技术领域
本发明涉及手机配件技术领域,特别是涉及一种手机支架。
背景技术
现有手机支架主要有磁吸式支架和夹持式支架,磁吸式支架需要在手机上粘贴磁铁片,通过支架和手机上的磁铁片的磁吸力来固定手机,使用时需将支架与磁铁片对准。而夹持式支架在取放手机时通常需要双手操作或者需要将手机侧向滑动,使用不便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有手机支架使用不便的问题,提供一种手机支架。
一种手机支架,包括吸盘、盖体、底座及弹性件,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和配合部,所述吸附部形成有吸附腔体,所述盖体设于所述底座,且所述盖体和所述底座围设形成容纳腔,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述配合部可活动地穿设于所述安装孔并伸入所述容纳腔内,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔,所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述盖体和/或所述底座相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵。
上述手机支架在使用时,将手机轻轻按压在吸盘的吸附部上,吸附腔体中的部分空气被排除,吸附部内形成负压,能够利用大气压强将手机和吸盘压在一起。当需要将手机由手机支架上移除时,手机上移带动吸盘向上移动,使得吸盘与底座或盖体部分区域分离,外部空气由通气孔进入吸附腔体,吸附部内的负压消失,吸盘与手机脱离。本发明手机支架使得取放手机的动作 能通过单手进行,使用方便快捷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通气孔贯通所述吸附部和所述配合部,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设于所述配合部并抵持于所述盖体,以使所述配合部抵接于所述底座。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通气孔包括相互连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第二通孔开设于所述配合部,所述第二通孔的尺寸大于所述第一通孔的尺寸。
在其中一个实施例中,所述配合部远离所述吸附部的一端沿径向形成有凸缘,所述压缩弹簧夹持于所述凸缘和所述盖体之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底座包括本体和设于所述本体的密封件,所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述密封件相抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵的前,所述容纳腔与外部大气连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通气孔设于所述吸附部与所述盖体相对的部分,所述弹性件为拉伸弹簧,所述拉伸弹簧一端连接于所述配合部,另一端连接于所述底座,所述拉伸弹簧上的回弹力使所述吸附部抵持于所述盖体。
在其中一个实施例中,所述通气孔设于所述吸附部与所述盖体相对的部分,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设于所述配合部并抵持于所述盖体,所述压缩弹簧上的回弹力使所述吸附部抵接于所述盖体。
在其中一个实施例中,所述配合部开设有盲孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述手机支架还包括固定件,所述固定件与所述底座可转动连接,所述固定件远离所述底座的一端形成有插脚、吸盘或支撑板,用于固定所述手机支架。
一种手机支架,包括吸盘、盖体及底座,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和弹性部,所述吸附部形成有吸附腔体,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述弹性部穿设所述安装孔并连接于所述盖体,所述盖体设于所述底座,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔,所述吸盘在所述弹性部的弹性力作用下能够与所述盖体和/或所述底座相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵。
一种手机支架,包括:
吸盘,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和配合部,所述吸附部形成有吸附 腔体,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔;
盖体,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述配合部可活动地穿设于所述安装孔;
底座,所述盖体设于所述底座;
弹性件,设于所述配合部和所述盖体之间;
转动件,与所述底座转动连接,并穿设于所述底座;及
固定件,连接于所述转动件远离所述底座的一端;
所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述转动件和/或所述盖体相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述转动件和/或所述盖体解除对所述通气孔的封堵。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本发明的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1和图2,一种手机支架100,手机支架100包括吸盘10、盖体20、底座30及弹性件,吸盘10包括相连接的吸附部11和配合部12,吸附部11形成有吸附腔体(未图示),可以理解的,该吸附腔体为吸附部11吸附手机等物体后所形成的真空腔。盖体20设于底座30,且盖体20和底座围设形成容纳腔,盖体20开设有安装孔21,配合部12可活动地穿设于安装孔21并伸入容纳腔内,吸盘10开设有与吸附腔体相连通的通气孔13,吸盘10在弹性件的作用下能够与底座30和/或盖体20相抵接,使得底座30和/或盖体20封堵通气孔13。当吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,盖体20和/或底座30解除对通气孔13的封堵,具体的,由于吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,吸盘10将离开盖体20和底座30,而不再与底座30和/或盖体20相抵接,从而解除对通气孔13的封堵。
上述手机支架100在使用时,将手机轻轻按压在吸盘10的吸附部11上,吸附腔体中的部分空气被排除,吸附部11内形成负压,进而能够利用大气压强吸附手机。当需要将手机移除时,轻轻拨动手机,手机带动吸盘10向上移动,使得吸盘10与底座30或盖体20部分区域分离,此时,盖体20或底座30解除对通气孔13的封堵,外部空气由通气孔13进入吸附部11内,吸附部11内的负压消失,方便用户从吸盘10取下手机。本发明手机支架100,由于在取手机时,能够通过通气孔13对吸附部11进行破真空,即消除吸附部11内的负压,从而取放手机的动作能通过一个简单的单手动作进行,使用方便快捷。
需要说明的是,吸盘10的配合部12与吸附部11可为同一种材料,也可以采用不同材料。软质材料可为硅胶、橡胶、软质PVC(聚氯乙烯)、热塑性弹性体等。
在第一实施例中,请参阅图1,弹性件为压缩弹簧41,通气孔13贯通吸附部11和配合部12,压缩弹簧41套设于配合部12并抵持于盖体20,以使配合部12抵持于底座30。
手机支架100在安装时,将盖体20和底座30组装成为一体后,压缩弹簧41被压缩安装在盖体20和配合部12之间,压缩弹簧41上的弹性回复力施加于配合部12上,从而使配合部12的端部与底座30的内壁紧密贴合。具体的,吸盘10整体采用硅胶材质制成,利用硅胶材质会变形的特点,配合部12和底座30的内壁紧密贴合后不会进入空气,使得手机被牢固吸附在吸盘10上,在使用过程中不会发生晃动,提升用户体验。
当需要从手机支架100上取走手机时,手机带动吸盘10向上运动,吸盘10的配合部12上移并通过压缩弹簧41带动配合部12的端部离开底座30的内壁,空气由吸盘10上开设的通气孔13进入吸附部11内,吸附部11内的负压消失,手机与手机支架100脱离。整个过程通过单手操作即可,方便快捷。
手机与吸盘10脱离后,吸盘10在压缩弹簧41的作用下完成复位,方便下次使用。
通气孔13包括相互连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,第二通孔的尺寸大于第一通孔的尺寸,第二通孔开设于配合部12。在将吸盘10与盖体20进行装配时,挤压配合部12,以使得配合部12穿过安装孔21,由于配合部12中开设有尺寸较大的第二通孔,容易被挤压变形,方便安装。
配合部12远离吸附部11的一端沿径向形成有凸缘121,压缩弹簧41夹持于凸缘121和盖体20之间,凸缘121的设置增大了压缩弹簧41的稳定性,方便压缩弹簧41将配合部12压紧并贴合于底座30的内壁。
请参阅图2,盖体20朝向底座30的表面设有凸缘23,压缩弹簧41套设于凸缘23。该凸缘23对压缩弹簧41起到限位作用。
手机带动吸盘10上移时,即底座30解除对通气孔的封堵,使得外部大气由通气孔13进入吸附部11内,从而使得吸附腔体内的负压迅速消失,手机与吸盘10脱离。具体的,可以在底座30的侧壁或盖体20上开设与外部大气连通的孔。
在一些实施例中,安装孔21与配合部12沿径向形成有间隙,即安装孔21的内径大于配合部12的外径。取走手机时,会带动吸盘10上移,外部空气可由安装孔21和配合部12之间的间隙进入盖体20和底座30围合形成的空腔内,进而使得吸附部11内的负压迅速消失,手机与吸盘10脱离。
在一些实施例中,盖体20和底座30可拆卸连接。通过将盖体20和底座 30设置为可拆卸结构,将吸盘10、弹性件与盖体20装配到一起后,再将盖体20安装到底座30上。
具体地,请参阅图2,底座30设有若干卡勾31,盖体20设有若干与卡勾31相配合的卡合部22。可以理解的,还可以在盖体20和底座30分别设置磁性相反的磁体,通过磁吸力将盖体20和底座30固定在一起。或者,通过胶水将盖体20和底座30粘合。或者,在盖体20和底座30分别设置公母螺纹,通过螺纹旋合将盖体20和底座30固定在一起。或者,在盖体20设置螺钉过孔,在底座30设置螺钉柱,通过螺钉锁死将盖体20和底座30固定在一起。或者,在盖体20和/或底座30上设置超声波焊线,通过超声波焊接将盖体20和底座30固定在一起。
在一些实施例中,底座30包括本体31和设于本体31的密封件32,当吸盘10在压缩弹簧41的作用下抵接于密封件32时,确保通气孔13能够实现密封。
手机支架100还包括固定件50,固定件50与底座30可转动连接。在一实施例中,固定件50和底座30之间设有万向节,底座30可以相对固定件50发生各个方位的旋转,根据需要将手机调整至适宜角度。
请参阅图1,固定件50远离底座30的一端形成有插脚51a,用于固定手机支架100。可通过插脚51将手机支架100固定,例如,可以将插脚51固定于汽车内部的出风口,便于驾驶者在行驶过程中使用手机进行导航。
请参阅图3,固定件50远离底座30的一端设有吸盘51b,用于固定手机支架100。本发明手机支架100可安装在汽车的中控台上,也可以放置在办公桌上,用于固定手机,方便使用。
此外,还可将吸盘51b替换为支撑板,支撑板可以是柔性材料,也可以是刚性材料,采用胶水或双面胶将支撑板粘合在平整的表面,实现手机支架100的固定。
在第二实施例中,请参阅图4,通气孔13设于吸附部11与盖体20相对的部分,弹性件为拉伸弹簧42,拉伸弹簧42一端连接于吸盘10的配合部12,另一端连接于底座30,拉伸弹簧42上的回弹力使吸盘10的吸附部11抵持于盖体20,盖体20能够遮挡通气孔13。
手机支架100在安装时,将盖体20和底座30组装成为一体后,拉伸弹簧42被拉伸安装在底座30和配合部12之间,拉伸弹簧42上的弹性回复力 施加于配合部12上,从而使吸附部11与盖体20紧密贴合。具体的,吸盘10整体采用硅胶材质制成,利用硅胶材质会变形的特点,吸附部11和盖体20紧密贴合后不会进入空气,使得手机被牢固吸附在吸盘10上,在使用过程中不会发生晃动,提升用户体验。
当需要从手机支架100上取走手机时,手机带动吸盘10向上运动,吸盘10的吸附部11离开盖体20,空气由吸盘10上开设的通气孔13进入吸附部11内,吸附部11内腔的负压消失,手机与手机支架100脱离。整个过程通过单手操作即可,方便快捷。
手机与吸盘10脱离后,吸盘10在拉伸弹簧42的作用下完成复位,完成功能循环,方便下次使用。
其他结构与第一实施例相同。
在第三实施例中,请参阅图5,通气孔13设于吸附部11与盖体20相对的部分,弹性件为压缩弹簧41,压缩弹簧41套设于配合部12并抵持于盖体20,压缩弹簧41上的回弹力使吸附部11抵接于盖体20,以对通气孔13进行封堵。
配合部12开设有盲孔14,在将吸盘10与盖体20进行装配时,挤压配合部12,以使得配合部12穿过安装孔,由于配合部12中开设有盲孔14,容易被挤压变形,方便安装。
在第四实施例中,吸盘10上同时开设有两个通气孔13,其中一个通气孔13贯通吸附部11和配合部12,另一个通气孔13设于吸附部11上,使得外部空气更迅速地进入吸附腔体,使得吸附部11内的负压消失,解除吸盘10对手机的吸附。
其他结构与第一实施例相同。
在第五实施例中,请参阅图6和图7,手机支架100包括吸盘10、盖体20及底座30,吸盘10包括相连接的吸附部11和弹性部12,吸附部11形成有吸附腔体,盖体20开设有安装孔,弹性部12穿设安装孔并连接于盖体20,盖体20设于底座30,吸盘10开设有与吸附腔体相连通的通气孔13,吸盘10在弹性部12的弹性力作用下能够与底座30相抵接,以封堵通气孔13;且当吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,底座30解除对通气孔13的封堵。
具体的,吸盘10由软质材料制成,且弹性部12的内壁较薄,从而弹性部12能够发生在一定范围内弹性伸缩,弹性部12远离吸附部11的一端沿径 向形成有凸缘121,凸缘121上开设有若干固定孔,盖体20穿设固定孔而与吸盘10安装到一起。其中,软质材料可为硅胶、橡胶、软质PVC(聚氯乙烯)、热塑性弹性体等。
通气孔13开设于吸附部11的中部,底座30中部形成有凸起31,凸起31进入弹性部12内部对通气孔13形成封堵。
弹性部12的侧壁开设有进气孔122,当手机上移,带动吸盘10向上运动时,吸盘10与凸起31脱离,外部空气由吸盘10和盖体20之间的间隙,经过进气孔122和通气孔13进入吸附腔体中,使得吸附腔体中的负压迅速消失,吸附部11与手机容易脱离。
在第六实施例中,请参阅图8,手机支架100包括吸盘10、盖体20及底座30,吸盘10包括相连接的吸附部11和弹性部12,吸附部11形成有吸附腔体,盖体20开设有安装孔21,弹性部12穿设安装孔21并连接于盖体20,盖体20设于底座30,吸盘10开设有与吸附腔体相连通的通气孔13,吸盘10在弹性部12的弹性力作用下能够与盖体20相抵接,以封堵通气孔13;且当吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,盖体20解除对通气孔13的封堵。
具体的,通气孔13开设于吸附部11与盖体20相对应的区域。
在第七实施例中,请参阅图9,一种手机支架100包括吸盘10、盖体20、底座30、弹性件、转动件60及固定件50,吸盘10包括相连接的吸附部11和配合部12,吸附部11形成有吸附腔体,吸盘10还开设有与吸附腔体相连通的通气孔13。盖体20开设有安装孔21,配合部12可活动地穿设于安装孔21,盖体20设于底座30。弹性件设于配合部12和盖体20之间。转动件60与底座30转动连接,并穿设于底座30。固定件50连接于转动件60远离底座30的一端。
在一个实施例中,通气孔13设于吸盘10的中部,吸盘10在弹性件的作用下能够与转动件60相抵接,以封堵通气孔13;且当吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,转动件60解除对通气孔13的封堵。
在一个实施例中,通气孔13设于吸附部11与盖体20相对应的区域,吸盘10在弹性件的作用下能够与盖体20相抵接,以封堵通气孔13;且当吸盘10相对盖体20运动时,盖体20解除对通气孔13的封堵。
在一个实施例中,吸盘10中部和吸附部11上均开设有通气孔13,在弹性件的作用下,配合部12与转动件60相抵持,吸附部11与盖体20相抵持, 以封堵通气孔13。
具体的,弹性件为压缩弹簧41,转动件60呈球状,通孔13靠近配合部12的一端设置为漏斗状,使得配合部12在压缩弹簧41的作用下与转动件60相贴合,对通气孔13形成封堵。
配合部12远离吸附部11的一端沿径向形成有凸缘121,压缩弹簧41夹持于凸缘121和盖体20之间,凸缘121的设置增大了压缩弹簧41的稳定性,方便压缩弹簧41将配合部12压紧并贴合于转动件60。
手机带动吸盘10上移时,即转动件60解除对通气孔13的封堵,使得外部大气由通气孔13进入吸附部11内,从而使得吸附腔体内的负压迅速消失,手机与吸盘10容易脱离。
进一步的,可以在底座30的侧壁或盖体20上开设与外部大气连通的孔。在一些实施例中,安装孔21与配合部12沿径向形成有间隙,即安装孔21的内径大于配合部12的外径。取走手机时,会带动吸盘10上移,外部空气可由安装孔21和配合部12之间的间隙进入盖体20和底座30围合形成的空腔内,进而使得吸附部11内的负压迅速消失,手机与吸盘10容易脱离。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手机支架,其特征在于,包括吸盘、盖体、底座及弹性件,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和配合部,所述吸附部形成有吸附腔体,所述盖体设于所述底座,且所述盖体和所述底座围设形成容纳腔,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述配合部可活动地穿设于所述安装孔并伸入所述容纳腔内,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔,所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述盖体和/或所述底座相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述通气孔贯通所述吸附部和所述配合部,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设于所述配合部并抵持于所述盖体,以使所述配合部抵接于所述底座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述通气孔包括相互连通的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第二通孔开设于所述配合部,所述第二通孔的尺寸大于所述第一通孔的尺寸。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述配合部远离所述吸附部的一端沿径向形成有凸缘,所述压缩弹簧夹持于所述凸缘和所述盖体之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述底座包括本体和设于所述本体的密封件,所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述密封件相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵前,所述容纳腔与外部大气连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述通气孔设于所述吸附部与所述盖体相对的部分,所述弹性件为拉伸弹簧,所述拉伸弹簧一端连接于所述配合部,另一端连接于所述底座,所述拉伸弹簧上的回弹力使所述吸附部抵持于所述盖体。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的手机支架,其特征在于,所述通气孔设于所述吸附部与所述盖体相对的部分,所述弹性件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设于所述配合部并抵持于所述盖体,所述压缩弹簧上的回弹力使所述吸附部抵接于所述盖体。
  9. 一种手机支架,其特征在于,包括吸盘、盖体及底座,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和弹性部,所述吸附部形成有吸附腔体,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述弹性部穿设所述安装孔并连接于所述盖体,所述盖体设于所述底座,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔,所述吸盘在所述弹性部的弹性力作用下能够与所述盖体和/或所述底座相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述盖体和/或所述底座解除对所述通气孔的封堵。
  10. 一种手机支架,其特征在于,包括:
    吸盘,所述吸盘包括相连接的吸附部和配合部,所述吸附部形成有吸附腔体,所述吸盘开设有与所述吸附腔体相连通的通气孔;
    盖体,所述盖体开设有安装孔,所述配合部可活动地穿设于所述安装孔;
    底座,所述盖体设于所述底座;
    弹性件,设于所述配合部和所述盖体之间;
    转动件,与所述底座转动连接,并穿设于所述底座;及
    固定件,连接于所述转动件远离所述底座的一端;
    所述吸盘在所述弹性件的作用下能够与所述转动件和/或所述盖体相抵接,以封堵所述通气孔;且当所述吸盘相对所述盖体运动时,所述转动件和/或所述盖体解除对所述通气孔的封堵。
