电梯控制方法、装置、服务器及存储介质
本申请要求于2018年11月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为201811456734.5、发明名称为“电梯控制方法、装置及服务器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种电梯控制方法、装置、服务器及存储介质。
背景技术
随着出差工作或者旅游的需要,用户经常需要入住酒店。有些用户通过网上预约的方式,提前在网上预订酒店,有些用户在现场临时寻找酒店入住。
实践中发现,酒店经常有各种类型的人出没,比如推销人员、犯罪分子等,所有人都可以通过电梯进入客房区域。当这些人进入酒店的客房区域时,如果住宿用户缺乏安全意识,则住宿用户的人身安全以及财产安全得不到保障。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种电梯控制方法、装置、服务器及存储介质,能够保障用户的人身财产安全。
一种电梯控制方法,所述方法包括:
当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,采集所述用户的人脸图像;
判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;
若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,获取所述目标人脸图像的图像标识;
依据所述图像标识确定用户身份为租客时,获取所述用户的客房信息,并根据所述客房信息确定所述用户预定的房间的楼层号;
开启所述客房电梯中所述楼层号的楼层指示灯;
当检测到所述用户在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯时,开启到达所述房间途经的楼道指示灯。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
记录所述用户的人脸匹配结果,所述人脸匹配结果用于表明所述用户为租客;
将所述人脸匹配结果存储至与所述用户的人脸图像匹配的个人预定信息中。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
当检测到所述用户进入有权限限制的目标区域时,获取所述用户的个人预定信息;
若所述个人预定信息中存储有所述用户的人脸匹配结果,允许所述用户进入所述目标区域。

当接收到关联设备发送的所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息时,根据所述消费信息,生成消费订单;

采集模块,用于当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,采 集所述用户的人脸图像;
判断模块,用于判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;
开启模块,用于若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。
一种服务器,所述服务器包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器用于存储至少一个指令,所述处理器用于执行所述至少一个指令以实现所述的电梯控制方法。
一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个指令,所述至少一个指令被处理器执行时实现所述的电梯控制方法。
由以上技术方案,本发明中,当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,可以采集所述用户的人脸图像;判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。可见,本发明中,无论什么用户进入客房电梯的预设范围,都需要先采集用户的人脸图像,对采集的人脸图像进行比对判断,若判断出预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,表明用户为合法用户(租客或酒店人员),则可以允许用户乘坐客房电梯,进而自动开启客房电梯,从而能够保障用户的人身财产安全。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例的电梯控制方法应用在服务器中,也可以应用在服务器和通过网络与所述服务器进行连接的电子设备所构成的硬件环境中,由服务器和电子设备共同执行。网络包括但不限于:广域网、城域网或局域网。
其中,服务器可以是指能对网络中其它设备(如电子设备)提供服务的计算机系统。如果一个个人电脑能够对外提供文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol,简称FTP)服务,也可以叫服务器。从狭义范围上讲,服务器专指某些高性能计算机,能通过网络,对外提供服务,其相对于普通的个人电脑来说,稳定性、安全性、性能等方面都要求更高,因此在CPU、芯片组、内存、磁盘系统、网络等硬件和普通的个人电脑有所不同。
其中,所述电子设备是一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、数字处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、嵌入式设备等。所述电子设备包括但不限于任何一种可与用户通过键盘、鼠标、遥控器、触摸板或声控设备等方式进行人机交互的电子产品,例如,个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、交互式网络电视(Internet Protocol Television,IPTV)、智能式穿戴式设备、数码相机等。
请参见图1,图1是本发明公开的一种电梯控制方法的较佳实施例的流程图。其中,根据不同的需求,该流程图中步骤的顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
S11、当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,服务器采集所述用户的人脸图像。
其中,酒店的电梯可以分为多种,比如客房电梯、货梯、普通电梯等。其中,乘坐客房电梯可以进入酒店的客房区域,而货梯以及普通电梯均不能进入酒店的客房区域,货梯用于运输货物,乘坐普通电梯可以进入酒店的非客房区域。
其中,可以预先设定一个预设范围,比如以客房电梯的出入口为中心的1米范围内的区域,当用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,服务器可以控制设置在客房电梯出入口处的摄像头采集所述用户的人脸图像。
S12、服务器判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像。
本发明实施例中,无论用户是现场预定酒店还是网上预约酒店,用户在到达酒店时,用户均需要在酒店前台办理入住手续,根据公安部颁发的《旅馆业 治安管理信息系统》的要求,需要在酒店前台进行身份证登记验证和人脸拍照识别,服务器将采集到的人脸图像作为预设人脸图像,将用户的身份信息和预设人脸图像进行储存,同时,生成用户的酒店入住登记信息。
为了防止非法用户(即非酒店入住用户或非酒店人员)进入客房区域,当用户进入客房电梯的预设范围时,服务器需要判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与采集到的所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,以确定所述用户的身份。
S13、若预先存储的预设人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,服务器开启所述客房电梯。
本发明实施例中,若服务器判断预先存储的人脸图像中存在与采集到的所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,表明所述用户为合法用户(即酒店入住用户),服务器可以控制开启所述客房电梯,允许所述用户乘坐所述客房电梯进入客房区域。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,获取所述目标人脸图像的图像标识;
依据所述图像标识确定用户身份为租客时,获取所述用户的客房信息,并根据所述客房信息确定所述用户预定的房间的楼层号;
开启所述客房电梯中所述楼层号的楼层指示灯;
当检测到所述用户在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯时,开启到达所述房间途经的楼道指示灯。
在该可选的实施方式中,服务器可以预先存储酒店入住用户以及酒店人员的人脸图像,为了加以区分,可以将酒店入住用户的人脸图像以及酒店人员的人脸图像分别用不同的图像标识进行标记,比如:使用红色标签对酒店入住用户的人脸图像进行标记,使用黑色标签对酒店人员的人脸图像进行标记。
在预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像的情况下,为了进一步确认是否为酒店入住用户,可以获取所述目标人脸图像的图像标识,若所述图像标识表明所述目标人脸图像所属的目标用户为租客,服务器可以确定所述用户为租客,即酒店入住用户;进而从获取所述用户的客房信息,并根据所述客房信息确定所述用户预定的房间的楼层号,服务器就可以直接开启所述客房电梯中所述楼层号的楼层指示灯;比如客户预订的房间为502,则可以确定所在的楼层号为5楼,并开启所述客房电梯中5楼的楼层指示灯。此外,还可以进一步检测用户是否在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯,当检测到所述用户在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯时,服务器还可以开启到达所述房间途经的楼道指示灯,换句话说,用户到达所述房间,途径的楼道指示灯都需要开启。其中,楼道指示灯用于为所述用户照亮行走的路线,同时,指引用户顺利到达 所述房间,提高用户体验。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
若预先存储的人脸图像中不存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,确定所述用户为非法用户:
启动安防报警器;
将携带有所述用户的人脸图像的报警信息发送至安防设备。
在该可选的实施方式中,如果预先存储的人脸图像中不存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,服务器可以确定所述用户为非法用户,即不是酒店入住用户,也不是酒店人员,为了防止所述用户在酒店做出违法行为,服务器可以立即启动安防报警器,以让其他用户提高警惕,此外,还可以将携带有所述用户的人脸图像的报警信息发送至安防设备。这样,安防设备就存储有所述用户的人脸图像了,有利于对所述用户的行为进行监控。一旦发生损害酒店入住用户的人身财产安全的事情,可以及时的采取相应的措施。
可选的,当有多个用户进入客房电梯所属的预设范围时,服务器需要采集多个用户的人脸图像,然后进行比对判断,如果发现任一个用户的人脸图像不存在于人脸图像中时,可以标记所述任一个用户,并将所述任一个用户的人脸图像发送至安防设备,待安防人员前来将所述任一个用户请出酒店时,即可开启所述客房电梯,允许其他合法的用户进入客房电梯。
其中,安防设备可以包括但不限于各种电子设备或服务器。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
在接收到所述用户进入所述客房电梯的指令后,在预设时间内开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。
在该可选的实施方式中,当所述用户进入所述客房电梯后可以触发生成指令并发送至服务器,服务器在接收到所述指令后,可以在预设时间内开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备,其中所述控制设备可以包括但不限于空调、门窗、窗帘、热水器等。其中,所述预设时间可以是从所述用户进入所述客房电梯之后的一段时间,比如5min。
可选的,所述在预设时间内开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备包括:
获取所述用户预定的房间的控制设备的历史控制参数;
判断所述历史控制参数中是否存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数;
若所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备;或
若所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第二预设时间内,使用默认模式中的默认参数开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。
在该可选的实施方式中,所述房间的控制设备有多个用户使用过,相应地, 每个用户调节所述控制设备的控制参数也不同。在接收到所述用户进入所述客房电梯的指令后,可以先获取所述用户预定的房间的控制设备的历史控制参数,并判断所述历史控制参数中是否存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在一些应用场景中,如果所述用户为老用户,则所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在另一些应用场景中,如果所述用户为新用户,但是所述用户在第一次进入所述房间时调节了所述房间的控制设备的目标控制参数,当所述用户第二次进入所述房间时,所述历史控制参数中就存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数。
如果所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,则可以在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备,从而能够针对性地根据用户的使用习惯来开启控制设备,提高用户体验。
如果所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,则可以在第二预设时间内,使用默认模式中的默认参数开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。其中,在默认模式下,所述控制设备的默认参数都是出厂时默认设置的。可选的,在所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数的情况下,还可以根据当前的环境信息配置所述控制设备的控制参数,进而使用配置的控制参数来开启所述控制设备,从而可以提高用户体验。
其中,第一预设时间和第二预设时间可以相同,也可以不同,本发明实施例不做限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
记录所述用户在住宿期间的所有消费明细;
对所述消费明细进行统计分析,获得所述用户的消费习惯信息;
提取所述用户的用户特征;

在该可选的实施方式中,用户在住宿期间可能会进行其他消费,比如在酒店就餐,享受酒店提供的不包括在房费里的其他服务等,服务器可以记录这些消费明细,根据消费明细进行统计分析,以获得所述用户的消费习惯信息;比如用户在酒店的西餐厅进行就餐,可以分析出所述用户喜欢西餐;进一步地,提取所述用户的用户特征,建立所述用户特征与所述消费习惯信息之间的对应关系。比如:可以提取所述用户的年龄特征(20~30岁)、所述用户的性别特征、所述用户的户籍特征等。服务器建立用户特征与所述消费习惯信息之间的对应关系,有利于根据这些对应关系来调整酒店现有的服务,比如:如果入住的用户大部分都是年轻人,则在入住期间可以提供些符合年轻人消费习惯的服务,而其他的服务可以相应的减少,从而能够更合理的安排酒店资源。
在图1所描述的方法流程中,当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预 设范围时,可以采集所述用户的人脸图像;判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。可见,本发明中,无论什么用户进入客房电梯的预设范围,都需要先采集用户的人脸图像,对采集的人脸图像进行比对判断,若判断出预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,表明用户为合法用户(租客或酒店人员),则可以允许用户乘坐客房电梯,进而自动开启客房电梯,从而能够保障用户的人身财产安全。
请参见图2,图2是本发明公开的另一种电梯控制方法的较佳实施例的流程图。其中,根据不同的需求,该流程图中步骤的顺序可以改变,某些步骤可以省略。
S21、当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,服务器采集所述用户的人脸图像。
其中,酒店的电梯可以分为多种,比如客房电梯、货梯、普通电梯等。其中,乘坐客房电梯可以进入酒店的客房区域,而货梯以及普通电梯均不能进入酒店的客房区域,货梯用于运输货物,乘坐普通电梯可以进入酒店的非客房区域。
其中,可以预先设定一个预设范围,比如以客房电梯的出入口为中心的1米范围内的区域,当用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,服务器可以控制设置在客房电梯出入口处的摄像头采集所述用户的人脸图像。
S22、服务器判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像。
本发明实施例中,无论用户是现场预定酒店还是网上预约酒店,用户在到达酒店时,用户均需要在酒店前台办理入住手续,根据公安部颁发的《旅馆业治安管理信息系统》的要求,需要在酒店前台进行身份证登记验证和人脸拍照识别,服务器将采集到的人脸图像作为预设人脸图像,将用户的身份信息和预设人脸图像进行储存,同时,生成用户的酒店入住登记信息。
为了防止非法用户(即非酒店入住用户或非酒店人员)进入客房区域,当用户进入客房电梯的预设范围时,服务器需要判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与采集到的所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,以确定所述用户的身份。
S23、若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,服务器开启所述客房电梯。
本发明实施例中,若服务器判断预先存储的人脸图像中存在与采集到的所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,表明所述用户为合法用户(即酒店入住用户),服务器可以控制开启所述客房电梯,允许所述用户乘坐所述客房电梯进入客房 区域。
S24、服务器记录所述用户的人脸匹配结果。
本发明实施例中,用户乘坐客房电梯进入酒店房间后,在接下来的住宿期间内,用户可能会经常出入酒店的其他区域,为了减少服务器对所述用户进行判断的次数,节约服务器的资源,服务器可以记录所述用户的人脸匹配结果,所述人脸匹配结果用于表明所述用户为租客。
S25、服务器将所述人脸匹配结果存储至与所述用户的人脸图像匹配的个人预定信息中。
其中,所述个人预定信息可以为用户在网上预约酒店时的酒店预约信息,或者,所述个人预定信息可以为用户在前台登记入住时的酒店入住登记信息。
S26、当检测到所述用户进入有权限限制的目标区域时,服务器获取所述用户的个人预定信息。
其中,酒店中存在一些目标区域,这些目标区域设置有权限,只有酒店入住用户或酒店人员才可以免费进入目标区域,比如:现在大多数商务酒店及高档酒店内都设有餐厅,酒店入住用户的房费内都包含第二天的早餐,只有酒店入住用户才可以进入餐厅,享受早餐。又比如:酒店内的健身房,游泳池等场所只针对酒店入住用户免费开放。
为了防止外来用户进入目标区域,服务器需要对用户进行识别判断。
S27、若所述个人预定信息中存储有所述用户的人脸匹配结果,服务器允许所述用户进入所述目标区域。
本发明实施例中,个人预定信息可能存储有用户的人脸匹配结果,也可能没有存储用户的人脸匹配结果,当服务器获取到用户的个人预定信息,所述个人预定信息中存储有所述用户的人脸匹配结果,表明服务器事先已经对所述用户进行人脸识别了,无需再次进行人脸识别判断,即可确定所述用户的身份为酒店入住用户或酒店员工,可以直接允许所述用户进入所述目标区域。这有利于降低酒店的人工管理成本。
S28、当接收到所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息时,服务器根据所述消费信息,生成消费订单。
本发明实施例中,当所述用户在所述目标区域进行消费时,关联设备可以记录所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息,并将所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息发送给服务器,服务器接收到关联设备发送的所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息时,即可根据所述消费信息,生成消费订单。
其中,每个目标区域均可以设置一个关联设备。所述消费信息可以包括但不限于所述用户的消费内容、消费金额、消费区域以及消费时间等。
其中,关联设备可以包括但不限于个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机、个 人数字助理PDA、游戏机、交互式网络电视IPTV、智能式穿戴式设备等电子设备,可以预先建立所述关联设备与所述服务器之间的通信连接。
S29、服务器将所述消费订单与所述个人预定信息关联。
其中,所述个人预定信息包括用户的房费信息,而用户在目标区域中的消费通常是不包括在房费里的,此时,需要将所述消费订单与所述个人预定信息关联,这有利于后续当用户离开酒店时,统一结账。
在图2所描述的方法流程中,服务器可以记录用户的人脸匹配结果,当后续用户进入有权限限制的目标区域时,服务器即可根据人脸匹配结果来确定所述用户的身份,当确定所述用户为租客时,允许所述用户进入目标区域,而不需要每次都进行人脸判断,有利于节省服务器的资源,此外,还可以根据所述用户的消费信息生成消费订单,添加至个人预定信息中,便于后续当用户离开酒店时,统一结账。
请参见图3,图3是本发明公开的一种电梯控制装置的较佳实施例的功能模块图。其中,图3描述的电梯控制装置用于执行图1或图2所描述的电梯控制方法中的部分或全部步骤。本发明所称的单元是指一种能够被处理器所执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序段,其存储在存储器中。在本实施例中,关于各单元的功能将在后续的实施例中详述。
图3所描述的电梯控制装置包括:

在预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像的情况下,为了进一步确认是否为酒店入住用户,可以获取所述目标人脸图像的图像标识,若所述图像标识表明所述目标人脸图像所属的目标用户为租客,服务器可以确定所述用户为租客,即酒店入住用户;进而从获取所述用户的客房信息,并根据所述客房信息确定所述用户预定的房间的楼层号,服务器就可以直接开启所述客房电梯中所述楼层号的楼层指示灯;比如客户预订的房间为502,则可以确定所在的楼层号为5楼,并开启所述客房电梯中5楼的楼层指示灯。此外,还可以进一步检测用户是否在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯,当检测到所述用户在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯时,服务器还可以开启到达所述房间途经的楼道指示灯,换句话说,用户到达所述房间,途径的楼道指示灯都需要开启。其中,楼道指示灯用于为所述用户照亮行走的路线,同时,指引用户顺利到达所述房间,提高用户体验。

服务器可以通过酒店内置的各个摄像头来监控所述用户的行为,当检测到所述用户在所述目标区域消费时,服务器可以生成消费订单。
其中,所述个人预定信息包括用户的房费信息,而用户在目标区域中的消 费通常是不包括在房费里的,此时,需要将所述消费订单与所述个人预定信息关联,这有利于后续当用户离开酒店时,统一结账。

获取所述用户预定的房间的控制设备的历史控制参数;
判断所述历史控制参数中是否存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数;
若所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备;或

在该可选的实施方式中,所述房间的控制设备有多个用户使用过,相应地,每个用户调节所述控制设备的控制参数也不同。在接收到所述用户进入所述客房电梯的指令后,可以先获取所述用户预定的房间的控制设备的历史控制参数,并判断所述历史控制参数中是否存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在一些应用场景中,如果所述用户为老用户,则所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置 的目标控制参数,在另一些应用场景中,如果所述用户为新用户,但是所述用户在第一次进入所述房间时调节了所述房间的控制设备的目标控制参数,当所述用户第二次进入所述房间时,所述历史控制参数中就存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数。
如果所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,则可以在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备,从而能够针对性地根据用户的使用习惯来开启控制设备,提高用户体验。
如果所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,则可以在第二预设时间内,使用默认模式中的默认参数开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。其中,在默认模式下,所述控制设备的默认参数都是出厂时默认设置的。可选的,在所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数的情况下,还可以根据当前的环境信息配置所述控制设备的控制参数,进而使用配置的控制参数来开启所述控制设备,从而可以提高用户体验。
其中,第一预设时间和第二预设时间可以相同,也可以不同,本发明实施例不做限定。
可选的,所述记录模块,还用于记录所述用户在住宿期间的所有消费明细;

如图4所示,图4是本发明实现电梯控制方法的较佳实施例的服务器的结构示意图。所述服务器4包括存储器41、至少一个处理器42、存储在所述存储器41中并可在所述至少一个处理器42上运行的计算机程序43及至少一条通讯总线44。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图4所示的示意图仅仅是所述服务器4的示例,并不构成对所述服务器4的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述服务器4还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备等。
其中,所述服务器4可以是指能对网络中其它设备(如电子设备)提供服务的计算机系统。如果一个个人电脑能够对外提供文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol,简称FTP)服务,也可以叫服务器。从狭义范围上讲,服务器专指某些高性能计算机,能通过网络,对外提供服务,其相对于普通的个人电脑来说,稳定性、安全性、性能等方面都要求更高,因此在CPU、芯片组、内存、磁盘系统、网络等硬件和普通的个人电脑有所不同。

若所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备;或
若所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第二预设时间内,使用默认模式中的默认参数开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述处理器42可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
记录所述用户在住宿期间的所有消费明细;
对所述消费明细进行统计分析,获得所述用户的消费习惯信息;
提取所述用户的用户特征;
建立所述用户特征与所述消费习惯信息之间的对应关系。
具体地,所述处理器42对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1或图2对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
在图4所描述的服务器中,当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,可以采集所述用户的人脸图像;判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在 与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。可见,本发明中,无论什么用户进入客房电梯的预设范围,都需要先采集用户的人脸图像,对采集的人脸图像进行比对判断,若判断出预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,表明用户为合法用户(租客或酒店人员),则可以允许用户乘坐客房电梯,进而自动开启客房电梯,从而能够保障用户的人身财产安全。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附关联图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,采集所述用户的人脸图像;
    判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;
    若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,获取所述目标人脸图像的图像标识;
    依据所述图像标识确定用户身份为租客时,获取所述用户的客房信息,并根据所述客房信息确定所述用户预定的房间的楼层号;
    开启所述客房电梯中所述楼层号的楼层指示灯;
    当检测到所述用户在所述楼层号离开所述客房电梯时,开启到达所述房间途经的楼道指示灯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    记录所述用户的人脸匹配结果,所述人脸匹配结果用于表明所述用户为租客;
    将所述人脸匹配结果存储至与所述用户的人脸图像匹配的个人预定信息中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到所述用户进入有权限限制的目标区域时,获取所述用户的个人预定信息;
    若所述个人预定信息中存储有所述用户的人脸匹配结果,允许所述用户进入所述目标区域。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到所述用户在所述目标区域的消费信息时,根据所述消费信息,生成消费订单;
    将所述消费订单与所述个人预定信息关联。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到所述用户进入所述客房电梯的指令后,在预设时间内开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述在预设时间内开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备包括:
    获取所述用户预定的房间的控制设备的历史控制参数;
    判断所述历史控制参数中是否存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数;
    若所述历史控制参数中存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第一预设时间内,使用所述目标控制参数开启所述控制设备;或
    若所述历史控制参数中不存在所述用户设置的目标控制参数,在第二预设时间内,使用默认模式中的默认参数开启所述用户预定的房间的控制设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    记录所述用户在住宿期间的所有消费明细;
    对所述消费明细进行统计分析,获得所述用户的消费习惯信息;
    提取所述用户的用户特征;
    建立所述用户特征与所述消费习惯信息之间的对应关系。
  9. 一种电梯控制装置,其特征在于,所述电梯控制装置包括:
    采集模块,用于当检测到有用户进入客房电梯出入口处的预设范围时,采集所述用户的人脸图像;
    判断模块,用于判断预先存储的人脸图像中是否存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像;
    开启模块,用于若预先存储的人脸图像中存在与所述人脸图像匹配的目标人脸图像,开启所述客房电梯。
  10. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器用于存储至少一个指令,所述处理器用于执行所述至少一个指令以实现如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的电梯控制方法。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个指令,所述至少一个指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的电梯控制方法。
