Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'aide à l'activité, sur un programme et sur un système d'aide à l'activité qui permettent de fournir des informations utiles à une personne cible. Ledit procédé d'aide à l'activité comprend un processus d'acquisition, un processus de génération et un processus de sortie. Le processus d'acquisition consiste à acquérir des données de résistance physique indiquant des résultats obtenus quand la personne cible effectue un programme d'exercices. Le processus de génération consiste à générer des informations connexes (D4) associées à la personne cible, sur la base d'une action de la personne cible. Le processus de sortie consiste à délivrer en sortie des informations de recommandation basées sur les données de résistance physique et sur les informations connexes (D4).
