- 복수의 회전 부재의 회전력을 주행을 위한 이동력원으로 이용하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법에 있어서,제1 회전축을 중심으로 회전 운동하는 제1 회전 부재 및 제2 회전축을 중심으로 회전 운동하는 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나를 회전시켜 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키는 단계;상기 주행 중, 상기 로봇 청소기가 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했다고 결정된 경우, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해, 상기 로봇 청소기의 일측면을 상기 벽면에 밀착을 유지시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계를 포함하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계는,상기 밀착을 유지시키기 위하여, 상기 로봇 청소기를, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해 상기 로봇 청소기와 상기 벽면 사이에 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 주행시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계는,상기 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키는 단계 이전에, 상기 로봇 청소기가 주행하는 바닥의 면에 평행하면서 상기 제1 회전축과 상기 제2 회전축을 연결하는 직선이 상기 로봇 청소기가 주행할 방향과 예각을 이루도록 상기 로봇 청소기를 회전시키는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키는 단계에서,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 예각을 유지하면서 상기 벽면을 따라 주행하여 상기 미는 힘이 발생되도록, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 구비하고,상기 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키는 단계에서,상기 예각을 유지하기 위해, 상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리에 기반하여 상기 회전 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 거리 감지부는 상기 로봇 청소기의 본체의 좌우측에 각각 구비된 제1 거리 감지부와 제2 거리 감지부를 포함하고,상기 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키는 단계에서,상기 예각을 유지하기 위해, 상기 제1 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리와, 상기 제2 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리의 차이가 제1 기준값으로 유지되도록 상기 회전 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 구비하고,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계는,상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 거리가 소정의 제2 기준값을 초과하게 되거나, 상기 거리 감지부의 거리 감지 신호의 세기가 소정의 제3 기준값 미만이 되는 경우, 상기 로봇 청소기가 벽면 모서리에 도달했다고 결정하는 단계;상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면 모서리에 도달했다고 결정된 경우, 상기 벽면 모서리 이후의 상기 벽면에 상기 로봇 청소기가 밀착되도록 상기 로봇 청소기를 회전시키는 단계; 및상기 벽면 모서리 이후의 상기 벽면에 상기 로봇 청소기가 밀착된 경우, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해, 상기 로봇 청소기를, 상기 벽면 모서리 이후의 상기 벽면에 밀착을 유지시키면서, 상기 벽면 모서리 이후의 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 구비하고,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계는,상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 거리가 소정의 제4 기준값 미만이 되거나, 상기 거리 감지부에 입력되는 거리 감지 신호의 세기가 소정의 제5 기준값을 초과하게 되는 경우, 상기 로봇 청소기가 벽면 코너에 도달했다고 결정하는 단계;상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면 코너에 도달했다고 결정된 경우, 상기 벽면 코너 이후의 상기 벽면에 상기 로봇 청소기가 밀착되도록 상기 로봇 청소기를 회전시키는 단계; 및상기 벽면 코너 이후의 상기 벽면에 상기 로봇 청소기가 밀착된 경우, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해, 상기 로봇 청소기를, 상기 벽면 코너 이후의 상기 벽면에 밀착을 유지시키면서, 상기 벽면 코너 이후의 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계에서,상기 로봇 청소기는 상기 벽면을 따라 상기 로봇 청소기의 본체의 폭의 2배 이상의 거리를 주행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 구비하고,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 결정하는 단계에서,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했는지 여부는 상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리에 기반하여 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 거리 감지부는 원거리 감지부와 근거리 감지부를 포함하고,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 결정하는 단계는,상기 원거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리가 소정의 제6 기준값 이하인지를 결정하는 단계;상기 제6 기준값 이하인 것으로 결정된 경우, 상기 로봇 청소기의 주행 상태를 유지하면서, 상기 근거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리가 소정의 제7 기준값 이하인지를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 제7 기준값 이하인 것으로 결정된 경우, 상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달한 것으로 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 결정하는 단계는,상기 근거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리가 상기 제7 기준값 이하인 것으로 결정되지 않은 경우에도, 상기 원거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리가 상기 제6 기준값 이하인 것으로 결정된 이후에 소정의 시간이 경과한 경우, 상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달한 것으로 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계에서,상기 로봇 청소기의 주행에 장애가 발생한 경우, 장애물 회피 모드로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하되,상기 장애물 회피 모드는 상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면으로부터 이격시켜 소정의 거리 또는 시간만큼 주행시킨 후, 상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면에 재밀착시키는 과정을 포함하고,상기 재밀착 후 상기 장애물 회피 모드가 해제되어, 다시 상기 로봇 청소기를 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 단계를 재개하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 로봇 청소기에 있어서,본체;상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 로봇 청소기의 주행을 위한 동력을 공급하는 구동부;상기 구동부의 동력에 의하여 제1 회전축, 제2 회전축을 중심으로 각각 회전운동하여 상기 로봇 청소기의 주행을 위한 이동력원을 제공하고, 습식 청소를 위한 클리너가 각각 고정 가능한 제1, 제2 회전 부재; 및제어부를 포함하되,상기 제어부는,상기 제1 회전 부재 및 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나를 회전시켜 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키고,상기 주행 중, 상기 로봇 청소기가 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 결정하며,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했다고 결정한 경우, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해, 상기 로봇 청소기를, 상기 벽면에 밀착을 유지시키면서, 상기 벽면을 따라 주행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 밀착을 유지시키기 위하여, 상기 로봇 청소기를, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전에 의해 상기 로봇 청소기와 상기 벽면 사이에 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 주행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 미는 힘을 발생시키면서 상기 로봇 청소기를 주행시키기 이전에, 상기 로봇 청소기가 주행하는 바닥의 면에 평행하면서 상기 제1 회전축과 상기 제2 회전축을 연결하는 직선이 상기 로봇 청소기가 주행할 방향과 예각을 이루도록 상기 로봇 청소기를 회전시키는 예비 제어를 수행하고,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 예각을 유지하면서 상기 벽면을 따라 주행하여 상기 미는 힘이 발생되도록, 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 제2 회전 부재 중 적어도 하나의 회전 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로하는 로봇 청소기.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 예각을 유지하기 위해, 상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리에 기반하여 상기 회전 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기의 제어 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 로봇 청소기는 하나 이상의 거리 감지부를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 로봇 청소기가 상기 벽면에 도달했는지 여부를 상기 거리 감지부를 통해 획득된 상기 벽면과의 거리에 기반하여 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 청소기.
