Description

一种燃烧器火盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于灶具的燃烧器火盖,尤其涉及一种具有较好稳焰效果的火盖。
背景技术
目前,燃气灶的火盖通常由顶壁、环形内侧壁和环形外侧壁构成,火盖的环形外侧壁上沿其圆周方向开有若干个主火孔,现有的燃气灶火盖的环形外侧壁上仅仅包括有单排火孔,这类的专利文献可以参考中国实用新型专利CN2842216Y(专利号为ZL200520014838.2)的《一种燃气灶燃烧器用锥形火火盖》,还可以参考中国实用新型专利CN202149492U(专利号为ZL201120246965.0)的《一种燃烧器火盖》。
上述公开的这种单主火孔燃烧方式,存在燃烧后火焰容易跳动,燃烧区域不稳定的不足,同时,单排火孔不仅使燃气灶的燃烧热效率低,而且使燃气燃烧不充分,导致一氧化碳气体的排放,加剧了环境污染。为避免这些缺陷,中国实用新型专利CN206191590U(专利号为ZL201621153770.0)《一种燃气灶火盖组件》就公开了一种燃气灶火盖组件,其包括基座、与基座适配的盖体,该盖体的内侧壁沿其周围方向的布置有若干内火孔,而盖体的外侧壁沿其圆周方向布设有双排外火孔,双排外火孔包括位于第一排的若干第一外火孔,位于第二排的若干第二外火孔,第一外火孔与第二外火孔交错设置,通过对外侧壁上设置双排外火孔,且第一外火孔与第二外火孔交错设置,有效提高了燃气灶的燃烧效率,该第二外火孔同时还能作为第一外火孔的稳火孔,拉住第一外火孔,从而使燃气燃烧更加充分。但这种火盖虽然解决了位于上排的第一外火孔的稳焰情况,但位于下排的第二外火孔则容易离焰,导致整个燃烧器不能正常燃烧。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种双排火孔稳焰效果好的燃烧器火盖。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该燃烧器火盖,包括具有环形周壁的有火盖本体,其特征在于:所述火盖本体的环形周壁上设置有上下两层布置的多个主火孔和多个第二主火孔,各第一主火孔和各第二主火孔均沿周向间隔设置;并且,所述环形周壁于第一主火孔和第二主火孔之间、周向地开设有一圈凹槽,在所述的环形周壁内还开设有与所述凹槽相交的稳焰孔,该稳焰孔贯通所述的凹槽并连通所述的第一主火孔和/或第二主火孔。

同时,环形周壁10的周面位于第一主火孔11和第二主火孔12之间、周向地开设有未贯穿环形周壁10的一圈凹槽2,即,凹槽2不与混气腔3相通;
在环形周壁10上还开设有与凹槽2相交的稳焰孔21,该稳焰孔21贯通凹槽2并连通第一主火孔11和/或第二主火孔12。以凹槽2上开设有连通第一主火孔11为例进行展开,当然凹槽2上的稳焰孔21也能直接连通第一主火孔11和第二主火孔12或是直接与第二主火孔12连通。

同样地,为了更好地拉住第二主火孔12,起到较好的稳焰效果,稳焰孔21自与第一主火孔11连通的进口端211至与凹槽2连通的出口端212为倾斜向下且逐步自内向外靠近第二主火孔12。而为了更好地引从第一主火孔11流出的燃气进入凹槽2内,稳焰孔21的中心线与第一主火孔11的中心线的夹角α为锐角。
如图3所示,火盖本体1还于第一主火孔11所在部分的直径D1大于第二主火孔12所在部分的直径D2,这样,第一主火孔11所在部分能巧妙地作为第二主火孔12上 方的防水檐131,防止第二主火孔12被溢液堵塞。
另外,为了提高点火成功率,火盖本体1的顶壁13内表面与环形周壁10的内壁之间形成混气腔3,在环形周壁10的内壁、位于混气腔3的上方还设置有点火室4,该点火室4的内壁上至少开有一个与混气腔3相连通的进气孔41,并且,环形周壁10内沿径向在对应该点火室4的位置开设有与该点火室4相贯通的出火孔42。
为了防止点火室4的燃气出气速度过快,造成离焰,火盖本体1的环形周壁10上还开设有点火孔,在本实施例中,其中一个第一主火孔11的位置作为点火孔。
在本实施例中,出火孔42包括由内向外依次设置的第一出火段421和第二出火段422,第一出火段421的纵截面小于第二出火段422的纵截面,同时第二出火段422能形成了一个稳压区,可保证点火室4的稳流,使得出火孔42的火焰平稳,提高了点火成功率。为了进一步防止点火室4的燃气出气速度过快,造成离焰,火盖本体1的环形周壁10于出火孔42的上方开有与混气腔3相流体连通的出气口101,该出气口101的开口口径大于出火孔42的开口口径,火盖本体1的顶壁13外缘向外延伸形成有遮挡在出气口101、出火孔42以及第一主火孔11和第二主火孔12上方的防水檐131,这样在出气口101以及防水檐131的双保险的作处下,即使在出火孔42被溢液堵塞的情况下也不会出现打不着火现象产生。
实施例2
如图4~6所示,为本发明燃烧器火盖的第二个实施例。本实施例与实施例1的结构基本相同,唯一的区别在于:第一主火孔11所在部分的直径D1等于第二主火孔12所在部分的直径D2。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种燃烧器火盖,包括具有环形周壁(10)的火盖本体(1),其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)的环形周壁(10)上设置有上下两层布置的多个主火孔(11)和多个第二主火孔(12),各第一主火孔(11)和各第二主火孔(12)均沿周向间隔设置;
    并且,所述环形周壁(10)于第一主火孔(11)和第二主火孔(12)之间、周向地开设有一圈凹槽(2),在所述的环形周壁(10)内还开设有与所述凹槽(2)相交的稳焰孔(21),该稳焰孔(21)贯通所述的凹槽(2)并连通所述的第一主火孔(11)和/或第二主火孔(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述稳焰孔(21)只与所述第一主火孔(11)相连通而不跟第二主火孔(12)连通,并且所述稳焰孔(21)与所述第二主火孔(12)依次交错布置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述稳焰孔(21)自与所述第一主火孔(11)连通的进口端(211)至与所述凹槽(2)连通的出口端(212)为倾斜向下且逐步自内向外靠近所述第二主火孔(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项权利要求中所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述稳焰孔(21)的中心线与所述第一主火孔(11)的中心线的夹角(α)为锐角。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项权利要求中所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)于第一主火孔(11)所在部分的直径D1大于第二主火孔(12)所在部分的直径D2。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3任意一项权利要求中所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)的顶壁(13)内表面与所述环形周壁(10)之间形成混气腔(3),在环形周壁(10)的内壁、位于混气腔(3)的上方还设置有点火室(4),该点火室(4)的内壁至少开有一个与混气腔(3)相连通的进气孔(41),并且所述的环形周壁(10)在对应该点火室(4)的位置开设有与该点火室(4)相贯通的出火孔(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)的环形周壁(10)上还开设有点火孔,所述出火孔(42)包括由内向外依次设置的第一出火段(421)和第二出火段(422),所述第一出火段(421)的纵截面小于第二出火段(422)的纵截面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)的环形周壁(10)于所述出火孔(42)的上方开有与所述混气腔(3)相流体连通的出气口(101),所述出气口(101)的开口口径大于所述出火孔(42)的开口口径。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的燃烧器火盖,其特征在于:所述火盖本体(1)的顶壁(13)外缘向外延伸形成有遮挡在所述出气口(101)、出火孔(42)以及第一主火孔(11)和第二主火孔(12)上方的防水檐(131)。
