列车专用空气净化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备,尤其涉及一种列车专用空气净化器。
背景技术
目前,列车成为人们出行的重要交通工具,在列车行驶的过程中出于安
全考虑必须关闭所有门窗,车内空气质量比较差,汽车空调循环系统无法从根本上解决车内空气中的细菌、病毒、干燥、烟雾、异味等车内空气污染的问题,影响车内人员的身体健康,如何对列车内的空气进行更好地净化成为时下人们迫切需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种净化效果好的列车专用空气净化器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:列车专用空气净化器,包括:金属电极板、设置在金属电极板上端的上盖板和设置在金属电极板下端的下盖板,在所述金属电极板的上端前后两侧对称设置有挡板,在所述挡板上对称设置有两个出风口,在两个出风口之间的挡板上设置有第一固定孔,在所述挡板的上端设置有安装边,在所述安装边上均匀设置有与汽车空调相连接的若干安装孔,在所述金属电极板内均匀设置有若干金属管,在所述金属管内设置有净化通道,所述金属管呈蜂窝状排列,在所述金属管的内部轴心线上设置有电极针头,所述电极针头与设置在金属电极板下端上的针头固定架相连接,在所述针头固定架的下端一侧设置有高压发生器,在所述上盖板的前后两侧对称设置有连接块,在所述连接块上设置有与第一固定孔相互配合的第二固定孔,在所述上盖板的左右两侧对称设置有与金属电极板相互配合的上限位卡板,在所述上盖板上均匀设置有若干与金属管的净化通道相互配合的上通孔,在所述下盖板的前后两侧对称设置有与金属电极板相互配合的第一下限位卡板,在所述下盖板的左后两侧对称设置有与金属电 极板相互配合的第二下限位卡板,在所述下盖板上均匀设置有若干与金属管的净化通道相互配合的下通孔。
本发明的优点是:上述列车专用空气净化器,可直接安装在汽车空调循环系统中的进风口和排风口处对车内的空气进行净化,从根本上解决车内空气中的细菌、病毒、干燥、烟雾、异味等车内空气污染的问题,净化效果好,为人们营造一个健康舒适的乘坐环境。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,列车专用空气净化器,包括:金属电极板1、设置在金属电极板1上端的上盖板2和设置在金属电极板1下端的下盖板3,在所述金属电极板1的上端前后两侧对称设置有挡板4,在所述挡板4上对称设置有两个出风口5,在两个出风口5之间的挡板4上设置有第一固定孔6,在所述挡板4的上端设置有安装边7,在所述安装边7上均匀设置有与汽车空调相连接的若干安装孔8,在所述金属电极板1内均匀设置有若干金属管9,在所述金属管9内设置有净化通道91,所述金属管9呈蜂窝状排列,在所述金属管9的内部轴心线上设置有电极针头11,所述电极针头11与设置在金属电极板1下端上的针头固定架10相连接,在所述针头固定架10的下端一侧设置有高压发生器12,在所述上盖板2的前后两侧对称设置有连接块13,在所述连接块13上设置有与第一固定孔6相互配合的第二固定孔14,在所述上盖板2的左右两侧对称设置有与金属电极板1相互配合的上限位卡板15,在所述上盖板2上均匀设置有若干与金属管9的净化通道91相互配合的上通孔16,在所述下盖板3的前后两侧对称设置有与金属电极板1相互配合的第一下限位卡板17,在所述下盖板3的左后两侧对称设置有与金属电极板1相互配合的第二下限位卡板18,在所述下盖板3上均匀设置有若干与金属管9的净化通道91相互配合的下通孔19。上述列车专用空气净化器安装时,将上盖板2左右两侧的上限位卡板15卡设在金属电极板1的上端左右两侧,连接块13上的第二固定孔14通过连接螺栓和连接螺 母与金属电极板1上的第二固定孔6相连接,将下盖板3前后两侧的第一下限位卡板17卡设在金属电极板1的下端前后两侧,将下盖板3左右两侧的第二下限位卡板18卡设在金属电极板1的下端左右两侧,将金属电极板1上的安装边7通过安装孔8安装在列车空调的进风口或排风口处。
上述列车专用空气净化器使用时,空气从金属电极板1的上端进入,一部分空气从挡板4上的出风口5处进入车内,一部分空气进入到金属管9的净化通道91内,金属电极板1上的金属管9排列成蜂窝状,在高压发生器12的作用下,金属电极板1带负电从而使金属管9带负电,电极针头11带正电,电极针头11位于金属管9的轴向线上。在高达6000V左右的高压作用下,有与电极针头11处的电场十分强大,周边气体中的自由电子会高速冲向电极针头11,撞击空气中的中性分子,使空气中的电子脱离出来形成离子,从而产生“雪崩”现象,在电机针头11附近形成一个稳定的电晕区。当空气中含有细菌、尘埃粒子的气溶胶经过电晕区时,细菌被电解、炭化,尘埃粒子则被有效吸附,达到净化作用。
上述列车专用空气净化器,可直接安装在汽车空调循环系统中的进风口和排风口处对车内的空气进行净化,从根本上解决车内空气中的细菌、病毒、干燥、烟雾、异味等车内空气污染的问题,净化效果好,为人们营造一个健康舒适的乘坐环境。

  1. 列车专用空气净化器,其特征在于:包括:金属电极板(1)、设置在金属电极板(1)上端的上盖板(2)和设置在金属电极板(1)下端的下盖板(3),在所述金属电极板(1)的上端前后两侧对称设置有挡板(4),在所述挡板(4)上对称设置有两个出风口(5),在两个出风口(5)之间的挡板(4)上设置有第一固定孔(6),在所述挡板(4)的上端设置有安装边(7),在所述安装边(7)上均匀设置有与汽车空调相连接的若干安装孔(8),在所述金属电极板(1)内均匀设置有若干金属管(9),在所述金属管(9)内设置有净化通道(91),所述金属管(9)呈蜂窝状排列,在所述金属管(9)的内部轴心线上设置有电极针头(11),所述电极针头(11)与设置在金属电极板(1)下端上的针头固定架(10)相连接,在所述针头固定架(10)的下端一侧设置有高压发生器(12),在所述上盖板(2)的前后两侧对称设置有连接块(13),在所述连接块(13)上设置有与第一固定孔(6)相互配合的第二固定孔(14),在所述上盖板(2)的左右两侧对称设置有与金属电极板(1)相互配合的上限位卡板(15),在所述上盖板(2)上均匀设置有若干与金属管(9)的净化通道(91)相互配合的上通孔(16),在所述下盖板(3)的前后两侧对称设置有与金属电极板(1)相互配合的第一下限位卡板(17),在所述下盖板(3)的左后两侧对称设置有与金属电极板(1)相互配合的第二下限位卡板(18),在所述下盖板(3)上均匀设置有若干与金属管(9)的净化通道(91)相互配合的下通孔(19)。
