- 一种基于区块链的可用资源配额的集合兑换装置,区块链网络包括所述装置和若干对象节点,各对象节点之间以所述装置发行的虚拟资源为交易媒介,进行版权使用交易,所述装置包括:评选模块,根据评选规则,选择若干对象节点和/或若干对象节点集合作为目标对象;每个对象节点集合由不止一个对象节点组成;可用资源配额确定模块,针对每个目标对象,若该目标对象为对象节点集合,则确定兑换给该目标对象中的每个对象节点的可用资源配额;针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,兑换给该对象节点的可用资源配额用于确定该对象节点对应的收益增量;虚拟资源减量确定模块,针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,将该对象节点对应的可用资源配额的虚拟资源确定为该对象节点对应的虚拟资源减量;构建发布模块,构建包含确定的该对象节点对应的虚拟资源减量的配额兑换交易,并将该配额兑换交易发布至区块链。
- 如权利要求6所述的装置,可用资源配额确定模块,确定兑换给该目标对象的可用资源配额;获取该目标对象中的每个对象节点对应的收益比例;针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,根据该对象节点对应的收益比例与兑换给该目标对象的可用资源配额,得到兑换给该对象节点的可用资源配额。
- 如权利要求7所述的装置,所述可用资源配额确定模块,将该目标对象对应的指定余量数额确定为兑换给该目标对象的可用资源配额;该目标对象对应的指定余量数额为,该目标对象中每个对象节点对应的指定余量数额的和;针对每个对象节点,该对象节点对应的指定余量数额为,该对象节点对应的用户预先指定的,该对象节点对应的至少部分虚拟资源余量的数额。
- 如权利要求7所述的装置,所述可用资源配额确定模块,针对每个目标对象,将最小余量数额确定为兑换给该目标对象的可用资源配额;其中,所述最小余量数额通过以下方式确定:从各目标对象分别对应的指定余量数额中,确定出最小的指定余量数额;指定一个不大于所述最小的指定余量数额的数额,作为所述最小余量数额。
- 如权利要求8所述的装置,所述可用资源配额确定模块,针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,计算该对象节点对应的指定余量数额与该目标对象对应的指定余量数额的比值,作为该对象节点对应的收益比例。
- 一种基于区块链的可用资源配额的集合兑换系统,包括管理节点和若干对象节点,各对象节点之间以所述管理节点发行的虚拟资源为交易媒介,进行版权使用交易;所述管理节点,根据评选规则,选择若干对象节点和/或若干对象节点集合作为目标对象;每个对象节点集合由不止一个对象节点组成;针对每个目标对象,若该目标对象为对象节点集合,则确定兑换给该目标对象中的每个对象节点的可用资源配额;针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,兑换给该对象节点的可用资源配额用于确定该对象节点对应的收益增量;针对该目标对象中的每个对象节点,将该对象节点对应的可用资源配额的虚拟资源确定为该对象节点对应的虚拟资源减量;构建包含确定的该对象节点对应的虚拟资源减量的配额兑换交易,并将该配额兑换交易发布至区块链。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1所述的基于区块链的可用资源配额的兑换方法。
