本实用新型的轮椅包括伸缩装置、座椅本体、后轮机构和两个相对布置的前轮组件,前轮组件包括支撑件和安装于所述支撑件底端的第一轮体,座椅本体和后轮机构分别可转动地连接于所述两个前轮组件的支撑件之间,伸缩装置的两端分别与前轮组件和后轮装置可转动地连接,当所述伸缩装置做伸长或缩短运动时,可带动座椅本体和后轮机构进行转动以实现轮椅的折叠或展开,由此,轮椅的折叠或者展开为通过对伸缩装置自身的伸长或缩短运动的控制来实 现,折叠过程非常简易,操作方便,且较为省力,便于年龄较大的患者或残疾人自主使用。折叠机构设计简单,轮椅整体外观结构简洁美观。
进一步的,该轮椅在被折叠时,轮椅的座椅本体和后轮机构能够全部被收进两个支撑件之间,第二轮体与第一轮体相互重叠,整个轮椅在折叠后的体积非常小,故而非常方便收纳,且使用者能够通过将支撑件的上部的扶手作为推手,利用轮椅的第一轮体和第二轮体对轮椅进行移动,方便运输和转移。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指 的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
参见图1至图4,本实施例提供一种轮椅,其包括座椅本体2、后轮机构3、伸缩装置1以及两个相对布置的前轮组件4,前轮组件4包括支撑件41和安装于支撑件41底端的第一轮体42,座椅本体2和后轮机构3分别可前后转动地连接于两个前轮组件4的支撑件41之间,伸缩装置1具有两个端部,伸缩装置1的第一端部与座椅本体2可转动地连接,伸缩装置1的第二端部与后轮机构3可转动地连接,伸缩装置1做伸缩运动可带动座椅本体2与后轮机构3进行转动,以实现轮椅的折叠或展开。
基于以上结构,该轮椅的折叠过程主要通过连接于座椅本体2和后轮机构3之间的伸缩装置1来实现,当伸缩装置1做伸长运动时,其能够带动座椅本体2和后轮机构3在两前轮组件4的支撑件41之间做相对的运动,二者均向两个支撑件41之间靠拢,则此时座椅本体2向下翻转直至座位完全立起,后轮组件32则向前转动直至与前轮组件4相互重叠,由此将轮椅完全折叠;当伸缩装置1做缩短运动时,其能够带动座椅本体2和后轮机构3在两前轮组件4之间做相背的转动,二者分别从两个前轮组件4的支撑件41之间展开,则此时座椅本体2向上翻转直至座位恢复水平,后轮组件32向后转动至完全打开,由此将轮椅展开至正常使用状态。伸缩装置1的伸长和缩短始终保持在一个方向上,座椅本体2和后轮组件32在收起或者展开时,既在两前轮组件4之间进行转动,也分别相对于伸缩装置1的两端部进行转动,转动运动能够使得整个折叠操作更加顺畅,使用者在整个操作过程中更加省力。整个过程非常简单,折叠方便,便于年龄较大的患者或残疾人自主使用,折叠后,座椅本体2和后轮组件32全部位于两前轮组件4之间,整体体积非常小,占用空间较少,方便进行收纳放置。该轮椅结构的设计非常简单,外形简洁美观。
其中,座椅本体2包括坐部21和倚靠部22,坐部21可转动地连接于两前轮组件4之间,伸缩装置1的第一端部与坐部21的底部可转动地连接,座椅本体2的折叠通过伸缩装置1对坐部21的推拉来实现;倚靠部22可转动的连接于坐部21上,在平时使用状态下,倚靠部22垂直连接于坐部21的后侧,折叠时,伸缩装置1推动坐部21向下翻转至完全立起,再将倚靠部22向下翻转至与坐部21相互重叠,由此实现对座椅本体2的完全折叠,使其位于两前轮组件 4之间,占用空间更小。坐部21的底部设有第一限位槽211,后轮机构3包括后轮组件32和第一连接件31,第一连接件31的底端与后轮组件32固定连接,第一连接件31的顶端与两个前轮组件4的支撑件41可转动地连接,且轮椅在展开状态下,第一连接件31的顶端定位于第一限位槽211内,由此后轮机构3的第一连接件31既能够实现将后轮组件32可转动地连接于两个前轮组件4的支撑件41之间,又能够在轮椅展开时,对坐部21进行可靠有效的支撑,使得整个轮椅在使用过程中更加稳定。坐部21通过第一连接轴5可转动地连接于两个前轮组件4的支撑件41之间,支撑件41能够在两侧对坐部21进行支撑,第一连接轴5依次穿过左侧的支撑件41、坐部21和右侧的支撑件41,使得坐部21的转动非常可靠,坐部21折叠后位于两侧的支撑件41之间,且其两侧均与支撑件41保持平行;伸缩装置1的第一端部可转动地连接于坐部21的底部,且伸缩装置1的第一端部位于坐部21与两个前轮组件4连接处的后侧,从而能够保证伸缩装置1在伸长或者缩短时,推动坐部21相对于两个支撑件41进行转动的运动更加可靠。坐部21的底部的第一限位槽211内设有两个连接座6,两个连接座6上分别设有相对布置的定位孔61,两个定位孔61之间可转动地穿设有第二连接轴7,伸缩装置1的第一端部与第二连接轴7垂直相连接,更加方便伸缩装置1对坐部21的驱动,连接座6的设置能够保证第二连接轴7的转动更加可靠。需要说明的是,在本实施例中,支撑件41采用的是支撑板,支撑件41的底端设有卡槽,第一轮体42可转动地嵌设于卡槽内,支撑件41的上部设有供手指穿过的通孔412,使得支撑件41的顶部形成供使用者放置手臂的扶手411,当轮椅整体完成折叠后,使用者能够通过扶手411推动第一轮体42进行转动,由此对轮椅进行运输和转移,既方便又省力。前轮组件4的结构设计非常简洁,使得该轮椅的整体外形更加美观。
另外,伸缩装置1的第二端部与第一连接件31的底端可转动地连接,伸缩装置1的伸长或者缩短带动第一连接件31的顶端在两支撑件41之间进行转动,进一步的,由第一连接件31带动后轮组件32向前轮组件4靠近或者远离,由此实现对后轮组件32的折叠或展开。第一连接件31上设有开口朝向前侧的连接槽311,连接槽311的下端与后轮组件32固定连接,且连接槽311的两侧壁之间设置有第三连接轴8,伸缩装置1的第二端部与第三连接轴8垂直相连接,轮椅在展开状态下时,伸缩装置1整体位于连接槽311内,通过第三连接轴8 带动后轮组件32相对于伸缩装置1转动,保证后轮组件32折叠的可靠性。连接槽311的上端可转动地连接于两个前轮组件4的支撑件41之间,连接槽311的上端的两侧边上分别连接有与支撑件41相对布置的连接板312,连接板312和与其相对的支撑件41之间可转动地穿设有第四连接轴9,连接板312的设置能够保证连接槽311通过第四连接轴9在两支撑件41之间的转动更加顺畅,也更加方便带动连接槽311转动,轮椅在展开状态时,连接板312与坐部21相互垂直,能够对坐部21进行可靠的支撑。连接槽311的槽口朝向前侧,槽底朝向后侧,由此,在轮椅完全展开,伸缩装置1处于收缩状态时,其能够完全位于连接槽311内,连接板312完全没入第一限位槽211内,连接槽311和第一限位槽211相互配合,能够将伸缩装置1及与其之间的连接关系进行遮挡,使得整个轮椅的外露机构明显减少,保证整体外形的简洁和美观。参见图1至图4,后轮组件32包括第二连接件321和分别安装于第二连接件321的两端的第二轮体322,第一连接件31与第二连接件321固定连接,第二轮体322在第一连接件31对第二连接件321的推拉控制下进行转动,后轮组件32在折叠过程中在第二轮体322的转动带动下向前轮组件4靠拢,非常省力。其中,两个第二轮体322之前的距离小于两侧的第一轮体42之间的距离,将后轮机构3折叠至第二轮体322与第一轮体42相互重叠时,第二轮体322位于两侧的第一轮体42之间,由此,能够使整个轮椅折叠后,所有结构均叠至左右两侧的支撑件41之间,折叠后的体积非常小,方便收纳,且在对折叠后的轮椅进行移动时,通过推动扶手411,能够驱动第一轮体42和第二轮体322同时转动,方便折叠轮椅的运输和转移。
进一步的,坐部21的底部的第一限位槽211的两侧分别设有与第四连接轴9相对应的第二限位槽212,轮椅在打开状态下时,第四连接轴9位于第二限位槽212内,从而在打开状态下时,第二限位槽212能够为第四连接轴9提供相应空间进行限定,保证第四连接轴9的顺畅运行,并能够将其进行完全的遮挡,使得整个装置的外露机构非常少,整体结构简洁美观。
在本实施例中,第一连接轴5、第二连接轴7、第三连接轴8和第四连接轴9为相互平行的,能够有效的保证坐部21在两支撑件41之间和相对于伸缩装置1的转动以及后轮机构3在两支撑件41之间和相对于伸缩装置1的转动均更加顺畅和可靠。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,伸缩装置1采用的是电动推杆,支撑件41的上部的通孔412内设置有控制手柄10,该控制手柄10与电动推杆电连接,使用者能够通过调节该控制手柄10的通断实现控制电动推杆的伸缩运动,从而完成对轮椅的自动折叠,非常方便。扶手411上设置有供手部穿过的通孔412,通孔412的前侧内壁上设有安装位,控制手柄10的第一端部插设于所述安装位内,控制手柄10可关于其第一端部向上转动,当使用者需要对轮椅进行折叠时,只需要将手部穿入通孔412内,握住位于通孔412内部的控制手柄10,使其向上抬起,就能够启动电动推杆,使其伸长或者缩短。但是伸缩装置1的类型选择并不受本实施例的限制,也可以是气动推杆等其他装置,当可按照实际的需要进行选择。
参见图1至图4,本实施例的轮椅还包括脚踏机构11,脚踏机构11可转动地连接于两支撑件41之间,且位于支撑件41的底端,脚踏机构11包括连接于两支撑件41之间的第一支板111以及用于供患者放置脚部的第二支板112,第二支板112的侧边通过第五连接轴114可转动地连接于第一支板111的侧边,第一支板111的两端分别通过第三连接件113与支撑件41固定连接,当对轮椅进行折叠时,将第二支板112向上旋转至立起,由此将脚踏机构11进行折叠,结构简单,操作方便。
综上,本实施例的轮椅的结构设计非常简单,外露机构较少,外观简洁美观,折叠操作非常容易,且较为省力,能够方便老人家或者残疾人进行自主使用。该轮椅在折叠后的体积非常小,收纳和放置方便,且使用者能够通过扶手推动第一轮体和第二轮体转动,对折叠的轮体进行转移和搬运,快捷省力。
应当理解的是,本实用新型中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本实用新型范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轮椅,其特征在于,包括座椅本体、后轮机构、伸缩装置以及两个相对布置的前轮组件,所述前轮组件包括支撑件和安装于所述支撑件底端的第一轮体,所述座椅本体和所述后轮机构分别可前后转动地连接于所述两个前轮组件的支撑件之间,所述伸缩装置具有两个端部,所述伸缩装置的第一端部与所述座椅本体可转动地连接,所述伸缩装置的第二端部与所述后轮机构可转动地连接,所述伸缩装置做伸缩运动可带动所述座椅本体与所述后轮机构进行转动,以实现所述轮椅的折叠或展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述座椅本体包括坐部,所述坐部的底部设有限位槽,所述后轮机构包括后轮组件和第一连接件,所述第一连接件的底端与所述后轮组件固定连接,所述第一连接件的顶端可转动地连接于所述两个前轮组件的支撑件之间,且所述轮椅在展开状态下,所述第一连接件的顶端定位于所述限位槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述坐部通过第一连接轴可转动地连接于所述两个前轮组件的支撑件之间,所述伸缩装置的第一端部可转动地连接于所述坐部的底部,且所述伸缩装置的第一端部位于所述坐部与所述两个前轮组件连接处的后侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述限位槽内设有两个连接座,所述两个连接座上分别设有相对布置的定位孔,所述两个连接座的定位孔之间可转动的连接有第二连接轴,所述伸缩装置的第一端部与所述第二连接轴垂直相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述第一连接件上设有开口朝向前侧的连接槽,所述连接槽的两侧壁之间可转动地连接有第三连接轴,所述伸缩装置的第二端部与所述第三连接轴垂直相连接,所述连接槽的上端的两侧壁分别与各自相对的支撑件可转动地连接,所述连接槽的下端与所述后轮组件固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述连接槽的上端的两侧壁上分别连接有与所述支撑件相对布置的连接板,所述连接板和与其相对的支撑件之间可转动地连接有第四连接轴,所述轮椅在展开状态下,所述连接板与所述坐部相垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6任一项所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述后轮组件包括第二连接件和分别可转动地连接于所述第二连接件的两端的第二轮体,所述第一连接件的底端与所述第二连接件垂直相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述轮椅在折叠状态下,所述后轮组件收入所述两个前轮组件的支撑件之间,且所述第二轮体与所述第一轮体相重叠。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述支撑件为支撑板,所述支撑板的底端设有卡槽,所述第一轮体嵌设入所述卡槽内,所述支撑板的上部设有供手指穿过的通孔,使所述支撑件的上部形成所述轮椅的扶手。
  10. 根据权利要求2至6任一项所述的轮椅,其特征在于,所述座椅本体还包括倚靠部,所述倚靠部可转动地连接于所述坐部上。
