技术领域
本公开涉及商业自动化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种自动售货机及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着工业技术以及物联网技术的发展,自动售货机作为一种商业零售形式得到越来越广泛的应用。
目前,为了吸引用户购买商品,自动售货机的门体大都采用全部透明或者部分透明的门体,使用户一目了然看到自动售货机内的商品。同时,采用摄像头拍摄用户取货后搁架上的商品图像,将用户取货后的商品图像与取货前的商品图像进行比较,获得用户购买的商品以及数量,从而进行结算。由于采用上述门体,上述门体会反射出自动售货机内商品的影像,在摄像头进行拍摄的时候,当拍摄出来的图像会包括门体反射的商品的影像时,会导致后续的图像识别错误。此外,由于自动售货机的外部的光线强度会随着昼夜、天气等发生变化,不同强度的光线照射进入自动售货机内,会使摄像头拍摄出来的图像亮度差异较大,图像亮度的不同将直接影响图像识别和比较的准确性。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本公开提供一种自动售货机及其控制方法,本公开提供的一种自动售货机及其控制方法,能够解决背景技术部分提到的部分或全部问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开提供以下技术方案:
一方面,本公开提供一种自动售货机,包括箱体、搁架、图像采集装 置、控制装置、门体、门体传感器、通信装置、照明灯和电源装置,其中:
所述门体为透明门体,在所述门体内侧设置调光膜,所述调光膜覆盖所述门体的透明部分;
在所述箱体内设置至少一层所述搁架,所述图像采集装置根据所述搁架设置,并与所述通信装置相连,所述图像采集装置被配置为拍摄搁架,获得所述搁架的图像信息,并将所述图像信息通过所述通信装置上传至服务器;
所述门体传感器与所述控制装置相连,被配置为检测所述门体的开启,所述照明灯被配置为在所述图像采集装置拍摄时进行补光;
所述控制装置分别与所述调光膜、所述通信装置和所述图像采集装置连接,所述图像采集装置、所述控制装置、所述调光膜、所述门体传感器、所述通信装置、所述照明灯分别与所述电源装置相连。
其中,所述自动售货机还包括红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在所述门体外侧,与各个所述照明灯相连。
其中,在除了最底层的搁架以外的每层所述搁架的底部中心位置以及所述箱体的内壁顶部中心位置设置至少一个所述图像采集装置。

所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,使调光膜断电;
所述门体传感器根据检测到的所述门体关闭的结果,发送第二触发信号至各个图像采集装置;
各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述第二触发信号后拍摄各搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将所述搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
再一方面,本公开提供一种基于上述任一实施例所述的自动售货机的控制方法,包括:
门体传感器根据检测到的门体关闭的结果,发送第三触发信号至控制装置;
所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号后,使调光膜断电,并在接收到所述第三触发信号预设时间后发送拍摄信号至各个图像采集装置;
各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述拍摄信号后拍摄各搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将所述搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
由上述技术方案可知,本公开提供的自动售货机及其控制方法,包括箱体、搁架、图像采集装置、控制装置、门体、门体传感器、通信装置、照明灯和电源装置,门体为透明门体,在门体内侧设置调光膜,调光膜覆盖门体的透明部分,在箱体内设置至少一层搁架,图像采集装置根据搁架设置,并与通信装置相连,图像采集装置被配置为拍摄搁架,获得搁架的图像信息,并将图像信息通过通信装置上传至服务器,门体传感器与控制装置相连,被配置为检测门体的开启和关闭,照明灯被配置为在图像采集装置拍摄时进行补光,控制装置分别与调光膜、通信装置和图像采集装置连接,图像采集装置、控制装置、调光膜、门体传感器、通信装置、照明灯分别与电源装置相连,由于在调光膜断电后,图像采集装置进行拍摄,避免了外界环境对图像采集装置拍摄的影响,能够提高获得的图像的质量,进一步能够提高图像识别的准确性。

图1是本公开一实施例提供的自动售货机的结构示意图,如图1所示,本公开提供的自动售货机,包括箱体1、搁架2、图像采集装置3、控制装置、门体4、门体传感器、通信装置、照明灯5和电源装置,其中:
门体4为透明门体,在门体4内侧设置调光膜6,调光膜6覆盖门体4的透明部分;其中,调光膜6为液晶显示功能薄膜,在调光膜6通电时,在电场作用下调光膜6中的高分子液晶材料有序排列且与电流方向一致,可以使光线透过,此时调光膜6呈现透明和透光状态,购买者可以通过门体4看到搁架2上放置的商品;在调光膜6断电时,调光膜6中的高分子液晶材料无序排列,光线在调光膜6中内反复折射,使光线无法穿透调光膜6,此时调光膜6呈现不透明状态,能够阻挡和反射门体4外的光线进入箱体1内。
在箱体1内设置至少一层搁架2,图像采集装置3与搁架2对应设置,并与所述通信装置相连,图像采集装置3被配置为拍摄对应的搁架,获得搁架2的图像信息,并将所述图像信息通过所述通信装置上传至服务器。其中,所述通信装置通过有线或者无线网络与所述服务器建立连接。
所述门体传感器与所述控制装置相连,被配置为检测门体4的开启和关闭,照明灯5与图像采集装置3对应设置,被配置为在图像采集装置3拍摄时进行补光,由于在调光膜6断电之后,图像采集装置3进行拍摄,需要设置与各个图像采集装置3对应的照明灯,以便获得清晰的搁架2的图像信息。
所述控制装置分别与调光膜6、所述通信装置和图像采集装置3连接,各个图像采集装置3、所述控制装置、调光膜6、所述门体传感器、所述通信装置、各个照明灯5分别与所述电源装置相连,从所述电源装置获得工作需要的电能。
具体地,所述购买者在通过本公开提供的自动售货机购买商品时,需要打开门体4拿取搁架2上的商品,并在拿取所述商品之后,关闭门体4结束购物。在无人购买商品时,所述自动售货机的调光膜6通电,呈现透明状态。当所述门体传感器检测到门体4开启时,发送第一触发信号给所述控制装置,所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号之后,断开调光膜6与所述电源装置之间的连接,使调光膜6断电,此时调光膜6呈现不透明状态;当所述门体传感器检测到门体4关闭时,会向各层搁架2对应的图像采集装置3发送第二触发信号,各个图像采集装置3接收到所述第二触发信息之后,拍摄各自对应的搁架2,获得各层搁架2的图像信息。各个图像采集装置3可以通过所述通信装置将各层搁架2的图像信息发送给服务器,所述服务器可以接收各层搁架2的图像信息,然后对所述图像信息进行识别和对比,获得所述购买者拿取的商品以及数量,计算出收款金额进行结算。
可理解的是,在调光膜6通电,呈现透明状态时,当所述门体传感器检测到门体4关闭时,发送第三触发信号给所述控制装置,所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号之后,断开调光膜6与所述电源装置之间的连接,使调光膜6断电,此时调光膜6呈现不透明状态。所述控制装置在接 收到所述第三触发信号预设时间之后,例如在接收到所述第三触发信号30s之后,向各个图像采集装置3发送拍摄信号,各个图像采集装置接收到所述拍摄信号之后,拍摄各自对应的搁架2,获得各层搁架2的图像信息。各个图像采集装置3可以通过所述通信装置将各层搁架2的图像信息发送给所述服务器,所述服务器对各层搁架2的图像信息的后续处理过程,此处不进行赘述。
本公开提供的自动售货机,由于在门体上设置调光膜,在调光膜断电之后,图像采集装置进行拍摄,避免了外界光线对图像采集装置拍摄的影响,同时避免了门体反射的强光点和商品的倒影,能够提高获得的图像的质量,有利于图像的识别。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在门体4外侧,与各个所述照明灯相连。当有所述购买者靠近门体4时,所述红外传感器可以检测到,那么发送照明触发信号至各个照明灯使各个所述照明灯开启,方便所述购买者查看搁架2上的所述商品;如果所述红外传感器检测不到购买者,那么发送熄灭触发信号至各个所述照明灯使各个所述照明灯熄灭,从而节约电能。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,在除了最底层的搁架2以外的每层搁架2的底部中心位置以及箱体1的内壁顶部中心位置设置至少一个图像采集装置3。设置在箱体1的内壁顶部中心位置的图像采集装置3与第一层搁架2对应,拍摄第一层搁架2,设置在第一层搁架2底部中心位置的图像采集装置3与第二层搁架2对应,拍摄第二层搁架2,设置在第二层搁架2底部中心位置的图像采集装置3与第三层搁架2对应,拍摄第三层搁架2,以此类推。其中,第一层搁架为距离箱体1的顶部距离最近的搁架;最底层的搁架的底部中心位置不设置图像采集装置。可理解的是,与每层搁架2对应的图像采集装置可以拍摄到整层搁架的图像信息。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,在所述箱体的侧壁上与每层所述搁架对应设置两个所述图像采集装置,即在所述第一层搁架2与箱体1的顶部之间的箱体1的侧壁上设置两个图像采集器3,拍摄所述第一层搁架2,在所述第二层搁架2与所述第一层搁架2之间的箱体1的侧壁上设置两个图像采集器3,拍摄所述第二层搁架2,在所述第三层搁架2与所 述第二层搁架2之间的箱体1的侧壁上设置两个图像采集器3,拍摄所述第三层搁架2,以此类推。可理解的是,与每层搁架2对应的两个图像采集器可以拍摄到整层搁架的图像信息。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括监控摄像头,所述监控摄像头分别与所述通信装置和所述控制装置相连。所述控制装置控制所述监控摄像头的开启和关闭,所述监控摄像头被配置为监控所述购买者的购买行为,并将获得的监控图像通过所述通信装置发送给所述服务器。其中,所述监控摄像头的具体安装位置,根据实际经验进行设置,本公开实施例不做限定。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,各个照明灯5安装在箱体1的两个侧壁上。可理解的是,照明灯5提供的照明能够使图像采集装置获得清晰的图像。其中,照明灯5的数量根据实际经验进行设置,本公开实施例不做限定。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括报警装置,所述报警装置分别与所述电源装置和所述控制装置相连,所述电源装置为所述报警装置提供电能,所述控制装置被配置为触发所述报警装置发出报警。当出现异常情况时,例如门体4长时间没有关上,所述控制装置可以计算门体4开启的时长,当超所述开启的时长过预设时长时,所述控制装置可以发送报警信号给所述报警装置,使所述报警装置报警。其中,所述报警装置可以采用蜂鸣器;所述预设时长根据实际经验进行设置,本公开实施例不做限定。。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括制冷装置,所述制冷装置分别与所述控制装置和所述电源装置相连。所述制冷装置对所述自动售货机进行制冷,以满足各层搁架2上商品的冷藏要求,所述控制装置控制所述制冷装置的工作过程,所述电源装置为所述制冷装置提供电能。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括门封条,所述门封条设置在门体4或箱体1上,被配置为对门体4和箱体1之间的间隙进行密封,以提高制冷效果。
图2是本公开一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制装置的结构示意图, 如图2所示,所述控制装置包括主控模块201、图像采集控制模块202、照明控制模块203和通信模块204,其中:
图像采集控制模块202与各个图像采集装置3分别相连,被配置为控制各个图像采集装置3拍摄;照明控制模块203与各个照明灯5相连,被配置为控制各个照明灯5的开启和关闭;主控模块201与通信模块204相连,通信模块204分别与图像采集控制模块202和照明控制模块203相连。
具体地,所述门体传感器发送所述第三触发信号给所述控制装置时,主控模块201接收所述第三触发信号,主控模块201通过通信模块204发送所述拍摄信号给图像采集控制模块202,图像采集控制模块202触发各个图像采集装置进行拍摄。所述门体传感器发送第一触发信号给控制装置时,主控模块201可以接收所述第一触发信号,然后通过通信模块204发送照明触发信号给照明控制模块203,由照明控制模块203触发各个照明灯亮起;主控模块201可以在接收所述第三触发信号一段时间之后,通过通信模块204发送照明熄灭信号给照明控制模块203,由照明控制模块203触发各个照明灯熄灭。
可理解的是,当所述自动售货机包括设置报警装置时,所述控制装置还可以包括报警控制模块,所述报警控制模块与报警装置相连,所述报警控制模块分别与主控模块201通信模块204相连,主控模块201通过通信模块204向所述报警控制模块发送报警信号,所述报警控制模块根据报警信号控制报警装置报警。当所述自动售货机包括门锁时,所述控制装置包括门锁控制模块,所述门锁控制模块与所述门锁相连,所述门锁控制模块分别与主控模块201和通信模块204相连,所述门锁控制模块通过通信模块204接收主控模块201发送的开门信号和关门信号,根据所述开门信号控制所述门锁打开,根据所述关门信号控制所述门锁关闭。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,图像采集装置3为广角摄像头或者鱼眼摄像头。广角摄像头或者鱼眼摄像头的视角范围大,有利于拍摄整层搁架。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括门锁7,门锁7设置在门体4上,门锁7与所述控制装置连接,由所述控制装置控制门锁7的开闭。
例如,所述购买者通过扫码设置在门体4上的二维码购买商品时,所述服务器通过所述通信装置向所述控制装置发送开启门锁7的命令,所述控制装置控制门锁7打开。当所述购买者打开门体4并取走购买的商品并关闭门体4时,所述门体传感器检测到门体4关闭,发送门体4关闭的信号至所述控制装置,所述控制装置控制门锁7锁住门体4。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,箱体1和门体4为推拉式连接或活动式铰接。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,其特征在于,本公开提供的自动售货机还包括设置在箱体1外部或者门体4上的二维码标签。所述购买者可以通过移动终端扫码所述二维码标签开启门体4以及支付购买的商品。其中,所述二维码标签的具体位置根据实际情况进行设置,本公开实施例不做限定;所述移动终端包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑等。
图3是本公开一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法,用于控制上述任一实施例所述的自动售货机,包括:
S301、门体传感器若检测到门体开启,则发送第一触发信号至控制装置;
具体地,所述购买者在通过本公开提供的自动售货机购买商品时,需要打开所述自动售货机的门体拿取搁架上的商品,并在拿取所述商品之后,关闭所述门体结束购物。在无人购买商品时,所述自动售货机的调光膜通电,呈现透明状态。当所述门体传感器检测到所述门体开启时,发送第一触发信号给所述控制装置,所述控制装置会接收所述第一触发信号。
S302、所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,使调光膜断电;
具体地,所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号之后,断开调光膜与电源装置之间的连接,使所述调光膜断电,此时所述调光膜呈现不透明状态,以便图像采集装置进行拍摄。
S303、所述门体传感器若检测到所述门体关闭,则发送第二触发信号至各个图像采集装置;
具体地,当所述门体传感器检测到所述门体关闭时,会向各层所述搁架对应的图像采集装置发送第二触发信号,各个所述图像采集装置会接收 所述第二触发信号。
S304、各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述第二触发信号后拍摄各自对应的搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将自对应的搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
具体地,各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述第二触发信号之后,拍摄各自对应的搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息。各个所述图像采集装置可以通过所述通信装置将各自对应的搁架的图像信息发送给服务器,所述服务器可以接收到各层所述搁架的图像信息,然后对所述图像信息进行识别和对比,获得所述购买者拿取的商品以及数据,然后计算出收款金额进行结算。
本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法,由于在调光膜断电之后,图像采集装置拍摄获得对应的搁架的图像信息,避免了外界光线对图像采集装置拍摄的影响,同时避免了门体反射的强光点和商品的倒影,能够提高获得的图像的质量,有利于图像的识别。
图4是本公开另一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制方法的流程示意图,如图4所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法还包括:
S305、所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,发送监控信号至各个监控摄像头;
具体地,在所述门体打开后,为了对所述购买者的购买行为进行监控,所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号之后,给各个监控摄像头发送监控信号,以开启各个所述监控摄像头。
S306、各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述监控信号后,监控购买者的行为并将获得的监控图像通过所述通信装置发送至所述服务器;
具体地,各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述监控信息之后,对各自监控范围内的所述购买者的购买行为进行监控,获得监控图像,同时将所述监控图像通过所述通信装置发送给所述服务器,所述服务器可以存储所述监控图像,供需要时调用。
S307、所述门体传感器若检测到所述门体关闭,则发送停止监控信号至各个所述监控摄像头;
具体地,当所述门体传感器检测到所述门体关闭,此时所述购买者完成购物,不需要再对其行为进行监控,所述门体传感器发送停止监控信号给各个所述监控摄像头,以使各个所述监控摄像头关闭或者休眠。
S308、各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述停止监控信号后,停止监控。
具体地,各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述停止监控信号之后,可以自动关闭或者进入休眠装置,停止对箱体内的监控,节约电能。
图5是本公开再一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制方法的流程示意图,如图5所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法还包括:
S309、所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,发送监控信号至各个所述图像采集装置;
具体地,所述图像采集装置在拍摄搁架之前,还可以作为监控摄像头使用,在所述门体打开后,可以对所述购买者的购买行为进行监控,所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号之后,给各个图像采集装置发送监控信号,以开启各个所述图像采集装置。
S310、各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述监控信号后,监控购买者的行为并将各自获得的监控图像通过通信装置发送至所述服务器;
具体地,各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述监控信息之后,对各自监控范围内的所述购买者的购买行为进行监控,获得监控图像,同时将所述监控图像通过所述通信装置发送给所述服务器,所述服务器可以存储所述监控图像,供需要时调用。
S311、各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述第二触发信号后,停止监控。
具体地,所述第二触发信号是所述门体传感器检测到所述门体关闭时,向各个所述图像采集装置发送的,各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述第二触发信号之后,停止对所述箱体的监控,拍摄各自对应的搁架。将图像采集装置作为监控摄像头使用,节约了自动售货机的成本。
图6是本公开又一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制方法的流程示意图,如图6所示,本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法,用于控制上述任一实施例所述的自动售货机,包括:
S601、门体传感器若检测到门体关闭,则发送第三触发信号至控制装置;
具体地,所述购买者在通过本公开提供的自动售货机购买商品时,需要打开所述自动售货机的门体拿取搁架上的商品,并在拿取所述商品之后,关闭所述门体结束购物。当所述门体被打开时,所述门体传感器可以检测到所述门体开启,当所述门体关闭时,所述门体传感器可以检测到所述门体关闭,然后向控制装置发送第三触发信号,所述控制装置会接收所述第三触发信号。
S602、所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号后,使调光膜断电,并在接收到所述第三触发信号预设时间后发送拍摄信号至各个图像采集装置;
具体地,所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号之后,断开调光膜与电源装置之间的连接,使所述调光膜断电,此时所述调光膜呈现不透明状态,以便图像采集装置进行拍摄。所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号预设时间之后,向各个图像采集装置发送拍摄信号。其中,所述预设时间根据实际需要进行设置,本公开实施例不做限定。
S603、各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述拍摄信号后拍摄各自对应的搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将自对应的搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
具体地,各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述拍摄信号之后,拍摄各自对应的搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息。各个所述图像采集装置可以通过所述通信装置将各自对应的搁架的图像信息发送给服务器,所述服务器可以接收到各层所述搁架的图像信息,然后对所述图像信息进行识别和对比,获得所述购买者拿取的商品以及数据,然后计算出收款金额进行结算。
本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法,由于在调光膜断电之后,图像采集装置拍摄获得对应的搁架的图像信息,避免了外界光线对图像采集装置拍摄的影响,同时避免了门体反射的强光点和商品的倒影,能够提高获得的图像的质量,有利于图像的识别。
在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,所述预设时间的范围为0~300 秒。
图7是本公开还一实施例提供的自动售货机的控制方法的流程示意图,如图7所示,在上述各实施例的基础上,进一步地,本公开提供的自动售货机的控制方法还包括:
S701、红外传感器若检测到有购买者,则发送照明触发信号至各个照明灯使各个所述照明灯开启;
具体地,为了节约所述自动售货机的照明用电,可以默认设置各个照明灯关闭。当有购买者靠近所述自动售货机时,红外传感器可以检测到有购买者,然后发送照明触发信号给各个所述照明灯,使各个所述照明灯通电,从而开启各个所述照明灯。
S702、所述红外传感器若检测不到购买者,则发送熄灭触发信号至各个所述照明灯使各个所述照明灯熄灭。
具体地,当所述购买者离开所述自动售货机,同也没有其它的购买者在所述自动售货机附近,所述红外传感器检测不到购买者时,发送熄灭触发信号给各个所述照明灯,使各个所述照明灯断电,从而关闭各个所述照明灯。
本公开方法实施例的具体流程可以参照上述各系统实施例的介绍,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本实施例所给出的多个实施方式,在逻辑或结构相互不冲突的前提下,可以自由组合,本公开对此不做限定。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种自动售货机,其特征在于,包括箱体、搁架、图像采集装置、控制装置、门体、门体传感器、通信装置、照明灯和电源装置,其中:
    所述门体为透明门体,在所述门体内侧设置调光膜,所述调光膜覆盖所述门体的透明部分;
    在所述箱体内设置至少一层所述搁架,所述图像采集装置根据所述搁架设置,并与所述通信装置相连,所述图像采集装置被配置为拍摄搁架,获得所述搁架的图像信息,并将所述图像信息通过所述通信装置上传至服务器;
    所述门体传感器与所述控制装置相连,被配置为检测所述门体的开启,所述照明灯被配置为在所述图像采集装置拍摄时进行补光;
    所述控制装置分别与所述调光膜、所述通信装置和所述图像采集装置连接,所述图像采集装置、所述控制装置、所述调光膜、所述门体传感器、所述通信装置、所述照明灯分别与所述电源装置相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括红外传感器,所述红外传感器设置在所述门体外侧,与各个所述照明灯相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,在除了最底层的搁架以外的每层所述搁架的底部中心位置以及所述箱体的内壁顶部中心位置设置至少一个所述图像采集装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,在所述箱体的侧壁上根据每层所述搁架设置两个所述图像采集装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括监控摄像头,所述监控摄像头分别与所述通信装置和所述控制装置相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,各个所述照明灯安装在所述箱体的两个侧壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括报警装置,所述报警装置分别与所述电源装置和所述控制装置相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括制冷装置,所述制冷装置分别与所述控制装置和所述电源装置相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括门封条, 所述门封条设置在所述门体或所述箱体上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括主控模块、图像采集控制模块、照明控制模块和通信模块,其中:
    所述图像采集控制模块与各个所述图像采集装置分别相连,被配置为控制各个所述图像采集装置拍摄;
    所述照明控制模块分别与各个所述照明灯相连,被配置为控制各个所述照明灯的开启和关闭;
    所述主控模块与所述通信模块相连,所述通信模块分别与所述图像采集控制模块和所述照明控制模块相连。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述图像采集装置为广角摄像头或者鱼眼摄像头。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括门锁,所述门锁设置在所述门体上,所述门锁与所述控制装置连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,所述箱体和所述门体为推拉式连接或活动式铰接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的自动售货机,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述箱体外部或者所述门体上的二维码标签。
  15. 一种基于权利要求1至14任一项所述自动售货机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    门体传感器根据检测到的门体开启的结果,发送第一触发信号至控制装置;
    所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,使调光膜断电;
    所述门体传感器根据检测到的所述门体关闭的结果,发送第二触发信号至各个图像采集装置;
    各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述第二触发信号后拍摄各搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将所述搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,发送监控信号至各个监控摄像头;
    各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述监控信号后,监控购买者的行为并将获得的监控图像通过所述通信装置发送至所述服务器;
    所述门体传感器根据检测到的所述门体关闭的结果,发送停止监控信号至各个所述监控摄像头;
    各个所述监控摄像头在接收到所述停止监控信号后,停止监控。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述控制装置在接收到所述第一触发信号后,发送监控信号至各个所述图像采集装置;
    各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述监控信号后,监控购买者的行为并将各自获得的监控图像通过通信装置发送至所述服务器;
    各个所述图像采集装置在接收到所述第二触发信号后,停止监控。
  18. 一种基于权利要求1至14任一项所述自动售货机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    门体传感器根据检测到的门体关闭的结果,发送第三触发信号至控制装置;
    所述控制装置在接收到所述第三触发信号后,使调光膜断电,并在接收到所述第三触发信号预设时间后发送拍摄信号至各个图像采集装置;
    各个所述图像采集装置接收到所述拍摄信号后拍摄各搁架,获得各层所述搁架的图像信息,并通过通信装置将所述搁架的图像信息发送至服务器。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设时间的范围为0~300秒。
  20. 根据权利要求15或18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述红外传感器根据检测到的有购买者的结果,发送照明触发信号至各个照明灯使各个所述照明灯开启;
    所述红外传感器根据检测到的没有购买者的结果,发送熄灭触发信号至各个所述照明灯使各个所述照明灯熄灭。
