Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to the field of indoor cleaning tools, and in particular to a sweeping and mopping integrated machine, by which floor sweeping and floor mopping may be completed simultaneously.
- With the increasing improvement of people's quality of life, indoor cleaning becomes more and more important. In indoor cleaning, floor sweeping and floor mopping are common. At present, floor sweeping and floor mopping operations are performed separately. One needs to prepare tools for floor sweeping and floor mopping separately as well as operate floor sweeping and floor mopping separately at different time periods. There are a variety of cleaning tools prepared at home, occupying much space. Moreover, floor sweeping and floor mopping operations need to be performed separately, which is also a waste of time. In order to reduce the number of types of cleaning tools that one needs at home and to enable floor sweeping and floor mopping to be performed simultaneously for time saving, it is necessary to design a tool that can simultaneously sweep and mop the floor, so as to save space for a house and save the time taken by people in cleaning, thereby improving life efficiency.
- Therefore, those skilled in the art devote themselves to developing a novel cleaning tool that may complete floor sweeping and floor mopping at the same time.
- In view of the above drawbacks of the prior art, the technical problem to be resolved by the present invention is to provide a sweeping and mopping integrated machine.
- To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sweeping and mopping integrated machine, characterized by comprising a sweeping and mopping assembly, a collection assembly, a water spraying assembly, and a handle, wherein the water spraying assembly is provided on the handle or the sweeping and mopping assembly and comprises a water storage assembly and a nozzle assembly; the water spraying assembly is configured to spray, through the nozzle assembly, water or a cleaning liquid in the water storage assembly onto a working surface to be swept and mopped; the sweeping and mopping assembly comprises a motor and a drum-type working portion which is rotatable when driven by the motor; and the sweeping and mopping assembly is configured to sweep and mop the working surface and bring garbage and liquid on the working surface into the collection assembly through the rotation of the drum-type working portion.
- Further, the nozzle assembly is a nozzle which is provided as a liquid outlet.
- Further, the water spraying assembly comprises a manual pump or an electric pump.
- Further, the sweeping and mopping assembly comprises a battery, and the motor is powered by the battery.
- Further, the material of the drum-type working portion comprises cloth, sponge, felt, collodion, or fiber.
- Further, the drum-type working portion is detachable.
- Further, the handle comprises a gripping bend, wherein a switch of the water spraying assembly is provided at the gripping bend, and the switch is of a mechanical type or an electronic type.
- Further, the sweeping and mopping integrated machine further comprises a control switch, which is provided on the sweeping and mopping assembly or the handle.
- Preferably, the control switch is provided on a handle assembly.
- Further, the sweeping and mopping assembly comprises an electronic control assembly.
- Further, the collection assembly is detachable.
- Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, it is possible to spray water through a nozzle onto a floor to be mopped, which is conductive to wet floor mopping, and with the high-speed rotation of a rolling brush, garbage may be swept into a garbage box, and excess water and garbage may also be swept into the garbage box simultaneously, such that floor sweeping and floor mopping are performed simultaneously, thereby resolving the problem that an existing ordinary mop cannot sweep garbage and an ordinary sweeper cannot mop the floor once and for all.
- The drum-type working portion of the present invention may rotate at a high speed when driven by a motor, such that when a “mopping” effect is produced due to friction on a working surface such as a floor or a window, solid waste and liquid may be brought and drawn into the collection assembly with the rotational movement of the working portion and a negative pressure formed thereby, that is, a “sweeping” effect. Meanwhile, high-speed rotation may also “spin” the liquid absorbed by the working portion itself into the collection assembly, that is, a spin-drying function, such that the working portion may continuously absorb the liquid on the working surface.
- Existing dust collectors cannot perform wet floor mopping, are highly noisy, and are expensive and inconvenient to use without a power cord. Sweeping robots on the market cannot mop the floor in a wet manner, among which, very few can mop the floor in a wet manner but have secondary pollution and high price. Whereas the sweeping and mopping integrated machine of the present invention may be handheld and convenient to operate, without secondary pollution when performing wet floor mopping, and the price is low.
- The concepts, specific structures and produced technical effects of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, features, and effects of the present invention.

For ease of illustration, in the present invention, one end, which is close to a user (or a handle) or far away from a floor, of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine is called a “proximal end”, and the other end, which is far away from the user (or the handle) or close to the floor, of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine is called a “distal end”.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 , it is an overall schematic diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a sweeping and mopping integrated machine comprises a sweeping and moppingassembly 1 and awater spraying assembly 2 on a distal end and a handle assembly 4 on a proximal end. Thewater spraying assembly 2, the sweeping andmopping assembly 1, and the handle assembly 4 are connected by means of ahandle 3. Thehandle 3 is divided into a handle upper connecting rod and a handle lower connecting rod, which are connected by means of a handle connecting piece. The handle upper connecting rod is located on the proximal end and the handle lower connecting rod is located on the distal end. Specifically, the sweeping andmopping assembly 1 is connected to thewater spraying assembly 2, which is connected to the handle lower connecting rod. The sweeping and moppingassembly 1, thewater spraying assembly 2, the handle lower connecting rod, and the handle upper connecting rod are sequentially connected from the distal end to the proximal end of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine. - The handle assembly 4 is connected to the handle upper connecting rod. The handle lower connecting rod is connected to the handle upper connecting rod on a side towards the proximal end through the handle connecting piece and to the
water spraying assembly 2 on a side close to the distal end. Thewater spraying assembly 2 is connected to the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 through a connecting piece. Thewater spraying assembly 2 may be flexibly rotated relative to the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The user may adjust the angle between the handle and the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 by rotating the handle so as to ensure quick and easy adjustment to the most suitable and comfortable position when sweeping and mopping operations are performed. Connection between thewater spraying assembly 2 and the handle lower connecting rod is a fixed connection. In a process of using the sweeping and mopping integrated machine, thewater spraying assembly 2 is responsible for spraying water, which is atomized by the nozzle and falls on the floor evenly so as to keep the floor moist, while the sweeping andmopping assembly 1 is responsible for completing the floor mopping and floor sweeping operations, such that wet floor mopping and floor sweeping are completed simultaneously. Thewater spraying assembly 2 maintains a certain distance from the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The sweeping and moppingassembly 1, when in operation, is attached to the floor, and thewater spraying assembly 2 is fixed on the handle lower connecting rod and at a certain distance away from the floor so as to ensure that the water sprayed by thespray assembly 2 may be sprayed onto the floor instead of falling onto a surface of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The handle upper connecting rod is connected to the handle lower connecting rod on the side towards the distal end through the handle connecting piece and to the handle assembly 4 on the side close to the proximal end. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , thewater spraying assembly 2 comprises a water storage assembly 201 (as shown inFIG. 3 ) and a nozzle assembly 202 (as shown inFIG. 4 ). Thewater storage assembly 201 and thenozzle assembly 202 are fixedly connected, wherein thewater storage assembly 201 is located at an upper portion, and thenozzle assembly 202 is located at a lower portion. A lower end of thewater storage assembly 201 is provided with a protrusion, an upper end of thenozzle assembly 202 is provided with an opening, and the protruded lower end of thewater storage assembly 201 is inserted into the opening on the upper end of thenozzle assembly 202. In this embodiment, the two are fixedly connected by means of threads. An outer surface of the protruded lower end of thewater storage assembly 201 is provided with outer threads, and an inner wall at a corresponding position inside the opening on the upper end of thenozzle assembly 202 is provided with inner threads. Thewater storage assembly 201 is inserted into thenozzle assembly 202 from the upper end. The outer threads of the protruded lower end of thewater storage assembly 201 are riveted with the inner threads of the upper end of thenozzle assembly 202, such that thewater storage assembly 201 and thenozzle assembly 202 are connected together in a fixed manner. Clean water or an aqueous washing liquid is placed in thewater storage assembly 201. - As shown in
FIG. 4 , thenozzle assembly 202 comprises a small section of connecting rod, and thenozzle assembly 202 is fixedly connected to the small section of connecting rod. The connecting rod is a two-layer connecting rod comprising an inner rod and an outer rod. The connecting rod of thenozzle assembly 202 is fixedly connected to the handle lower connecting rod on one end and to the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 on the other end. When thewater storage assembly 201 and thenozzle assembly 202 are connected together in a fixed manner, the liquid in thewater storage assembly 201 may flow into thenozzle assembly 202 by making passages of the threads connected. Amanual pump 203 is built in the connecting rod of thenozzle assembly 202, and there is a liquid circulation channel between thenozzle assembly 202 and themanual pump 203. When themanual pump 203 is closed, themanual pump 203 cuts off the circulation of the liquid. When themanual pump 203 is open, the liquid flows through themanual pump 203, the manual pump may apply pressure to the liquid so as to push the liquid to flow from another channel into thenozzle assembly 202 and to be sprayed out of anozzle 204 in thenozzle assembly 202, thenozzle 204 may atomize the liquid first, and then, the atomized liquid may fall onto the floor evenly. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 comprises a detachabletransparent cover 1001, a control switch, a multi-directionalrotating head 1003, acharging indicator 1004, and aroller assembly 1005. The control switch is afoot switch 1002. The sweeping and moppingassembly 1 is connected to thewater spraying assembly 2 through the multi-directionalrotating head 1003.FIG. 6 shows a diagram of disassembled parts of the multi-directionalrotating head 1003. The multi-directionalrotating head 1003 comprises anE-shaped ring 100301, a reversinglink 100302, aplastic pin shaft 100303, and arotating shaft 100304. InFIG. 5 , thefoot switch 1002 is located on a rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 on one side of the multi-directionalrotating head 1003. Thefoot switch 1002 functions as a master switch, and the user of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine may step on thefoot switch 1002 to turn the sweeping and mopping integrated machine on or off. In this embodiment, turning on thefoot switch 1002 refers to making the sweeping and mopping integrated machine start the floor sweeping and floor mopping operations, and turning off thefoot switch 1002 refers to stopping the floor sweeping and floor mopping operations of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine. The chargingindicator 1004 is also located on the rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The charging indicator and thefoot switch 1002 are located on both sides of the multi-directionalrotating head 1003 respectively. Theroller assembly 1005 has two wheels which are located on both sides of the rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1, and the assembly is mounted at a lower portion of thefoot switch 1002, the multi-directionalrotating head 1003, and thecharging indicator 1004. The height of each of the wheels of theroller assembly 1005 is slightly larger than the thickness of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. When the sweeping and mopping integrated machine is operating, the height of each of the wheels may ensure that the sweeping and mowingassembly 1 is not dragged on the floor and may be at a proper distance from the floor, so as to guarantee that the floor mopping and floor sweeping operations are done with high quality. A detachabletransparent cover 1001 is provided on a front end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 and located on an upper side of the front end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The detachabletransparent cover 1001 is opened as shown inFIG. 7 , and acloth brush 1006, a cloth brush handle 1007, and a garbage box 1008 are also included in the sweeping and moppingassembly 1, wherein the garbage box 1008 may be taken out. Thecloth brush 1006 is a cylinder with a rotatable shaft in the middle. Thecloth brush 1006 is wrapped with cloth, which is equivalent to a rag for floor mopping. Thecloth brush 1006 is placed horizontally on the front end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 and is under the detachabletransparent cover 1001. Both ends of thecloth brush 1006 are connected by bottom fixing pieces of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 at respective positions. The cloth brush is connected to the cloth brush handle 1007 on one side and to a conveyor belt on the other side. The bottom fixing pieces are integrally formed with the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. When thefoot switch 1002 is turned on, thecloth brush 1006 starts to rotate at a high speed. The cloth on thecloth brush 1006 wipes, in a evenly wet manner, both water just sprayed onto the floor and the floor, and sweeps the excess water into the garbage box 1008 conveniently while sweeping the garbage into the garbage box. Working conditions of thecloth brush 1006 and the garbage box 1008 may be seen in real time through the detachabletransparent cover 1001. When the garbage box 1008 is almost full or after floor sweeping is finished, the detachabletransparent cover 1001 may be opened, and the garbage box 1008 may be taken out for garbage dumping and cleaning. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , a rear cover plate connected to thefoot switch 1002, the multi-directionalrotating head 1003, and thecharging indicator 1004 on the rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 is opened, and abattery pack 1009, aswitch 1010, a floor brush motor 1011, aconveyor belt 1012, and a charging interface 1013 are included therein. Theswitch 1010 may be turned on or off by stepping on thefoot switch 1002. Thebattery pack 1009 is charged via the charging interface 1013, stores electric energy and provides the stored electric energy to the floor brush motor 1011 for use. When theswitch 1010 is turned on, the floor brush motor 1011 starts to rotate and drives thecloth brush 1006 to rotate by means of theconveyor belt 1012. When theswitch 1010 is turned off, the floor brush motor 1011 stops rotating, theconveyor belt 1012 stops rotating, and thus, thecloth brush 1006 also stops rotating, and the sweeping and mopping integrated machine stops working. Thebattery pack 1009, thefoot switch 1002, and theswitch 1010 are located on the same side of the rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The floor brush motor 1011 and thecharging indicator 1004 are located on the other side of the rear end of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The floor brush motor 1011 is close to a wheel of theroller assembly 1005 on the same side. Theconveyor belt 1012 is connected to the wheel on one end and to one side of a rotating shaft of thecloth brush 1006 on the other end. Theconveyor belt 1012 has a larger diameter at the end connected to the wheel and a smaller diameter at the end connected to the rotating shaft of thecloth brush 1006. The rotational speed of the floor brush motor 1011 increases with theconveyor belt 1012, such that the rotational speed of the rotating shaft of thecloth brush 1006 is greater than that of the floor brush motor 1011. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , thehandle 3 is divided into a handle upper connecting rod and a handle lower connecting rod, which are connected by means of a handle connecting piece. The handle upper connecting rod comprises an innerupper connecting rod 301 and an outerupper connecting rod 302. The handle lower connecting rod comprises an outer lower connectingrod handle 306 and an inner lower connectingrod handle 307. The handle connecting piece between the handle upper connecting rod and the handle lower connecting rod comprises arod link 303, an outer-four-ridged strut for guidance ofinner rod 304, and an inner-four-ridged strut for guidance ofinner rod 305. The length of the connectingrod 3 may be adjusted flexibly so as to be appropriate to different operators. The innerupper connecting rod 301 and the outerupper connecting rod 302 are inner and outer rods both sleeved concentrically and slidable axially. - As shown in
FIG. 9 andFIG. 10 , the handle assembly 4 is connected to thehandle 3. The handle assembly 4 comprises anupper handle cover 401, ahook 402, alower handle cover 403, and ahandle pressing portion 404. Thehandle pressing portion 404 is connected to thenozzle assembly 202 through the innerupper connecting rod 301 and the inner lower connectingrod 307. Opening or closing of thenozzle 204 is driven by thehandle pressing portion 404. - In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
manual pump 203 is replaced by an electric pump, while other assemblies as well as positions of other assemblies remain unchanged. The electric pump is connected to a water tank, by which thenozzle 204 is opened or closed. - In a third preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control switch is provided at the handle assembly 4 and is a button switch 100201 (see
FIG. 11 andFIG. 12 ). Turning on thebutton switch 100201 refers to making the sweeping and mopping integrated machine start the floor sweeping and floor mopping operations, and turning off thebutton switch 100201 refers to stopping the floor sweeping and floor mopping operations of the sweeping and mopping integrated machine. Thebutton switch 100201 may also function as a power switch of the electric pump. The switch of the electric pump may be provided at the handle assembly 4 and turn the electric pump on and off in a wireless mode. The wireless mode comprises Bluetooth or radio frequency. When the switch of the electric pump is provided at the handle assembly 4, thehandle pressing portion 404 is a key switch of the electric pump. - In a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention, the
manual pump 203 is replaced by the electric pump, and thenozzle 204 is placed in the front of the sweeping and moppingassembly 1 so as to facilitate water spraying. At the same time, the electric pump and thewater storage assembly 201 are integrated into the sweeping and moppingassembly 1. The other assemblies are the same as in the second preferred embodiment. - As shown in Table 1, compared with various types of cleaning products of the prior art, the sweeping and mopping integrated machine of the present invention is not only stronger in functionality, but also lower in price, and thus, has a high price-to-performance ratio.

It should be understood that many modifications and changes can be made by a person of ordinary skill in the art according to the concepts of the present invention without creative labor. Therefore, any technical solutions that can be obtained by a person skilled in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experiments on the basis of the prior art according to the concepts of the present invention should fall within the scope of protection determined by the claims.
