本申请基于申请号为201810478730.0、申请日为2018年05月18日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调室外机技术领域,具体涉及一种空调室外机接水盘以及一种使用了该接水盘的空调室外机中压缩机安装固定方法。
背景技术
现在市面上的空调外机中的空调压缩机和接水盘之间通常采用螺栓固定,其结构形式为:接水盘和螺栓点焊在一起,形成一个组件,压缩机底脚和螺栓之间放置橡胶减震垫,最终用螺母进行固定,以达到固定压缩机并减震降噪的效果。在生产线上,通常使用吊装车将空调压缩机吊起,与接水盘上点焊的螺栓对正后,放到对应的螺栓孔位,然后使用螺母将压缩机的固定脚通过橡胶减震块和螺栓紧固在一起,以约束压缩机和接水盘的相对位置。通常压缩机底脚是圆周均布4个固定孔,每个孔都需要进行固定,才能达到压缩机固定的最佳效果。在生产时,需借助吊装工具将压缩机吊装到接水盘螺栓上方,高度是要高于螺栓的上部才能进行对正安装。在维修更换压缩机时,需要人工将压缩机向上抬,使压缩机高度超过压缩机螺栓的高度,才能将压缩机拆出接水盘,不仅费时费力,还需要在管组设计的时候,避开压缩机上方的空间,留出更换压缩机的空间,这样导致有效的换热内部空间缩小,降低了内部空间管组布管设计的利用率。而且,在空调室外机的运输过程中,经常由于部件堆积等原因造成螺栓和接水盘的垂直度偏差,导致螺栓的孔位和压缩机底脚不同心,造成安装困难,尺寸偏差大,橡胶减震块和压缩机底脚受力不均匀而产生磨损,在之后的整机运行时,导致压缩机容易出现震动,噪音大等问题。如果震动大,进而还会造成管组的应力过高,最终导致系统管组破损、整机损坏。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种空调接水盘、空调压缩机和接水盘的组合件及其安装固定方法。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供了一种空调接水盘,包括:接水盘本体和固定螺母;其中,接水盘本体设置有多个用于固定压缩机底脚的螺孔,所述接水盘本体的底面固定连接有固定螺母,所述固定螺母的中空孔与螺孔连通;所述接水盘本体的顶面设置有用于放置减震块的沉台,所述沉台为环绕所述螺孔的凹槽。
通过在接水盘背面设置螺母,采用定位图的方式进行位置约束,可保证螺母和接水盘的相对位置准确,且螺母是在接水盘背面点焊,不存在受力变形导致不同心的问题。
在根据本发明的一个实施例中,所述固定螺母焊接在空调接水盘本体的底面上。
在根据本发明的一个实施例中,所述沉台的深度为接水盘厚度的2-4倍,优选为3倍。
在根据本发明的一个实施例中,所述沉台的直径大于减震块的外径。
接水盘和螺母的轴线方向上,设计出预约束减震胶块的沉台,沉台深度为3倍的材料厚度,沉台的直径等于橡胶减震块外径尺寸+2mm,从而使减震块可放入沉台内进行预定位,沉台对减震块进行自由度的约束,同时又不会因沉台深度影响减震效果。
本发明还提供了一种空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件,所述空调接水盘为上述的空调接水盘,所述空调压缩机的压缩机底脚由固定螺栓固定在所述空调接水盘的顶面上,所述空调压缩机底脚和空调接水盘之间设置有减震块;其中,所述固定螺栓依次穿过压缩机底脚的开孔、减震块的中心孔、接水盘本体上的螺孔和固定螺母后将压缩机锁紧固定在空调接水盘上。
使用根据本发明的空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件的空调机,在更换压缩机的时候,只需将固定压缩机底脚的固定螺栓拆卸下来,即可直接由接水盘的内表面将压缩机移出,无需将压缩机抬高,降低劳动负荷,提高更换压缩机的维修效率。
同时,由于在安装或拆卸时无须将空调压缩机向上抬高,因而对管组设计空间预留的充足的可利用空间,大大提高了设计的方案优选余地。
在根据本发明的另一个实施例中,所述减震块为中间竖直开设有中心孔的柱形橡胶块,所述橡胶块外径小于空调接水盘上的沉台的直径。
在根据本发明的另一个实施例中,所述固定螺栓为十字槽平头六角限位螺栓。使用这种螺栓既可以使用扳手来操作,也可以使用螺丝刀操作,提高操作的便利性。
在根据本发明的另一个实施例中,固定螺栓紧固到位后,接水盘的内表面和固定螺栓的有效工作面的高度H和橡胶减震块的高度T的关系式为:H=T+1mm。
经过装机验证,基于该数值关系设置的固定螺栓和减震块既能保证减震垫和压缩机底脚的紧固性,又能保证减震胶块最大限度的发挥减震的效果。
本发明还提供了一种空调机,所述空调机设置有如上述的空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件。
设置有上述组合件的空调机可以增加空调机内部换热空间,提高内部空间管组布管设计的利用率,并且安装、拆卸方便。
本发明还提供了一种空调压缩机的安装固定方法,包括:
在如上述的接水盘的多个沉台中分别放置减震块,并将减震块的中心孔与沉台中心的螺孔对准;
将压缩机底脚放置在减震块上,并将压缩机底脚的开孔与减震块的中心孔对准;
将固定螺栓依次穿过到压缩机底肢的开孔、减震块的中心孔和接水盘的沉台中心的螺孔,并延伸到固定在批接水盘底面的固定螺母的中空孔;
拧动固定螺栓,使固定螺栓与固定螺母锁紧固定。
其中,优选地,固定螺栓为十字槽平头六角限位螺栓,既可以使用扳手来操作,也可以使用螺丝刀操作,提高操作的便利性。

图2是根据本发明的空调接水盘和空调压缩机的连接关系的示意图。如图2所示的,空调压缩机200的压缩机底脚201由固定螺栓205固定在空调接水盘本体202的顶面上,接水盘本体202设置有多个用于固定压缩机底脚201的螺孔,所述接水盘本体202的底面固定连接有固定螺母,固定螺母的中空孔与螺孔连通,接水盘本体202的顶面设置有用于放置减震块的沉台203,沉台203为环绕所述螺孔的凹槽。通过在接水盘背面设置螺母,采用定位图的方式进行位置约束,可保证固定螺母和接水盘的相对位置准确,且螺母是在接水盘背面点焊,不存在受力变形导致不同心的问题。空调压缩机底脚201和空调接水盘本体202之间设置有减震块204。减震块204由沉台203限位。其中,固定螺栓205依次穿过压缩机底脚201的开孔、减震块204的中心孔、接水盘本体202上的螺孔和固定螺母(未示出)后将压缩机200锁紧固定在空调接水盘上,固定螺母固定在接水盘本体202的底面上。使用根据本发明的空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件的空调机,在更换压缩机的时候,只需将固定压缩机底脚的固定螺栓拆卸下来,即可直接由接水盘的内表面将压缩机移出,无需将压缩机抬高,降低劳动负荷,提高更换压缩机的维修效率。同时,由于在安装或拆卸时无须将空调压缩机向上抬高,因而对管组设计空间预留的充足的可利用空间,大大提高了设计的方案设计余地。所述的减震块204可以为中间竖直开设有中心孔的柱形橡胶块,橡胶块外径小于空调接水盘上的沉台203的直径。固定螺栓205优选地实施为十字槽平头六角限位螺栓。使用这种螺栓既可以使用扳手来操作,也可以使用螺丝刀操作,提高操作的便利性。
图3所示为根据本发明的空调接水盘和压缩机的组合件的局部放大剖面图。如图3所示的,空调接水盘包括接水盘本体301和固定螺母302,固定螺母302可以通过焊接、铆接等方式固定在接水盘本体301的底面上,其中,接水盘本体301设置有多个用于固定压缩机底脚306的螺孔,接水盘本体301的底面固定连接固定螺母302,固定螺母302的中空孔与螺孔连通。接水盘本体301的顶面设置有用于放置减震块304的沉台303,沉台303为环绕螺孔的凹槽。通过在接水盘背面设置螺母,采用定位图的方式进行位置约束,可保证螺母和接水盘的相对位置准确,且螺母是在接水盘背面点焊,不存在受力变形导致不同心的问题。如图3所示的,固定螺栓305自上而下依次穿过压缩机底脚305、减震块304、 沉台303和固定螺母302。优选地,沉台303的深度c为接水盘本体材料厚度的2-4倍,优选为3倍,并且沉台303的直径a大于减震块304的外径b,沉台的直径a等于橡胶减震块外径尺寸b+2mm,从而使减震块可放入沉台内进行预定位,沉台303对减震块304进行自由度的约束,同时又不会因沉台深度影响减震效果。
当固定螺栓紧固到位后,接水盘的内表面和固定螺栓305的有效工作面的高度H和减震块304的高度T的关系式为:H=T+1mm。经过装机验证,基于该数值关系设置的固定螺栓305和减震块304既能保证减震垫和压缩机底脚的紧固性,又能保证减震胶块最大限度的发挥减震的效果。
本发明还提供了一种空调压缩机的安装固定方法,包括:
在上述的接水盘的多个沉台中分别放置减震块,并将减震块的中心孔与沉台中心的螺孔对准;
将压缩机底脚放置在减震块上,并将压缩机底脚的开孔与减震块的中心孔对准;
将固定螺栓依次穿过到压缩机底肢的开孔、减震块的中心孔和接水盘的沉台中心的螺孔,并延伸到固定在批接水盘底面的固定螺母的中空孔;
拧动固定螺栓,使固定螺栓与固定螺母锁紧固定。
根据本发明的安装固定方法,压缩机和接水盘之间安装和拆卸时将固定压缩机底脚的固定螺栓拆卸下来,即可直接由接水盘的内表面将压缩机移出,无需将压缩机抬高,降低劳动负荷,提高更换压缩机的维修效率。
在根据本发明的另一个实施例中,固定螺栓紧固到位后,接水盘的内表面和固定螺栓的有效工作面的高度H和橡胶减震块的高度T的关系式为:H=T+1mm。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的流程及结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调接水盘,其特征在于,包括:接水盘本体和固定螺母;其中,接水盘本体设置有多个用于固定压缩机底脚的螺孔,所述接水盘本体的底面固定连接有固定螺母,所述固定螺母的中空孔与螺孔连通;所述接水盘本体的顶面设置有用于放置减震块的沉台,所述沉台为环绕所述螺孔的凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调接水盘,其特征在于,所述固定螺母焊接在空调接水盘本体的底面上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的空调接水盘,其特征在于,所述沉台的深度为接水盘厚度的2-4倍。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空调接水盘,其特征在于,所述沉台的直径大于减震块的外径。
  5. 一种空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件,其特征在于,所述空调接水盘为如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的空调接水盘,所述空调压缩机的压缩机底脚由固定螺栓固定在所述空调接水盘的顶面上,所述空调压缩机底脚和空调接水盘之间设置有减震块;其中,所述固定螺栓依次穿过压缩机底脚的开孔、减震块的中心孔、接水盘本体上的螺孔和固定螺母后将压缩机锁紧固定在空调接水盘上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述减震块为中间竖直开设有中心孔的柱形橡胶块,所述橡胶块外径小于空调接水盘上的沉台的直径。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的组合件,其特征在于,所述固定螺栓为十字槽平头六角限位螺栓。
  8. 一种空调机,其特征在于,所述空调机设置有如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的空调压缩机和空调接水盘的组合件。
  9. 一种空调压缩机的安装固定方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的接水盘的多个沉台中分别放置减震块,并将减震块的中心孔与沉台中心的螺孔对准;
    将压缩机底脚放置在减震块上,并将压缩机底脚的开孔与减震块的中心孔对准;
    将固定螺栓依次穿过到压缩机底肢的开孔、减震块的中心孔和接水盘的沉台中心的螺孔,并延伸到固定在批接水盘底面的固定螺母的中空孔;
    拧动固定螺栓,使固定螺栓与固定螺母锁紧固定。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的安装固定方法,其特征在于,固定螺栓为十字槽平头六角限位螺栓。
