Abstract
L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau et son procédé de fabrication. Le substrat de réseau comprend un substrat de base (10) et de multiples traces métalliques (20) entrecroisées situées sur le substrat de base (10). Le substrat de base (10) comporte de multiples régions transparentes (11). Une partie des traces métalliques (20) qui sont situées dans les multiples régions transparentes (11) présentent chacune sur des surfaces latérales une couche d'oxyde métallique (21). La couche d'oxyde métallique (21) améliore la dépolarisation au niveau des bords et d'emplacements courbés des traces métalliques (20) dans les régions transparentes (11), réduisant ainsi la fuite de lumière des régions transparentes, et améliorant le contraste de panneaux d'affichage à cristaux liquides.
