背景技术
现有展示陈列的可移动托盘一般规格如800×600×190mm、600×400×200mm等,这类可移动托盘外尺寸的长和宽的规格相对统一,主要配合以600*400mm为主的容器,作为可移动容器的载体,即容器放置在可移动托盘上,作为单个或单元化容器的搬运和移动的解决方案。但类似的可移动托盘载体在移动和搬运过程中,多组移动载体单元的移动,需要托盘单元进行相互连接,即移动载体可以通过结构实现互连,便于托盘载体在其中一个的牵引下实现同步移动来减少来回搬运的人力浪费。
以已公开的发明专利US20120267869A1,其托盘连接较复杂,需要将被连接的托盘抬起,放置在连接托盘的上缘,而后使两个相连接的托盘进行部分交叠咬合,在托盘连接使用时,尤其是在托盘上表面承载货物后,连接的托盘不能被相互解除连接关系,即需要货物完全卸载后,按其装配的方式反向操作才可实现解除互联接,像这样操作不便,体验不佳,降低了托盘与托盘连接以及单个托盘载体相互切换周转使用的周转效率。

一实施例中,所述底座的安装有第二连接装置的侧缘的中部设有开口槽,在两个托盘相互连接时,一个托盘的第一连接装置的至少一部分位于该开口槽内。
一实施例中,所述第一连接件设有限位结构,所述第二连接件布置成在两个托盘相互连接时与所述限位结构配合。一实施例中,所述限位结构为限位孔或限位槽。
一实施例中,所述第一连接件布置成能够相对于所述底座平移。一实施例中,所述第一连接件进一步布置成能够相对于所述底座旋转。
一实施例中,所述第一连接装置进一步包括第一限位件,所述第一限位件连接于所述第一连接件并设置成使得在两个托盘相互连接时,对一个托盘相对于另一个托盘的一个运动方向进行限制。
一实施例中,所述第一连接装置进一步包括锁定件、锁定弹簧和第一复位弹簧,其中所述第一连接件经由所述第一复位弹簧与所述底座可移动连接,所述锁定件和所述锁定弹簧连接并均安装于所述第一连接件,使得所述锁定件能够相对于所述第一连接件伸出或缩回。
一实施例中,所述第一连接件具有U字形结构,U字的两臂均安装有所述第一复位弹簧,U字的底臂安装有锁定弹簧和两个所述锁定件,所述锁定件具有锁舌、操作部和弹簧安装部,其中所述锁定弹簧的两端分别安装于两个所述锁定件的弹簧 安装部,并且所述锁舌伸出所述第一连接件。
一实施例中,所述操作件具有手柄和连接于手柄的连接部,所述连接部连接于所述传动组件,所述传动组件穿过所述底座。
一实施例中,所述传动组件具有连接轴和驱动件,其中所述连接轴的一端与所述操作件连接,另一端与所述驱动件的一端连接,所述驱动件的另一端与所述第二连接件配合以驱动所述第二连接件上下运动。
一实施例中,所述传动组件进一步包括第二复位弹簧,所述第二复位弹簧的一端与所述第二连接件连接,另一端抵靠所述底座。
一实施例中,所述驱动件的所述另一端具有驱动杆,所述第二连接件具有锁舌和驱动槽,其中所述驱动杆与所述驱动槽配合,以驱动所述锁舌上下运动。
一实施例中,所述托盘进一步包括轮组件,所述轮组件安装于所述底座下侧。
一实施例中,所述托盘进一步包括刹车踏板组件,所述刹车踏板组件安装于另一对相对的侧缘下部并用于控制所述轮组件的刹车。
本发明提供了可从托盘侧缘解锁的连接装置,在托盘承载物不卸载的情况下实现托盘的相互分离,其操作便利,结构简单,易于维护。

如图1-2所示,托盘1具有底座2。底座2的下侧安装有轮组件3。底座2还安装有刹车踏板组件4。刹车踏板组件4用于控制轮组件3的刹车。这种类型的托盘具有轮组件3,可方便地移动,因此通常称为可移动托盘。
底座2具有两对相对的侧缘5、6、7、8。本实施例中,刹车踏板组件4安装于其中一对相对的侧缘5、7处。底座2的相对的侧缘6、8处分别设置第一连接装置9和第二连接装置10。一个托盘的第一连接装置9可与另一个托盘的第二连接装置10相互连接,从而将两个托盘连接在一起。底座2的设置有第一连接装置9的侧缘6的中部设有开口槽6a。底座2的设置有第二连接装置10的侧缘8的中部也设置有开口槽8a。在两个托盘相互连接时,一个托盘的第一连接装置的至少一部分位于该开口槽8a内。
如图1-5所示,第一连接装置9具有第一连接件11。第一连接件11连接于底座2并够相对于底座2在第一位置与第二位置之间移动。第一连接件处于第一位置时,第一连接装置处于非连接状态。第一连接件处于第二位置时,第一连接装置处于连接状态,即与另一个托盘连接。
第一连接件11上安装有锁定件12、锁定弹簧13和第一复位弹簧14。第一连接件11经由第一复位弹簧14与底座2可移动连接。较佳地,第一连接件11布置成能够相对于底座2平移和旋转。锁定弹簧13与锁定件12配合,使得锁定件12能够相对于第一连接件11伸出或缩回。这里,锁定件12用作第一连接装置的第一限位件,使得在两个托盘相互连接时,该第一限位件对一个托盘相对于另一个托盘的一个运动方向进行限制,例如对托盘的向上运动方向进行限制。应理解,该第一限位件也可采用其他结构来实现相同的功能。
本实施例中,如图3所示,第一连接件11具有U字形结构。U字的两臂均安装有第一复位弹簧14。每个第一复位弹簧14的一端固定连接于底座2,另一端固定连接于第一连接件11。U字的两臂进一步设有限位部11a。限位部11a与设置于底座上的限位部2f配合,以限制第一连接件的相对于底座2伸出的距离。U字的底臂设有开口槽15。开口槽内设有限位部19。开口槽15安装有锁定弹簧13和两个锁定件12,其中锁定弹簧13位于两个锁定件12之间。如图4-5所示,锁定件12为具有锁舌16、操作部17和弹簧安装部18的一体件。操作部17位于锁舌16的一端并高于锁舌16。操作部17正下方设有弹簧安装部18。组装时,锁定弹簧13的 两端分别安装于两个锁定件12的弹簧安装部18,并且锁舌16伸出第一连接件11。操作部17由限位部19限位。在将第一连接装置组装至底座2时,可以通过操作部17将锁舌缩回第一连接件11内,放置到位后,再松开使得锁舌16伸出。
对应地,底座2上在开口槽6a的两侧设有限位部6b,以在未连接状态下对锁舌16进行限位。底座2上在开口槽8a的两侧设有限位部8b,以在连接状态下,对锁舌16进行限位。
这里,U字形第一连接件的底臂作为限位结构,在两个托盘相互连接时,其与另一托盘的对应连接结构配合,以使得两个托盘保持连接状态。应理解的是,上述限位结构也可为限位孔或限位槽,只要其能够对另一托盘的对应连接结构进行该限位结构即可。
如图6所示,第二连接装置10具有第二连接件20。第二连接件20安装于底座2上。第二连接件20与驱动件21a、21b连接。驱动件21a、21b用于驱动第二连接件20上下运动。驱动件21a与连接轴22a的一端连接。连接轴22a的另一端穿过底座2并与操作件23a连接。操作件23a安装于底座的侧缘处。驱动件21b与连接轴22b的一端连接。连接轴22b的另一端穿过底座2并与操作件23b连接。操作件23a和操作件23b分别安装于底座2的一对相对的侧缘处。
由此,当要对两个相互连接的托盘进行解锁时,只需要在侧面操纵操作件23a或23b,就可实现解锁。以操纵操作件23a为例。操作件23a带动连接轴22a运动,连接轴22a带动驱动件21a动作,驱动件21a带动第二连接件20运动,从而使得第二连接件20和第一连接件11脱开连接,使得两个托盘可分离。
本实施例中,连接轴22a、22b和驱动件21a、21b构成传动组件,用于把操作件23a、23b的运动传递至第二连接件20。
进一步地,第二连接件20连接有第二复位弹簧24的一端。第二复位弹簧24的另一端抵靠底座2上的限位部2c。第二连接件20被驱动件21驱动向下运动时,第二复位弹簧24被压缩,由此提供给第二连接件20回复力。在第二连接件20不被驱动时,该回复力促使第二连接件20复位。
第二连接件20具有锁舌25。锁舌25的下方具有驱动槽26。驱动槽26与驱动件上的驱动杆配合,以驱动第二连接件20运动。锁舌25的一侧凸出的限位部27。凸出的限位部27用于在第二连接件20安装于底座2后,防止第二连接件20脱离底座2。锁舌25的下方设有弹簧安装部28,用于连接第二复位弹簧24,如图7-8 所示。
驱动件21a和21b的结构相同,在此以驱动件21a为例进行说明。如图9所示,驱动件21a具有连接部29。连接部29与连接轴22a连接。驱动臂30垂直于连接部29从连接部29延伸出。驱动臂30的末端平行于连接部29延伸出驱动杆31。驱动杆31可伸入驱动槽26,并与驱动槽26配合,以驱动锁舌25上下运动。
操作件23a和23b的结构相同,在此以操作件23a为例进行说明。如图10所示,操作件23a具有手柄32和连接于手柄32的连接部33。手柄部32的面向底座的一侧还设有限位部34。限位部34与底座上的限位部2d配合,用于将操作件23a可转动地连接于底座2并防止操作件23a脱离底座。连接部33用于连接连接轴22a。连接部33设有横截面为多边形的内孔35。连接轴22a的一端具有相应形状的横截面。连接部33上进一步设有另一限位部36。限位部36和限位部34配合,以将操作件23a可转动地保持在底座的侧缘处。
如图11-12所示,连接轴22a和连接轴22b的结构基本相同。连接轴22a和连接轴22b的两端均设置有横截面为多边形的连接段221和222。连接轴22a和连接轴22b之间不同之处在于连接段的长度。连接轴22a的一端的连接段较长,从而能够穿过驱动件21a并深入驱动件21b一部分。
如图13-14所示,组装好后,第一连接装置9的第一连接件11安装于底座的开口槽6a。第一连接件11能够相对于底座2被拉出。第二连接装置10的第二连接件20位于底座2的开口槽8a中。操作件23a和23b分别位于侧缘5和7处。旋转操作件23a或者23b,可以使得第二连接件20的锁舌上下运动以伸出或者缩回。当第二连接件20的锁舌伸出时,如图13所示,则托盘处于可连接状态。当第二连接件20的锁舌缩回时,如图14所示,则托盘处于可分离状态。
如图15-18所示,当两个托盘处于相互连接的状态时,第一个托盘的第一连接件11相对于其底座伸出并超出底座的侧缘进入另一个托盘的开口槽并与另一个托盘的第二连接件20配合以限制两个托盘在水平方向的相对移动。同时,第一托盘的第一连接装件上的锁定件12被另一个托盘限定,以限制两个托盘在垂直方向的相对移动。
当要将两个连接状态下的托盘分离时,仅需操纵操作件23a或者23b,就能够使得第二连接件20的锁舌向下运动脱离与第一连接件11的连接。第一连接件11在其复位弹簧14的作用下缩回至第一个托盘。由此,两个托盘实现分离。
本申请的托盘可通过连接装置实现两个或更多个托盘之间的相互连接,使得多个托盘实现同步移动。当相互连接的托盘移动至目的地后,通过底座侧缘的操作件进行操作解锁,使得连接的托盘实现解锁,而不需卸载托盘上承载的物品。本申请的连接装置尤其适于需快速移动,操作便利性要求高的托盘。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种托盘,所述托盘具有底座,所述底座具有两对相对的侧缘,其特征在于,所述底座进一步具有分别设置在所述底座的一对相对的侧缘处的第一连接装置和第二连接装置,其中
    所述第一连接装置包括:
    第一连接件,所述第一连接件设置成使得所述第一连接件能够相对于所述底座在第一位置与第二位置之间移动;
    所述第二连接装置包括:
    第二连接件;
    传动组件;以及
    设置在所述底座的另一对相对的侧缘处的操作件,其中所述操作件经由所述传动组件与所述第二连接件连接,并且所述操作件布置成能够操作所述第二连接件,使得所述第二连接件能够在连接位置与分离位置之间移动,
    其中,在两个托盘相互连接时,一个托盘的所述第一连接件处于所述第二位置,而另一个托盘的对应所述第二连接件处于所述连接位置,且一个托盘的所述第一连接件和另一个托盘的对应所述第二连接件相互连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述第一连接件设有限位结构,所述第二连接件布置成在两个托盘相互连接时与所述限位结构配合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述第一连接件布置成能够相对于所述底座平移,或者所述第一连接件布置成能够相对于所述底座旋转。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述第一连接装置进一步包括第一限位件,所述第一限位件连接于所述第一连接件并设置成使得在两个托盘相互连接时,对一个托盘相对于另一个托盘的一个运动方向进行限制。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述第一连接装置进一步包括锁定件、锁定弹簧和第一复位弹簧,其中所述第一连接件经由所述第一复位弹簧与所述底座可移动连接,所述锁定件和所述锁定弹簧连接并均安装于所述第一连接件,使得所述锁定件能够相对于所述第一连接件伸出或缩回。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述第一连接件具有U字形结 构,U字的两臂均安装有所述第一复位弹簧,U字的底臂安装有锁定弹簧和两个所述锁定件,所述锁定件具有锁舌、操作部和弹簧安装部,其中所述锁定弹簧的两端分别安装于两个所述锁定件的弹簧安装部,并且所述锁舌伸出所述第一连接件。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述操作件具有手柄和连接于手柄的连接部,所述连接部连接于所述传动组件,所述传动组件穿过所述底座。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述传动组件具有连接轴和驱动件,其中所述连接轴的一端与所述操作件连接,另一端与所述驱动件的一端连接,所述驱动件的另一端与所述第二连接件配合以驱动所述第二连接件上下运动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述驱动件的所述另一端具有驱动杆,所述第二连接件具有锁舌和驱动槽,其中所述驱动杆与所述驱动槽配合,以驱动所述锁舌上下运动。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述托盘进一步包括轮组件,所述轮组件安装于所述底座下侧。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述底座的安装有所述第二连接装置的侧缘的中部设有开口槽,在两个托盘相互连接时,一个托盘的第一连接装置的至少一部分位于该开口槽内。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述传动组件进一步包括第二复位弹簧,所述第二复位弹簧的一端与所述第二连接件连接,另一端抵靠所述底座。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的托盘,其特征在于,所述托盘进一步包括刹车踏板组件,所述刹车踏板组件安装于另一对相对的侧缘下部并用于控制所述轮组件的刹车。
