技术领域
本公开涉及汽车零件设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于车辆的摄像头及汽车。
背景技术
传统的车辆的外后视镜由于结构的限制,会存在盲区,为了观察到盲区的路况,提高行车安全,很多驾驶员会在车的侧面或者外后视镜下方增加摄像头并在车内的显示装置显示出来。
现有技术中的安装于车辆的摄像头,一般摄像头的线在门缝到汽车内部的沿途上,没有固定支撑物,线束在车门内部随意散落,一方面导致车内环境杂乱,非常难看;另一方面,散落的线束容易在车门的启闭过程中被汽车车门缠绕或压坏,影响摄像头的使用寿命。
现有技术中还包括通过将摄像头的走线设置于连接车门和车体的橡胶管内部的走线方式以将摄像头的线内与车内的显示装置连接,但是,该操作需要将整个车门拆开进行线束的布设,安装耗费时间,而且在安装过程中容易将车门上的卡扣拆坏,导致车门不紧或有震动噪音的问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的包括,提供一种用于车辆的摄像头,以缓解现有技术中存在的线束散落在车门内部、以及从连接车门和车体的橡胶管中走线需要拆除车门,而导致安装耗时长,且易造成车门卡扣损坏、车门不紧或有震动噪音的问题。
本公开的目的还包括,提供一种汽车,其包括上述的用于车辆的摄像头,并具有该摄像头的全部功能。
本公开的实施例是这样实现的:
本公开的一方面,提供一种用于车辆的摄像头,包括:壳体、摄像头主体、线材、走线部和固定装置;摄像头主体设置于壳体内,壳体与车辆的车身侧边连接,线材与摄像头 主体连接,且线材远离摄像头主体的一端伸出壳体内;走线部包括走线区和固定区,走线区与固定区连接,固定区与壳体伸出线材的一端连接,固定区与车辆的车身侧边连接;线材通过固定区与走线区连接;走线区用于穿设于车辆的车门与前翼子板之间的缝隙,以将线材通过车门与前翼子板之间的缝隙与车辆内部显示屏连接;沿着线材的位置,固定装置设置有多个,多个固定装置均与车辆车门及车门柱处的防水橡胶条连接,以将控制线材的走向。
进一步地,固定装置包括设置于对应车门柱位置的弧形长条固定橡胶条;
线材固定于弧形长条固定橡胶条的中部凹槽内。进一步地,走线区上设置有多个凹槽和多个横梁,多个凹槽和多个横梁依次间隔设置,多个横梁均与固定区连接,线材依次穿设于多个凹槽和多个横梁内。
进一步地,线材固定设置于凹槽内。
进一步地,走线区位于固定区内,固定区与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接,以将走线区与车身贴合连接;
固定区与壳体为可拆卸连接。

进一步地,摄像头主体设置有多个,多个摄像头主体均设置于壳体内,壳体内设置有多个拍摄口,多个摄像头主体的镜头通过多个拍摄口伸出,以使多个摄像头主体拍摄多个方位的影像。
进一步地,壳体内设置有2个呈夹角设置的拍摄口,摄像头主体设置有2个,2个摄像头主体的镜头分别由拍摄口伸出。
进一步地,壳体包括底壳和外壳;
底壳与外壳连接,底壳与外壳之间形成放置腔,多个摄像头主体设置于放置腔内,多个拍摄口分别设置于外壳的多个方向。
进一步地,底壳与外壳通过螺纹紧固连接件可拆卸连接。
进一步地,固定区包括第一固定区和第二固定区;
第一固定区与第二固定于连接,沿着第一固定区的边缘设置有多个固定端,第一固定区通过固定端与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接;
第二固定区设置于底壳与外壳的连接处,且第二固定区均与底壳与外壳连接,以使线材通过第二固定区穿设于走线区内。
进一步地,第一固定区与第二固定区一体成型制作,或者,第一固定区与第二固定区固定连接。
进一步地,第二固定区插设于底壳与外壳之间,第二固定区上还设置有弯钩部,第一固定区通过弯钩部与第二固定区连接。
进一步地,底壳设置有多个放置部,多个摄像头主体通过多个放置部与底壳连接,以使多个摄像头主体的镜头固定于多个拍摄口处。

如图1-5所示,本实施例提供了一种用于车辆的摄像头,包括:壳体100、摄像头主体200、线材300、走线部400和固定装置500;摄像头主体200设置于壳体100内,壳体100与车辆的车身侧边连接,线材300与摄像头主体200连接,且线材300远离摄像头主体200的一端伸出壳体100内;走线部400包括走线区402和固定区401,走线区402与固定区401连接,固定区401与壳体100伸出线材300的一端连接,固定区401与车辆的车身侧边连接;线材300通过固定区401与走线区402连接;走线区402用于穿设于车辆的车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙,以将线材300通过车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙与车辆内部显示屏800连接;沿着线材300的位置,固定装置500设置有多个,多个固定装置500均与车辆车门600及车门柱处的防水橡胶条连接,以将控制线材300的走向。
其中,固定装置500可以为多种,例如:钉线槽、固定橡胶条、胶带等,较佳地,固定装置500为固定橡胶条;具体地,固定橡胶条采用弧形长条固定橡胶条,当走线部400带动线材300穿过车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙后,在车辆的侧围前部防水橡胶条靠近前立柱)合适位置,分别粘贴弧形长条固定橡胶条,线材300固定于弧形长条固定橡胶条的中部凹槽内,以控制线材300的走向,弧形长条固定橡胶条的两端与车辆车门600出的防水橡胶条粘接,以便线材300能够更加稳固和美观。
进一步地,走线区402位于固定区401内,固定区401与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接,以将走线区402与车身贴合连接;固定区401与壳体100为可拆卸连接。
固定区401与车辆的车身侧边的连接方式可以为多种,例如:通过螺钉连接、粘接、铆接等,较佳地,固定区401与车辆的车身侧边的连接方式为通过螺钉连接;以防止走线部400被车门600开关剐蹭,造成不必要的损失。
壳体100与车辆的车身侧边连接方式可以为多种,例如:通过螺钉连接、铆接、粘接等,较佳地,壳体100与车辆的车身侧边连接方式为通过螺钉连接。
走线部400的材料可以为多种,例如:塑胶、金属、橡胶等,较佳地,走线部400的材料为金属。
进一步地,走线部400的材料为柔性材料,以使走线部400可以根据不同车型预弯曲,以方便地穿过前翼子板700和车门600之前的缝隙。
优选地,走线部400的材料为合金材料,使得走线部400在具有一定强度的基础上,保持柔性,从而保证走线部400可以随意随着车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙进行弯折,也不会发生断裂的情况。
走线区402与固定区401的连接关系可以为一体成型,或者走线区402与固定区401为固定连接,例如:焊接、铆接、粘接等,较佳地,走线区402与固定区401的连接关系为一体成型。
本实施例提供的一种用于车辆的摄像头,包括:壳体100、摄像头主体200、线材300、走线部400和固定装置500;摄像头主体200设置于壳体100内,壳体100与车辆的车身侧边连接,线材300与摄像头主体200连接,且线材300远离摄像头主体200的一端伸出壳体100内;走线部400包括走线区402和固定区401,走线区402与固定区401连接,固定区401与壳体100伸出线材300的一端连接;线材300通过固定区401与走线区402连接;走线区402用于穿设于车辆的车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙,以将线材300通过车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙与车辆内部显示屏800连接;沿着线材300的位置,固定装置500设置有多个,多个固定装置500均与车辆车门600及车门柱处的防水橡胶条连接,以将控制线材300的走向。通过走线部400可以将线材300固定,以及走线部400通过固定区401与车辆车身侧边连接,走线区402用于穿设于车辆的车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙,从而带动线材300通过车辆的车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙伸入至车内,从而不需要拆除车门600,再通过多个固定装置500使得线材300可以整齐的贴设于车内,控制了线材300的走向,缓解了现有技术中存在的线束散落在车门600内部、以及从连接车门600和车体的橡胶管子中走线需要拆除车门600,而导致安装耗时长,易造成车门600卡扣拆坏导致车门600不紧,有震动噪音的技术问题;降低侧面摄像头的安装难度,便于产品的推广应用,更加实用。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供的用于车辆的摄像头的走线区402上设置有多个凹槽422和多个横梁412,多个凹槽422和多个横梁412依次间隔设置,多个横梁412均与固定区401连接,线材300依次穿设于多个凹槽422和多个横梁412内。
由于沿着走线区402间隔设置有多个凹槽422,从而使得相邻的两个凹槽422之间设置有横梁412,当线材300从壳体100的摄像头主体200中伸出时,通过固定部之后可以依次穿设在多个凹槽422和横梁412之间,从而保证了线材300可以沿着多个凹槽422和多个横梁412固定。
线材300可以固定于凹槽422内,使得线材300不会直接车辆的车门600与前翼子板700之间的缝隙的两端接触,保证了线材300不会因为弯折而导致的断裂,影响摄像头主体200的使用,更加实用。
进一步地,线材300的形状为扁平状;具体的,线材300选用扁线,从而可以使得线材300可以更好的与走线区402的横梁412贴合,不会由于线材300太高,导致线材300与车身挤压,影响线材300的使用。
本实施例提供的用于车辆的摄像头,通过走线区402上设置有多个凹槽422和多个横梁412,使得线材300可以沿着多个凹槽422和多个横梁412依次穿插设置,保证了线材300的走向很强度,而且线材300的形状为扁平状,更加方便与走线区402穿设;实现了线材300不会受到车门600开关的干扰,避免了缠绕和拉扯坏的隐患,更加实用。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供的用于车辆的摄像头的摄像头主体200设置有多个,多个摄像头主体200均设置于壳体100内,壳体100内设置有多个拍摄口111,多个摄像头主体200的镜头通过多个拍摄口111伸出,以使多个摄像头主体200拍摄多个方位的影像。
其中,摄像头主体200的数量可以为一个、两个、三个、四个等,较佳地,摄像头主体200的数量为两个,两个摄像头主体200可以更加全方位的拍摄车身的影像,避免了盲区的存在。
进一步地,壳体100包括底壳102和外壳101;底壳102与外壳101连接,底壳102与外壳101之间形成放置腔,多个摄像头主体200设置于放置腔内,多个拍摄口111分别设置于外壳101的多个方向。
底壳102与外壳101的连接方式可以为多种,例如:卡接、通过螺钉连接、铆接等,较佳地,底壳102与外壳101的连接方式为通过螺钉连接。
进一步地,固定区401包括第一固定区411和第二固定区421;第一固定区411与第二固定于连接,沿着第一固定区411的边缘设置有多个固定端,第一固定区411通过固定端与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接;第二固定区421设置于底壳102与外壳101的连接处,且第二固定区421均与底壳102与外壳101连接,以使线材300通过第二固定区421穿设于走线区402内。
其中,第一固定区411和第二固定区421的连接方式可以为一体成型,也可以第一固定区411和第二固定区421固定连接,例如:焊接、粘接等,较佳地,第一固定区411和第二固定区421的连接方式为一体成型。
第二固定区421设置有弯钩部,通过将第二固定区421插设于底壳102与外壳101之间,以使第一固定区411通过弯钩部可以与第二固定区421连接。
第二固定区421与底壳102和外壳101的连接方式可以为多种,例如:通过螺钉连接、螺纹连接、卡接等,较佳地,第二固定区421与底壳102和外壳101的连接方式为通过螺钉连接;具体地,第二固定区421插设与底壳102和外壳101之间,且底壳102、第二固定区421和外壳101的对应位置均设置有螺孔,通过螺钉插设于螺孔内,从而使得第二固定区421可以与壳体100连接,而且保证了线材300可以沿着第二固定区421与走线区402连接,从而可以沿着走线区402穿设连接。
进一步地,底壳102设置有多个放置部112,多个摄像头主体200通过多个放置部112与底壳102连接,以使多个摄像头主体200的镜头固定于多个拍摄口111处。
放置部112与摄像头主体200的连接方式可以为多种,例如:螺纹连接、卡接、粘接等,较佳地,放置部112与摄像头主体200的连接方式为卡接。
放置部112的数量对应摄像头主体200的数量设置,以使多个摄像头主体200卡设于多个放置部112内。
本实施例提供的用于车辆的摄像头,通过摄像头主体200设置有多个,且多个摄像头主体200均设置于壳体100内,可以更加全方位的拍摄车身的影像,避免了盲区的存在,而且,壳体100包括底壳102和外壳101,底壳102设置有多个用于防止摄像头主体200的放置部112,使得摄像头主体200在壳体100不会由于颠簸而晃动,保证了摄像头主体200的稳定性,另外,通过固定区401包括第一固定区411和第二固定区421,从而可以使得第二固定区421方便与壳体100连接,再通过第一固定区411将走线部400固定于车辆车身侧边,保证了线材300的强度,使得设计更加合理,更加实用。
图5为本实施例提供的汽车的整体结构示意图;其中,显示屏800设置于车辆内部。
如图5所示,本实施例提供的一种汽车,包括所述的用于车辆的摄像头;其中,显示屏800设置于车内,且显示屏800通过线材300与摄像头主体200电连接,使得摄像头主体200拍摄的画面传递至显示屏800处,方便司机更好的判断车辆周围的情况。另外,由于本实施例提供的汽车的其他技术效果与上述提供的用于车辆的摄像头的技术效果相同,此处不再赘述。

  1. 一种用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,包括:壳体、摄像头主体、线材、走线部和固定装置;
    所述摄像头主体设置于所述壳体内,所述壳体与车辆的车身侧边连接,所述线材与所述摄像头主体连接,且所述线材远离所述摄像头主体的一端伸出所述壳体内;
    所述走线部包括走线区和固定区,所述走线区与所述固定区连接,所述固定区与所述壳体伸出所述线材的一端连接,所述固定区与车辆的车身侧边连接;所述线材通过所述固定区与所述走线区连接;所述走线区用于穿设于车辆的车门与前翼子板之间的缝隙,以将所述线材通过车门与前翼子板之间的缝隙与车辆内部显示屏连接;
    沿着所述线材的位置,所述固定装置设置有多个,多个所述固定装置均与车辆车门及车门柱处的防水橡胶条连接,以将控制所述线材的走向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括设置于对应车门柱位置的弧形长条固定橡胶条;
    所述线材固定于所述弧形长条固定橡胶条的中部凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述走线区上设置有多个凹槽和多个横梁,多个所述凹槽和多个所述横梁依次间隔设置,多个所述横梁均与所述固定区连接,所述线材依次穿设于多个所述凹槽和多个所述横梁内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线材固定设置于所述凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述走线区位于所述固定区内,所述固定区与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接,以将所述走线区与车身贴合连接;
    所述固定区与所述壳体为可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述走线区与所述固定区一体成型制作,或者,所述走线区与所述固定区固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述走线部的材料为柔性材料,以使所述走线部可沿着车门与前翼子板之间的缝隙弯折。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述走线部的材料为合金材料。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有2个呈夹角设置的所述拍摄口,所述摄像头主体设置有2个,2个所述摄像头主体的镜头分别由所述拍摄口伸出。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底壳和外壳;
    所述底壳与所述外壳连接,所述底壳与所述外壳之间形成放置腔,多个所述摄像头主体设置于所述放置腔内,多个所述拍摄口分别设置于所述外壳的多个方向。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述底壳与所述外壳通过螺纹紧固连接件可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述固定区包括第一固定区和第二固定区;
    所述第一固定区与所述第二固定区连接,沿着所述第一固定区的边缘设置有多个固定端,所述第一固定区通过所述固定端与车辆的车身侧边可拆卸连接;
    所述第二固定区设置于所述底壳与所述外壳的连接处,且所述第二固定区均与所述底壳与所述外壳连接,以使所述线材通过所述第二固定区穿设于所述走线区内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述第一固定区与所述第二固定区一体成型制作,或者,所述第一固定区与所述第二固定区固定连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述第二固定区插设于所述底壳与所述外壳之间,所述第二固定区上还设置有弯钩部,所述第一固定区通过所述弯钩部与所述第二固定区连接。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述底壳设置有多个放置部,多个所述摄像头主体通过多个所述放置部与所述底壳连接,以使多个所述摄像头主体的镜头固定于多个所述拍摄口处。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16任一项所述的用于车辆的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线材的形状为扁平状。
  18. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-17任一项所述的用于车辆的摄像头。
