Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de gestion de réassortiment pour un distributeur automatique, et un terminal utilisateur. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir des informations d'achèvement de paiement générées lorsqu'un utilisateur effectue un paiement sur la base d'informations de paiement, mettre à jour un registre de stock sur la base d'une liste d'achat de marchandises (S30); comparer les quantités de marchandises correspondant à des types de marchandises dans le registre de stock mis à jour avec des seuils de stock prédéfinis (S40); et si les quantités de marchandises correspondant aux types de marchandises sont inférieures aux seuils de stock prédéfinis correspondant aux types de marchandises, générer ensuite une liste de réassortiment comprenant les types de marchandises et les quantités de marchandises correspondant aux types de marchandises, de manière à faciliter ainsi le réassortiment selon la liste de réassortiment (S50). Lorsqu'un utilisateur a terminé ses achats, au moyen d'une technique de reconnaissance d'image, par rapport au résultat de comparaison d'un registre de stock reconnu avec des seuils prédéfinis, des marchandises devant être réassorties sont déterminées de manière intelligente, ce qui permet de mettre en oeuvre une détermination intelligente, au moyen d'une reconnaissance d'image, des marchandises devant être réassorties dans un processus de réassortiment. Le procédé est simple, l'efficacité du réassortiment est élevée, et l'expérience de l'utilisateur est bonne.
