目前,汽车是人们使用较为频繁的交通工具,通过汽车的便利性衍生出许多打车软件,为了保证驾驶员的人身安全,许多车辆中设置有监控系统,传统的车辆中安装的录像监控系统在使用过程中至少存在如下缺点:
现有的防匪报警技术主要通过声音提示,触发后,劫匪易听到异常的声音,从而引起怀疑,防匪效果差。
发明内容
本公开的目的包括,提供一种隐蔽式显示装置,以改善传统的车内防匪警报系统易暴露,防匪效果差的问题。
本公开的目的还包括,提供一种后视镜系统,以改善传统的车内防匪警报系统易暴露,防匪效果差的问题。

本公开提供了一种隐蔽式显示装置,用于安装在后视镜上,所述后视镜包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的后视镜玻璃,所述后视镜玻璃与所述壳体构成安装空腔,其特征在于,所述隐蔽式显示装置包括有:
显示屏,所述显示屏安装在所述壳体上且位于所述安装空腔中,
光偏向件,所述光偏向件安装在所述安装空腔中且位于所述显示屏与所述后视镜玻璃之间,所述光偏向件用于将所述显示屏的出射光线向驾驶员所在位置进行偏转。
在本公开较佳的实施例中,所述显示屏的出射光线经所述光偏向件偏转后与所述后视镜玻璃的反射光线呈夹角。

本公开提供的一种后视镜系统,包括控制器、摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及所述的隐蔽式显示装置,所述控制器、所述报警模块以及所述无线通信模块均安装在所述壳体内,所述控制器分别与所述摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及显示屏电连接,所述摄像头用于采集车内外信息并存储在所述控制器中,所述显示屏用于显示所述摄像头采集的图像信息,所述无线通信模块用于与智能终端通信连接,所述控制器在接收到所述报警模块传输的报警信息后,通过所述无线通信模块将所述控制器储存的信息发送至所述智能终端。
在本公开较佳的实施例中,所述后视镜系统还包括提醒组件,所述提醒组件包括光源,所述光源与所述控制器电连接,所述光源安装在所述壳体内,所述光源发出的光线经过所述光偏向件后偏转至所述后视镜玻璃的仅供驾驶员观看的位置上。
本公开实施例的有益效果包括:
本公开提供了一种隐蔽式显示装置,其结构简单合理,便于制造加工,安装与使用方 便,同时,该隐蔽式显示装置可以通过后视镜玻璃反射光线,并可以通过光偏向件将壳体内显示屏显示的信息经过偏转作用后反射光线。因此可以使得使用者在同一位置能够接收到一种信息,而非使用者只能接收到一种信息。
本公开提供的后视镜系统包括上述的隐蔽式显示装置,工作过程中能够实时记录车内外情况,并在匪情发生时将信息有效记录下来,通过将记录的信息传输至警方,实现驾驶员与警方的通信,在通信过程中不易被匪徒察觉,驾驶员更加安全,防匪效果佳。具体如下:
本公开提供的隐蔽式显示装置,将显示屏设置在壳体内,在显示屏发出的光线的传播路径上设置有光偏向件,光偏向件显示屏的出射光线偏转设定角度,使得显示屏显示出来的图像信息仅能够供驾驶室位置的驾驶员观察到。在匪情发生时,将显示屏显示的信息传输给警方,警方通过驾驶员传输的信息可以有效判断现场情况,并指示驾驶员进行相应操作,警方指示驾驶员的操作显示在显示屏上,而由于显示屏的位置以及传播光线的设置,使得驾驶员能够清楚知道显示屏上的信息,匪徒却不易察觉,这样的结构设计,大大提高了驾驶员的安全性,也利于协助警方控制匪徒。

具体实施方式
现有的防匪报警技术主要通过声音提示,触发后,劫匪易听到异常的声音,从而引起怀疑,防匪效果差。
鉴于此,发明人设计了一种隐蔽式显示装置以及后视镜系统,该隐蔽式显示装置工作过程中能够实时记录车内外情况,并在匪情发生时将信息有效记录下来,通过将记录的信息传输至警方,实现驾驶员与警方的通信,在通信过程中不易被匪徒察觉,驾驶员更加安全,防匪效果佳。

第一实施例
请参阅图1-图2,本实施例提供了一种隐蔽式显示装置,用于安装在后视镜上,后视镜包括壳体100以及安装在壳体100上的后视镜玻璃200,后视镜玻璃200与壳体100构成安装空腔,隐蔽式显示装置包括有:
显示屏300,显示屏300安装在壳体100上且位于安装空腔中。
光偏向件400,光偏向件400光偏向件400安装在安装空腔中且位于显示屏300与后视镜玻璃200之间,光偏向件400用于将显示屏300的出射光线向驾驶员所在位置进行偏转,令显示屏300上显示的影像沿垂直于后视镜玻璃200方向在后视镜玻璃200上的投影与后视镜玻璃200的显示区域错开,这样,驾驶员可以从显示区域看到显示屏的影像,而其他位置的人员看不到显示屏显示的影像。
也就是说,本实施例公开的隐蔽式显示装置可以通过后视镜玻璃反射光线,并可以通过光偏向件将壳体内显示屏显示的信息经过偏转作用后反射光线。因此可以使得使用者在同一位置能够接收到一种信息,而非使用者只能接收到一种信息。
请参阅图4和图5,本实施例提供的隐蔽式显示装置,将显示屏300设置在壳体100内,在显示屏300发出的光线的传播路径上设置有光偏向件400,光偏向件400显示屏300的出射光线偏转设定角度,使得显示屏300显示出来的图像信息仅能够供驾驶室位置的驾驶员观察到。在匪情发生时,将显示屏300显示的信息传输给警方,警方通过驾驶员传输的信息可以有效判断现场情况,并指示驾驶员进行相应操作,警方指示驾驶员的操作显示在显示屏300上,而由于显示屏300的位置以及传播光线的设置,使得驾驶员能够清楚知道显示屏300上的信息,匪徒却不易察觉,这样的结构设计,大大提高了驾驶员的安全性,也利于协助警方控制匪徒。
请参阅图6和图8,本实施例中,可选的,壳体100包括有前壳110、后壳120、第一安装件130、第二安装件150以及硅胶垫140。前壳110为具有安装开口111的环形结构,安装开口111大致呈矩形开口,与后视镜玻璃200的形状匹配。后壳120为弧形壳,后壳120为一端敞口的槽结构,后壳120的敞口所在一侧与前壳110通过卡扣结构扣合连接。例如,前壳110沿其安装开口111的轴线方向具有第一安装侧和第二安装侧,前壳110的第二安装侧上设置有至少两个卡接槽113,至少两个卡接槽113围绕前壳110的周向间隔排布,在后壳120的敞口所在一侧的内壁上设置有至少两个卡接凸起121,至少两个卡接凸起121围绕后壳120的周向间隔排布,前壳110的第二安装侧对准后壳120的敞口,两者相互靠近运动,使至少两个卡接槽113与至少两个卡接凸起121一一对应卡接,实现前壳110和后壳120的安装。在前壳110的第一安装侧具有内翻的遮挡环112,遮挡环112与后壳120的敞口所在一侧具有间隙,将后视镜玻璃200卡接在间隙中,依靠遮挡环112进行限位,防止后视镜玻璃200从第一安装侧处滑出。前壳110和后壳120扣合时,硅胶 垫140位于前壳110和后壳120之间,硅胶垫140可以为柱形,硅胶垫140的一端卡接在后壳120的内壁上,硅胶垫140的另一端抵接在后视镜玻璃200上,后视镜不易振动损坏。进一步的,硅胶垫140的一端具有“十字”卡槽,在后壳120的内壁上具有“十字”凸起,硅胶垫140通过卡槽卡接在凸起外。
需要说明的是,硅胶垫140的数量按需设置,本实施例中,硅胶垫140设置有两个,两个硅胶垫140分别位于壳体100长度方向的两侧。
请参阅图8,可选的,第一安装件130包括第一安装板131以及第二安装板132,第一安装板131和第二安装板132相对设置,并形成卡口133,卡口133用于安装显示屏300。
作为一种实施方式,本实施例中,卡口133所在平面与后视镜玻璃200所在平面呈夹角。可以理解的是,这种结构用于安装显示屏300时,能够使得显示屏300与后视镜玻璃200呈夹角。
可选地,第一安装板131大致为U形板。第一安装板131具有呈矩形状的第一直板部1311和呈矩形状的第一折弯板部1312,第一折弯板部1312为两个,两个第一折弯板部1312安装在第一直板部1311的两侧,第一直板部1311的一侧和两个第一折弯板部1312的一侧均安装在后壳120上,第一直板部1311远离后壳120的一侧设置有第一卡槽1313,第一卡槽1313的截面形状为L形,第一折弯板部1312板远离后壳120的一侧设置有第二卡槽1314,第二卡槽1314的截面形状为L形,两条第二卡槽1314与第一卡槽1313连通并形成第一安装槽。第二安装板132大致为U形板。第二安装板132包括矩形状的第二直板部1321和矩形状的第二折弯板部1322,第二折弯板部1322为两个,两个第二折弯板部1322安装在第二直板部1321的两侧,第二直板部1321一侧与两个第二折弯板部1322的一侧安装在后壳120上,第一折弯板部1312与对应的第二折弯板部1322间隔设置形成条形的缺口134,第一安装板131和第二安装板132之间具有两条缺口134,第二折弯板部1322远离后壳120的一侧设置有第三卡槽1323,第三卡槽1323的截面形状为L形,第一卡槽1313、第三卡槽1323以及两条第二卡槽1314构成卡口133。
作为一种实施方式,第一直板部1311相对于后壳120的高度低于第二直板部1321相对于后壳120的高度,并且第二卡槽1314与同侧的第三卡槽1323光滑倾斜设置,以使卡口133相对于后壳120呈倾斜状以安装显示屏300。
可选的,第一安装件130与后壳120采用一体成型加工制成。
本实施例中,第二安装件150可以是安装管,第二安装件150的一端固定在后壳120的内壁上,安装管的另一端用于安装光源910。安装管可以是圆管。进一步的,第二安装件150采用不透光材料制成。
需要说明的是,显示屏300采用现有技术即可,本实施例中未对其结构和功能进行改 进,为了避免叙述重复累赘,对于显示屏300的结构和原理不进行详细说明。
本实施例中,可选的,显示屏300可以是矩形板状,能够显示的图像信息更加全面,便于观察。显示屏300卡接在第一安装件130上的卡口133内。由于第一安装件130具有缺口134,便于显示屏300的拆卸与维修。
本实施例中,光偏向件400可以是折射镜,折射镜能够将接收到的光线进行设定角度的偏转,使光的传播方向发生改变,并与经后视镜玻璃200反射后的光线呈一定夹角。安装时,直接将折射镜贴合在后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250上,安装方式便捷可靠,进一步的,折射镜至少完全覆盖后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250,这样的结构设计,在通过后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250朝向后视镜内部观看时,不易被除驾驶员以外的人看到显示屏300上显示的信息,驾驶员通过后视镜玻璃200能够接收到从折射镜传播出来的光线,进而观察到显示屏300显示的信息。其中,后视镜玻璃200的供驾驶员看向后视镜内部的区域为显示区域,该显示区域也可以称为半透区域250,后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250是指,外部光线可以进到后视镜内部,后视镜内部光线也可以射出,即可以看到屏幕内容。后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250以外的区域的内侧面一般进行镀银处理,不易透光,便于利用后视镜观察后方情况。
本实施例中,可选的,显示屏300发出的光线通过光偏向件400后,只有特定方向的光线传播到后视镜玻璃200上被驾驶员看到。为了更加清楚描述仅供驾驶员看到的后视镜玻璃200上的显示位置,设定,后视镜玻璃200具有沿其长度方向的第一侧210和第二侧220以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧230和第四侧240,第一侧210、第三侧230、第二侧220和第四侧240依次首尾连接,后视镜安装完毕后,第一侧210为驾驶员的左侧,第二侧220为驾驶员的右侧,第三侧230为车顶所在一侧,第四侧240为车底所在一侧。设定显示屏300上显示的影像为显示影像,后视镜玻璃200上的影像为视觉影像,视觉影像相对于显示影像由第三侧230向第四侧240的方向偏转,即显示屏300显示的影像在驾驶员的位置仰视才能够看到。
或者,在其他实施例中,视觉影像相对于显示影像由第三侧230向第四侧240的方向偏转以及由第二侧220向第一侧210的方向偏转,即显示屏300显示的影像在驾驶员位置视线朝向右上方才能够看到。显示屏300的隐蔽性更高,不易被车内除驾驶位置的其他人员发现,防匪效果好。
需要说明的是,光偏向件400还可以是偏向膜,偏向膜贴合在后视镜玻璃200上,且偏向膜至少完全覆盖后视镜玻璃200上的半透区域250,显示屏300的出射光线经过偏向膜后改变光线传播方向,仅有驾驶位置的驾驶员能够看到显示屏300显示的图像。偏向膜的数量按需设置,可以采用至少两层偏向膜层叠在一起。
需要说明的是,光偏向件400还可以是反射镜,反射镜倾斜设置于后视镜玻璃200,以使从后视镜玻璃200射出光线与后视镜玻璃200反射光线呈夹角。反射镜的数量按需设置,将显示屏300的出射光线经过至少一次反射后从后视镜玻璃200的半透区域250射出,仅供位于驾驶位置的驾驶员观看。
需要说明的是,后视镜玻璃200的材质按需选择即可,同时,显示屏300的尺寸根据不同后视镜的尺寸进行相应调整。对应的,光偏向件400的尺寸与显示屏300的尺寸相等,或者略大于显示屏300的尺寸,从而能够将显示屏300显示的图像完整地传播出来,供驾驶员观看。
第二实施例
请参阅图1-图2以及图9,本实施例提供了一种后视镜系统,包括控制器500、摄像头600、报警模块700、无线通信模块800、PCB板50、PCB支架40、提醒组件900、支架20以及上述实施例提供的隐蔽式显示装置。
控制器500、报警模块700以及无线通信模块800均安装在壳体100内,控制器500分别与摄像头600、报警模块700、无线通信模块800以及显示屏300电连接。
摄像头600用于采集车内外信息并存储在控制器500中,显示屏300用于显示摄像头600采集的图像信息,无线通信模块800用于与智能终端通信连接。控制器500在接收到报警模块700传输的报警信息后,通过无线通信模块800将控制器500储存的信息发送至智能终端。PCB支架40与PCB板50贴合,PCB板50通过螺钉紧固在前壳110上,使PCB支架40压紧在后视镜玻璃200和PCB板50之间,控制器500、报警模块700和无线通信模块800集成在PCB板50上。在后壳120外部安装有莲花座10,支架20的一端与莲花座10通过球铰结构30连接,支架20的另一端用于安装在车体上。
需要说明的是,显示装置工作时,表示摄像头600能够采集图像信息且传输至控制器500进行储存,而显示屏300可以处于关闭状态。显示屏300处于关闭状态时,驾驶员利用后视镜玻璃200观察后方情况时更加方便,投射在后视镜玻璃200中的内容更加清晰。
可选的,提醒组件900包括光源910,光源910与控制器500电连接,光源910可以是led灯。光源910安装在第二安装件150上,进一步的,光源910直接卡接在第二安装件150内,安装方便。光源910用于指示隐蔽式显示装置是否工作,当隐蔽式显示装置工作时,光源910开启,当光源910未开启时,表示隐蔽式显示装置没有工作,这样,驾驶员可以通过查看光源910的工作状态来准确知道隐蔽式显示装置是否工作,假使通过观察光源910发现隐蔽式显示装置没有工作,可以及时开启隐蔽式显示装置,及时将匪情传递到警方。由于光源910发出的光线通过光偏向件400进行偏转,偏转后的光线仅能够由驾驶员看到,不易被匪徒发现。进一步的,将光源910设置为闪灯,即光源910不断闪烁,便 于识别。
需要说明的是,光源910发出的光线可以由第三侧230向第四侧240偏转,或者光源910发出的光线由第三侧230向第四侧240偏转以及由第二侧220向第一侧210偏转。

本公开通过设计一种隐蔽式显示装置其结构简单合理,便于制造加工,并且,该隐蔽式显示装置可以通过后视镜玻璃反射光线,还可以通过光偏向件将壳体内显示屏显示的信息经过偏转作用后反射光线。因此可以使得使用者在同一位置能够接收到一种信息,而非使用者只能接收到一种信息。

  1. 一种隐蔽式显示装置,用于安装在后视镜上,所述后视镜包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的后视镜玻璃,所述后视镜玻璃与所述壳体构成安装空腔,其特征在于,所述隐蔽式显示装置包括有:
    显示屏,所述显示屏安装在所述壳体上且位于所述安装空腔中,
    光偏向件,所述光偏向件安装在所述安装空腔中且位于所述显示屏与所述后视镜玻璃之间,所述光偏向件用于将所述显示屏的出射光线向驾驶员所在位置进行偏转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏的出射光线经所述光偏向件偏转后与所述后视镜玻璃的反射光线呈夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述后视镜玻璃具有沿其长度方向的第一侧和第二侧以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧和第四侧,所述第一侧、所述第三侧、所述第二侧和所述第四侧依次首尾连接;所述后视镜玻璃的视觉影像相对于所述显示屏的显示影像由所述第三侧向所述第四侧的方向偏转。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述后视镜玻璃具有沿其长度方向的第一侧和第二侧以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧和第四侧,所述第一侧、所述第三侧、所述第二侧和所述第四侧依次首尾连接;所述后视镜玻璃的视觉影像相对于所述显示屏的显示影像由所述第三侧向所述第四侧的方向偏转并由所述第二侧向所述第一侧的方向偏转。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述光偏向件贴合在所述后视镜玻璃上,且所述光偏向件至少完全覆盖所述后视镜玻璃上的半透区域。
  6. 根据权利要求5中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述光偏向件为折射镜或偏向膜。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述光偏向件为反射镜,所述光偏向件倾斜设置于所述后视镜玻璃上的半透区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述光偏向件的尺寸与所述显示屏的尺寸相等,或大于所述显示屏的尺寸。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前壳以及后壳,所述前壳具有安装开口,所述后视镜玻璃安装在所述安装开口内,所述后壳与所述前壳扣合连接;所述显示屏安装在所述后壳上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括第 一安装件,所述第一安装件的一端固定在所述后壳上,所述第一安装件的另一端具有卡口,所述显示屏卡接在所述卡口内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述卡口所在平面与所述后视镜玻璃所在平面呈夹角。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装件包括第一安装板和第二安装板,所述第一安装板上开设有第一安装槽,所述第二安装板上开设有第三卡槽,所述第三卡槽与所述第一安装槽形成所述卡口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的隐蔽式显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二安装板与所述第一安装板之间形成缺口。
  14. 一种后视镜系统,其特征在于,包括控制器、摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的隐蔽式显示装置,所述控制器、所述报警模块以及所述无线通信模块均安装在所述壳体内,所述控制器分别与所述摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及显示屏电连接,所述摄像头用于采集车内外信息并存储在所述控制器中,所述显示屏用于显示所述摄像头采集的图像信息,所述无线通信模块用于与智能终端通信连接,所述控制器在接收到所述报警模块传输的报警信息后,通过所述无线通信模块将所述控制器储存的信息发送至所述智能终端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的后视镜系统,其特征在于,所述后视镜系统还包括提醒组件,所述提醒组件包括光源,所述光源与所述控制器电连接,所述光源安装在所述壳体内,所述光源发出的光线经过所述光偏向件后偏转至所述后视镜玻璃的仅供驾驶员观看的位置上。
