Description

聚光LED照明灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明及汽车配件技术领域,特别是指一种聚光LED照明灯。
背景技术
现有的LED汽车大灯存在聚光性不好,照射距离短,路面照射效果差等缺点,难以做到像卤素灯那样,既有好的聚光性能,又能做到360度角均匀发光,对LED汽车大灯性能产生了很大的制约。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种聚光LED照明灯,解决了现有技术中LED汽车大灯聚光性不好,照射距离短,不能360度角度均匀发光,路面照射效果差的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种聚光LED照明灯,包括线路板和若干LED芯片,所述线路板基于一条中心轴线会聚设置,所述LED芯片设在所述线路板的中心轴线或靠近中心轴线的位置,其中一块所述线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面沿着与其相反的另一面方向按照超越其中另一块线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面的相反面的位置设置。
进一步的,其中一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面和其中另一块所述线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面之间的设有间距,所述LED芯片设在所述间距当中。
进一步的,其中一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面和其中另一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面设置在同一水平面上。
进一步的,在所述线路板安装所述LED芯片的这块空间区城中设有相对应的线路板,其中一块所述线路板和其中另一块所述线路板互相形成一一对应关 系,所述线路板上设有避空区,一块所述线路板上安装的所述LED芯片通过相对应的另一块所述线路板上的所述避空区中伸展出来。
进一步的,所述线路板和所述LED芯片沿着所述中心轴线层层交叉层叠设置,构成多层级LED芯片层。
进一步的,所述多层级LED芯片层中一层LED芯片上的线路板通过避空向相邻层的LED芯片层区域相互延伸,所述延伸部位在靠近所述中心轴线的位置设置所述LED芯片。
进一步的,所述多层级LED芯片层分别通过相对应的所述线路板连接组成光源,所述线路板一端统一固定在所述聚光LED照明灯的导热灯柱上,所述导热灯柱和散热部分连接。
进一步的,还包括驱动电源、电源插头和安装支架。
进一步的,包括反光杯,所述导热灯柱伸入到所述反光杯中,所述导热灯柱、所述反光杯与所述中心轴线重合,所述电源插头连接电源,所述LED芯片发出的光线经反光杯的内壁聚光反射。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:LED芯片处于中心轴线上及其附近位置,提高了聚光性能,进而延长照射距离,路面照射的亮度也会有所提高,灯芯做到了360度角度均匀发光,解决了路面照射效果差的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实用新型提出了一种聚光LED照明灯,包括线路板1和若干LED芯片2,线路板1基于一条中心轴线会聚设置,LED芯片2设在线路板1的中心轴线或靠近中心轴线的位置,其中一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面3沿着与其相反的另一面方向按照超越其中另一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面的相反面4的位置设置。将LED芯片2设在线路板1上中心轴线或靠近中心轴线的附近位置,可以使得LED芯片2聚集在汽车大灯的中心轴线上以及、或者附近位置,起到聚光的作用,在实际应用过程中,LED芯片2设在线路板1上到达或靠近中心轴线的位置意味着LED芯片2大部分可以设罝到能聚光的有效中心点上。
如图5所示,其中一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面3和其中另一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面3之间的设有间距,LED芯片2设在间距当中。
如图1和图2所示,其中一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面3和其中另一块线路板1靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面3设置在同一水平面上。
如图6所示,在线路板1安装LED芯片2的这块空间区城中设有相对应的线路板1,其中一块线路板1和其中另一块线路板1互相形成一一对应关系,线路板1上设有避空区5,一块线路板上安装的LED芯片2通过相对应的另一块线路板1上的避空区5中伸展出来。
如图3和图4所示,线路板1和LED芯片2沿着中心轴线层层交叉层叠设置,构成多层级LED芯片层。
如图7所示,多层级LED芯片层中一层LED芯片2上的线路板1通过避空区5向相邻层的LED芯片层区域相互延伸,延伸部位在靠近中心轴线的位置设置LED芯片2。具体的,在该实施例中,为四层级LED芯片层,如图8所示,AA剖面的结构示意图仅仅代表该层级的线路板、LED芯片和避空区的位置设定,如图9所示,BB剖面的结构示意图仅仅代表该层级的线路板、LED芯片和避空区的位置设定。图7中设有两组AA剖面和BB剖面代表的层级。
多层级LED芯片层分别通过相对应的线路板1连接组成光源,线路板1一端统一固定在聚光LED照明灯的导热灯柱6上,导热灯柱6和散热部分连接。
还包括驱动电源、电源插头和安装支架。
包括反光杯,导热灯柱6伸入到反光杯中,导热灯柱6、反光杯与中心轴线重合,电源插头连接电源,特别是连接到一种汽车车灯电源,LED芯片2发出的光线经反光杯的内壁聚光反射。
结合现有技术,本领域技术人员可以实现上述技术方案。

  1. 一种聚光LED照明灯,包括线路板和若干LED芯片,其特征在于:所述线路板基于一条中心轴线会聚设置,所述LED芯片设在所述线路板的中心轴线或靠近中心轴线的位置,其中一块所述线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面沿着与其相反的另一面方向按照超越其中另一块线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面的相反面的位置设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的聚光LED照明灯,其持征在于:其中一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面和其中另一块所述线路板靠近所述中心轴线的LED芯片安装面之间的设有间距,所述LED芯片设在所述间距当中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:其中一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面和其中另一块所述线路板靠近中心轴线的LED芯片安装面设置在同一水平面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:在所述线路板安装所述LED芯片的这块空间区城中设有相对应的线路板,其中一块所述线路板和其中另一块所述线路板互相形成一一对应关系,所述线路板上设有避空区,一块所述线路板上安装的所述LED芯片通过相对应的另一块所述线路板上的所述避空区中伸展出来。
  5. 根据权利要求1—4任一项所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述线路板和所述LED芯片沿着所述中心轴线层层交叉层叠设置,构成多层级LED芯片层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述多层级LED芯片层中一层LED芯片上的线路板通过避空向相邻层的LED芯片层区域相互延伸,所述延伸部位在靠近所述中心轴线的位置设置所述LED芯片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:所述多层级LED芯片层分别通过相对应的所述线路板连接组成光源,所述线路板一端统一固定在所述聚光LED照明灯的导热灯柱上,所述导热灯柱和散热部分连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:还包括驱动电源、电源插头和安装支架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的聚光LED照明灯,其特征在于:包括反光杯,所述导热灯柱伸入到所述反光杯中,所述导热灯柱、所述反光杯与所述中心轴线重合,所述电源插头连接电源,所述LED芯片发出的光线经反光杯的内壁聚光反射。
