方案发送至与洗车设备标识信息相对应的洗车设备,从而使洗车设备对车辆进行清洗。这里所说的洗车方案可以是通用洗车方案与洗车要求信息相结合的洗车方案,也可以是默认洗车方案与洗车要求信息相结合的洗车方案,或者是历史洗车方案与洗车要求信息相结合的洗车方案,具体的在智能洗车方法以及智能洗车装置的实施方式中进行详细说明。
洗车设备30获取服务器20发送的洗车方案,从而根据洗车方案执行相应的洗车操作,完成对车辆的精准清洗。该洗车设备30的具体结构不在此进行详细阐述,可参照现有的洗车设备即可,在此不详细阐述。具体实施过程中,该服务器20也可以为设置于洗车设备30内部,或者是设置于洗车设备30内部的处理器,从而可以使用户仅通过一台洗车设备30执行相应的洗车操作。
采用本实施例提供的智能洗车系统,不仅可以是不同用户在使用对应的洗车设备时可以根据自身需求定制不同的洗车要求,从而使洗车设备对其进行精准清洗,提高洗车质量的同时也能够提高用户体验度;而且可以使服务器20同时对不同的洗车设备下达洗车指令,使洗车设备对相应的车辆进行精准清洗。
参见图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,该智能洗车方法应用于如图2所述的服务器20中,智能洗车方法可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S101:当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息。
具体实施过程中,车辆标识信息可以是车牌号码、RFID电子标签信息等,以达到标识车辆的作用。
具体实施过程中,设备标识信息用于标识用户入场的洗车设备,可以是代码标识,例如:1号,标识编号为1的洗车设备;也可以是代码和地域标识的组合,例如:SZ-1号,标识深圳编号为1的洗车设备,此处对设备标识信息所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实际应用过程中,当用户进入洗车设备时,通过设置在车辆入口出的标识采集装置采集车辆标识信息,并将该车辆标识信息与该标识采集装置本身携带有的设备标识信息发送至服务器20,从而使得服务器20可以接收到用户的入场数据。
步骤S102:获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息。
具体实施过程中,清洗要求信息指的是用户通过用户终端(APP,Application)选择用户需要重点清洗的车辆部位,或者是需要重点避让的车辆部位等清洗要求,并发送至服务器200。
步骤S103:根据所述清洗要求信息生成洗车方案。
由于洗车设备发送的入场数据携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息,那么,服务器20将根据与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息,生成洗车方案,该洗车方案与洗车要求信息对应,即生成的洗车方案包括用户发送的洗车要求信息。具体实施过程中,该洗车要求信息为用户根据车辆自身特点需要着重清洗的位置信息等,如以下几种方式:选择外饰物:大型后视镜、旗杆、前保险杠、沙板镜、前端后视镜或其他外饰物中的一项或多项;选择中部外饰物:后视镜、进口车、行李架,出租车顶灯和其他外饰物中的一项或多项;选择后部外饰物:后车镜、备用轮胎、尾翼扰流板和后雨刷中的一项或多项;选择其他重点清洗区域:前、后、左、右、上中的一项或多项等。具体的,本实施例中对洗车要求信息的描述仅为示例性实施方式,具体可根据实际情况由客户通过手机进行选择和决定。
步骤S104:将所述洗车方案发送至与所述洗车设备标识信息相对应的洗车设备,以使所述洗车设备按照所述洗车方案对所述车辆进行精准清洗。
服务器20生成洗车方案后,会将该洗车方案发送给洗车设备,该洗车设备为与洗车数据中的洗车设备标识信息相对应。例如,在实施过程中,某一个区域有10台洗车设备,每一台洗车设备都有一个洗车设备标识信息,那么,用户通过手机发送清洗要求信息时,服务器20根据用户的标识信息查找与该用户标识信息对应的车辆标识信息,再根据车辆标识信息获知该用户具体进入哪一台洗车设备,当服务器20生成洗车方案后就发送至该洗车设备。
采用上述智能洗车方法,通过获取用户的清洗要求信息,可以在生成洗车方案时,能够将用户的清洗要求信息考虑进来,使得洗车设备在执行洗车方案时,能够根据用户的清洗要求信息有针对性的对车辆进行清洗,不仅能够满足基本的车辆清洗要求,还能够满足用户自定义的特殊清洗要求,从而能够多模式对车辆进行精准清洗,有效提高车辆的清洗质量,进而满足用户需求,提高用户体验。
参见图4,为本发明实施例提供的另一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图,如图4所示,上述步骤S103进一步包括如下步骤:
步骤S1031:获取数据库集合中的通用洗车方案。
具体实施过程中,则服务器20需要先获取能够适应任何车辆型号的一种洗车方案,即为通用洗车方案,该通用洗车方案可以为现有技术常用的洗车方案,具体在此不详细阐述。然后执行步骤S1032。
步骤S1032:合并所述通用洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,生成所述洗车方案。
根据步骤S1031获取的通用洗车方案以及步骤S102获取的清洗要求信息,将通用洗车方案与清洗要求信息进行合并,从而生成洗车方案。
其中,在具体实施过程中,可以先将清洗要求信息转换成洗车方案,然后再与通用洗车方案合并生成洗车方案,也可以将通用洗车方案转换成相应的洗车信息,使其与清洗要求信息合并生成实际清洗信息,进而将实际清洗信息转换成洗车方案。该洗车方案即为对应洗车设备使用的洗车指令。
在本发明实施例中,对于通用洗车方案和清洗要求信息的合并,指的是将通用洗车方案中的洗车信息与清洗要求信息中的信息做并集处理,从而形成洗车方案。例如通用洗车方案中的洗车信息为将车辆从前往后、从后往前依次清洗一遍,而清洗要求信息中表示的是将备胎部分进行二次清洗,那么该洗车方案可以是将车辆从前往后清洗、从后往前清洗,且清洗备胎部分时重复清洗一次。以上仅为示例性实施方式,可以根据实际的通用洗车方案和清洗要求信息进行并集运算得出洗车方案,具体在此不详细阐述。
对于本实施例中其他相关方式可以参照上述图3所示的实施方式,在此不详细阐述。采用本实施方式的智能洗车方法,即使在用户忘记发送车辆型号信息时也能够有效的对车辆进行精准清洗,从而有效提高车辆清洗的质量。
参见图5,为本发明实施例提供的又一种智能洗车方法,如图5所示,该方法包括:
步骤S201:当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息。
步骤S202:获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息。
步骤S203:根据所述清洗要求信息生成洗车方案;
步骤S204:将所述洗车方案存储于与所述车辆标识信息相关联的存储数据库中,作为历史洗车方案以供用户下次使用。
在具体实施过程中,用户通过智能终端发送的清洗要求信息中会有一个代表用户标识,服务器20可以通过获取的清洗要求信息解析到发送该洗车数据的用户标识信息,或者是用户通过手机发送的洗车数据中直接携带该用户标识信息,从而使得将步骤S203生成的洗车方案存储于与用户标识信息对应的存储数据库中,从而将本次的洗车方案作为历史洗车方案。
当下次用户再次通过洗车设备洗车时,服务器20可直接调出该历史洗车方案与当前的洗车要求信息共同处理形成新的洗车方案。在具体实施过程中,当前生成的洗车方案均可在存储到存储数据库时,直接覆盖上一次的历史洗车方案,即存储数据库中仅保留上一次的实际洗车数据作为历史洗车方案。或者,存储数据库中,可存储预设数量的历史洗车方案,每生成一个新的洗车方案,则删除预设数量中最早的历史洗车方案。当然,上述实施方式仅为示例性实施方式,本申请并不依次为限。
步骤S205:将所述洗车方案发送至与所述洗车设备标识信息相对应的洗车设备,以使所述洗车设备按照所述洗车方案对所述车辆进行精准清洗。
以上步骤S201、S202、S203和S205均可参见附图3所示的智能洗车方法的实施方式,在此不再详细阐述,可相互参照。
采用本发明实施例提供的智能洗车方法,能够将本次洗车得到的洗车方案存储到存储数据库中作为历史洗车方案,从而便于用户下次洗车时能够快速调用历史洗车方案,从而便于精准清洗,有效提高用户体验度等。
参见图6,为本发明实施例提供的再一种智能洗车方法的流程示意图,如图6所示,智能洗车方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S301:当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息;
步骤S302:获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息。
当获取到清洗要求信息后,执行步骤S303:判断与所述车辆标识信息相关联的存储数据库中是否存在历史洗车方案。
本发明实施例中,清洗要求信息与车辆标识信息一一对应,且存储数据库中可以预先存储有与车辆标识信息相匹配的数据,如:历史洗车方案(上一次洗车生成的洗车方案)以及用户标识信息等等。
如果存储数据库中存在与车辆标识信息相关联的历史洗车方案,则执行步骤S304:获取历史洗车方案。并根据步骤S304获取的历史洗车方案执行步骤S305:根据历史洗车方案,生成与所述清洗要求信息相对应的洗车方案。
具体实施过程中,该步骤S305中洗车方案的生成方法为:合并所述历史洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,形成所述洗车方案,具体的,有关历史系车方案与洗车要求信息合并形成洗车方案的方法可参照上述各实施方式的相关方法,在此不详细阐述。
采用本发明实施例中,可以通过判断存储数据库中是否存在与用户相关联的历史洗车方案,这样便可以直接通过历史洗车方案与本次发送的洗车数据中的清洗要求信息合并,得到本次最终的洗车方案,这样不仅减少中间查询、获取车辆型号信息等数据,而且结合历史洗车方案,也能够进一步贴合用户洗车的习惯,从而提高用户的满意度以及洗车的质量。

通用方案获取子单元231用于获取数据库集合中的通用洗车方案。
当通用方案获取子单元231获取到通用洗车方案时,第一方案生成子单元232用于合并通用洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,从而生成洗车方案。
参见图9,为本发明实施例提供的又一种智能洗车装置的结构示意图,如图9所示,该智能洗车装置包括依次电连接的入场数据获取单元21、清洗要求获取单元22、洗车方案生成单元23、洗车方案存储子单元25和洗车方案发送单元24。
入场数据获取单元21,用于当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息。
清洗要求获取单元22,用于获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息。
当清洗要求获取单元22获取到清洗要求信息时,洗车方案生成单元23根据清洗要求信息生成洗车方案。
当洗车方案生成单元23生成洗车方案时,洗车方案存储子单元25将洗车方案存储于存储数据库中作为历史洗车方案,且存储的历史洗车方案需要与车辆标识信息相对应,以便于后期查询获取。
洗车方案发送单元24将洗车方案发送给与洗车设备标识信息相对应的洗车设备,从而控制洗车设备按照所述洗车方案对所述车辆进行精准清洗。
具体实施过程中,该洗车方案发送单元24与洗车方案存储子单元25可以同时执行相应的操作,也可以在洗车方案存储子单元25执行完存储步骤后,由洗车方案发送单元24执行相应的操作。采用本方案,能过有效对当前用户洗车使用的洗车方案存储到存储数据库,便于后期调用方便,提高工作效率和工作进度。
另外,在上述图7或图9的基础之上,可以将洗车方案生成单元23替换为历史方案判断子单元26和第二方案生成子单元27,历史方案判断子单元26和第三洗车方案生成子单元27相互电连接,如图10所示。
历史方案判断子单元26用于当入场数据获取单元21获取到车辆标识信息时,且清洗要求获取单元22获取到清洗要求信息,从而判断存储数据库中是否存在与所述车辆标识信息相关联的历史洗车方案。
当历史方案判断子单元26判断结果为是时,即存储数据库中存在历史洗车方案,第二方案生成子单元27,用于合并所述历史洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,形成洗车方案。
采用本方案,能够即使判断存储数据库中是否存在用户的历史洗车方案,从而快速获取历史洗车方案,一方面能够在快速获取历史洗车方案的同时生成洗车方案,从而提高工作效率,另一方面由于历史洗车方案是历史情况下用户洗车时已制定的洗车方案,那么将历史洗车方案与本次洗车要求信息相结合的情况下,洗车效果能够更加贴合用户的预期,从而大大提升洗车质量和用户的满意度。

  1. 一种智能洗车方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息;
    获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息;
    根据所述清洗要求信息生成洗车方案;
    将所述洗车方案发送至与所述洗车设备标识信息相对应的所述洗车设备,以使所述洗车设备按照所述洗车方案对所述车辆进行精准清洗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能洗车方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述清洗要求信息生成洗车方案的步骤具体为:
    获取数据库集合中的通用洗车方案;
    合并所述通用洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,生成所述洗车方案。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能洗车方法,其特征在于,所述入场数据还携带有用户标识信息,在所述生成与所述清洗要求信息相对应的洗车方案的步骤之后,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    将所述洗车方案存储于与所述车辆标识信息相关联的存储数据库中,作为历史洗车方案以供用户下次使用。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的智能洗车方法,其特征在于,在生成与所述清洗要求信息相对应的洗车方案的步骤之前,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    判断存储数据库中是否存在与所述车辆标识信息相关联的历史洗车方案;
    若判断结果为是,则合并所述历史洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,生成所述洗车方案。
  5. 一种智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    入场数据获取单元,用于当用户入场时,获取洗车设备发送的入场数据,所述入场数据至少携带有车辆标识信息以及洗车设备标识信息;
    清洗要求获取单元,用于获取与所述车辆标识信息相对应的用户发送的的清洗要求信息;
    洗车方案生成单元,用于根据所述洗车要求信息生成洗车方案;

    洗车方案存储子单元,用于将所述洗车方案存储于与所述车辆标识信息相关联的存储数据库中,作为历史洗车方案以供用户下次使用。
  8. 根据权利要求5或7所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述智能洗车装置还包括:
    历史方案判断子单元,用于判断存储数据库中是否存在与所述车辆标识信息相关联的历史洗车方案;
    第二方案生成子单元,用于若判断结果为是,则合并所述历史洗车方案以及清洗要求信息,生成所述洗车方案。
  9. 一种智能洗车系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    如权利要求5至8中任一项所述的智能洗车装置;以及
    与所述智能洗车装置通信连接的用户终端和洗车设备;
    所述智能洗车装置用于接收所述用户终端发送的清洗要求信息;
    所述智能洗车装置还用于控制所述洗车设备对车辆进行精准清洗。
