控制器,分别与摄像头组件6和灯组件7连接;控制器调节灯组件7的光线强度,并控制摄像头组件6拍摄放置在储物空间内的物品。
具体地,货柜包括箱体1及门体2,箱体1内被配置为放置待售卖的物品,在本实施例中,箱体1的前侧开口,门体2可转动地连接在箱体1的前侧开口处,以符合用户的使用习惯;同时,用户仅需拉开门体2,即可方便拿取所要购买的目标物品,结构简单,设计合理。
进一步的,本申请提供的货柜,在由箱体1与门体2构成的封闭的空间内设有摄像头组件6和灯组件7,即摄像头组件6和灯组件7可根据实际需求设置在箱体1上或门体2上均可,具体地,摄像头组件6被配置为拍摄门体2开启后的动态视频和图片,并将图像上传到服务器端,以进行图像识别及结算流程;灯组件7被配置为给货柜内的物品照明,以及摄像头组件6工作时的补光。如此,本申请采用光线强度可调节的灯组件7,能根据外部环境的光线强度实时调节光线强度,以能为摄像头组件6拍摄时提供补光,进而使得摄像头拍摄的视频或图像清晰,有效提升了图像识别的识别率,加快了整体结算时间,利于提高用户体验。
因此,本申请提供的货柜,结构简单,设计合理,生产成本低且图像识别率高,实用性强,利于进行标准化生产及推广。
根据上述技术方案,门体2的面板为遮光面板;遮光面板包括遮光玻璃,或,包括玻璃基板及贴附于玻璃基板内表面的膜层,膜层包括玻璃镀膜层和/或太阳隔热膜层。其中,玻璃基板的内表面指的是靠近箱体1内部的侧表面。
在本实施例中,遮光面板可包括如下四种技术方案的任一种,以能达到有效的遮光效果,从而使得货柜外的光线不能进入货柜内部,从而使货柜内部摄像头拍摄的图片光线差异降低,提升图像识别的识别率,同时外界可以看到货柜内部的货品,具体包括:
1)玻璃基板+玻璃镀膜层;
2)玻璃基板+太阳隔热膜层;
3)玻璃基板+玻璃镀膜层+太阳隔热膜层;
4)遮光玻璃。
其中,玻璃镀膜层,主要成分可以是聚硅氧烷,也可以是其他具有遮光透视效果的玻璃镀膜层。太阳隔热膜层为透明材质,可以是通过真空喷镀或磁控溅射技术将高导电度的铝、金、铜、银等金属制成多层至密的高隔热金属膜层,其工艺可以是涂布工艺膜、染色工艺膜或者多层磁控溅射光谱选择膜的至少一种方式。若采用遮光玻璃,无需额外进行贴膜工艺,利于提高生成效率,且美观实用,在确保用户能看清货柜内部物品的类别和数量的同时,起到有效的遮光效果。
由此,采用上述结构形式的门体2具有较优的遮光效果,当货柜外光线强弱不一时,内部摄像头拍摄的图片组的光线不会受外界影响,可以降低光线对于图像识别的影响,从而间接提升图像识别的识别率;另外,也能反射光线和热能,并可将太阳光中的红外线、紫外线及可见光热能反射回去,从而产生反射光线和隔热的效果,节能环保,减少制热/制冷费用。
根据上述技术方案,箱体1内设有至少一层被配置为放置物品的搁架5,摄像头组件6包括多个均与控制器连接的摄像头,多个所述摄像头按预设方式设于箱体1内,以形成覆盖所有物品的全视角。其中,预设方式可根据实际需求按阵列分布、对称式分布或不规则分布在箱体1内。
在本实施例中,为便于箱体1内物品摆放的美观性及多样性,在箱体1内设有多个搁架5,摄像头组件6包括多个摄像头,多个摄像头可以安装在箱体1内的任意位置,仅需满足使得所有摄像头的视角范围能覆盖所有搁架5上的物品即可,以便于后续服务器判断用户购买物品的类型及数量。
根据上述技术方案,摄像头设于每个搁架5的顶部,且摄像头向下倾斜设置,以使得摄像头的视角范围能覆盖住下层搁架5上的所有物品。
为提高箱体1内部的整体美观性且不遮挡物品,在本实施例中,将摄像头设于每个搁架5的顶部,并将摄像头向下倾斜一定角度,在灯组件7的配合下,能清晰拍摄下层搁架5上的物品图像。
为便于安装,摄像头可通过结构件固定在搁架5上,如此,固定在该搁架5上的摄像头被配置为拍摄下一层搁架5上的物品图像;另外,摄像头也可通过结构件固定在箱体1顶面,且摄像头向下倾斜一定角度,以使得处于最顶层搁架5上的物品图像位于该摄像头的视角范围内。其中,结构件可以为卡扣件,结构简单,设计合理且固定效果好。
根据上述技术方案,灯组件7包括多个均与控制器连接的照明灯,多个照明灯对应于物品设置在箱体1内。
在本实施例中,灯组件7包括多个照明灯,且每个照明灯均与控制器连接,由此,控制器可根据实际所需来调节各个照明灯的光线强度;且为使得具有良好的补光效果,将多个照明灯对应于物品设置在箱体1内,在保证为货柜提供照明的同时,也能为摄像头组件6提供有效的补光效果,利于确保拍摄到的图像清晰,进而有效提高了图像识别率。
根据上述技术方案,当搁架5的层数为两个以上时,多个照明灯设于相邻两层搁架5之间或多个照明灯连成一条灯带,灯带自上而下设置,以能照射各层搁架5上的物品。
为保证达到较优的补光效果及进一步提升图像识别的识别率,可采用在相邻两个搁架5之间且在箱体1的内壁上设有照明灯的方式,可根据实际实施条件来增加或减少照明灯的数量,灵活性强;其中,为避免光影,设于相邻两个搁架5之间的照明灯可对称设于箱体1内壁两侧;
也可采用将多个照明灯连成一条灯带,灯带自上而下设置,将灯带的 上端安装至最顶层搁架5的顶部,下端安装至最底层搁架5的底部,进而以能覆盖最顶层搁架5和最底层搁架5,安装简便,照明效果好,也利于提高安装效率。
具体地,可根据实际实施条件来合理选择照明灯的设置方式。
根据上述技术方案,进一步地,还包括安装在箱体1上的智能锁3,智能锁3与控制器连接,控制器通过智能锁3控制门体2的打开并检测关门信号;还包括设置在箱体1外部的购买启动件,购买启动件与控制器连接;其中,购买启动件包括启动按键或购买系统接入码。
具体地,当用户需购买货柜内的物品时,用户可按动启动按键或拿出移动智能终端扫描设置在箱体1外部的购买系统接入码,访问服务器,服务器控制控制器打开智能锁3,用户即可拉开门体2,选择物品后取出,关门;此时,摄像头开始拍摄每个搁架5上的物品图片,并上传到服务器,服务器将所接收的图片进行处理分析后进行图像识别,结合上次关门时的物品图片,识别到每个搁架5减少的物品品类和数量,并发送给结账系统进行结账扣款。
根据上述技术方案,进一步地,还包括与控制器连接的光敏传感器,光敏传感器设于箱体1内。
为进一步地提高货柜的自动化水平,在箱体1内还设有与控制器连接的光敏传感器,根据光敏传感器检测到的货柜内部光强可以进行进一步调整灯组件7的亮度;具体来说,当光敏传感器检测到货柜内部光线较亮时,控制器控制调暗灯组件7的亮度;反之,当光敏传感器检测到货柜内部光线较暗时,控制器控制灯组件7的亮度调高,既而能达到较优的照明效果和补光效果。
其中,光敏传感器的数量及安装位置不均做限定,仅需满足能有效检测货柜内部光强的作用即可。
根据上述技术方案,进一步地,还包括密封条,密封条设置于门体2或箱体1上;当门体2关闭时,密封条位于门体2与箱体1的闭合缝处。
为防止冷气/热气外漏,需对门体2关闭后的箱体1和门体2进行密封,其中,密封条可以设置在箱体1上,也可以设置在门体2上;在本实施例中,密封条为设置在门体2上的门封条8,结构简单,设计合理,也能有 效防止冷量或热量损失,节能环保,确保减少制热/制冷费用。
进一步地,本申请提供的货柜,在门体2上安装有门把手4,便于用户拉开门体2,结构简单,生产成本低且用户体验好。
另一方面,本申请还提供了一种自动售货系统,包括服务器和所述的货柜,服务器与货柜的控制器连接,且服务器设置有终端访问接口。
具体地,当用户按动启动按键或拿出移动智能终端扫描设置在箱体1外部的购买系统接入码时,访问服务器,服务器控制货柜的控制器打开智能锁,并在检测到关门信号后执行结算流程。本申请提供的自动售货系统,因设置有上述技术方案中的货柜,因而具有上述技术方案的全部有益效果,为避免赘述,不再重复。
实施例二
与上述实施例一的技术方案相比,区别在于:门体的面板包括透明面板或半透明的面板。
具体地,在本实施例中,门体包括门框及嵌设于门框内的面板,面板的透视程度可根据实际实施需求选择透明或半透明,以便于用户可以看见箱体内的待售物品的重量及数量。其中,面板可采用玻璃材质制成,外形美观且价格低廉,同时因玻璃不易随温度的变化而发生相应的化学变化,利于确保箱体内物品的品质及提高用户体验。
其它技术方案与实施例一的相同,为避免赘述,不再重复。
综上所述,本公开提供了一种货柜,包括:箱体,一侧开口且内部设有储物空间;门体,与箱体可转动连接,以能打开或封闭开口;图像拍摄装置,包括摄像头组件和光线强度可调节的灯组件,摄像头组件和灯组件均设于由箱体与门体共同构成的封闭的空间内;控制器,分别与摄像头组件和灯组件连接;控制器调节灯组件的光线强度,并控制摄像头组件拍摄放置在储物空间内的物品。本申请提供的货柜,通过设有光线强度可调节的灯组件,一方面用于给货柜内的物品进行照明,另一方面能根据外部环境的光线强度实时调节光线强度,以能为摄像头组件拍摄时提供补光,进而使得摄像头拍摄的视频或图像清晰,有效提升了图像识别的识别率,加快了整体结算时间,利于提高用户体验。同时,本申请提供的货柜,结构简单,设计合理,生产成本低且图像识别率高,实用性强,利于进行标准 化生产及推广。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种货柜,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体一侧开口且内部设有储物空间;
    门体,所述门体与所述箱体可转动连接,以能打开或封闭所述开口;
    图像拍摄装置,所述图像拍摄装置包括摄像头组件和光线强度可调节的灯组件,所述摄像头组件和灯组件均设于由所述箱体与门体共同构成的封闭的空间内;
    控制器,所述控制器分别与所述摄像头组件和灯组件连接;所述控制器调节所述灯组件的光线强度,并控制所述摄像头组件拍摄放置在所述储物空间内的物品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的货柜,其特征在于:所述门体的面板包括透明面板或半透明的面板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的货柜,其特征在于:所述门体的面板为遮光面板;所述遮光面板包括遮光玻璃,或,包括玻璃基板及贴附于所述玻璃基板内表面的膜层,所述膜层包括玻璃镀膜层和/或太阳隔热膜层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的货柜,其特征在于:所述箱体内设有至少一层被配置为放置所述物品的搁架,所述摄像头组件包括多个均与所述控制器连接的摄像头,多个所述摄像头按预设方式设于所述箱体内,以形成覆盖所有所述物品的全视角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的货柜,其特征在于:所述摄像头设于每层所述搁架的顶部,且所述摄像头向下倾斜设置,以使得所述摄像头的视角范围能覆盖住下层所述搁架上的所有所述物品。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的货柜,其特征在于:所述灯组件包括多个均与所述控制器连接的照明灯,多个所述照明灯对应于所述物品设置在所述箱体内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的货柜,其特征在于:当所述搁架的层数为两个以上时,多个所述照明灯设于相邻两层搁架之间或多个所述照明灯连成一条灯带,所述灯带自上而下设置,以能照射各层所述搁架上的物品。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的货柜,其特征在于:还包括安装在所述箱体上的智能锁,所述智能锁与所述控制器连接,所述控制器通过所 述智能锁控制所述门体的打开并检测关门信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的货柜,其特征在于:还包括设置在箱体外部的购买启动件,所述购买启动件与控制器连接;其中,所述购买启动件包括启动按键或购买系统接入码。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的货柜,其特征在于:还包括与所述控制器连接的光敏传感器,所述光敏传感器设于所述箱体内。
  11. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的货柜,其特征在于:还包括密封条,所述密封条设置于所述门体或箱体上;当所述门体关闭时,所述密封条位于所述门体与箱体的闭合缝处。
  12. 一种自动售货系统,其特征在于:包括服务器及如权利要求1-11任一项所述的货柜,所述服务器与所述货柜的控制器连接,且所述服务器设置有终端访问接口。
