　前記集合住宅において、設置されるカメラの場所およびカメラの数は、特に制限されない。前記カメラは、例えば、前記集合住宅のエントランスにおいて、前記エントランスから内部に入ろうとする対象者を撮像できる場所に設置されればよい。また、前記カメラの設置場所は、例えば、取得する画像の種類に応じて、適宜設定できる。前記カメラの数は、特に制限されず、例えば、１つでもよいし、２つ以上でもよい。前記カメラの種類も特に制限されず、取得する画像の種類に応じて適宜設定できる。識別情報取得部１１は、例えば、リアルタイムでの情報提供を可能にできることから、前記カメラで撮像した画像情報を、リアルタイムで取得することが好ましい。画像情報は、例えば、エントランス前に立つ対象者ごとに、リアルタイムで取得することが好ましい。
　識別情報取得部１１は、前述のように、前記対象者の識別情報とあわせて、前記識別情報が取得された前記共同使用建物を特定する共同使用建物識別情報を、紐づけして取得する。前記対象者の識別情報である画像は、例えば、前述のように、カメラ等の前記撮像部により取得でき、前記撮像部により撮像された画像の画像情報には、前記撮像部の識別情報（ＩＤ）も含まれるため、前記対象者の画像を取得すれば、自動的に、前記撮像部が設置され、撮像が行われた前記共同使用建物の識別情報も取得できる。なお、前記対象者の識別情報が画像情報以外である場合、すなわち、例えば、ＩＤカード等の読み取り機、パスワードの入力装置等を使用して、対象者の識別情報を取得する場合も、同様である。
　認証部１２は、識別情報取得部１１が取得した前記対象者の画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた集合住宅識別情報と、記憶した画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた集合住宅識別情報とが一致するかを判定する。つまり、前記対象者の被認証用画像情報と、記憶した認証用画像情報とが一致するかを判定し、且つ、前記対象者の被認証用集合住宅識別情報と、記憶した認証用集合住宅識別情報とが一致するかを判定する。そして、両方が一致した場合に、本人であると認証する。前記画像情報の認証方法は、特に制限されない。前記画像情報が顔画像情報の場合、顔認証技術が使用でき、例えば、NeoFace　KAOATO等の顔認証システムが利用できる。前記集合住宅識別情報の認証方法は、特に制限されず、識別情報の対比により行える。
　本発明において「属性情報が一致する」とは、例えば、完全に一致している場合だけでなく、実質的に一致している場合（略一致）も含む。前記居住者の属性情報と、前記被提供者の属性情報とは、例えば、複数の属性情報のうち、例えば、少なくとも１種類が一致していればよく、２種類以上が一致してもよく、全てが一致してもよい。
　提供情報選択部１３は、本人認証できた場合、記憶した前記提供情報のうち、前記画像情報に紐づけされた居住者の属性情報と一致する前記被提供者の属性情報に紐づけされた提供情報を選択する。前記居住者の属性情報に、前述のように、例えば、前記居住者が求める情報項目が含まれている場合、本人認証された居住者が求める情報項目に関連する提供情報を、選択してもよい。
　出力部１４は、選択した前記選択情報を、前記認証された集合住宅識別情報で特定される集合住宅における表示部に対して出力する。情報提供装置１は、例えば、さらに、前記表示部を有してもよいし、有さなくてもよい。前者の場合、情報提供装置１は、装置内において、出力部１４から前記表示部に前記選択情報を出力する。また、後者の場合、情報提供装置１は、例えば、前記表示部と電気的に接続され、前記選択情報を前記表示部に出力してもよい。情報提供装置１と前記表示部との接続は、特に制限されず、例えば、有線でも無線でもよい。図２に示すように、情報提供装置１と表示部３１とは、例えば、通信回線網２を介して、接続可能であり、通信回線網２は、特に制限されず、前述と同様である。
　前記集合住宅における前記表示部は、特に制限されず、いわゆるディスプレイであり、具体例として、デジタルサイネージ（電子看板）等のサイネージがあげられる。前記サイネージは、例えば、ダイナミック・サイネージ、インタラクティブ・サイネージ、デジタル掲示板、デジタル表示サイネージ、デジタル・コンテンツ配信システム、電子ＰＯＰ、電子ポスター、電子ボード、電子情報ボード、電子ディスプレイ、電子看板システム、電子看板、電子掲示板、電子広告板、コーポレート・コミュニケーション・テレビ、または、イルミネーション・サイネージ等ともいう。前記表示部には、例えば、文章、イラストまたは写真等の画像、映像等が表示される。前記表示部は、例えば、音声発生部を兼ねてもよく、音声により情報を提示することもできる。前記集合住宅において前記表示部が設置される場所は、特に制限されず、例えば、居住者が集合住宅のエントランスのドアから内部に進んだ際に、目にとまる場所が好ましく、具体例として、エントランスホール、エレベータホール等があげられる。
　情報提供装置１は、例えば、さらに、開錠制御部１５を有してもよい。開錠制御部１５は、エントランスのドアの開錠と施錠とを制御する。開錠制御部１５は、本人認証できた場合に、前記集合住宅識別情報で特定される集合住宅のエントランスのドアを開錠する。他方、本人認証できなかった場合には、開錠制御部１５は、前記エントランスのドアを開錠せず、施錠状態を維持する。これにより、例えば、前記対象者が前記集合住宅の居住者である場合は、特別な操作等を行うことなく、容易に前記ドアを開錠して、前記集合住宅内に入ることができる。情報提供装置１の開錠制御部１５は、例えば、前記ドアと電気的に接続されており、認証部１２により認証ができると、前記ドアに、施錠を解除する開錠信号を送信することで、前記ドアを開錠することができる。
　図３に、情報提供装置１のハードウエア構成のブロック図を例示する。情報提供装置１は、例えば、ＣＰＵ（中央処理装置）１１５、メモリ１１６、バス１０３、入力装置１０４、ディスプレイ１０５、通信デバイス１０６、記憶装置１０７等を有する。情報提供装置１の各部は、例えば、それぞれのインターフェイス（Ｉ／Ｆ）により、バス１０３を介して、接続されている。
　ＣＰＵ１１５は、情報提供装置１の全体の制御を担う。情報提供装置１において、ＣＰＵ１１５により、例えば、本発明のプログラムやその他のプログラムが実行され、また、各種情報の読み込みや書き込みが行われる。具体的に、情報提供装置１は、例えば、ＣＰＵ１１５が、識別情報取得部１１、認証部１２、提供情報選択部１３、および開錠制御部１５として機能する。
　バス１０３は、例えば、前述したＣＰＵ１１５、メモリ１１６等のそれぞれの機能部間を接続する。また、バス１０３は、例えば、前述の表示部３１、およびカメラ３２等の外部機器とも接続できる。情報提供装置１は、バス１０３に接続された通信デバイス１０６により、通信回線網に接続でき、前記通信回線網を介して、前記外部機器と接続することもできる。
　メモリ１１６は、例えば、メインメモリを含み、前記メインメモリは、主記憶装置ともいう。ＣＰＵ１１５が処理を行う際には、例えば、後述する補助記憶装置に記憶されている、本発明のプログラム等の種々のプログラムを、メモリ１１６が読み込み、ＣＰＵ１１５は、メモリ１１６からデータを受け取って、前記プログラムを実行する。前記メインメモリは、例えば、ＲＡＭ（ランダムアクセスメモリ）である。メモリ１１６は、例えば、さらに、ＲＯＭ（読み出し専用メモリ）を含む。
　記憶装置１０７は、例えば、前記メインメモリ（主記憶装置）に対して、いわゆる補助記憶装置ともいう。記憶装置１０７は、例えば、記憶媒体と、前記記憶媒体に読み書きするドライブとを含む。前記記憶媒体は、特に制限されず、例えば、内蔵型でも外付け型でもよく、ＨＤ（ハードディスク）、ＦＤ（フロッピー（登録商標）ディスク）、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ、ＣＤ－Ｒ、ＣＤ－ＲＷ、ＭＯ、ＤＶＤ、フラッシュメモリー、メモリーカード等があげられ、前記ドライブは、特に制限されない。記憶装置１０７は、例えば、記憶媒体とドライブとが一体化されたハードディスクドライブ（ＨＤＤ）も例示できる。記憶装置１０７は、例えば、本発明のプログラム等の動作プログラム１０８が格納され、前述のように、ＣＰＵ１１５を実行させる際、メモリ１１６が、記憶装置１０７から前記動作プログラムを読み込む。記憶装置１０７は、例えば、記憶部１０（居住者情報記憶部１０１および提供情報記憶部１０２）であり、前述した居住者情報１０９、画像情報１１０、属性情報１１１、集合住宅識別情報１１２、提供情報１１３、提供情報の被提供者の属性情報１１４を格納する。
　情報提供装置１は、例えば、さらに、入力装置１０４、ディスプレイ１０５を任意で有する。入力装置１０４は、例えば、タッチパネル、キーボード、マウス等である。ディスプレイ１０５は、例えば、ＬＥＤディスプレイ、液晶ディスプレイ等であり、また、前記サイネージであってもよい。
　つぎに、本実施形態の情報提供方法について説明する。本実施形態の情報提供方法は、例えば、図１～図３に示す情報提供装置１を用いて実施できる。なお、本実施形態の情報提供方法は、これらの図面に示す情報提供装置１の使用には限定されない。また、本実施形態の情報提供方法における記載は、前述した情報提供装置１に援用できる。
　本発明の情報提供方法は、前述した関係者情報と提供情報とを使用する。本発明の情報提供方法は、例えば、前記本発明の情報提供装置における記憶部に記憶された、前記関係者情報および前記提供情報を使用できる。また、本発明の情報提供方法は、例えば、記憶工程を有し、前記記憶工程において、前記関係者情報と前記提供情報とを記憶してもよい。具体的に、前記記憶工程は、例えば、居住者情報記憶工程と、提供情報記憶工程とを有する。前記居住者情報記憶工程は、複数の集合住宅の居住者情報の記憶工程であり、前記居住者情報として、居住者ごとに、画像情報と属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶し、前記属性情報は、前記居住者が居住する集合住宅を特定する集合住宅識別情報を含み、例えば、情報提供装置１の居住者情報記憶部１０１により実行できる。また、前記提供情報記憶工程は、居住者に対する提供情報と、前記提供情報の被提供者の属性情報とを紐づけして記憶し、例えば、情報提供装置１の提供情報記憶部１０２により実行できる。
　前記識別情報取得工程は、前記集合住宅のエントランスで撮像された対象者の画像情報と、前記画像情報が撮像された前記集合住宅を特定する集合住宅識別情報とを、紐づけして取得し、例えば、情報提供装置１の識別情報取得部１１により実行できる。
　前記認証工程は、前記取得した対象者の画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた集合住宅識別情報と、前記顔画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた集合住宅識別情報とが、一致するかを判定し、前記画像情報および前記共同使用建物識別情報が一致する場合、本人であると認証し、例えば、情報提供装置１の認証部１２により実行できる。
　前記提供情報選択工程は、本人認証できた場合、前記提供情報のうち、前記画像情報に紐づけされた居住者の属性情報と一致する前記被提供者の属性情報に紐づけされた提供情報を選択し、例えば、情報提供装置１の提供情報選択部１３により実行できる。
　前記出力工程は、前記選択した提供情報を、前記認証された集合住宅識別情報で特定される集合住宅における表示部に対して出力し、例えば、情報提供装置１の出力部１４により実行できる。
　本実施形態の情報提供方法は、例えば、さらに、エントランスのドアの開錠制御工程を有してもよい。前記開錠制御工程は、本人認証できた場合、前記集合住宅識別情報で特定される集合住宅のエントランスのドアを開錠し、例えば、情報提供装置１の開錠制御部１５により実行できる。
　つぎに、本実施形態の情報提供方法について、図４のフローチャートを用いて、より具体的に説明する。なお、本発明の情報提供方法は、これらの例に制限されない。
　前記フローチャートを用いた説明を行うにあたって、一例として、情報提供装置１を使用する際の状態を説明する。情報提供装置１は、前述のように、例えば、マンション等の集合住宅において、エントランスホール等に設置されたデジタルサイネージ等の表示部に情報を提供する装置である。そこで、図５に、情報提供装置１の使用時における、マンションＸのエントランスおよびエントランスホールの状態の概略を示す。図５（Ａ）に示すように、マンションＸのエントランスには、エントランス外５０とエントランス内（エントランスホール）５２との間に、ドア５１が設けられており、ドア５１は、例えば、自動ドアである。ドア５１は、例えば、施錠されている。エントランス外５０には、カメラ３２が設けられており、エントランスのドア５１前に人が到着すると、前記被認証用画像情報として、その顔画像が撮像される。エントランス内５２には、表示部３１が設けられており、表示部３１は、例えば、デジタルサイネージである。
　予め、情報提供装置１の記憶部１０に、前記居住者情報として、居住者ごとに、認証用識別情報（認証用顔画像情報）とその属性情報とを紐づけて記憶させておき、また、前記提供情報として、前記居住者に対する提供情報と前記提供情報の被提供者の属性情報とを紐づけて記憶させておく。
　一方、対象者４が、マンションＸのエントランス外５０のドア５１前に到着すると、カメラ３２により対象者４の顔画像が撮像される。そして、情報提供装置１の識別情報取得部１１は、マンションＸのエントランスで撮像された対象者４の被認証用画像情報と、対象者４の被認証用画像情報が撮像されたマンションＸを特定する被認証用集合住宅識別情報Ｘとを、紐づけて取得する（Ｓ１００）。
　つぎに、記憶部１０に記憶した前記集合住宅の居住者の認証用顔画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた認証用集合住宅識別情報を参照し（Ｓ１０１）、これらと、前記取得した対象者４の被認証用顔画像情報およびそれに紐づけされた被認証用集合住宅識別情報Ｘとが、一致するかを判定する（Ｓ１０２）。対象者４の被認証用顔画像情報が、記憶した複数の認証用顔画像情報のうちの一つと一致し、且つ、対象者４の被認証用顔画像情報に紐づけされた被認証用集合住宅識別情報Ｘが、一致した前記認証用顔画像情報に紐づけされた認証用集合住宅識別情報と一致する場合、本人認証される（ＹＥＳ）。
　本人認証できた場合、開錠制御部１５により、マンションＸのドア５１を開錠する（Ｓ１０３）。また、記憶部１０に記憶した提供情報のうち、前記認証した認証用顔画像情報に紐づけされた居住者の属性情報と一致する、前記被提供者の属性情報に紐づけされた提供情報を選択する（Ｓ１０４）。そして、前記選択した提供情報を、前記認証された集合住宅識別情報で特定されるマンションＸの表示部３１に対し出力し（Ｓ１０５）、終了する（ＥＮＤ）。表示部３１には、例えば、広告３１０等の情報が表示され、開錠したドア５１からエントランス内５２に入った対象者４は、エントランスホールの表示部３１により、様々な情報を取得できる。
　一方、本人認証できなかった場合（ＮＯ）は、開錠制御部１５により、マンションＸのドア５１の施錠を維持し（Ｓ１０６）、開錠はせずに、終了する（ＥＮＤ）。
（変形例１）
　情報提供装置１は、例えば、さらに、表示制御部を有してもよい。前記表示制御部は、前記集合住宅における、前記エントランスと表示部３１との距離に基づいて、前記集合住宅のエントランスで対象者の画像情報が撮像されてから所定時間後に、表示部３１に前記選択した提供情報が表示されるように制御する。これによって、対象者が認証され、前記エントランス外から前記エントランス内に進み、前記集合住宅内に設置された表示部３１の前に到達するころに、前記対象者に対する情報を提示することができる。前記所定時間は、任意に設定でき、例えば、前記エントランスと表示部３１との距離、さらに、人の一般的な歩行速度等から設定できる。
　また、前記表示制御部は、例えば、所定時間の間、表示部３１に前記提供情報が表示されるように制御してもよい。これによって、例えば、対象者が、表示部３１に表示された前記提供情報を読む前に表示が消えることを防止できる。表示時間は、特に制限されず、例えば、１５～６０秒である。
　また、エントランスを複数の人が通過する場合がある。このように、認証部１２が、連続して、複数の対象者の画像情報を認証し、提供情報選択部１３が、連続して前記提供情報を選択した場合、前記表示制御部は、例えば、先に選択された提供情報を一定時間表示した後、次に選択された提供情報が表示されるように制御してもよい。これにより、例えば、連続して人がエントランスを通過した場合でも、通過した人の順に、効率よく情報を提供できる。
　本実施形態の情報提供方法は、例えば、さらに、表示制御工程を有してもよく、前記表示制御工程は、前記表示制御部により実行でき、その内容は、前記表示制御部の記載を援用できる。
（変形例２）
　情報提供装置１の記憶部１０は、例えば、さらに、選択結果記憶部を有してもよい。前記選択結果記憶部は、例えば、前記選択した提供情報と、前記認証された集合住宅識別情報と、前記画像情報に紐づけされた居住者の属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶する。これにより、例えば、どのような属性情報を持つ個人に対し、どのような提供情報が提供されたかを蓄積することができ、マーケティングに有用である。
　本実施形態の情報提供方法は、例えば、さらに、選択結果記憶工程を有してもよく、前記選択結果記憶工程は、前記選択結果記憶部により実行でき、その内容は、前記選択結果記憶部の記載を援用できる。
（変形例３）
　前記提供情報は、例えば、さらに、二次元コードを含んでもよい。前記二次元コードは、例えば、二次元パターンコードである。前記二次元パターンコードは、例えば、ＡＲパターンコード、ＱＲパターンコード等があげられる。前記ＡＲパターンコードは、例えば、ARToolKit、ARTag、CyberCode、ARToolKitPlus等があげられる。前記二次元コードは、例えば、携帯電話、スマートフォン、またはタブレット端末等に搭載されたカメラで読み取ることで、前記提供情報の詳細等を読み込むことができる。このため、例えば、表示部３１に表示された前記二次元コードを、対象者４が、前記端末等によって読み取ることで、サイネージ等の表示部３１の他、前記端末によって、改めて提供情報を取得することができる。

　本実施形態のプログラムは、前記本発明の情報提供方法を、コンピュータ上で実行可能なプログラムである。または、本実施形態のプログラムは、例えば、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録されてもよい。前記記録媒体としては、特に限定されず、例えば、前述のような記憶媒体等があげられる。

前記認証工程において、連続して、複数の識別情報を判定し、前記提供情報選択工程において、連続して、前記提供情報を選択した場合、
前記表示制御工程は、先に選択された提供情報を一定時間表示した後、次に選択された提供情報が表示されるように制御する、付記１４から１６のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

さらに、選択結果記憶工程を有し、
前記選択結果記憶工程は、前記選択した提供情報と、前記認証された共同使用建物識別情報と、前記認証用識別情報に紐づけされた関係者の属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶する、付記１４から１７のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

前記属性情報が、さらに、年代、性別、趣味、嗜好、家族構成、および前記共同使用建物における前記関係者が使用する階層からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、付記１４から１８のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

前記提供情報が、広告情報、地域情報、天候情報、医療情報、介護情報、住まい情報、ペット関連情報、子育て関連情報、住環境サービス情報、行政情報、防災情報、防犯情報、管理人からのお知らせ情報、共同使用建物の組合情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、付記１４から１９のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

さらに、前記表示部は、前記出力工程から出力された前記選択した提供情報を表示する、付記１４から２０のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

前記提供情報は、さらに、二次元コードを含む、付記１４から２１のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

前記識別情報は、顔画像情報、指紋画像情報、および虹彩画像情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの画像情報である、付記１４から２４のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法。

付記１４から２５のいずれかに記載の情報提供方法をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とするプログラム。
（付記２７）
付記２６記載のプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
　本発明によれば、提供を受ける被提供者にとって、有用となり得る情報を提供できる。これにより、被提供者は、例えば、より利便性のよい生活が可能となる。

Claims (27)

  1. 記憶部、識別情報取得部、認証部、提供情報選択部、および出力部を有し、
    前記記憶部は、
    　　関係者情報記憶部と、提供情報記憶部とを有し、
    前記関係者情報記憶部は、
    　　複数の共同使用建物の関係者情報の記憶部であり、
    　　前記関係者情報として、関係者ごとに、認証用識別情報と属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶し、
    　　前記属性情報は、前記関係者が使用する共同使用建物を特定する共同使用建物識別情報を含み、
    前記提供情報記憶部は、
    　　関係者に対する提供情報と、前記提供情報の被提供者の属性情報とを紐づけして記憶し、
    前記識別情報取得部は、
    　　前記共同使用建物のエントランスで取得された対象者の識別情報と、前記識別情報が取得された前記共同使用建物を特定する共同使用建物識別情報とを、紐づけして取得し、
    前記認証部は、
    　　前記取得した対象者の識別情報およびそれに紐づけされた共同使用建物識別情報と、前記記憶部に記憶した認証用識別情報およびそれに紐づけされた共同使用建物識別情報とが、一致するかを判定し、前記識別情報および前記共同使用建物識別情報が一致する場合、本人であると認証し、
    前記提供情報選択部は、
    　　本人認証できた場合、前記記憶された提供情報のうち、前記認証用識別情報に紐づけされた関係者の属性情報と一致する前記被提供者の属性情報に紐づけされた提供情報を選択し、
    前記出力部は、前記選択した提供情報を、前記認証された共同使用建物識別情報で特定される共同使用建物における表示部に対して出力する
    ことを特徴とする情報提供装置。
  2. さらに、エントランスのドアの開錠制御部を有し、
    前記開錠制御部は、
    　　本人認証できた場合、前記共同使用建物識別情報で特定される共同使用建物のエントランスのドアを開錠する、請求項１記載の情報提供装置。
  3. さらに、表示制御部を有し、
    前記表示制御部は、前記エントランスと前記表示部との間の距離に基づいて、前記共同使用建物のエントランスで対象者の識別情報が取得されてから所定時間後に、前記表示部に前記選択した提供情報が表示されるように制御する、請求項１または２記載の情報提供装置。
  4. さらに、表示制御部を有し、
    前記認証部が、連続して、複数の識別情報を判定し、前記提供情報選択部が、連続して、前記提供情報を選択した場合、
    前記表示制御部は、先に選択された提供情報を一定時間表示した後、次に選択された提供情報が表示されるように制御する、請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  5. 前記記憶部は、さらに、選択結果記憶部を有し、
    前記選択結果記憶部は、前記選択した提供情報と、前記認証された共同使用建物識別情報と、前記認証用識別情報に紐づけされた関係者の属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶する、請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  6. 前記属性情報が、さらに、年代、性別、趣味、嗜好、家族構成、および共同使用建物における前記関係者が使用する階層からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項１から５のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  7. 前記提供情報が、広告情報、地域情報、天候情報、医療情報、介護情報、住まい情報、ペット関連情報、子育て関連情報、行政情報、住環境サービス情報、防災情報、防犯情報、管理人からのお知らせ情報、および共同使用建物の組合情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項１から６のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  8. さらに、前記表示部を有し、
    前記表示部は、前記出力部から出力された前記選択した提供情報を表示する、請求項１から７のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  9. 前記出力部と前記表示部とは、通信回線網を介して接続可能である、請求項８記載の情報提供装置。
  10. 前記表示部が、デジタルサイネージである、請求項１から９のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  11. 前記提供情報は、さらに、二次元コードを含む、請求項１から１０のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  12. 前記共同使用建物が、マンション、オフィスビル、およびホテルからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つである、請求項１から１１のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  13. 前記識別情報は、顔画像情報、指紋画像情報、および虹彩画像情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの画像情報である、請求項１から１２のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置。
  14. 関係者情報と提供情報とを使用し、
    前記関係者情報は、
    　　複数の共同使用建物の関係者情報であり、
    　　前記関係者情報として、関係者ごとに、認証用識別情報と属性情報とが、紐づけられており、
    　　前記属性情報は、前記関係者が使用する共同使用建物を特定する共同使用建物識別情報を含み、
    前記提供情報は、
    　　関係者に対する提供情報と、前記提供情報の被提供者の属性情報とが、紐づけられており、
    識別情報取得工程、認証工程、提供情報選択工程、および出力工程を有し、
    前記識別情報取得工程は、
    　　前記共同使用建物のエントランスで取得された対象者の識別情報と、前記識別情報が取得された前記共同使用建物を特定する共同使用建物識別情報とを、紐づけして取得し、
    前記認証工程は、
    　　前記取得した対象者の識別情報およびそれに紐づけされた共同使用建物識別情報と、前記認証用識別情報およびそれに紐づけされた共同使用建物識別情報とが、一致するかを判定し、前記識別情報および前記共同使用建物識別情報が一致する場合、本人であると認証し、
    前記提供情報選択工程は、
    　　本人認証できた場合、前記提供情報のうち、前記認証用識別情報に紐づけされた関係者の属性情報と一致する前記被提供者の属性情報に紐づけされた提供情報を選択し、
    前記出力工程は、前記選択した提供情報を、前記認証された共同使用建物識別情報で特定される共同使用建物における表示部に対して出力する
    ことを特徴とする情報提供方法。
  15. さらに、エントランスのドアの開錠制御工程を有し、
    前記開錠制御工程は、
    　　本人認証できた場合、前記共同使用建物識別情報で特定される共同使用建物のエントランスのドアを開錠する、請求項１４記載の情報提供方法。
  16. さらに、表示制御工程を有し、
    前記表示制御工程は、前記エントランスと前記表示部との間の距離に基づいて、前記共同使用建物のエントランスで対象者の識別情報が取得されてから所定時間後に、前記表示部に前記選択した提供情報が表示されるように制御する、請求項１４または１５記載の情報提供方法。
  17. さらに、表示制御工程を有し、
    前記認証工程において、連続して、複数の識別情報を判定し、前記提供情報選択工程において、連続して、前記提供情報を選択した場合、
    前記表示制御工程は、先に選択された提供情報を一定時間表示した後、次に選択された提供情報が表示されるように制御する、請求項１４から１６のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  18. さらに、選択結果記憶工程を有し、
    前記選択結果記憶工程は、前記選択した提供情報と、前記認証された共同使用建物識別情報と、前記認証用識別情報に紐づけされた関係者の属性情報とを、紐づけして記憶する、請求項１４から１７のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  19. 前記属性情報が、さらに、年代、性別、趣味、嗜好、家族構成、および前記共同使用建物における前記関係者が使用する階層からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項１４から１８のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  20. 前記提供情報が、広告情報、地域情報、天候情報、医療情報、介護情報、住まい情報、ペット関連情報、子育て関連情報、住環境サービス情報、行政情報、防災情報、防犯情報、管理人からのお知らせ情報、共同使用建物の組合情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項１４から１９のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  21. さらに、前記表示部は、前記出力工程から出力された前記選択した提供情報を表示する、請求項１４から２０のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  22. 前記提供情報は、さらに、二次元コードを含む、請求項１４から２１のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  23. 請求項１から１３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供装置を使用する、請求項１４から２２のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  24. 前記共同使用建物が、マンション、オフィスビル、およびホテルからなる群から選択された少なくとも一つである、請求項１４から２３のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  25. 前記識別情報は、顔画像情報、指紋画像情報、および虹彩画像情報からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの画像情報である、請求項１４から２４のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法。
  26. 請求項１４から２５のいずれか一項に記載の情報提供方法をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とするプログラム。
