技术领域
本公开的实施例涉及一种监控装置、车辆、监控方法及信息处理装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,驾车出行已经成为很多人的选择,行驶安全则成为了更加值得我们关注的问题。目前安装于车辆内部的安全系统,主要是通过检测安全带插头是否插到固定底座里来判断用户是否佩戴安全带,这种检测方式不够准确,更无法检测到更多的行车隐患,不利于对车辆的行驶安全进行监控和管理。
发明内容
本公开至少一实施例提供一种监控装置,用于一车辆,包括图像获取装置、处理器及报警装置;所述图像获取装置,用于获取所述车辆内部的图像信息;所述处理器,与所述图像获取装置和所述报警装置连接,用于当所述图像信息满足预设违规条件时,控制所述报警装置进行报警。
例如,在本公开一实施例提供的监控装置中,所述预设违规条件包括:乘客没有佩戴安全带,以及副驾驶座位乘坐儿童。

如图1至图4所示,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种监控装置1,该监控装置1用于一车辆,该监控装置1包括图像获取装置10、处理器20及报警装置30;图像获取装置10用于获取车辆内部的图像信息;处理器20与图像获取装置10和报警装置30连接,用于当图像信息满足预设违规条件时,控制报警装置30进行报警。
监控装置1包括图像获取装置10、处理器20和报警装置30,图像获取装置10可以采用摄像头或其它任意可以获取到车内图像信息的装置或设备,图像获取装置10用于获取车辆内部的图像信息。例如,车辆内部的图像信息包括驾驶员驾驶图像、副驾驶位置乘客图像或其它任意位置的图像。例如,摄像头等图像获取装置10以安装在能够拍摄到车内人员上半身部分的全部图像为宜。
例如,处理器20与图像获取装置10和报警装置30连接,当获取到车辆内部的图像信息后,处理器20对图像信息进行分析,例如,可以将该图像信息与处理器中预先存储好的预设违规条件进行比对。例如,预设违规条件可以包括多种,例如包括乘客没有佩戴安全带、副驾驶座位乘坐儿童等。
以判断车内人员是否佩戴安全带为例,例如,处理器20可以预先对安全带的特征信息如颜色、形状及宽度等进行学习,从而可以判断图像信息中是否包含有安全带的特征信息。例如,处理器20判断出图像信息中不包含安全带的特征信息,则认为图像信息满足预设违规条件,处理器20向报警装置30发送报警指令,以使报警装置30工作进行报警。
本公开的实施例提供的车辆控制装置可以用于一车辆,通过图像获取装置获取车辆内部的图像信息,并经过处理装置的分析和比对,当判断图像信息满足预设违规条件时,控制报警装置进行报警,有助于发现行车安全隐患, 提高行驶安全性。
例如,在本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1中,如图2所示,报警装置30包括发声装置301,该发生装置301与处理器20连接,预设违规条件包括预设第一违规条件,处理器20用于当图像信息满足预设第一违规条件时,控制发声装置301进行声音报警提示。例如,发生装置301可以采用扬声器。
例如,预设第一违规条件可以包括首次检测到乘客没有佩戴安全带,这时,可能是车辆刚刚启动乘客还没来得及系安全带,或者忘记系安全带,通过发声装置301进行声音提示后,乘客如果马上改正则可以规避危险。例如,预设第一违规条件还可以包括首次检测到副驾驶座位有儿童,当首次检测到副驾驶座位有儿童时,可以通过发声装置301进行声音提示,从而可以规避潜在危险。
例如,在本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1中,如图2所示,报警装置30还包括通讯装置302,该通讯装置302与处理器20连接,预设违规条件包括预设第二违规条件,处理器20用于当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,控制通讯装置302向预设终端发送报警信息。例如,通讯装置302可以采用无线通讯装置,包括但不限于通过移动通信网络、wifi、蓝牙、ZigBee等无线通信方式进行通信。
预设违规条件包括预设第一违规条件和/或预设第二违规条件,当图像信息满足预设第一违规条件时,处理器20控制报警装置30中的发声装置301进行声音报警提示,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,处理器20控制报警装置30中的通讯装置302向预设终端发送报警信息。例如,预设第一违规条件相较于预设第二违规条件的违规情况可以较为轻微,例如,预设第一违规条件可以包括首次检测到乘客没有佩戴安全带,这时,可能是车辆刚刚启动乘客还没来得及系安全带,或者忘记系安全带,通过发声装置301进行声音提示后,乘客就会马上改正,从而规避危险。相应地,预设第二违规条件可以包括在连续的预定时间(例如,五分钟)内采集的图像信息都不包括安全带的特征信息,即表明乘客一直没有佩戴安全带,此时存在经过声音提示后乘客仍然不做改正的情况,这时违规情况较为严重,很有可能造成安全事故,此时,处理器20通过通讯装置302向预设终端发送报警信息。例如,预设终端可以是交警大队的服务器或是交警的手持终端等设备。
当然,预设第一违规条件和预设第二违规条件还可以包括其他情况,例如,预设第一违规条件包括首次检测到副驾驶座位有儿童,相应地,预设第二违规条件包括在连续的预定时间(例如,五分钟)内检测到副驾驶座位有儿童;预设第二违规条件还可以包括儿童驾驶车辆等。本公开的实施例提供的监控装置可以将车辆行驶过程中的违规(违法)行为进行上报,从而可以督促车辆的驾驶员或乘客改正违规驾驶行为,提高行驶安全性。
例如,如图3所示,本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1还包括定位装置40,该定位装置40与处理器20连接,用于对车辆定位并生成车辆的位置信息。处理器20还用于当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,控制通讯装置302向预设终端发送车辆的位置信息。例如,该定位装置40可以采用GPS或北斗定位系统。
例如,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,定位装置40对车辆进行定位,生成车辆的位置信息,处理器20控制通讯装置302将车辆的位置信息发送给预设终端,以便预设终端的持有者能够及时、准确的确定违规车辆的位置,从而可以督促车辆的驾驶员或乘客改正违规行为,从而提高行驶安全性。
例如,如图3所示,本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1还包括检测装置50,该检测装置50与处理器20连接,用于检测车辆的运行信息;处理器20还用于当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,控制通讯装置302向预设终端发送车辆的运行信息。例如,车辆的运行信息包括车辆的行驶方向,处理器20还用于根据车辆的运行信息及车辆的位置信息向位于车辆的行驶道路以及行驶方向上的预设终端发送报警信息。
例如,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,检测装置50还可以检测车辆的行驶方向,并根据车辆的位置信息和车辆的行驶方向选择距离车辆较近或在车辆的行驶方向上的预设终端,以便预设终端的持有者能够及时、准确的对车辆进行拦截和管理,从而对车辆的驾驶员的违规行为进行纠正和处罚,从而提高行驶安全性。
例如,车辆的运行信息还包括车辆的启动信息,处理器20还用于根据检测装置50检测到的车辆的启动信息,控制图像获取装置10打开或关闭。
例如,检测装置50检测到的车辆的运行信息中还包括车辆的启动信息,例如,当检测到车辆启动时,处理器20控制图像获取装置10开始工作,采 集车辆内部的图像信息,以免车内人员因未开启监控装置而导致行驶危险。
例如,检测装置50可以设置一个或多个。例如,检测装置50可以包括检测车辆的行驶方向的传感器(例如,方向传感器)和检测车辆的启动情况的传感器(例如,加速度传感器),或者用一个传感器(例如,九轴传感器)同时实现检测车辆的行驶方向和车辆的启动情况。
例如,如图4和图5所示,监控装置1可以为用于车辆的车检标签,该车检标签包括相背的第一面和第二面,图像获取装置10(例如,摄像头)设置于车检标签的第一面,车检标签的第二面设置有显示屏60,显示屏60用于显示车辆的车检信息。
例如,在本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1中,显示屏60与通讯装置302连接,显示屏60还用于显示通过通讯装置302接收的车辆更新后的车检信息。
在本公开的实施例中,监控装置1可以和车检标签集成在一起,车检标签包括相背的第一面和第二面,第一面朝向车内设有图像获取装置(例如,摄像头),第二面朝向车外设有显示屏,车辆的车检信息在显示屏上进行展示。例如,当通讯装置接收到更新的车检信息后,显示屏上显示的车检信息也会更新,便于交警查看;另外,通过通讯装置可以远程对车检信息进行更新,不必重新粘贴纸质的车检标签,使用更加方便。
在本公开的实施例中,处理器可以由通用集成电路芯片或专用集成电路芯片实现,例如该集成电路芯片可以设置在一个主板上,例如在该主板上还可以设置有存储器以及电源电路等;此外,处理器也可以由电路或者采用软件、硬件(电路)、固件或其任意组合方式实现。在本公开的实施例中,处理器可以包括各种计算结构,例如复杂指令集计算机(CISC)结构、精简指令集计算机(RISC)结构或者一种实行多种指令集组合的结构。在一些实施例中,处理器也可以是微处理器,例如X86处理器或ARM处理器,或者可以是数字处理器(DSP)等。
例如,在本公开的实施例中,还可以在上述主板上设置存储介质,存储介质可以保存处理器执行的指令和/或数据。例如,存储介质可以保存预设违规条件(包括预设第一违规条件和预设第二违规条件),例如,可以保存安全带的特征信息(颜色、形状及宽度等)。又例如,存储介质还可以保存预先录制好的警示音,在需要时处理器可以直接从存储介质中调用。
例如,存储介质可以包括一个或多个计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品可以包括各种形式的计算机可读存储器,例如易失性存储器和/或非易失性存储器。所述易失性存储器例如可以包括随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或高速缓冲存储器(cache)等。所述非易失性存储器例如可以包括只读存储器(ROM)、磁盘、光盘、半导体存储器(例如闪存等)等。在所述计算机可读存储器上可以存储一个或多个计算机程序指令,处理器可以运行所述程序指令,以实现本公开实施例中(由处理器实现)期望的功能。
例如,如图4和图5所示,本公开的一些实施例提供的监控装置1还包括:电源管理装置70,与处理器20连接,处理器20用于根据检测装置50检测到的车辆的运行信息例如启动信息,控制电源管理装置70接通或断开电源;开关键80,与图像获取装置10连接,用于控制图像获取装置10打开或关闭;音量控制键90,用于当报警装置30包括发声装置301时,音量控制键90与发声装置301连接,控制发声装置301的发声音量。
例如,当检测装置50检测到车辆启动时,处理器20可以控制电源管理装置70接通电源,从而使得监控装置1上电以开始工作,从而可以避免车内人员因未开启监控装置1而导致的行驶危险。开关键80可以控制图像获取装置10打开或关闭,例如,停车时,可以通过手动触发开关键80以关闭图像获取装置10。音量控制键90,可以调节发声装置301的音量大小。
另外,需要说明的是,只要检测装置50检测到车辆处于行驶状态(例如车辆保持一定速度),电源管理装置70就会自动接通电源从而开启图像获取装置10,从而可以避免车内人员企图关闭图像获取装置10以逃避监控。
需要说明的是,在本公开的实施例提供的监控装置1中,当监控装置1包括通讯装置302时,相应地,需要设置对应的编码/解码装置。类似地,当监控装置1包括显示屏60时,相应地,也需要设置对应的驱动电路,关于这部分内容可以采用常规设计,这里不再赘述。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种车辆100,如图6所示,该车辆100包括监控装置1,例如该监控装置1可以采用上述本公开的实施例提供的任一监控装置1。例如,该监控装置1可以设置于车辆副驾驶前方的玻璃上,例如,该监控装置1的图像获取装置10可以朝向车辆内部,并且在工作时至少可以获取驾驶员或副驾驶乘客的上半身图像,从而可以对违规行为进行警示或报警,从而提高行驶安全性。
需要说明的是,关于车辆100中的监控装置1的结构以及工作原理可以参考上述实施例中的相应描述,这里不再赘述。
例如,如图7所示,当监控装置1设置在车辆中时,该监控装置1可以通过无线通信网络和服务器进行通信。例如,该服务器可以是车辆管理单位的服务器,例如,在该服务器中可以存储有关于车辆信息的数据库。例如,当某一辆车辆完成车检后,服务器的管理员可以将该车辆更新后的车检信息上传至该服务器以更新服务器中的数据库,然后该服务器可以通过无线通信网络将更新后的车检信息下发至对应的车辆上的监控装置1,例如,该监控装置1收到更新后的车检信息后可以控制显示屏进行车检信息的显示,从而实现对车辆车检信息的远程更新。采用这种方式可以省去在车辆上粘贴纸质车检标签的成本和时间。
另外,当监控装置1监控到车辆的驾驶员或乘客存在违规行为时,还可以通过无线通信网络将车辆的位置信息或其它报警信息发送至服务器,然后服务器再将这些信息下发至预设终端。例如,预设终端可以是交警的手持终端等设备。例如,上述无线通信网络包括但不限于移动通信网络(3G/4G/5G)、wifi网络、蓝牙网络、ZigBee网络、物联网网络等。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例提供的监控装置1也可以不包括处理器20,而将对图像信息的判断处理放在服务器2中进行,此时监控装置1只需要将获得的车辆内部的图像信息发送至服务器2即可,由服务器2判断图像信息是否满足预设违规条件。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种信息处理装置,该信息处理装置用于监控一车辆,该信息处理装置被配置为:从终端接收车辆内部的图像信息,将图像信息与预设违规条件进行对比,以及反馈对比结果至终端。例如,信息处理装置可以是图7中的服务器2,终端可以是设置在车辆中的监控装置1。服务器2从监控装置1接收车辆内部的图像信息,然后将该图像信息与预设违规条件进行对比,然后将对比结果反馈至监控装置1。例如,监控装置1可以根据该对比结果进行声音报警或发生报警信息至其它终端。
本公开的一些实施例还提供一种监控方法,如图8所示,该方法可以用于一车辆,包括如下操作。
步骤501,获取车辆内部的图像信息;
步骤502,判断图像信息是否满足预设违规条件,以及
步骤503,当判断结果为是时,则进行报警。
在步骤501中,获取车辆内部的图像信息,例如,图像信息包括驾驶员驾驶图像、副驾驶位置乘客图像或其它任意位置的图像。例如,可以采用摄像头等图像获取装置获取车辆内部的图像信息。例如,图像获取装置以安装在能够拍摄到车内人员上半身部分全部图像为宜。当获取到车辆内部的图像信息后,处理器对图像信息进行分析,例如,可以将该图像信息与处理器中预先存储好的预设违规条件进行比对。例如,预设违规条件可以包括多种,例如包括乘客没有佩戴安全带、副驾驶座位乘坐儿童等。
以判断车内人员是否佩戴安全带为例,例如,在使用之前处理器可以预先对安全带的特征信息如颜色、形状及宽度等进行学习,从而可以判断图像信息中是否包含有安全带的特征信息,如不包含则认为图像信息满足预设违规条件,则向报警装置发送报警指令,以使报警装置工作进行报警。
本公开的实施例提供的车辆控制方法可以用于一车辆,通过获取车辆内部的图像信息,并经过分析和比对,当判断图像信息满足预设违规条件时,进行报警,有助于发现行车安全隐患,提高行驶安全性。
例如,如图9所示,本公开的一些实施例还提供一种车辆控制方法,该方法包括如下操作。
步骤601,获取车辆内部的图像信息;
步骤602,判断图像信息是否满足预设第一违规条件;
步骤603,当图像信息满足预设第一违规条件时,进行声音报警提示;和/或,
步骤604,判断图像信息是否满足预设第二违规条件;
步骤605,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,对车辆进行定位以获取车辆的位置信息;
步骤606,检测车辆的运行信息,车辆的运行信息包括车辆的行驶方向;
步骤607,根据车辆的位置信息及车辆的运行信息,向位于车辆的行驶道路以及行驶方向上的预设终端发送报警信息。
预设违规条件包括预设第一违规条件和/或第二违规条件,当图像信息满足预设第一违规条件时,处理器控制报警装置中的发声装置进行声音报警提示,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,处理器控制报警装置中的通讯装置向预设终端发送报警信息。例如,预设第一违规条件相较于预设第二违规 条件的违规情况可以较为轻微,例如,预设第一违规条件可以包括首次检测到乘客没有佩戴安全带,这时,可能是车辆刚刚启动乘客还没来得及系安全带,或者忘记系安全带,通过发声装置进行声音提示后,乘客就会马上改正,从而规避危险。相应地,预设第二违规条件可以包括在连续的预定时间(例如,五分钟)内采集的图像信息都不包括安全带的特征信息,即表明乘客一直没有佩戴安全带,此时存在经过声音提示后乘客仍然不做改正的情况,这时违规情况较为严重,很有可能造成安全事故,此时,处理器通过通讯装置向预设终端发送报警信息。例如,预设终端可以是交警大队的服务器或是交警的手持终端等设备。
当然,预设第一违规条件和预设第二违规条件还可以包括其他情况,例如,预设第一违规条件包括首次检测到副驾驶座位有儿童,相应地,预设第二违规条件包括在连续的预定时间(例如,五分钟)内检测到副驾驶座位有儿童;预设第二违规条件还可以包括儿童驾驶车辆等。本公开的实施例提供的监控方法可以将车辆行驶过程中的违规(违法)行为进行上报,从而可以督促车辆的驾驶员或乘客改正违规驾驶行为,提高行驶安全性。
另外,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,可以采用定位装置对车辆进行定位,生成车辆的位置信息,通讯装置将车辆的位置信息发送给预设终端,以便预设终端的持有者能够及时、准确的确定违规车辆的位置,从而可以督促车辆的驾驶员或乘客改正违规行为,从而提高行驶安全性。
另外,当图像信息满足预设第二违规条件时,检测装置还可以检测车辆的行驶方向,并根据车辆的位置信息和车辆的行驶方向选择距离车辆较近或车辆的行驶方向上的预设终端,以便预设终端持有者能够及时、准确的对车辆进行拦截和管理,从而对车辆的驾驶员的违规行为进行纠正和处罚,从而提高行驶安全性。
例如,在本公开的一些实施例提供的监控方法中,在获取车辆内部的图像信息之前,还包括:检测车辆的启动信息;以及当启动信息为车辆启动时,获取车辆内部的图像信息。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本公开可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该 计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中,如计算机的软盘,硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种监控装置,用于一车辆,包括图像获取装置、处理器及报警装置;其中,
    所述图像获取装置,用于获取所述车辆内部的图像信息;
    所述处理器,与所述图像获取装置和所述报警装置连接,用于当所述图像信息满足预设违规条件时,控制所述报警装置进行报警。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的监控装置,其中,所述预设违规条件包括:乘客没有佩戴安全带,以及副驾驶座位乘坐儿童。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的监控装置,其中,
    所述报警装置包括发声装置,所述发声装置与所述处理器连接,所述预设违规条件包括预设第一违规条件,所述处理装置用于当所述图像信息满足所述预设第一违规条件时,控制所述发声装置进行声音报警提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的监控装置,其中,所述预设第一违规条件包括:首次检测到乘客没有佩戴安全带,以及首次检测到副驾驶座位有儿童。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的监控装置,其中,
    所述报警装置包括通讯装置,所述通讯装置与所述处理器连接,所述预设违规条件包括预设第二违规条件,所述处理装置用于当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,控制所述通讯装置向预设终端发送报警信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的监控装置,其中,所述预设第二违规条件包括:在连续的预定时间内检测到乘客没有佩戴安全带,在连续的所述预定时间内检测到副驾驶座位有儿童,以及儿童驾驶车辆。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的监控装置,还包括定位装置,其中,
    所述定位装置与所述处理器连接,用于对所述车辆进行定位并生成所述车辆的位置信息;
    所述处理器还用于当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,控制所述通讯装置向所述预设终端发送所述车辆的位置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的监控装置,还包括检测装置,其中,
    所述检测装置与所述处理器连接,用于检测所述车辆的运行信息;
    所述处理器还用于当所述图像信息满足所述预设违规条件时,控制所述通讯装置向所述预设终端发送所述车辆的运行信息。
  9. 根据权利要求5或6所述的监控装置,还包括定位装置和检测装置,其中,
    所述定位装置与所述处理器连接,用于对所述车辆进行定位并生成所述车辆的位置信息;
    所述检测装置与所述处理器连接,用于检测所述车辆的运行信息;
    所述车辆的运行信息包括所述车辆的行驶方向,所述处理器还用于根据所述车辆的运行信息及所述车辆的位置信息向位于所述车辆的行驶道路以及所述行驶方向上的所述预设终端发送报警信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的监控装置,其中,
    所述车辆的运行信息还包括所述车辆的启动信息,所述处理器还用于根据所述启动信息控制所述图像获取装置打开或关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的监控装置,其中,所述检测装置包括方向传感器、加速度传感器及九轴传感器。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的监控装置,其中,
    所述监控装置为用于所述车辆的车检标签,所述车检标签包括相背的第一面和第二面,所述车检标签的第二面设置有显示屏,所述显示屏用于显示所述车辆的车检信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的监控装置,其中,所述图像获取装置设置在所述车检标签的第一面。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的监控装置,其中,在所述报警装置包括通讯装置的情况下,所述显示屏与所述通讯装置连接,所述显示屏还用于显示通过所述通讯装置接收的所述车辆更新后的车检信息。
  15. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的监控装置,还包括电源管理装置,其中,
    所述电源管理装置与所述处理器连接,所述处理器用于根据所述检测装置检测到的所述车辆的运行信息,控制所述电源管理装置接通或断开电源。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的监控装置,还包括开关键,其中,
    所述开关键与所述图像获取装置连接,用于控制所述图像获取装置打 开或关闭。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16任一项所述的监控装置,还包括音量控制键,其中,
    所述音量控制键用于当所述报警装置包括发声装置时,所述音量控制键与所述发声装置连接,控制所述发声装置的发声音量。
  18. 一种车辆,包括如权利要求1-17任一项所述的监控装置。
  19. 一种监控方法,用于一车辆,包括:
    获取所述车辆内部的图像信息;
    判断所述图像信息是否满足预设违规条件;以及
    当判断结果为是时,则进行报警。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的监控方法,其中,判断所述图像信息是否满足预设违规条件;当判断结果为是时,则进行报警,包括:
    判断所述图像信息是否满足预设第一违规条件;
    当所述图像信息满足所述预设第一违规条件时,进行提示;
    和/或,
    判断所述图像信息是否满足预设第二违规条件;
    当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,向预设终端发送报警信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的监控方法,其中,当所述图像信息满足所述预设第一违规条件时,进行提示包括:进行声音报警提示。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的监控方法,其中,当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,向预设终端发送报警信息,包括:
    当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,对所述车辆进行定位以获取所述车辆的位置信息;以及
    向所述预设终端发送所述车辆的位置信息。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的监控方法,其中,当所述图像信息满足所述预设第二违规条件时,所述监控方法还包括:
    检测所述车辆的运行信息,所述车辆的运行信息包括所述车辆的行驶方向;以及
    根据所述车辆的位置信息及所述车辆的运行信息,向位于所述车辆的行驶道路以及所述行驶方向上的所述预设终端发送报警信息。
  24. 根据权利要求19-23任一项所述的监控方法,其中,在获取所述车辆内部的图像信息之前,所述监控方法还包括:
    检测所述车辆的启动信息;以及
    当所述启动信息为车辆启动时,获取所述车辆内部的图像信息。
  25. 一种信息处理装置,用于监控一车辆,所述信息处理装置被配置为:
    从终端接收所述车辆内部的图像信息,
    将所述图像信息与预设违规条件进行对比,以及
    反馈对比结果至所述终端。
