Description

一种扫拖一体机
技术领域
本发明涉及室内清洁工具领域,尤其涉及一种同时完成扫地、拖地的扫拖一体机。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的日益提升,室内清洁越来越得到重视。室内清洁中,常见的是扫地和拖地两种情况,目前扫地和拖地是分开操作。人们需要分别准备扫地和拖地的工具,也需要在不同的时间阶段分开操作扫地和拖地的工作。家中配置多种清洁工具,占据空间,在进行扫地和拖地工作的时候,需要分开操作,也浪费时间。为了减少家庭配置清洁工具的种类,也使得扫地和拖地工作可以同时进行,节约时间,有必要设计一种同时能够兼备扫地、拖地功能的工具,节约家庭的空间,也节约人们在清洁工作上消耗的时间,提升生活的效率。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种新型的清洁工具,可以一次性完成扫地和拖地工作。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种扫拖一体机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扫拖一体机,其特征在于,包括扫拖组件、收纳组件、喷水组件和手柄,喷水组件被设置在手柄或扫拖组件上,包括蓄水壶组件和喷嘴组合件;喷水组件被设置为通过喷嘴组合件将蓄水壶组件中的水或清洁液喷洒在待扫拖的工作面上;扫拖组件包括电机和可在电机驱动下转动的滚筒式工作部;扫拖组件被设置为通过滚筒式工作部的转动,对工作面进行扫拖,并将工作面上的垃圾和液体带入收纳组件中。
进一步地,喷嘴组合件为喷嘴,所述喷嘴设为液体出口。
进一步地,喷水组件包括手动泵或电动泵。
进一步地,扫拖组件包括电池,电机由电池供电。
进一步地,滚筒式工作部的材质包括布、海棉、毡、胶棉或纤维。
进一步地,滚筒式工作部是可拆卸的。
进一步地,手柄包括握持弯部,握持弯部处设置有喷水组件的开关,所述开关为机械式或电子式。
进一步地,还包括控制开关,控制开关设置在扫拖组件或手柄上。优选的,控制开关设置在手柄组件上。
进一步地,扫拖组件包括电子控制组件。
进一步地,收纳组件是可拆卸的。
和现有技术相比,本发明可以通过喷嘴将水喷洒在待拖扫地面,利于湿拖,滚刷高速旋转可把垃圾扫进垃圾盒子的同时也可将多余的水以及垃圾也扫入垃圾盒内,做到了扫地、拖地同时进行,一次性解决了现有普通拖把不能扫垃圾、普通扫地机不能拖地的问题。
本发明中的滚筒式工作部在电机带动下可以高速旋转,从而在对如地面或窗户玻璃等工作面摩擦产生“拖”的作用的同时时,工作部的旋转运动以及由此形成的负压还可以将固体垃圾和液体带入和吸入收纳组件,也就是“扫”的作用。同时高速旋转还可将工作部本身吸附的液体“甩入”收纳组件,也就是具有甩干的作用,使得工作部可以持续不断的吸附工作面上的液体。
现有吸尘器不能湿拖地、噪音高、价格高,并且带电源线造成使用不方便,市面上的扫地机器人不能湿拖地,极个别能湿拖地但有二次污染、价格高,但是本发明可以手持,方便操作,在湿拖的时候不会有二次污染,并且价格低。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。为了便于说明,本发明中将扫拖一体机的靠近使用者(或手柄)或者远离地面的一端称为“近端”,将扫拖一体机的远离使用者(或手柄)或者靠近地面的一端称为“远端”。
如图1所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。在本实施例中,扫拖一体机的远端包括扫拖组件1、喷水组件2,近端包括手柄组件4。喷水组件2、扫拖组件1与手柄组件4之间通过手柄3连接。手柄3分为手柄上连杆和手柄下连杆,手柄上连杆和手柄下连杆之间通过手柄连接件连接,手柄上连杆位于近端,手柄下连杆位于远端。具体来说,扫拖组件1和喷水组件2连接,喷水组件2与手柄下连杆连接,扫拖组件1、喷水组件2、手柄下连杆、手柄上连杆从扫拖一体机的远端到近端依次连接。
手柄组件4连接在手柄上连杆上。手柄下连杆朝向近端的一侧通过手柄连接件与手柄上连杆连接,手柄下连杆靠近远端的一侧与喷水组件2连接,喷水组件2通过连接件与扫拖组件1连接,喷水组件2可以相对于扫拖组件1进行灵活地转动,使用者可以通过转动手柄来调整手柄与扫拖组件1之间的夹角,保证在进行扫拖作业的时候快速方便地调节到最适合最舒适的位置。喷水组件2与手柄下连杆的连接为固定连接。在使用扫拖一体机的过程中,喷水组件2负责喷水,通过喷嘴雾化后均匀落在地面上,保持地面的湿润,同时扫拖组件1负责完成拖地和扫地的工作,从而使得湿拖地和扫地一次性完成。喷水组件2和扫拖组件1之间保持一定的距离,在工作的时候,扫拖组件1贴近地面,喷水组件2固定在手柄下连杆上并离地一定的距离,保证喷水组件2喷出来的水能够喷到地面上,而不是落在扫拖组件1的表面上。手柄上连杆朝向远端的一侧通过手柄连接件与手柄下连杆连接,手柄上连杆靠近近端的一侧连接手柄组件4。
如图2所示,喷水组件2包括蓄水壶组件201(如图3所示)和喷嘴组合件202(如图4所示)。蓄水壶组件201和喷嘴组合件202固定连接,蓄水壶组件201位于上端,喷嘴组合件202位于下端。蓄水壶组件201的下端有凸出,喷嘴组合件202的上端有开口,将蓄水壶组件201凸出的下端插入喷嘴组合件202上端的开口。在本实施例中,两者之间通过螺纹进行固定连接,在蓄水壶组件201凸出的下端的外表面带有外螺纹,在喷嘴组合件202的上端开口内部对应位置的内壁带有内螺纹。把蓄水壶组件201从上端插入喷嘴组合件202,蓄水壶组件201凸出下端的外螺纹与喷嘴组合件202上端的内螺纹进行铆合,从而把蓄水壶组件201与喷嘴组合件202固定连接在一起。蓄水壶组件201中放置清水或者洗涤液水。
如图4所示,喷嘴组合件202包括一小段连接杆,喷嘴组合件202与一小段连接杆之间是固定连接,连接杆为两层连杆,包括内杆和外杆。喷嘴组合件202的连接杆的一端与手柄下连杆固定连接,另一端与扫拖组件1连接。当蓄水壶组件201与喷嘴组合件202固定连接在一起,蓄水壶组件201中的液体通过连接螺纹中的通道可以流到喷嘴组合件202中。在喷嘴组合件202的连接杆中,内置有一个手动泵203,喷嘴组合件202与手动泵203之间有液体流通通道。当手动泵203处于关闭状态的时候,手动泵203切断了液体的流通。当手动泵203处于打开状态的时候,液体流过手动泵203,手动泵会给液体一个压力,推送液体从另外一个通道流到喷嘴组合件202中,并从喷嘴组合件202中的喷嘴204中喷洒出来,喷嘴204会对液体先进行雾化,然后将雾化后的液体均匀落在地面上。
如图5所示,扫拖组件1包括可拆式透明盖1001、控制开关、多方向旋转头1003、充电指示灯1004、滚轮组件1005。控制开关为踩踏式开关1002。扫拖组件1通过多方向旋转头1003与喷水组件2连接。如图6所示,为多方向旋转头1003拆解开的零件图。多方向旋转头1003包括E型戒子100301、换向链接件100302、塑料销轴100303和转轴100304。在图5中,踩踏式开关1002位于扫拖组件1的后端,在多方向旋转头1003的一侧。踩踏式开关1002起总开关的作用,扫拖一体机的使用者可以用脚踩踩踏式开关1002,打开或关闭扫拖一体机。在本实施例中,打开踩踏式开关1002是指让扫拖一体机开始扫地和拖地的工作,关闭踩踏式开关1002是指让扫拖一体机扫地和拖地的工作停止。充电指示灯1004也位于扫拖组件1的后端,与踩踏式开关1002分别位于多方向旋转头1003的两侧。滚轮组件1005有两个轮子,位于扫拖组件1的后端两侧,组件安装在踩踏式开关1002、多方向旋转头1003和充电指示灯1004的下端。滚轮组件1005中的轮子高度略大于扫拖组件1的厚度,在扫拖一体机工作的时候,轮子的高度可以保证扫拖组件1不拖在地上,又能与地面保持合适的距离,保证拖地和扫地工作能够高质量的完成。在扫拖组件1的前端有可拆式透明盖1001,位于扫拖组件1的前端上侧。打开可拆式透明盖1001,如图7所示,在扫拖组件1内部还包括布刷1006、布刷手柄1007和垃圾盒1008,其中垃圾盒1008可取出。布刷1006是一个圆柱体,中间有一个可以转动的轴,布刷1006上面裹着布,相当于拖地用的抹布。布刷1006水平放置在扫拖组件1的前端、可拆式透明盖1001的下面,布刷1006的两端通过扫拖组件1在对应位置的底部固定件连接,一侧与布刷手柄1007连接,另一侧与传送带连接。底部固定件与扫拖组件1一体成型。在踩踏式开关1002处于打开状态的时候,布刷1006开始高速旋转,在把垃圾扫进垃圾盒子的同时,布刷1006上的布,把地面上刚刚喷的水和地面均湿抹一下,并顺便把多余的水也扫入垃圾盒1008中。透过可拆式透明盖1001可以实时看到布刷1006和垃圾盒1008的工作情况。当垃圾盒1008快满,或者扫地结束之后,可以打开可拆式透明盖1001,把垃圾盒1008取出,进行垃圾倾倒和清洗。
如图7所示,在扫拖组件1的后端,把与踩踏式开关1002、多方向旋转头1003和充电指示灯1004相连接的后盖板打开,里面包括电池包1009、开关1010、地刷电机1011、传送带1012、充电接口1013。通过踩踏式开关1002可以打开或者关闭开关1010。通过充电接口1013对电池包1009进行充电,电池包1009存储电能,把存储的电能提供给地刷电机1011使用。当打开开关1010的时候,地刷电机1011开始转动,通过传送带1012,带动布刷1006转动。当关闭开关1010的时候,地刷电机1011停止转动,传送带1012停止转动,从而布刷1006也停止转动,扫拖一体机停止工作。电池包1009与踩踏式开关1002、开关1010位于扫拖组件1后端的同一侧。地刷电机1011和充电指示灯1004位于扫拖组件1后端的另一侧。地刷电机1011靠近滚轮组件1005位于同一侧的一个轮子,传送带1012一端连接轮子,一端连接布刷1006转动轴的一侧。传送带1012在连接轮子一端的直径较大,在连接布刷1006转动轴一端的直径较小,地刷电机1011的转速通过传送带1012进行转速放大,使得布刷1006转动轴的转速大于地刷电机1011的转速。
如图8所示,手柄3分为手柄上连杆和手柄下连杆,手柄上连杆和手柄下连杆之间通过手柄连接件连接。手柄上连杆包括上连杆内杆301和上连杆外杆302。手柄下连杆包括下连杆外杆306和下连杆内杆307。手柄上连杆和手柄下连杆之间的手柄连接件包括杆链接件303、内杆导向外四棱架304、内杆导向内四棱架305,可以灵活调节连杆3的长度,适合不同的操作者。上连杆内杆301和上连杆外杆302都是同心套设、可相对轴向滑动的内杆和外杆。
如图9和图10所示,手柄组件4与手柄3连接。手柄组件4包括手柄上盖401、挂钩402、手柄下盖403、手柄压柄404。手柄压柄404通过上连杆内杆301和下连杆内杆307连接喷嘴组合件202,由手柄压柄404驱动而作开启或闭合喷嘴204的操作。
在本发明的第二个优选实施例中,用电子泵代替手动泵203,其他组件以及其他组件的位置都保持不变。电子泵连接水箱,由其作开启或闭合喷嘴204的操作。
在本发明的第三个优选实施例中,控制开关设置在手柄组件4处,为按钮式开关100201(见图11和图12)。打开按钮式开关100201是指让扫拖一体机开始扫地和拖地的工作,关闭按钮式开关100201是指让扫拖一体机扫地和拖地的工作停止。按钮式开关100201可兼具电子泵的电源开关功能。电子泵的开关可以设置在手柄组件4处,通过无线模式开关电子泵。无线模式包括蓝牙或射频。当电子泵的开关设置在手柄组件4处的时候,手柄压柄404是电子泵的按键开关。
在本发明的第四个优选实施例中,用电子泵代替手动泵203,把喷嘴204放置在扫拖组件1的前面,方便喷水,同时把电子泵和蓄水壶组件201集成在扫拖组件1里面。其他组件与第二优选实施例相同。
如表1所示,本发明的扫拖一体机与现有技术中的各类清洁产品相比,不但具有较强的功能性,而且具有较低的价格,因而性价比非常高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扫拖一体机,其特征在于,包括扫拖组件、收纳组件、喷水组件和手柄,
    所述喷水组件被设置在所述手柄或所述扫拖组件上,包括蓄水壶组件和喷嘴组合件;
    所述喷水组件被设置为通过所述喷嘴组合件将所述蓄水壶组件中的水或清洁液喷洒在待扫拖的工作面上;
    所述扫拖组件包括电机和可在所述电机驱动下转动的滚筒式工作部;
    所述扫拖组件被设置为通过所述滚筒式工作部的转动,对工作面进行扫拖,并将工作面上的垃圾和液体带入所述收纳组件中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述喷嘴组合件为喷嘴,所述喷嘴为液体出口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述喷水组件包括手动泵或电动泵,所述手动泵或电动泵被设置为将所述蓄水壶组件中的水或清洁液喷洒在待扫拖的工作面上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述扫拖组件包括电池,所述电机由所述电池供电。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述滚筒式工作部的材质包括布、海棉、毡、胶棉或纤维。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述滚筒式工作部是可拆卸的。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述手柄包括握持弯部,所述握持弯部处设置有所述喷水组件的开关,所述开关为机械式开关或电子式开关。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,还包括控制开关,所述控制开关设置在所述扫拖组件或所述手柄上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述扫拖组件包括电子控制组件。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扫拖一体机,其中,所述收纳组件是可拆卸的。
