[0037] 病人或者行动不方便者从座椅 10上移动至病床 80的过程: 如图 1和图 2所示, 过 床护理椅放置在病床 80—侧, 本实施例中将过床护理椅放置在病床 80左为例, 如图 1所示, 坐垫 11水平设置, 靠背 12与坐垫 11呈一夹角, 病人或者行动不方便 者坐在坐垫 11上, 背部靠着靠背 12。 将第一旋转机构 30移动至病床 80的左侧, 转动第一旋转机构 30使得第一滑轨 20靠近病床 80, 缓慢的转动第一滑轨 20使得 第一滑轨 20的外端支撑在病床 80表面, 此时第一旋转机构 30, 第一滑轨 20和病 床 80位于同一平面, 拉动靠背 12从靠近第一旋转机构 30—侧移动至靠近病床 80 一侧, 当靠背 12移动至病床 80的正上方时, 再将病人或者行动不方便者翻转至 病床 80, 完成病人或者行动不方便者从座椅 10上移动至病床 80的过程。
[0038] 病人或者行动不方便者从病床 80上移动至座椅 10的过程: 如图 2和图 3所示, 第 一旋转机构 30移动至病床 80—侧, 本实施例中将过床护理椅放置在病床 80左为 例。 转动第一旋转机构 30使得第一滑轨 20靠近病床 80—侧, 转动第一滑轨 20, 使得第一滑轨 20绕铰接轴 31向下旋转, 直到第一滑轨 20的外端靠近并支撑在病 床 80上表面, 此时第一旋转机构 30, 第一滑轨 20和病床 80位于同一平面, 将病 人或者行动不方便者从病床 80翻转至座椅 10上, 之后, 座椅 10的靠背 12沿着第 一滑轨 20从靠近病床 80—侧滑动至靠近第一旋转机构 30—侧, 旋转第一滑轨 20 , 使得第一滑轨 20绕铰接轴 31向上旋转, 直到第一滑轨 20和靠背 12处于竖直状 态, 完成病人或者行动不方便者从病床 80上移动至座椅 10的过程。

[0043] 如图 1至图 5所示, 坐垫 11的下表面设有与第二滑槽 42相互卡合的卡扣 111。 卡 扣 111的数量根据需要设置, 卡扣 111为 U形结构, 当坐垫 11与第一旋转机构 30处 于平行状态时, 卡扣 111可以沿着第二滑槽 42的长度方向卡入第二滑槽 42内。 因 此当病人或者行动不方便者坐在座椅 10上, 为防止第一旋转机构 30带动座椅 10 自由旋转, 在座椅 10的坐垫 11下表面设置卡扣 111, 当卡扣 111卡入第二滑槽 42 内时, 座椅 10相对第一旋转机构 30处于固定状态, 当需要再次旋转座椅 10时, 将卡扣 111滑出第二滑槽 42。
[0044] 第三实施例, 如图 1至图 5所示, 本实施例在第一实施例或者第二实施例的基础 上增加了以下特征: 靠背 12的背面固定有第二旋转机构 50 , 靠背 12通过第二旋 转机构 50与第一滑轨 20滑动连接。 第二旋转机构 50的结构与第一旋转机构 30相 同。
[0045] 如图 1至图 5所示, 如采用第一实施例中的技术方案, 当第一滑轨 20的外侧搭靠 在病床 80表面时, 虽然第一滑轨 20与位于同一平面, 可以帮助病人或者行动不 便者从座椅 10上翻到至病床 80上, 或者从病床 80上移动至座椅 10上, 但是此时 第一滑轨 20与病床 80垂直, 因此当病人或者行动不便者从座椅 10上翻到至病床 8 0上后, 还需要将病人翻转至与病床 80平行。 为了解决上述问题, 在靠背 12的背 面固定第二旋转机构 50 , 第二旋转机构 50再与第一滑轨 20滑动连接, 靠背 12通 过第二旋转机构 50可相对第一滑轨 20在 360度角度内旋转。 由于在靠背 12与第一 滑轨 20之间设置第二旋转机构 50 , 在靠背 12沿着第一滑轨 20从靠近第一旋转机 构 30滑动至靠近病床 80—侧的过程中, 靠背 12通过第二旋转机构 50相对第一滑 轨 20转动, 使得靠背 12与病床 80平行, 或者当靠背 12靠近病床 80之后再旋转第 二旋转机构 50使得靠背 12与病床 80平行, 最后将病人或者行动不便者翻转至病 床 80。
[0046] 优选的, 如图 1至图 5所示, 靠背 12的下表面设有与坐垫 11平行的平衡杆, 平衡 杆与靠背 12的下表面转动连接, 靠背 12沿着第一滑轨 20滑动时, 平衡杆与第一 滑轨 20的表面接触且与第一滑轨 20滑动连接, 当靠背 12在靠背 12沿着第一滑轨 2 0滑动时, 病人或者行动不便者的背部靠着靠背 12, 平衡杆起到支撑和平衡的作 用。

[0049] 如图 1至图 5所示, 过床护理椅还包括推车 70, 推车 70的底部设有四个万向轮 71 , 推车 70的前侧设有前踏板 72, 推车 70的左右两侧设有左收纳槽 73和右收纳槽 7 4, 左收纳槽 73内铰接有左扶手架 75, 右收纳槽 74内铰接有右扶手架 76, 推车 70 的后侧设有支撑第一滑轨的靠背架 77, 推车 70的底部设有第一推杆和第二推杆 , 所述左扶手架 75的底部与推车 70的左侧铰接, 右扶手架 76的底部与推车 70的 右侧铰接, 第一推杆推动左扶手架 75和右扶手架 76合拢或者展开, 当第一推杆 推动左扶手架 75和右扶手架 76展开时, 坐垫 11夹持在左扶手架 75和右扶手架 76 之间; 第一推杆推动左扶手架 75和右扶手架 76合拢时, 左扶手架 75和右扶手架 7 6分别收纳在左收纳槽 73和右收纳槽 74内。 靠背架 77的底部与推车 70的后侧铰接 , 第二推杆推动靠背架 77绕推车 70旋转, 当第二推杆推动靠背架 77绕推车 70旋 转, 且第一滑轨 20和靠背支撑在靠背架 77表面时, 第一滑轨 20和靠背随着靠背 架 77—起旋转。

[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的过床护理椅, 其特征在于, 所述第一旋转机构 的下侧设有升降机构, 所述升降机构包括固定座、 支撑杆组件, 以及 用于驱动支撑杆组件旋转的驱动装置; 所述支撑杆组件包括前支撑杆 和后支撑杆, 所述前支撑杆的下端与固定座铰接, 上端与第一旋转机 构铰接; 所述后支撑杆的下端与固定座铰接, 上端与第一旋转机构铰 接; 所述驱动装置驱动支撑杆组件旋转使得第一旋转机构上升或者下 降。
