技术领域
本公开涉及汽车配件领域,具体而言,涉及一种显示装置以及后视镜系统。
背景技术
目前,汽车是人们使用较为频繁的交通工具,通过汽车的便利性衍生出许多打车软件,为了保证驾驶员的人身安全,许多车辆中设置有监控系统,监控系统与外部环境(例如警局、公安部门)无线通信连接,发生紧急情况时能够有效降低受伤程度。当驾驶员遇到劫匪的时候,驾驶员需要知道车内的录像监控系统是否正常工作,相关视频是否已经通过互联网发送给警方,警方是否已经收到,警方对驾驶员有什么指示。
发明人在研究中发现,传统的车辆中安装的录像监控系统在使用过程中至少存在如下缺点:
现有的防匪报警技术主要通过声音提示,触发后,劫匪易听到异常的声音,从而引起怀疑,防匪效果差。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种显示装置,以改善传统的车内防匪警报系统易暴露,防匪效果差的问题。

基于上述第一目的,本公开提供了一种显示装置,被配置为安装在后视镜上,所述后视镜包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的后视镜玻璃,所述后视镜玻璃与所述壳体构成安装空腔,所述显示装置包括有:
显示屏,所述显示屏安装在所述壳体上且位于所述安装空腔中,
第一导光件,所述第一导光件设置有第一导光通道、第一导光口和第二导光口,所述第一导光口和所述第二导光口均与所述第一导光通道连通,所述导光件安装在所述壳体上,所述第一导光口与所述显示屏对接,所述第二导光口朝向所述后视镜玻璃,所述第一导光件被配置为将所述显示屏上发出的光线从所述第二导光口传播至所述后视镜玻璃上,令所述显示屏上显示的影像向驾驶员方向偏转。

基于上述第二目的,本公开提供了一种后视镜系统,包括控制器、摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及所述的显示装置,所述控制器、所述报警模块以及所述无线通信模块均安装在所述壳体内,所述控制器分别与所述摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及显示屏电连接,所述摄像头被配置为采集车内外信息并存储在所述控制器中,所述显示屏被配置为显示所述摄像头采集的图像信息,所述无线通信模块被配置为与智能终端通信连接,所述控制器在接收到所述报警模块传输的报警信息后,通过所述无线通信模块将所述控制器储存的信息发送至所述智能终端。
在本公开较佳的实施例中,所述后视镜系统还包括提醒组件,所述提醒组件包括光源以及第二导光件,所述光源与所述控制器电连接,所述光源安装在所述壳体内,所述第二导光件安装在所述壳体内,所述第二导光件被配置为将所述光源发出的光线偏转至所述后视镜玻璃上。
在本公开较佳的实施例中,后视镜系统还包括PCB支架,所述PCB支架压紧在后视镜玻璃和PCB板之间,控制器、报警模块和无线通信模块集成在PCB板上。
在本公开较佳的实施例中,所述后壳外部安装有莲花座,支架的一端与莲花座通过球铰结构连接,PCB支架的另一端被配置为安装在车体上。
本公开实施例的有益效果是:
综上所述,本公开实施例提供了一种显示装置,其结构简单合理,便于制造加工,安装与使用方便,同时,该显示装置工作过程中能够实时记录车内外情况,并在匪情发生时将信息有效记录下来,通过将记录的信息传输至警方,实现驾驶员与警方的通信,在通信过程中不易被匪徒察觉,驾驶员更加安全,防匪效果佳。具体如下:
本实施例提供的显示装置,将显示屏设置在壳体内,在显示屏发出的光线的传播路径上设置有第一导光件,光偏转件将特定方向的光线遮挡,使得显示屏显示出来的图像信息仅能够供驾驶室位置的驾驶员观察。在匪情发生时,将显示屏显示的信息传输给警方,警方通过驾驶员传输的信息可以有效判断现场情况,并指示驾驶员进行相应操作,警方指示驾驶员的操作显示在显示屏上,而由于显示屏的位置以及传播光线的设置,使得驾驶员能够清楚知道显示屏上的信息,匪徒却不易察觉,这样的结构设计,大大提高了驾驶员的安全性,也利于协助警方控制匪徒。
本实施例提供的后视镜系统包括上述的显示装置,具有上述显示装置的所有优点。

现有的防匪报警技术主要通过声音提示,触发后,劫匪易听到异常的声音,从而引起怀疑,防匪效果差。
鉴于此,发明人设计了一种显示装置以及后视镜系统,该显示装置工作过程中能够实时记录车内外情况,并在匪情发生时将信息有效记录下来,通过将记录的信息传输至警方,实现驾驶员与警方的通信,在通信过程中不易被匪徒察觉,驾驶员更加安全,防匪效果佳。

实施例
请参阅图1-图4,本实施例提供了一种显示装置,被配置为安装在后视镜上,后视镜包括壳体100以及安装在壳体100上的后视镜玻璃200,后视镜玻璃200与壳体100构成安装空腔,显示装置包括有显示屏300以及第一导光件400。显示屏300安装在壳体100上且位于安装空腔中。
请参阅图8,第一导光件400设置有第一导光通道410、第一导光口420和第二导光口430,第一导光口420和第二导光口430均与第一导光通道410连通,导光件安装在壳体100上,第一导光口420与显示屏300对接,第二导光口430朝向后视镜玻璃200,第一导光件400被配置为将显示屏300上发出的光线从第二导光口430传播至后视镜玻璃200上,令显示屏300上显示的影像向驾驶员方向偏转。
本实施例提供的显示装置,将显示屏300设置在壳体100内,在显示屏300发出的光线的传播路径上设置有第一导光件400,光偏转件将特定方向的光线遮挡,使得显示屏300 显示出来的图像信息仅能够供驾驶室位置的驾驶员观察。在匪情发生时,将显示屏300显示的信息传输给警方,警方通过驾驶员传输的信息可以有效判断现场情况,并指示驾驶员进行相应操作,警方指示驾驶员的操作显示在显示屏300上,而由于显示屏300的位置以及传播光线的设置,使得驾驶员能够清楚知道显示屏300上的信息,匪徒却不易察觉,这样的结构设计,大大提高了驾驶员的安全性,也利于协助警方控制匪徒。
请参阅图5和图7,本实施例中,可选的,壳体100包括有前壳110、后壳120、第一安装件130、第二安装件150以及硅胶垫140。前壳110为具有安装开口111的环形结构,安装开口111大致呈矩形开口,与后视镜玻璃200的形状匹配。后壳120为弧形壳,后壳120为一端敞口的槽结构,后壳120的敞口所在一侧与前壳110通过卡扣结构扣合连接。例如,前壳110沿其安装开口111的轴线方向具有第一安装侧和第二安装侧,前壳110的第二安装侧上设置有至少两个卡接槽113,至少两个卡接槽113围绕前壳110的周向间隔排布,在后壳120的敞口所在一侧的内壁上设置有至少两个卡接凸起121,至少两个卡接凸起121围绕后壳120的周向间隔排布,前壳110的第二安装侧对准后壳120的敞口,两者相互靠近运动,使至少两个卡接槽113与至少两个卡接凸起121一一对应卡接,实现前壳110和后壳120的安装。在前壳110的第一安装侧具有内翻的遮挡环112,遮挡环112与后壳120的敞口所在一侧具有间隙,将后视镜玻璃200卡接在间隙中,依靠遮挡环112进行限位,防止后视镜玻璃200从第一安装侧处滑出。前壳110和后壳120扣合时,硅胶垫140位于前壳110和后壳120之间,硅胶垫140可以为柱形,硅胶垫140的一端卡接在后壳120的内壁上,硅胶垫140的另一端抵接在后视镜玻璃200上,后视镜不易振动损坏。进一步的,硅胶垫140的一端具有“十字”卡槽,在后壳120的内壁上具有“十字”凸起,硅胶垫140通过卡槽卡接在凸起外。
需要说明的是,硅胶垫140的数量按需设置,本实施例中,硅胶垫140设置有两个,两个硅胶垫140分别位于壳体100长度方向的两侧。其它实施例中,硅胶垫140也可以设置三个或者四个。
请参阅图6和图7,可选的,第一安装件130包括第一安装板131以及第二安装板132,第一安装板131和第二安装板132相对设置,第一安装板131大致为U形板。具体的,第一安装板131具有呈矩形状的第一直板部1311和呈矩形状的第一折弯板部,第一折弯部1312为两个,两个第一折弯板部安装在第一直板部1311的两侧,第一直板部1311的一侧和两个第一折弯板部的一侧均安装在后壳120上,第一直板部1311远离后壳120的一侧设置有第一卡槽1313,第一卡槽1313的截面形状为L形,第一折弯部1312板远离后壳120的一侧设置有第二卡槽1314,第二卡槽1314的截面形状为L形,两条第二卡槽1314与第一卡槽1313连通。第二安装板132大致为U形板,第二安装板132包括矩形状的第二直板 部1321和矩形状的第二折弯板部,第二折弯部1322为两个,两个第二折弯部1322安装在第二直板部1321的两侧,第二直板部1321一侧与两个第二折弯部1322的一侧安装在后壳120上,第一折弯部1312与对应的第二折弯部1322间隔设置形成条形的缺口134,第一安装板131和第二安装板132之间具有两条缺口134,第二折弯部1322远离后壳120的一侧设置有第三卡槽1323,第三卡槽1323的截面形状为L形,第一卡槽1313、第三卡槽1323以及两条第二卡槽1314构成卡口133。
请参阅图6,本实施例中,第二安装件150可以是安装管,第二安装件150的一端固定在后壳120的内壁上,安装管的另一端被配置为安装光源910。安装管可以是圆管。进一步的,第二安装件150采用不透光材料制成。
需要说明的是,显示屏300采用现有技术即可,本实施例中未对其结构和功能进行改进,为了避免叙述重复累赘,对于显示屏300的结构和原理不进行详细说明。
本实施例中,可选的,显示屏300可以是矩形板状,能够显示的图像信息更加全面,便于观察。显示屏300卡接在第一安装件130上的卡口133内。由于第一安装件130具有缺口134,便于显示屏300的拆卸与维修。
请参阅图8,本实施例中,第一导光件400可以是中空的柱形结构,采用不透光材料制成。第一导光件400可以是导光筒,导光筒为矩形筒状,即第一导光筒的垂直于其轴线方向的截面形状为矩形环,导光筒的两端分别为第一导光口420和第二导光口430,第一导光口420所在一端插接在卡口133中,第一导光件400罩住显示屏300,第一导光口420的形状与显示屏300的形状匹配,显示屏300传播出来的光线可以完全从第一导光口420进入到第一导光通道410中,不易丢失图像,然后从第二导光口430传播出来,第一导光件400的第二导光口430所在端面贴合在后视镜玻璃200的半透区域上,第一导光件400的遮挡效果更好,不易被除驾驶员以外的人看到显示屏300上显示的信息,驾驶员通过后视镜玻璃200接收到从第二导光口430传播出来的光线,进而观察到显示屏300显示的信息。第二导光口430所在端面与第一导光口420所在端面倾斜设置,便于第二导光口430贴合在后视镜玻璃200上。其中,后视镜玻璃200的半透区域是指,外部光线可以进到后视镜内部,后视镜内部光线也可以射出,即可以看到屏幕内容。在后视镜玻璃的半透区域以外的区域一般进行镀银处理,不易透光,便于利用后视镜观察后方情况。驾驶员从半透区域观看到显示屏上显示的影像。
本实施例中,可选的,显示屏300发出的光线通过第一导光件400后,只有特定方向的光线传播到后视镜玻璃200上被驾驶员看到。为了更加清楚描述仅供驾驶员看到的后视镜玻璃200上的显示位置,设定,后视镜玻璃200具有沿其长度方向的第一侧210和第二侧220以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧230和第四侧240,第一侧210、第三侧230、第二侧220 和第四侧240依次首尾连接,后视镜安装完毕后,第一侧210为驾驶员的左侧,第二侧220为驾驶员的右侧,第三侧230为车顶所在一侧,第四侧240为车底所在一侧。显示屏上显示的影像为显示影像,后视镜玻璃上的影像为视觉影像,视觉影像相对于显示影像由第三侧230向第四侧240的方向偏转,即显示屏300显示的影像在驾驶员的位置仰视才能够看到。
或者,在其他实施例中,视觉影像相对于显示影像由第三侧230向第四侧240的方向偏转以及由第二侧220向第一侧210的方向偏转,即显示屏300显示的影像在驾驶员位置视线朝向右上方才能够看到。显示屏300的隐蔽性更高,不易被车内除驾驶位置的其他人员发现,防匪效果好。
需要说明的是,视觉影像并不是表示在后视镜玻璃上成像,而是指通过后视镜玻璃上的可视区域(半透区域)能够观察到显示屏上显示的影像,利用视觉影像的位置表示可视区域的位置。
需要说明的是,后视镜玻璃200的材质按需选择即可,同时,显示屏300的尺寸根据不同后视镜的尺寸进行相应调整。
实施例
请参阅图1、图2和图10,本实施例提供了一种后视镜系统,包括控制器500、摄像头600、报警模块700、无线通信模块800、PCB板50、PCB支架4020、提醒组件900、支架20以及上述实施例提供的显示装置。控制器500、报警模块700以及无线通信模块800均安装在壳体100内,控制器500分别与摄像头600、报警模块700、无线通信模块800以及显示屏300电连接,摄像头600被配置为采集车内外信息并存储在控制器500中,显示屏300被配置为显示摄像头600采集的图像信息,无线通信模块800被配置为与智能终端通信连接,控制器500在接收到报警模块700传输的报警信息后,通过无线通信模块800将控制器500储存的信息发送至智能终端。PCB支架4020与PCB板50贴合,PCB板50通过螺钉紧固在前壳110上,使PCB支架4020压紧在后视镜玻璃200和PCB板50之间,控制器500、报警模块700和无线通信模块800集成在PCB板50上。在后壳120外部安装有莲花座10,支架20的一端与莲花座10通过球铰结构30连接,支架20的另一端被配置为安装在车体上。
请参阅图2,可选的,提醒组件900包括光源910和第二导光件920,光源910与控制器500电连接,光源910可以是led灯。光源910安装在第二安装件150上,进一步的,光源910直接卡接在第二安装件150内,安装方便。光源910被配置为指示显示装置是否工作,当显示装置工作时,光源910开启,当光源910未开启时,表示显示装置没有工作,这样,驾驶员可以通过查看光源910的工作状态来准确知道显示装置是否工作,假使通过 观察光源910发现显示装置没有工作,可以及时开启显示装置,及时将匪情传递到警方。由于光源910发出的光线通过第二导向件进行偏转,偏转后的光线仅能够由驾驶员看到,不易被匪徒发现。进一步的,将光源910设置为闪灯,即光源910不断闪烁,便于识别。
需要说明的是,显示装置工作时,表示摄像头600能够采集图像信息且传输至控制器进行储存,而显示屏300可以处于关闭状态。显示屏300处于关闭状态时,驾驶员利用后视镜玻璃观察后方情况时更加方便,投射在后视镜玻璃中的内容更加清晰。
请参阅图9,进一步的,第二导光件920为圆形筒状,第二导光件920采用不透光材料制成,第二导光件920为中空结构,第二导光件920具有第二导光通道921和位于两端的导光开口,两个导光开口与第二导光通道921连通,第二导光件920的一端插接在第二安装件150中,第二导光件920的另一端贴合在后视镜玻璃200上。第二导光件920位于后视镜玻璃200上的导光开口相对于第二导光件920与光源910接触的导光开口由第三侧230向第四侧240偏转,或者第二导光件920位于后视镜玻璃200上的导光开口相对于第二导光件920与光源910接触的导光开口由第三侧230向第四侧240偏转以及由第二侧220向第一侧210偏转。

总体效果
本公开实施例提供了一种显示装置,其结构简单合理,便于制造加工,安装与使用方便,同时,该显示装置工作过程中能够实时记录车内外情况,并在匪情发生时将信息有效记录下来,通过将记录的信息传输至警方,实现驾驶员与警方的通信,在通信过程中不易被匪徒察觉,驾驶员更加安全,防匪效果佳。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种显示装置,被配置为安装在后视镜上,所述后视镜包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的后视镜玻璃,所述后视镜玻璃与所述壳体构成安装空腔,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括有:
    显示屏,所述显示屏安装在所述壳体上且位于所述安装空腔中,
    第一导光件,所述第一导光件设置有第一导光通道、第一导光口和第二导光口,所述第一导光口和所述第二导光口均与所述第一导光通道连通,所述第一导光件安装在所述壳体上,所述第一导光口与所述显示屏对接,所述第二导光口朝向所述后视镜玻璃,所述第一导光件被配置为将所述显示屏上发出的光线从所述第二导光口传播至所述后视镜玻璃上,令所述显示屏上显示的影像向驾驶员方向偏转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述后视镜玻璃具有沿其长度方向的第一侧和第二侧以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧和第四侧,所述第一侧、所述第三侧、所述第二侧和所述第四侧依次首尾连接;所述显示屏上显示的影像为显示影像,所述后视镜玻璃上的影像为视觉影像,所述视觉影像相对于显示影像由所述第三侧向所述第四侧的方向偏转。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述后视镜玻璃具有沿其长度方向的第一侧和第二侧以及沿其宽度方向的第三侧和第四侧,所述第一侧、所述第三侧、所述第二侧和所述第四侧依次首尾连接;所述显示屏上显示的影像为显示影像,所述后视镜玻璃上的影像为视觉影像,所述视觉影像相对于显示影像由所述第三侧向所述第四侧的方向偏转以及由所述第二侧向所述第一侧的方向偏转。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一导光件为导光筒,所述第一导光口与所述第二导光口位于所述导光筒的轴线方向的两端,所述第二导光口贴合在所述后视镜玻璃上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一导光筒的垂直于其轴线方向的截面形状为矩形环,对应的,所述显示屏为矩形板状。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前壳以及后壳,所述前壳具有安装开口,所述后视镜玻璃安装在所述安装开口内,所述后壳与所述前壳扣合连接;所述显示屏安装在所述后壳上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括第一安装件,所述第一安装件的一端固定在所述后壳上,所述第一安装件的另一端具有卡口,所述显示屏卡接在所述卡口内,所述第一导光口所在端部卡接在所述卡口内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装件包括第一安装板 以及第二安装板,所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板相对设置,所述第一安装板具有第一直板部和两个第一折弯板部,所述两个第一折弯板部安装在所述第一直板部的两侧,所述第一直板部和所述第一折弯板部的一侧安装在后壳上,所述第一直板部远离所述后壳的一侧设置有第一卡槽,所述第一折弯部板远离所述后壳的一侧设置有第二卡槽,两条所述第二卡槽与所述第一卡槽连通;所述第二安装板包括第二直板部和两个第二折弯板部,所述两个第二折弯部安装在所述第二直板部的两侧,所述第二直板部与所述第二折弯部的一侧安装在所述后壳上,所述第一折弯部与对应的所述第二折弯部间隔设置形成缺口,所述第二折弯部远离所述后壳的一侧设置有第三卡槽,所述第一卡槽、两条所述第二卡槽与所述第三卡槽构成所述卡口。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,前壳沿其安装开口的轴线方向具有第一安装侧和第二安装侧,前壳的第二安装侧上设置有至少两个卡接槽,所述后壳的敞口所在一侧的内壁上设置有至少两个卡接凸起,至少两个卡接槽与至少两个卡接凸起一一对应卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,至少两个所述卡接槽围绕所述前壳的周向间隔排布,至少两个卡接凸起围绕所述后壳的周向间隔排布。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,后壳为一端敞口的槽结构,所述前壳的第一安装侧具有内翻的遮挡环,遮挡环与后壳的敞口所在一侧具有被配置为卡接所述后视镜玻璃的间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述前壳和所述后壳之间设置有硅胶垫,所述硅胶垫一端卡接在所述后壳,另一端被配置为抵接在后视镜玻璃上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其特征在于,后壳的内壁上具有“十字”凸起,所述硅胶垫设置有“十字”槽,所述硅胶垫通过“十字”槽卡接在“十字”凸起外。
  14. 一种后视镜系统,其特征在于,包括控制器、摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的显示装置,所述控制器、所述报警模块以及所述无线通信模块均安装在所述壳体内,所述控制器分别与所述摄像头、报警模块、无线通信模块以及显示屏电连接,所述摄像头被配置为采集车内外信息并存储在所述控制器中,所述显示屏被配置为显示所述摄像头采集的图像信息,所述无线通信模块被配置为与智能终端通信连接,所述控制器在接收到所述报警模块传输的报警信息后,通过所述无线通信模块将所述控制器储存的信息发送至所述智能终端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的后视镜系统,其特征在于,所述后视镜系统还包括提醒组件,所述提醒组件包括光源以及第二导光件,所述光源与所述控制器电连接,所述光源安装在所述壳体内,所述第二导光件安装在所述壳体内,所述第二导光件用于将 所述光源发出的光线偏转至所述后视镜玻璃上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的后视镜系统,其特征在于,后视镜系统还包括PCB支架,所述PCB支架压紧在后视镜玻璃和PCB板之间,控制器、报警模块和无线通信模块集成在PCB板上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的后视镜系统,其特征在于,所述后壳外部安装有莲花座,支架的一端与莲花座通过球铰结构连接,PCB支架的另一端被配置为安装在车体上。
