优选的,连接部为空心管状,在连接部对应远离第一摆杆一端的管口位置设有端盖,端盖上开设有供拉线穿过的开孔,在拉线上位于端盖和支撑板之间设有用于将两个簧片上的第二限位部推出连接部空腔中的第四弹簧。
有益效果
本发明中在连接部的两侧对应骑行者的两条大腿分别转动设有两块座板,在骑行过程中,两块座板上通过骑行者发力腿的下压动作和转动设置于连接部上的 第二摆杆的拨动作用,可实现一块座板前端升起,另一块座板前端下降的往复联动效果,避免了骑行者会阴部受到的压迫,有利于骑行者的身体健康。
在本发明的连接部上设有具有将座板翻转趋势以实现其顶部避污的第一弹簧,并在骑行中通过锁止机构限制其翻转。当骑行结束后骑行者脚部拨动支撑架张开以停放自行车时,连接在支撑架上的拉线拉动执行机构,使执行机构上的限位部缩回连接部内,解除其对于座板翻动的限制作用,使座板顺利翻转。在开始骑行前的一种情况下,骑行者通过人力将两块座板反转就位,再通过脚部拨动支撑架收起,即可使执行机构的限位部重新对两块座板的翻转进行限位;开始骑行前的另一种情况下,骑行者首先脚部拨动支撑架收起,执行机构的限位部均从连接部中伸出,然后反转两块座板,两块座板上的第一摆杆可分别沿对应侧第二弹簧的翼部滑动或另一种实施方式中的簧片滑动,并使两个翼部产生朝向连接部移动的形变或两个簧片朝向支撑板侧的形变,直至第一摆杆滑入靠近第二摆杆的位置。此时第一摆杆对于翼部或簧片的压力消失,两个翼部或两个簧片回弹,使两个限位部重新对两块座板的翻转进行限位。通过本发明特殊构造的执行元件,使得骑行前无论先拨动在反转座板或先反转座板后拨动支撑架,均可使与座板固定的第一摆杆处于限位部和第二摆杆之间,起到限位作用,使用与大多数人的各种骑行习惯。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座的一种实施方式,包括用于与车架连接的连接部9。本实施例中的连接部9为沿骑行方向并水平分 布的空心管,连接部9的两端均设置有端盖8以避免杂物进入空心管内腔中。连接部9的前端可焊接插管以插设在自行车车架上,也可焊接两根滑柱以与自行车车架上的安装座配合安装并调整连接部9与车把之间的距离。
在连接部9上转动设有与骑行者两条大腿分别对应的两块座板6、用于控制两块座板6的前端交替往复升降的联动机构、用于控制两块座板6翻转以实现两块座板6顶部避污的翻转机构以及控制翻转机构锁止的锁止机构。通过设置两块分体式的座板6可避免传统自行车座骑行过程中对于骑行者会阴部位的持续压迫。通过联动机构可使两块座板6的前端在骑行者两条腿发力蹬车时彼此交错起伏升降,使得座板6顶部始终与骑行者的两条大腿接触,通过大接触面积,减小了大腿和座板6之间的压强,从而降低了座板6对于大腿的压力,进一步提高了本发明在骑行过程中的舒适度。通过翻转机构实现了骑行结束停车后两块座板6的自动翻转,实现了两块座板6的顶部避污功能。通过锁止机构使得两块座板6在准备骑行时其翻转受限,便于骑行者按照传统自行车的骑行方式开始骑行。
在本发明的连接部9靠近自身后端的位置固定设垂直于骑行方向且水平分布的横轴1,横轴1的中部通过焊接方式与连接部9固定,横轴1的两端分别设有可转动的轴套3,轴套3和横轴1间均配合安装有滚动轴承以使轴套3可在横轴1上以横轴1为中心自由转动。两块座板6分别固定在两个轴套3上,且两个座板6之间保留有间隙。
本发明的联动机构包括分别固定设置在两块轴套3上的第一摆杆4以及转动设置在连接部9上的第二摆杆11。两根第一摆杆4分别位于连接部9的两侧,且第一摆杆4与对应的座板6之间的夹角为90-110°。也可不设第一摆杆4,由座板6的下沿直接与第二摆杆11的两端拨动配合。此种状态下,第二摆杆11的转动状态为以水平中心轴线转动。本实施例中第二摆杆11沿水平方向分布并可以竖直中心轴线在水平面内转动,其中部通过销轴铰接连接在连接部9上并位于两根第一摆杆4相背于骑行方向的一侧。在骑行过程中,骑行者左侧大腿发力蹬车则下压左侧座板6,如图1中左侧座板6逆时针转动,对应的轴套3和第一摆杆4均逆时针转动,其中的第一摆杆4转动过程中接触第二摆杆11的一端并推动第二摆杆11逆时针转动,从而由第二摆杆11的另一端推动右侧座板6对应的第一摆杆4顺时针转动,从而使得右侧座板6的前端上升。如此往复,即可通 过第二摆杆11的两端分别与两根第一摆杆4配合以使两块座板6的前端在骑行过程中间隔交替升降,达到了省力效果,并提高了骑行的舒适度。
本发明的翻转机构包括两根第一弹簧2。两根第一弹簧2均为扭簧并分别套设在横轴1的两端。第一弹簧2的一端均与横轴1端部固定,另一端分别与两个轴套3对应固定,通过两根第一弹簧2使得轴座以及对应的座板6具有座板6前端朝向骑行方向后方翻转的趋势,在座板6不受限状态下可直接将座板6翻转,使座板6的底部朝上,顶部朝下,避免了座板6顶部由风吹雨淋而留下污渍。
本发明的锁止机构包括用于锁止两块座板6在翻转机构作用下进行翻转避污的执行元件5以及一端与执行元件5连接的拉线7,拉线7的另一端固定连接在车架上的支撑架上,通过拨开支撑架可解除执行元件对于两块座板翻转的阻挡限位作用。
执行机构包括多种实施方式,其中的一种实施方式如图1及图2所示,执行机构为第二弹簧,第二弹簧为V形弹簧,第二弹簧包括锥尖部503以及分别位于锥尖部503两侧的两个翼部501,两个翼部501在相对压缩后具有朝向相反方向外扩的趋势。第二弹簧可容纳于连接部9的空腔内,在连接部9上位于骑行方向的两侧分别开设有与空腔连通的条形孔10,第二弹簧的两个翼部501可分别由两个条形孔10内穿出连接部9外。两个翼部501远离锥尖部503的一端相对弯折成一直线后形成两个第一限位部502,两个第一限位部502分别与第二摆杆11的对应端部形成限位区,限定了第一摆杆4只能在限位区内前后摆动,阻挡了两块座板6的前端朝向骑行方向的后方翻转,使得在骑行前可先将两块座板6位置调整好,使第一摆杆4处于限位区内,避免了边调座板6边往座板6上座的不便操作。
拉线7的一端与锥尖部503连接,另一端穿出连接部9后连接在车架上的支撑架上,通过拨动支撑架可将第二弹簧的两个翼部501和两个第一限位部502拉入空腔中以解除两个第一限位部502对于第一摆杆4的阻挡限位作用。本实施例中,当骑行结束骑行者下车后通过脚部拨动支撑架张开以停放自行车时,拉线7拉动第二弹簧,使第二弹簧的两个翼部501和第一限位部502收缩并整体缩回连接部9的内腔中,解除了第一限位部502对于座板6翻动的限制作用,使座板6顺利翻转,实现自行车停放的座板6顶部避污功能。在开始骑行前的一种情况 下,骑行者通过手部将两块座板6反转就位,使得两根第一摆杆4转动至靠近第二摆杆11的位置,再通过脚部拨动支撑架收起,拉线7拉力消失,第二弹簧的翼部501和第一限位部502均从连接部9内伸出,即可使第二弹簧的第一限位部502重新对两块座板6的翻转进行限位,骑行者此时即可翻身上车开始骑行。开始骑行前的另一种情况下,骑行者首先脚部拨动支撑架收起,拉线7拉力消失,第二弹簧的翼部501和第一限位部502均从连接部9中伸出,然后反转两块座板6,由于两个翼部501均相对于骑行方向倾斜分布,故两块座板6上的第一摆杆4可分别沿对应侧第二弹簧的翼部501滑动,并使两个翼部501产生朝向连接部9移动的形变,直至第一摆杆4滑入靠近第二摆杆11的位置,此时第一摆杆4对于翼部501的压力消失,两个翼部501回弹,使两个第一限位部502重新对两块座板6的翻转进行限位,骑行者此时再上车开始骑行。通过本发明特殊构造的第二弹簧,使得骑行前无论先拨动在反转座板6或先反转座板6后拨动支撑架,均可使与座板6固定的第一摆杆4处于第一限位部502和第二摆杆11之间,起到限位作用,使用与大多数人的各种骑行习惯。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,连接部9前端的端盖8上开设有供拉线7穿过的开孔,在拉线7上位于端盖8和锥尖部503之间设有用于将第二弹簧的翼部501和第一限位部502通过条形孔10推出连接部9空腔中的第三弹簧12,通过第三弹簧12辅助第二弹簧的翼部501张开,可避免第二弹簧的翼部501在条形孔10中产生的卡死。条形孔10上与翼部501直接接触的一端设置顺应翼部501倾斜方向的斜面,以利于翼部501顺利从连接部9中伸出。第二摆杆11的中部的上下两侧均设有销轴,在连接部9管壁上的对应位置分别设有轴孔,第二摆杆11通过销轴和轴孔的配合铰接连接在连接部9的空腔中,第二摆杆11的两端分别由对应侧条形孔10中伸出。
本发明中执行机构的另一种实施方式如图3及图4所示,包括容纳于空腔中的支撑板504以及可由条形孔10中穿出空腔外的两条簧片505,簧片的一端与支撑板固定连接,另一端朝向对应的第一摆杆4方向倾斜并具有持续倾斜的趋势,由该端部形成用于阻挡第一摆杆4在翻转机构作用下进行翻转的第二限位部506。拉线7的一端与支撑板504连接,另一端穿出连接部9后与车架上的支撑架连接。与本发明的上一种实施方式相同,本实施例中的连接部9为空心管状,在连接部 9对应远离第一摆杆4一端的管口位置设有端盖8,端盖上开设有供拉线7穿过的开孔,在拉线上位于端盖8和支撑板504之间设有用于将两个簧片505上的第二限位部506推出连接部9空腔中的第四弹簧13。
当骑行结束骑行者下车后通过脚部拨动支撑架张开以停放自行车时,拉线7拉支撑板504,使两个簧片505以及簧片505上的第二限位部506缩回连接部9的内腔中,解除了第二限位部505对于座板6翻动的限制作用,使座板6顺利翻转,实现自行车停放的座板6顶部避污功能。在开始骑行前的一种情况下,骑行者通过手部将两块座板6反转就位,使得两根第一摆杆4转动至靠近第二摆杆11的位置,再通过脚部拨动支撑架收起,拉线7拉力消失,第二限位部506在第四弹簧13的作用下从连接部9内伸出,即可使第二限位部506重新对两块座板6的翻转进行限位,骑行者此时即可翻身上车开始骑行。开始骑行前的另一种情况下,骑行者首先脚部拨动支撑架收起,拉线7拉力消失,第二限位部506在第四弹簧13的作用下从连接部9内伸出,然后反转两块座板6,两个第一摆杆4可分别沿对应侧簧片505滑动,并使两个簧片505产生朝向支撑部504移动的形变,直至第一摆杆4滑入靠近第二摆杆11的位置,此时第一摆杆4对于簧片505的压力消失,两个第二限位部506回弹,使两个第二限位部506重新对两块座板6的翻转进行限位,骑行者此时再上车开始骑行。
除了以上两种形式以外,本发明的执行机构5还可以其他多种实施方式实现,如将执行机构设置为通过拉线7拉动的销轴,在轴套3上开设条形的销孔,通过销轴卡设在销孔内以限制两块座板6在翻转机构作用下的翻转。通过拉动销轴退出销孔,即可解除限制作用,使得座板自动翻转避污。
另需要说明的是,本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发 明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:包括用于与车架连接的连接部(9),在连接部(9)上转动设有与骑行者两条大腿分别对应的两块座板(6)、用于控制两块座板(6)的前端交替往复升降的联动机构、用于控制两块座板(6)翻转以实现座板(6)顶部避污的翻转机构以及控制翻转机构锁止的锁止机构;联动机构包括中部铰接连接在连接部(9)上的第二摆杆(11),第二摆杆(11)的两端用于分别与两块座板(6)配合以使两块座板(6)的前端在骑行过程中间隔交替升降;翻转机构包括两根第一弹簧(2),两根第一弹簧(2)的一端均与连接部(9)连接,另一端分别与两块座板(6)对应连接并用于将两块座板(6)的前端朝向骑行方向的后方方向翻转;锁止机构包括用于锁止两块座板(6)翻转的执行元件(5)以及一端与执行元件(5)连接的拉线(7),拉线(7)的另一端固定连接在车架上的支撑架上,通过拨开支撑架可解除执行元件(5)对于两块座板(6)翻转的阻挡限位作用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:在连接部(9)上设有垂直于骑行方向分布的横轴(1),横轴(1)的中部固定在连接部(9)上,横轴(1)的两端分别转动设有轴套(3),两个轴套(3)分别与两个座板(6)的后端固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:两个第一弹簧(2)均为扭簧并分别套设在横轴(1)的两端,两个扭簧的一端均与横轴(1)固定,另一端分别与两个轴套(3)对应固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:联动机构还包括分别固定设置在两块座板(6)上的第一摆杆(4),两根第一摆杆(4)分别位于连接部(9)的两侧,第二摆杆(11)的两端分别与两根第一摆杆(4)配合以使两块座板(6)的前端在骑行过程中间隔交替升降。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:在连接部(9)内设有用于容纳执行元件(5)并供执行元件(5)沿连接部(9)长度方向滑动的空腔,在连接部(9)的两侧分别开设有与空腔连通并供执行元件(5)局部从空腔中露出的两条条形孔(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:执行元件(5)包括一根第二弹簧,第二弹簧为V形弹簧,第二弹簧包括容纳于空腔 中的锥尖部(503)以及分别位于锥尖部(503)两侧并可由条形孔(10)中穿出空腔外的两个翼部(501),两个翼部(501)远离锥尖部(503)的一端相对弯折并形成两个第一限位部(502),通过两个第一限位部(502)与两根第一摆杆(4)的配合以阻挡两块座板(6)的前端朝向骑行方向的后方翻转,拉线(7)的一端与锥尖部(503)连接,另一端穿出连接部(9)后与车架上的支撑架连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:连接部(9)为空心管状,在连接部(9)对应第二弹簧锥尖部(503)一端的管口位置设有端盖(8),端盖(8)上开设有供拉线(7)穿过的开孔,在拉线(7)上位于端盖(8)和锥尖部(503)之间设有用于将第二弹簧的翼部(501)和第一限位部(502)通过条形孔(10)推出连接部(9)空腔中的第三弹簧(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:第二摆杆(11)的中部铰接连接在空腔内,第二摆杆(11)的两端分别由对应侧条形孔(10)中伸出。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:执行元件(5)包括容纳于空腔中的支撑板(504)以及可由条形孔(10)中穿出空腔外的两条簧片(505),簧片(505)的一端与支撑板(504)固定连接,另一端形成用于阻挡第一摆杆(4)在翻转机构作用下进行翻转的第二限位部(506),拉线(7)的一端与支撑板(504)连接,另一端穿出连接部(9)后与车架上的支撑架连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可翻转避污的分体式车座,其特征在于:连接部(9)为空心管状,在连接部(9)对应远离第一摆杆(4)一端的管口位置设有端盖(8),端盖(8)上开设有供拉线(7)穿过的开孔,在拉线(7)上位于端盖(8)和支撑板(504)之间设有用于将两个簧片(505)上的第二限位部(506)推出连接部(9)空腔中的第四弹簧(13)。
