本申请要求于2018年04月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为“201820486542.8”、发明名称为“售货机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及售货设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种售货机。
背景技术
现如今,无人售货机因其操作方便、无需增加人工成本等优点被广泛使用。无人售货机对商品的识别方式主要有图像识别方式、二维码标签识别方式、射频标签识别方式和重力传感识别方式,但体验感较好的当属图像识别方式,图像识别方式的优势主要有以下几点:1、相较于射频标签识别方式,基于图像识别方式摆放的商品无需增加标签,不额外增加商品成本;2、相较于重力传感识别方式,基于图像识别方式不指定商品的摆放位置,补货员可以将商品随意摆放在任一个搁架上,且不改变用户的使用习惯,用户拿起商品后可以随意放回到其他位置,不会因为改变商品的位置而导致商品结算错误;3、相对于二维码标签识别方式,基于图像识别方式的结算方式简单快速,关门即结算,无需扫描商品二维码进行支付;故而图像识别方式也是商家一直努力的方向之一。但,相关技术中,图像识别方式的识别率低,致使用户的体验差,其主要原因为售货机为了吸引用户购买,同时让用户一目了然售货机内商品的种类,售货机的门体一般为透明玻璃,而外界的光线强度会随着昼夜、天气等变化而变化,不同强度的光线照射进入售货机内,会使得售货机内的摄像头拍摄出来的图像光线差异较大,图像的亮度不一将直接影响图像识别和比对的效果,故,会造成图像识别的识别率低的问题。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的第一方面提出了一种售货机。
有鉴于此,本申请的第一方面提出了一种售货机,包括:箱体,箱体为具有开口的腔体;门体,可翻转或可滑动地盖合在开口上;采集装置,设置在箱体内和/或门体上,用于采集箱体内的图像数据;控制器,设置在箱体内,连接门体和采集装置;其中,控制器通过控制输入门体的电压来实现调节门体的透明度和/或颜色。
本申请提供的一种售货机包括:箱体、门体、采集装置和控制器。通过设置门体,使得门体可翻转或可滑动地盖合在开口上,使得当门体打开时,用户可由箱体内自由取出自己想要的物品,且采集装置开始采集如用户拿取物品的动态视频图像数据,当门体通过滑动或翻转的形式盖合在箱体的开口上时,意味着用户的操作已完成,控制器控制向门体施加第一预设电压,调整门体的透明度和/或颜色,使得门体变得不透明(如门体变成黑色的门体,如门体变成不透明的门体,如门体变成黑色且不透明的门体),这样,不透明的门体就会阻挡外界光线进入到箱体内,此时,可利用采集装置采集箱体内的剩余物品的图片图像数据,并将上述图像数据上传给云端服务器,以进行后续的图像数据的识别,该结构设置降低了外界光线的强度变化对图像数据的采集及后续识别的影响,使得采集装置在不同时间和不同光线强度下采集的图像数据差异小,提升了后续图像数据识别的精准度、识别率及产品外观的可视性,同时,不透明的门体亦会将外界光线中的红外线、紫外线及可见光热能反射回去,从而起到隔热的作用,保证了采集装置的采集环境条件趋于一致和平稳,降低了产品的运行能耗,提升了产品的使用性能及用户体验;进一步地,当采集装置采集完图像数据后,控制器会控制改变输入门体的电压,进而以外界的光线强度作为依据再次调整门体的透明度和/或颜色,当外界的光线强度较弱时,控制器控制不向门体输入电流,使得门体不通电,此时,门体为透明的门体(如门体变成无色的门体,如门体变成透明的门体,如门体变成无色且透明的门体),用户可以借由透明的门体清晰的查看箱体内的物品的种类和数量,当外界的光线强度较强时,控制器控制向门体施加第二预设电压, 使得门体变得半透明(如,门体变成蓝色的门体,如门体变成半透明的门体,如门体变成蓝色且半透明的门体),这样设置既可以保证用户直观且清晰地观察箱体内物品的情况又可以将外界光线中的部分红外线、紫外线及可见光热能发射回去,从而降低了产品的热量损耗,节能环保,降低了产品的使用成本,提升了产品依据外界光线强度变化而变化的自动化程度,丰富了产品的使用功能。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,门体为液晶材料门体;或门体为电致变色材料门体。
在该技术方案中,当门体为液晶材料门体时,控制器通过控制输入液晶材料门体的电压来实现调节门体的透明度,以实现门体在透明门体、半透明门体及不透明门体之间切换;当门体为电致变色材料门体时,控制器通过控制输入电致变色材料门体的电压来实现调节门体的颜色,如,无色、蓝色及黑色,以实现门体在无色门体、蓝色门体及黑色门体之间切换,同时,当门体为电致变色材料门体时,控制器通过控制输入电致变色材料门体的电压来实现调节门体的透明度,以实现门体在透明门体、半透明门体及不透明门体之间切换,或实现门体在无色透明门体、蓝色半透明门体及黑色不透明门体之间切换,保证了产品外观的可视性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,液晶材料门体包括:第一玻璃层;第二玻璃层;液晶本体,位于第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层之间。
在该技术方案中,液晶材料门体包括第一玻璃层、第二玻璃层和液晶本体。液晶本体设置在第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层之间,第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层对液晶本体起到加强结构强度及固定的作用,这样,当有外力作用在液晶材料门体上时,第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层可减缓作用在液晶本体上的作用力,降低了液晶本体发生损毁的概率,延长了产品的使用寿命,同时,第一玻璃层和第二玻璃层的结构设置,可避免商家在擦拭液晶材料门体时水流渗入到液晶本体的情况,保证了产品使用的可靠性及安全性。同时,该结构设置合理,便于加工,生产成本低,便于量产。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,售货机还包括:检测装置,设置在 箱体内和/或门体上,连接控制器,用于检测外界环境光线的强度及箱体内的光线的强度。
在该技术方案中,通过在箱体内和/或门体上设置检测装置,使得检测装置连接控制器,检测装置用于检测外界环境光线的强度及箱体内的光线的强度,其外界环境光线的强度及箱体内的光线的强度为控制器的控制提供了数据基础,便于控制器根据光线强度及用户的操作控制向门体施加的电流的电压。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,售货机还包括:照明装置,设置在箱体的内壁上和/或门体上,连接控制器;其中,控制器根据箱体内的光线亮度调节照明装置的亮度。
在该技术方案中,售货机还包括:照明装置,通过将照明装置设置在箱体的内壁上和/或门体上,且使照明装置与控制器相连接,当检测装置检测到的箱体内的光线亮度较弱时,此时用户通过门体无法清晰地查看箱体内的物品的情况,故,此时,控制器通过增大照明装置的亮度以保证箱体内的光线的亮度,进而保证了用户观测的可视性;当检测装置检测到的箱体内的光线亮度较强时,控制器通过减小照明装置的亮度,以实现在用户可清晰地观测箱体内的物品的种类及数量的情况下减小了产品的能耗,提升了产品的适应性,使得售货机的使用不受限于箱体内部光线的亮度,且箱体内部光线的亮度适中可提升采集装置对图像数据的采集的清晰度,便于后续对该图像数据的识别。同时,照明装置地设置还可以为采集装置采集的图像数据进行补光,以保证数据采集的清晰度。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,照明装置为条状照明装置,条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于箱体的内侧壁上;其中,高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。
在该技术方案中,通过设置照明装置的形状,使得照明装置为条状照 明装置,并使条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于箱体的内侧壁上,这样无论物品摆放于箱体的何种位置,条状照明装置都可以保证照射在物品上的光线亮度的一致性,进而便于用户直观观测物品的信息,且条状照明装置外形规矩,材料投入少,便于加工,生产成本低。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,售货机还包括:至少一个搁架,沿高度方向平行设置在箱体内,将箱体分隔出相互隔离的多个存储室;采集装置和照明装置设置在存储室内;其中,高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。
在该技术方案中,通过设置至少一个搁架,使得搁架沿高度方向平行设置在箱体内,进而将箱体分隔出相互隔离的多个存储室,多个存储室便于存储更多尺寸较小的物品,如果存储室的数量为一个的话就会使得物品堆积在一起,不便于摆放和存储,同时,多个存储室的设置使得可将同种种类的物品摆放在一起,或针对物品进行分类摆放;进一步的,每个存储室内都设置有照明装置和采集装置,这样便于对每个存储室的不同角落的物品进行照明和拍摄,避免因遮挡而使得部分物品的图像数据无法被采集装置进行采集的情况发生。具体地,可根据实际物品的尺寸来决定搁架的数量及摆放位置。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,采集装置设置在搁架上,采集装置与搁架相接触的一侧与搁架的上端面的夹角呈预设角度,采集装置用于采集搁架下方的图像数据;其中,搁架的上端面为搁架背离地面的一端。
在该技术方案中,通过合理设置采集装置的设置位置,使得采集装置与搁架相接触的一侧与搁架的上端面的夹角呈预设角度,这样便于采集装置采集搁架下方的图像数据,避免因物品的遮挡而使采集装置无法采集该搁架上的所有图像数据的情况发生。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,售货机还包括:识别装置,设置在箱体的外壁上或门体的外壁上,连接控制器;锁装置,设置在箱体内,连接识别装置。
在该技术方案中,通过设置识别装置和锁装置,使得用户利用移动终端与识别装置进行数据的交互时,当识别装置识别到移动终端的数据后会发数据给控制器,控制器进而控制锁装置解锁,使得用户可施力将门体打 开,进而实现拿取物品的目的。识别装置的设置对用户的使用身份进行判定,当确定了用户的合法使用身份后才会将数据传送给控制器,为后续拿取物品后的付款提供了安全保证。

具体实施例中,门体的一端与箱体10相连接,门体可相对于箱体10进行转动,这样,通过抽拉及回推门体上的把手80可实现门体相对于箱体10的打开及关闭。
具体实施例中,箱体10和门体的一个上设置有滑道,另一个上设置有滑动部,这样,通过推拉门体上的把手80可实现门体相对于箱体10的滑动,进而实现打开门体及关闭门体的目的。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,门体为液晶材料门体20;或门体为电致变色材料门体。
在该实施例中,当门体为液晶材料门体20时,控制器通过控制输入液晶材料门体20的电压来实现调节门体的透明度,以实现门体在透明门体、半透明门体及不透明门体之间切换;当门体为电致变色材料门体时,控制器通过控制输入电致变色材料门体的电压来实现调节门体的颜色,如,无色、蓝色及黑色,以实现门体在无色门体、蓝色门体及黑色门体之间切换,同时,当门体为电致变色材料门体时,控制器通过控制输入电致变色材料门体的电压来实现调节门体的透明度,以实现门体在透明门体、半透明门体及不透明门体之间切换,或实现门体在无色透明门体、蓝色半透明门体及黑色不透明门体之间切换,保证了产品外观的可视性。

在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,售货机1还包括:检测装置,设置在箱体10内和/或门体上,连接控制器,用于检测外界环境光线的强度及箱体10内的光线的强度。
在该实施例中,通过在箱体10内和/或门体上设置检测装置,使得检测装置连接控制器,检测装置用于检测外界环境光线的强度及箱体10内的光线的强度,其外界环境光线的强度及箱体10内的光线的强度为控制器的控制提供了数据基础,便于控制器根据光线强度及用户的操作控制向门体施加的电流的电压。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,检测装置为光敏检测装置。

具体实施例中,照明装置40发出的光线会借由售货机1的外壁渗出,使得在保证照明装置40的照明作用的同时,提升了产品外观的流畅性、美观性及可视性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,照明装置40为条状照明装置,条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于箱体10的内侧壁上;其中,高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。

具体实施例中,条状照明装置的数量可为多个,多个条状照明装置首尾相连形成一个整体,以保证条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于箱体10的内侧壁上的目的。
具体实施例中,如图2所示,条状照明装置的数量可为多个,多个条状照明装置间隔布置,多个条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于箱体10的内侧壁上。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,售货机1还包括:至少一个搁架50,沿高度方向平行设置在箱体10内,将箱体10分隔出相 互隔离的多个存储室;采集装置30和照明装置40设置在存储室内;其中,高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。
在该实施例中,通过设置至少一个搁架50,使得搁架50沿高度方向平行设置在箱体10内,进而将箱体10分隔出相互隔离的多个存储室,多个存储室便于存储更多尺寸较小的物品,如果存储室的数量为一个的话就会使得物品堆积在一起,不便于摆放和存储,同时,多个存储室的设置使得可将同种种类的物品摆放在一起,或针对物品进行分类摆放;进一步的,每个存储室内都设置有照明装置40和采集装置30,这样便于对每个存储室的不同角落的物品进行照明和拍摄,避免因遮挡而使得部分物品的图像数据无法被采集装置30进行采集的情况发生。具体地,可根据实际物品的尺寸来决定搁架50的数量及摆放位置。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,采集装置30设置在搁架50上,采集装置30与搁架50相接触的一侧与搁架50的上端面的夹角呈预设角度,采集装置30用于采集搁架50下方的图像数据;其中,搁架50的上端面为搁架50背离地面的一端。
在该实施例中,通过合理设置采集装置30的设置位置,使得采集装置30与搁架50相接触的一侧与搁架50的上端面的夹角呈预设角度,这样便于采集装置30采集搁架50下方的图像数据,避免因物品的遮挡而使采集装置30无法采集该搁架50上的所有图像数据的情况发生。
具体实施例中,采集装置30设置在存储室的内壁上,位于存储室的上方,这样更便于采集装置30对存储室内的所有物品的图像数据的采集。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,如图1所示,售货机1还包括:识别装置,设置在箱体10的外壁上或门体的外壁上,连接控制器;锁装置60,设置在箱体10内,连接识别装置。
在该实施例中,通过设置识别装置和锁装置60,使得用户利用移动终端与识别装置进行数据的交互时,当识别装置识别到移动终端的数据后会发数据给控制器,控制器进而控制锁装置60解锁,使得用户可施力将门体打开,进而实现拿取物品的目的。识别装置的设置对用户的使用身份进行判定,当确定了用户的合法使用身份后才会将数据传送给控制器,为后续 拿取物品后的付款提供了安全保证。
在本申请的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,售货机1还包括:门封条70,设置在门体与箱体10相接触的一侧,用于密封箱体10与门体的连接处。
在该实施例中,通过设置门封条70,使得门封条70设置在门体与箱体10相接触的一侧,起到密封箱体10与门体的连接处的作用,减少箱体10内部的制冷气流或制热气流流出箱体10的量,降低了售货机1的使用能耗。
具体实施例中,售货机1可为一下任一种:售货柜、零售贵、贩卖机。
具体实施例中,照明装置40的数量为多个,部分照明装置设置在箱体10的内壁上,靠近门体,其余照明装置设置在箱体10的内壁上,靠近箱体10背离门体的一侧。照明装置40设置在箱体10的内壁上,靠近门体。
具体实施例中,用户通过移动终端扫码识别售货机1的识别装置,识别装置的设置对用户的使用身份进行判定,当确定了用户的合法使用身份后才会将数据传送给控制器,控制器控制锁装置60解锁,用户打开门体,用户可由箱体10内自由取出自己想要的物品,且采集装置30开始采集如用户拿取物品的动态视频图像数据,取完物品后,用户关上门体,控制器控制向门体施加第一预设电压,调整门体的透明度和/或颜色,使得门体变得不透明(如门体变成黑色的门体,如门体变成不透明的门体,如门体变成黑色且不透明的门体),这样,不透明的门体就会阻挡外界光线进入到箱体10内,此时,可利用采集装置30采集箱体10内的剩余物品的图片图像数据,并将上述图像数据上传给云端服务器,云端服务器对接收到的图像数据进行分析识别,进而识别到每层搁架50减少的物品的种类和数量,并将减少的物品数据发送给结账系统进行结账扣款。同时,当采集装置30采集完图像数据后,控制器会控制改变输入门体的电压,进而以外界的光线强度作为依据再次调整门体的透明度和/或颜色,当外界的光线强度较弱时,控制器控制不向门体输入电流,使得门体不通电,此时,门体为透明的门体(如门体变成无色的门体,如门体变成透明的门体,如门体变成无色且透明的门体),用户可以借由透明的门体清晰的查看箱体10内的物品的种类和数量,当外界的光线强度较强时, 控制器控制向门体施加第二预设电压,使得门体变得半透明(如,门体变成蓝色的门体,如门体变成半透明的门体,如门体变成蓝色且半透明的门体),这样设置既可以保证用户直观且清晰地观察箱体10内物品的情况又可以将外界光线中的部分红外线、紫外线及可见光热能发射回去,从而降低了产品的热量损耗,节能环保,降低了产品的使用成本,提升了产品依据外界光线强度变化而变化的自动化程度,丰富了产品的使用功能。
在本申请中,术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种售货机,其中,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体为具有开口的腔体;
    门体,可翻转或可滑动地盖合在所述开口上;
    采集装置,设置在所述箱体内和/或所述门体上,用于采集所述箱体内的图像数据;
    控制器,设置在所述箱体内,连接所述门体和所述采集装置;
    其中,所述控制器通过控制输入所述门体的电压来实现调节所述门体的透明度和/或颜色。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的售货机,其中,
    所述门体为液晶材料门体;或
    所述门体为电致变色材料门体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的售货机,其中,
    所述液晶材料门体包括:
    第一玻璃层;
    第二玻璃层;
    液晶本体,位于所述第一玻璃层和所述第二玻璃层之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的售货机,其中,还包括:
    检测装置,设置在所述箱体内和/或所述门体上,连接所述控制器,用于检测外界环境光线的强度及所述箱体内的光线的强度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的售货机,其中,
    所述检测装置为光敏检测装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的售货机,其中,还包括:
    照明装置,设置在所述箱体的内壁上和/或所述门体上,连接所述控制器;
    其中,所述控制器根据所述箱体内的光线亮度调节所述照明装置的亮度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的售货机,其中,
    所述照明装置为条状照明装置,所述条状照明装置沿高度方向均布于所述箱体的内侧壁上;
    其中,所述高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的售货机,其中,还包括:
    至少一个搁架,沿高度方向平行设置在所述箱体内,将所述箱体分隔出相互隔离的多个存储室;
    所述采集装置和所述照明装置设置在所述存储室内;
    其中,所述高度方向为垂直于地面的方向。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的售货机,其中,
    所述采集装置设置在所述搁架上,所述采集装置与所述搁架相接触的一侧与所述搁架的上端面的夹角呈预设角度,所述采集装置用于采集所述搁架下方的图像数据;
    其中,所述搁架的上端面为所述搁架背离地面的一端。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的售货机,其中,还包括:
    识别装置,设置在所述箱体的外壁上或所述门体的外壁上,连接所述控制器;
    锁装置,设置在所述箱体内,连接所述识别装置。
