本公开的实施例涉及一种连接结构及具有该连接结构的扬声器和电子设备。
背景技术
在电子设备中,经常需要将两个器件进行连接。以扬声器和音箱的连接为例,目前,通常利用螺钉、螺栓等螺纹件将扬声器固定于音箱。
发明内容
本公开的至少一个实施例提供了一种连接结构和具有该连接结构的扬声器和电子设备,其可提高空间的利用率、简化制造工艺并且降低制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本公开的实施例采用如下技术方案。
第一方面,本公开一实施例提供一种连接结构,包括卡环以及连接柱。所述卡环设有缺口,所述缺口的宽度大于所述卡环的内径,并且所述卡环的内壁设有支撑臂。所述连接柱包括柱体和位于所述柱体一端的柱头,所述柱头的外径大于所述柱体的外径,并且所述柱体设有卡槽。所述连接柱的柱体可穿过所述卡环的缺口而卡合于所述卡环内,且所述卡环的支撑臂可卡合于所述连接柱的卡槽内。
示意性地,所述连接结构被配置为连接第一器件和第二器件,所述第一器件上设有连接槽,所述第二器件上设有连接孔,所述卡环设于所述连接槽的侧壁,所述连接孔的内径小于所述柱头的外径且大于或等于所述柱体的外径,所述柱体还可穿过所述连接孔以将所述柱头限定于所述连接孔内。

图1示出了一种电子设备中的连接结构,用以连接扬声器和音箱。如图1所示,扬声器1a上形成有供螺钉穿过的凹槽2a,凹槽2a内设有能与螺钉配合的环形结构3a,螺钉可穿过环形结构3a并实现螺纹连接。在这种方案中,为了便于转动螺钉,需要在扬声器或音箱上预留较大的空间,即:凹槽2a的长度较大,以便旋转螺纹件,这减少了器件上的可利用空间。同时,由于螺纹件具有一定的长度,为了保证连接的稳固性,在螺纹件的安装方向上,音箱需要具有一定的厚度,以便形成适应螺纹件长度的螺孔,这会减小音箱内部的容积,不利于提高扬声器的性能。此外,对于采用螺纹件连接的器件而言,其制造过程需要采用攻丝工艺以形成与螺纹件匹配的螺孔,这会使制造过程复杂并且使成本增加。
本公开的实施例提供了一种连接结构。如图2所示,本公开的实施例提供的该连接结构可被配置为连接第一器件100和第二器件200。第一器件100可具有第一连接面101,第一连接面101上可设有连接槽1;第二器件200可具有第二连接面201和空腔,第二连接面201上可设有连接孔2,且连接孔2与空腔连通。连接孔2可以是直接设置于第二连接面201的孔,也可以 是设置在固定于第二器件200上的凹槽或孔内的弹性件上的孔,在此不对连接孔2的形成方式做特殊限定。
在通过根据本公开实施例的连接结构连接第一器件100和第二器件200时,第一连接面101和第二连接面201相对。在本公开的实施例中,第一器件100可以是扬声器,第二器件200可以是音箱,但不限于此。例如,在其他实施例中,第一器件100亦可以是装饰产品、挂件、配件等,第二器件200亦可以是家具、电器等。在此需要说明的是,当第二器件200为音箱时,第二连接面201可为音箱的壳体;空腔可为壳体的内部空间,也可以是形成于壳体内的独立腔体,该独立腔体与连接孔2共同形成孔口尺寸小于腔体(孔腔)尺寸的槽孔结构,如图2所示。
如图2-4所示,本公开的实施例提供的连接结构可以包括卡环11和连接柱3。以下将参照第一器件100和第二器件200、以与其相配合的方式对卡环11和连接柱3的结构进行示意性描述,但本公开的实施例不限于此。
如图3和图4所示,在一实施例中,第一器件100的连接槽1的侧壁可设有一开口,连接结构的连接柱3可从连接槽1的侧方经开口进入连接槽1。当然,在其它实施例中,连接槽1也可以是四周封闭的槽形结构。连接结构的卡环11可设于连接槽1的侧壁,该卡环11可具有一缺口,该缺口与连接槽1的开口正对,且缺口的宽度大于卡环11的内径。连接柱3可依次穿过连接槽1的开口和卡环11的缺口而卡入卡环11。卡环11可一体成型于连接槽1的侧壁,也可以是独立于连接槽1侧壁的结构并通过卡接、粘接或其它方式固定于连接槽1的侧壁。
如图5和图6所示,在一实施例中,卡环11的内壁还设有支撑臂12,支撑臂12可以包括第一臂体121和第二臂体122。例如,第一臂体121的一端可设于卡环11的内壁,另一端可沿卡环11的径向延伸,第一臂体121的长度小于卡环11的内径。第一臂体121可与卡环11一体成型,也可以通过卡接粘接等方式与卡环11固定连接。例如,第二臂体122的一端可设于第一臂体121,第二臂体122的另一端可沿卡环11的中轴线向第二器件200延伸,并可伸出连接槽1。第二臂体122与第一臂体121的夹角可为直角,且第一臂体121与第二臂体122的连接处可一体形成有加强筋123,以提高第一臂体121与第二臂体122的连接处的强度。例如,第二臂体122可与第一臂体121一体成型,也可以通过卡接粘接等方式固定连接。
在本公开的其它实施例中,支撑臂12也可以具有其它结构。例如,支撑臂12还可为倾斜设置在卡环11内壁的直杆。在此不再一一列举支撑臂12的其它具体结构。
在一实施例中,连接柱3的材料可以是橡胶,当然,在本公开的其它实施例中,连接柱3也可以是塑料等其它弹性材料,或者,也可以是能够与卡环11卡合的非弹性材料。如图7所示,在一实施例中,连接柱3可以包括柱体31和柱头32。柱体31的外径可小于或等于卡环11的内径,且小于或等于连接孔2的内径,使得柱体31可穿过卡环11。柱头32可一体成型于柱体31的一端,且柱头32的外径大于柱体31的外径,使得柱头32可凸出于柱体31的外周。柱头32的外径大于连接孔2的内径。在安装时,可将柱体31插入第二器件200的连接孔2,使柱头32位于连接孔2内。例如,可将柱头32穿过连接孔2,以使其位于第二器件200的空腔内。由于柱头32的外径大于连接孔2的内径,可防止柱头32随意从连接孔2脱出。
如图5所示,在一实施例中,柱体31的外周可一体成型有第一卡盘311和第二卡盘312,且第二卡盘312可位于柱体31远离柱头32的一端,第一卡盘311位于第二卡盘312和柱头32之间。第一卡盘311和第二卡盘312之间的距离可与卡环11的厚度相同,使得卡环11可卡合于第一卡盘311和第二卡盘312之间;同时,第一卡盘311和柱头32之间的距离可与第二器件200的第二连接面201的厚度相同,使得第二连接面201可卡合于第一卡盘311和柱头32之间,且柱头32可位于第二器件200的空腔内。
如图7所示,在一实施例中,柱体31的侧面可设有卡槽313,卡槽313靠近柱头32的一端的端面可设有向柱头32凹陷的延伸槽。在柱体31卡合于卡环11内时,支撑臂12可配合卡入卡槽313内。例如,第一臂体121可沿柱体31的径向伸入卡槽313,第二臂体122可卡合于卡槽313内,且第二臂体122的端部可伸入延伸槽。由此,可通过支撑臂12对连接柱3进行支撑,防止连接柱3变形;同时,通过延伸槽和第二臂体122的配合,可防止连接柱3与支撑臂12自动脱离。
在一实施例中,第一卡盘311靠近柱头32的侧面可与第一器件100的第一连接面101平齐或位于第一连接面101以内,可避免第一卡盘311凸出于第一连接面101,使得第一器件100和第二器件200在通过该连接结构连接后可相互贴合,以节约空间。第一柱头32的外周面可为锥面,且该锥面由 柱体31向远离柱体31的方向逐渐收缩,以便于柱头32穿过连接孔2进入空腔,空腔的形状和尺寸可与柱头32相匹配。
在本公开的实施例提供的连接结构中,连接柱3远离柱头32的一端可经第一器件100的开口和卡环11的缺口进入卡环11内,使卡环11被夹持于第一卡盘311和第二卡盘312之间,从而使连接柱3与卡环11卡合;在此过程中,支撑臂12可卡合于卡槽313内,且第二臂体122可伸入卡槽313的延伸槽,以对连接柱3进行支撑。由此,可将连接柱3与第一器件100可拆卸地连接。同时,连接柱3的柱头32可穿过第二器件200的连接孔2进入第二器件200的空腔内,且第一卡盘311与柱头32间的区域可与连接孔2卡合。由此,可使连接柱3与第二器件200可拆卸地连接。
综上,可通过连接柱3和卡环11将第一器件100和第二器件200可拆卸地连接起来,避免了采用螺钉或螺栓等螺纹件,可省去在第一器件100和第二器件200上为拧动螺纹件预留的空间,从而提高空间的利用率。同时,免于在第一器件100或第二器件200上攻丝,可简化工艺,便于制造,节约制造成本。
本公开的实施例还提供一种扬声器。参照图2,该扬声器可被配置为通过上述任一实施例提供的连接结构与一音箱连接。换言之,前述连接结构中的第一器件100即为该扬声器,第二器件200为该音箱。
本公开的实施例提供的扬声器可免于采用螺纹件(例如螺栓、螺孔、螺柱等结构)与音箱进行连接,有利于减小音箱内部被占用的空间,使扬声器内部的容积增大,从而可提高扬声器的性能,例如,可改善扬声器的品质因数(Q值)等。
本公开的实施例还提供一种电子设备。参照图2,该电子设备可包括扬声器、音箱和本公开前述任一实施例提供的连接结构。扬声器和音箱通过该连接结构连接。
在本实施例中,电子设备可以例如为一音响设备,其包括通过本公开前述任一实施例提供的连接结构而连接的扬声器与音箱。换言之,扬声器即为前述任一实施例中的第一器件100,音箱即为前述任一实施例中的第二器件200。本公开实施例提供的连接结构即用于连接扬声器与音箱。例如,扬声器的壳体上设有上述连接槽1,以供连接柱3卡设于其中;音箱的壳体上设有上述连接孔2,以供卡设在扬声器上的连接柱3穿过;由此,可将柱头32限 定于连接孔2内,从而实现扬声器与音箱的连接。
据此,在本公开的实施例提供的电子设备中,扬声器与音箱的连接方案未采用螺纹件(例如螺栓、螺孔、螺柱等结构),减小了音箱内部被占用的空间,使扬声器内部的容积增大,从而可提高扬声器的性能,例如,改善扬声器的品质因数(Q值)等。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种连接结构,包括:
    卡环,所述卡环设有缺口,所述缺口的宽度大于所述卡环的内径,并且所述卡环的内壁设有支撑臂;以及
    连接柱,包括柱体和位于所述柱体一端的柱头,所述柱头的外径大于所述柱体的外径,并且所述柱体设有卡槽,
    其中,所述连接柱的柱体可穿过所述卡环的缺口而卡合于所述卡环内,且所述卡环的支撑臂可卡合于所述连接柱的卡槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接结构被配置为连接第一器件和第二器件,所述第一器件上设有连接槽,所述第二器件上设有连接孔,
    所述卡环设于所述连接槽的侧壁,
    所述连接孔的内径小于所述柱头的外径且大于或等于所述柱体的外径,并且所述柱体可穿过所述连接孔以将所述柱头限定于所述连接孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述柱体外周设有第一卡盘和第二卡盘,所述第一卡盘位于所述第二卡盘和所述柱头之间,所述柱体位于所述第一卡盘和所述第二卡盘之间的部分卡合于所述卡环内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其中,所述柱体外周设有第一卡盘和第二卡盘,所述第一卡盘位于所述第二卡盘和所述柱头之间,所述柱体位于所述第一卡盘和所述第二卡盘之间的部分卡合于所述卡环内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一器件具有第一连接面,所述连接槽设于所述第一连接面,并且在垂直于所述第一连接面的方向上、所述第一卡盘靠近所述柱头的侧面不超出所述第一连接面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述第二器件具有空腔和第二连接面,所述连接孔设于所述第二连接面并与所述空腔连通,所述柱体 位于所述第一卡盘和所述柱头之间的部分卡合于所述连接孔内,并且所述柱头位于所述空腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其中,所述柱头的外周面形成为向远离所述柱体的方向逐渐收缩的锥面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述支撑臂包括第一臂体和第二臂体,所述第一臂体形成于所述卡环的内壁且沿所述卡环的径向延伸,所述第二臂体的一端与所述第一臂体连接且另一端沿所述卡环的轴线延伸;
    所述卡槽靠近所述柱头的一端的端面设有向所述柱头凹陷的延伸槽,并且所述第二臂体的至少一部分卡合于所述延伸槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述支撑臂形成为倾斜设置在所述卡环的内壁上的直杆。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一臂体与第二臂体的连接处设有加强筋。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的连接结构,其中,所述连接柱为弹性材质。
  12. 一种扬声器,包括如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的连接结构,
    所述扬声器被配置为可通过所述连接结构与音箱连接。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括扬声器、音箱以及根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的连接结构,
    其中,所述扬声器设有连接槽,所述音箱设有连接孔,并且所述扬声器和所述音箱通过所述连接结构连接。
