- a virtual resource expenditure record and a virtual resource income record for each business node are stored.
- the virtual resource expenditure record corresponding to the business node is recorded in a form corresponding to a certain amount of virtual resource reduction through the node ID of the business node, such as "node A: -20", which represents the node A spends 20 music coins;
- the virtual resource revenue record corresponding to the business node is recorded by the node ID of the business node corresponding to a certain virtual resource increment, such as "node A: 20”, which represents the revenue of node A 20 music coins.
- the stock of virtual resources corresponding to the business node can be obtained by tracing the blockchain and combining the increase of virtual resources and the decrease of virtual resources corresponding to the business node.
- the blockchain there are 3 virtual resource expenditure records for node A, and the corresponding virtual resource reductions are -20, -50, and -60, and there are 3 virtual resource revenue records for node A.
- the corresponding The virtual resource increments are 50, 63, and 80, respectively.
- the execution subject of the method may be any business node (called an execution node) in the blockchain network, and the execution node executes the smart contract stored in the blockchain and used to implement the method flow shown in FIG. 1 to execute The method shown in Figure 1. It should be noted that the execution node may be randomly designated in each service node whenever the method shown in FIG. 1 needs to be executed.

Description
当针对目标作品的任一版权相关交易发生时,确定基于该版权相关交易产生的版权收益数额;所述目标作品是由任一业务节点发布至区块链的作品;
根据预先约定的版权收益分成规则和所述版权收益数额,确定发布者分成数额和使用者分成数额;所述发布者分成数额与所述使用者分成数额的和不大于所述版权收益数 额;
将所述发布者分成数额的虚拟资源确定为发布节点对应的虚拟资源增量并发布至区块链;所述发布节点是发布所述目标作品的业务节点;
根据本说明书实施例的第2方面,提供一种基于区块链向作品使用者分配版权收益的装置,基于上述的版权收益分配方法,所述装置为所述区块链网络中的节点;

针对目标作品对应的版权交易事件,支付方节点确定支付数额,所述支付方节点是使用或购买所述目标作品的用户对应的业务节点;
所述支付方节点将所述支付数额的虚拟资源确定为自身对应的虚拟资源减量,以及将所述支付数额的虚拟资源确定为发布方节点对应的虚拟资源增量;所述发布方节点是发布所述目标作品的用户对应的业务节点;
基于图1所示的版权收益分配方法,本说明书实施例还对应提供了一种基于区块链的版权收益分配装置,如图3所示,区块链网络包括多个业务节点,所述多个业务节点之间以虚拟资源为交易媒介,进行版权相关交易;所述装置为所述区块链网络中的节点;
版权收益数额确定模块301,当针对目标作品的任一版权相关交易发生时,确定基于该版权相关交易产生的版权收益数额;

基于图2所示的基于区块链向作品使用者分配版权收益的方法,本说明书实施例还对应提供了一种基于区块链向作品使用者分配版权收益的装置,如图4所示,基于图1所示的版权收益分配方法,所述装置为所述区块链网络中的节点;
