在接收到所述第一触发信号后控制所述空调机组执行所预冷操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述第二目标温度;还用于在接收到所述第二触发信号后控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预冷操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式。

本发明提供了一种轨道车辆空调控制方法,包括:判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,则判断客室内温度是否达到停车模式下的目标温度;若否,则控制空调机组执行预处理操作,直至客室内温度达到目标温度,其中,预处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作;若是,则控制空调机组停机,并判断当前时间是否达到空调机组的预处理时间;若是,则控制空调机组运行并执行预处理操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
可见,在实际应用中,采用本发明的方案,在轨道车辆的停车模式下,首先将该轨道车辆的客室内的温度调整到停车模式下的目标温度,减小了轨道车辆空调控制的难 度,提高了轨道车辆空调控制的精准度,然后根据预设的预处理时间控制该轨道车辆的空调机组执行预处理操作,保证了在空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令后,客室内的温度处于使人体感到舒适的温度,从而提高了轨道车辆的舒适性。
本发明还提供了一种轨道车辆空调控制系统及轨道车辆,具有和上述轨道车辆控制方法相同的有益效果。

本发明的核心是提供一种轨道车辆空调控制方法、系统及轨道车辆,减小了轨道车辆空调控制的难度,提高了轨道车辆空调控制的精准度,保证了在空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令后,客室内的温度处于使人体感到舒适的温度,提高了轨道车辆的舒适性。
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参照图1,图1为本发明所提供的一种轨道车辆空调控制方法的步骤流程图,应用于轨道车辆的停车模式,包括:
步骤1:判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,执行步骤2;
具体的,在实际应用中,轨道车辆的空调机组在接收到钥匙启动指令后,会执行自动模式,即空调机组根据预设的舒适温度自动调节客室内温度,使客室内温度达到舒适温度,考虑到空调机组执行自动模式时,客室内温度不宜和舒适温度相差较大,所以本发明在轨道车辆处于停车模式且未接收到钥匙启动指令时,会预先对轨道车辆的客室内温度进行控制和调整,可以理解的是,该空调机组在停车模式下也是处于运行状态的。
步骤2:判断客室内温度是否达到停车模式下的目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
步骤3:控制空调机组执行预处理操作,直至客室内温度达到目标温度,然后执行步骤4,其中,预处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作;
步骤4:控制空调机组停机,并判断当前时间是否达到空调机组的预处理时间,若是,执行步骤5,若否,执行步骤2;
具体的,在轨道车辆的空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令之前,首先判断轨道车辆当前的客室内温度是否达到停车模式下的目标温度,这里的目标温度是预先设定的,和舒适温度不同,本发明中的目标温度是指在停车模式下轨道车辆客室内需要达到的温度,可以理解的是,在冬季,需要预先对轨道车辆进行预热操作时,目标温度一般低于冬季舒适温度,在夏季时,需要预先对轨道车辆进行预冷操作,此时目标温度一般高于夏季舒适温度。
具体的,如果当前客室内温度未达到停车模式下的目标温度,则控制空调机组执行预处理操作,直到客室内温度满足目标温度。如果当前客室内温度达到停车模式下的目标温度,则控制空调机组停机,这样做可以保证在停车模式下,空调机组不需要一直处于运行状态,节约了空调机组的功耗,相应的还能延长空调机组的使用寿命。在控制空调机组停机后,需要判断当前时间是否达到空调机组的预处理时间,这里的预处理时间是由控制空调机组进行预处理操作时,使客室内的温度由目标温度调整到舒适温度的时间段及轨道车辆的发车时间确定的,举例说明,假设轨道车辆的发车时间为8:00,空调机组需要进行1个小时的预处理操作就可以使客室内温度由目标温度调整到舒适温 度,那么预处理时间应设为7:00。
步骤5:控制空调机组运行并执行预处理操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
具体的,当客室内温度达到目标温度且当前时间达到预处理时间时,控制空调机组执行预处理操作,如果将步骤3执行的预处理操作称为第一次预处理操作,本步骤执行的预处理操作称为第二次预处理操作,那么第一次预处理操作是为了使客室内温度满足停车模式下的目标温度,第二次预处理操作是为了使客室内温度满足舒适温度。可以理解的是,第一次预处理操作和第二次预处理操作均为预热操作,或均为预冷操作。一般的,空调机组接收钥匙启动指令的时间和轨道车辆的发车时间相差不大,且预处理时间是根据环境因素及大量实验结果而提前设定的,从预处理时间开始控制空调机组执行预处理操作,可以保证空调机组在接收到钥匙启动指令后达到舒适温度,若客室内温度达不到舒适温度或超过舒适温度,其那么客室内温度和舒适温度的温度差也不会相距很大,所以在接收到钥匙启动指令后,空调机组执行自动模式时,便可以根据舒适温度自行调节客室内温度,使客室内温度满足舒适温度,从而提高了轨道车辆的舒适性。
本发明提供了一种轨道车辆空调控制方法,包括:判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,则判断客室内温度是否达到停车模式下的目标温度;若否,则控制空调机组执行预处理操作,直至客室内温度达到目标温度,其中,预处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作;若是,则控制空调机组停机,并判断当前时间是否达到空调机组的预处理时间;若是,则控制空调机组运行并执行预处理操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
可见,在实际应用中,采用本发明的方案,在轨道车辆的停车模式下,首先将该轨道车辆的客室内的温度调整到停车模式下的目标温度,减小了轨道车辆空调控制的难度,提高了轨道车辆空调控制的精准度,然后根据预设的预处理时间控制该轨道车辆的空调机组执行预处理操作,保证了在空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令后,客室内的温度处于使人体感到舒适的温度,从而提高了轨道车辆的舒适性。
在上述实施例的基础上:
作为一种优选的实施例,当预处理操作为预热操作时,步骤2的过程具体为:
判断客室内温度是否大于停车模式下的第一目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
则步骤3的过程具体为:
控制空调机组执行预热操作,直至客室内温度达到第一目标温度,然后执行步骤4;
则步骤5的过程具体为:
控制空调机组运行并执行预热操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
具体的,当预处理操作为预热操作时,举例说明本发明的具体实施步骤:假设轨道车辆的发车时间为8:00,需要预热1h可将客室内温度从目标温度调整到舒适温度,目标温度为10℃,舒适温度为18℃,则预处理时间为7:00,本发明预先判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若接收到钥匙启动指令则控制空调机组执行自动模式,若未接收到钥匙启动指令,则判断当前客室内温度是否达到10℃,若未达到10℃,则强制执行预热操作一定时间,使客室内温度满足10℃,若客室内温度达到10℃,此时关闭正在运行的空调机组,并判断当前时间是否达到7:00,若未达到,则重复判断客室内温度是否满足10℃,若达到7:00,则控制空调机组运行并执行预热操作,以便将客室内温度由10℃调整至18℃,在空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令后,控制空调机组执行自动模式,根据舒适温度上下调节客室内温度即可。
作为一种优选的实施例,当预处理操作为预冷操作时,步骤2的过程具体为:
判断客室内温度是否小于停车模式下的第二目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
则步骤3的过程具体为:
控制空调机组执行预冷操作,直至客室内温度达到第二目标温度,然后执行步骤4; 则步骤5的过程具体为:
控制空调机组运行并执行预冷操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
具体的,当预处理操作为预冷操作时,举例说明本发明的具体实施步骤:假设轨道车辆的发车时间为8:00,需要预冷1h可将客室内温度从目标温度调整到舒适温度,目标温度为35℃,舒适温度为27℃,则预处理时间为7:00,本发明预先判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若接收到钥匙启动指令则控制空调机组执行自动模式,若未接收到钥匙启动指令,则判断当前客室内温度是否满足35℃,若大于35℃,则强制执行预冷操作一定时间,使客室内温度满足35℃,当客室内温度满足35℃时,关闭正在运行的空调机组,并判断当前时间是否达到7:00,若未达到7:00,则重复判断客室内温度是否满足35℃,若达到7:00,则控制空调机组运行并执行预冷操作,以便将客室内温度由35℃调整至27℃,在空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令后,控制空调机组执行自动模式,根据舒适温度上下调节客室内温度即可。
作为一种优选的实施例,预处理时间为根据客室外温度及轨道车辆的综合传热系数计算得到的时间。
可以理解的是,预处理时间是由控制空调机组进行预处理操作时,使客室内的温度由目标温度调整到舒适温度的时间段和轨道车辆的发车时间确定的,为了进一步提高本发明的可靠性,在确定将客室内的温度由目标温度调整到舒适温度的时间段时,可以通过客室外温度及轨道车辆的综合传热系数计算得到该时间段,这样得到的预处理时间更加贴近工程需要,从而使本发明所提供的轨道车辆空调控制方法更加准确。
作为一种优选的实施例,步骤3的过程具体为:
控制空调机组执行预处理操作;
每隔预设时间判断客室内温度是否达到目标温度,若是,执行步骤4,若否,执行本步骤。
作为一种优选的实施例,预设时间为30min。
具体的,为了节约空调机组的能耗,在控制空调机组执行预处理操作以使客室内温度满足停车模式下的目标温度时,可以每隔预设时间判断一次客室内温度,比如说当预处理操作为预热操作时,客室内温度不满足目标温度,其中,不满足的情况分为两种,一种是客室内温度和目标温度相差不大,一种是客室内温度和目标温度相差较大,因此可以设定一个预设时间,比如说可以将预设时间设为10min,即每隔10分钟检测一次当前的客室内温度,若当前客室内温度满足预设温度,可以控制空调机组停机,以达到节能的目的,若不满足,就继续执行预热操作,直至客室内温度满足目标温度。
具体的,考虑到客室内温度和目标温度相差可能较大,比如说目标温度为10℃,而客室内温度仅为-5℃,可以将预设时间增加到30min。
当然,预设时间需要根据当地环境和轨道车辆的综合传热系数确定,本发明在此不做限定。
请参照图2,图2为本发明所提供的一种轨道车辆空调控制系统的结构示意图,应用于轨道车辆的停车模式,包括:
第一判断模块1,用于判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,触发第二判断模块2;
第二判断模块2,用于判断客室内温度是否达到停车模式下的目标温度,若是,触发控制模块3,若否,生成第一触发信号;
控制模块3,用于控制空调机组停机,并触发第三判断模块4;
第三判断模块4,用于判断当前时间是否达到空调机组的预处理时间,若是,生成第二触发信号;
预处理模块5,用于在接收到第一触发信号后控制空调机组执行预处理操作,直至客室内温度达到目标温度;还用于在接收到第二触发信号后控制空调机组运行并执行预处理操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式,其中,预 处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作。
作为一种优选的实施例,当预处理操作为预热操作时,第二判断模块2具体用于:
判断客室内温度是否大于停车模式下的第一目标温度,若是,触发控制模块3,若否,生成第一触发信号;
则预处理模块5具体用于:
在接收到第一触发信号后控制空调机组执行预热操作,直至客室内温度达到第一目标温度;还用于在接收到第二触发信号后控制空调机组运行并执行预热操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
作为一种优选的实施例,当预处理操作为预冷操作时,第二判断模块2具体用于:
判断客室内温度是否小于停车模式下的第二目标温度,若是,触发控制模块3,若否,生成第一触发信号;
则预处理模块5具体用于:
在接收到第一触发信号后控制空调机组执行所预冷操作,直至客室内温度达到第二目标温度;还用于在接收到第二触发信号后控制空调机组运行并执行预冷操作,直至空调机组接收到钥匙启动指令,控制空调机组执行自动模式。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种轨道车辆,包括如上述任意一项的轨道车辆空调控制系统。

  1. 一种轨道车辆空调控制方法,应用于轨道车辆的停车模式,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤1:判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,执行步骤2;
    步骤2:判断客室内温度是否达到所述停车模式下的目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
    步骤3:控制所述空调机组执行预处理操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述目标温度,然后执行步骤4,其中,所述预处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作;
    步骤4:控制所述空调机组停机,并判断当前时间是否达到所述空调机组的预处理时间,若是,执行步骤5,若否,执行步骤2;
    步骤5:控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预处理操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆空调控制方法,其特征在于,当所述预处理操作为预热操作时,所述步骤2的过程具体为:
    判断客室内温度是否大于所述停车模式下的第一目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
    则所述步骤3的过程具体为:
    控制所述空调机组执行所述预热操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述第一目标温度,然后执行步骤4;
    则所述步骤5的过程具体为:
    控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预热操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆空调控制方法,其特征在于,当所述预处理操作为预冷操作时,所述步骤2的过程具体为:
    判断客室内温度是否小于所述停车模式下的第二目标温度,若否,执行步骤3,若是,执行步骤4;
    则所述步骤3的过程具体为:
    控制所述空调机组执行所述预冷操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述第二目标温度,然后执行步骤4;
    则所述步骤5的过程具体为:
    控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预冷操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启 动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆空调控制方法,其特征在于,所述预处理时间为根据客室外温度及轨道车辆的综合传热系数计算得到的时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的轨道车辆空调控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3的过程具体为:
    控制所述空调机组执行所述预处理操作;
    每隔预设时间判断所述客室内温度是否达到所述目标温度,若是,执行步骤4,若否,执行本步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的轨道车辆空调控制方法,其特征在于,所述预设时间为30min。
  7. 一种轨道车辆空调控制系统,应用于轨道车辆的停车模式,其特征在于,包括:第一判断模块,用于判断空调机组是否接收到钥匙启动指令,若否,触发第二判断模块;
    所述第二判断模块,用于判断客室内温度是否达到所述停车模式下的目标温度,若是,触发控制模块,若否,生成第一触发信号;
    所述控制模块,用于控制所述空调机组停机,并触发第三判断模块;
    所述第三判断模块,用于判断当前时间是否达到所述空调机组的预处理时间,若是,生成第二触发信号;
    所述预处理模块,用于在接收到所述第一触发信号后控制所述空调机组执行预处理操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述目标温度;还用于在接收到所述第二触发信号后控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预处理操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式,其中,所述预处理操作包括预热操作和预冷操作。

    在接收到所述第一触发信号后控制所述空调机组执行所述预热操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述第一目标温度;还用于在接收到所述第二触发信号后控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预热操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制 所述空调机组执行自动模式。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆空调控制系统,其特征在于,当所述预处理操作为预冷操作时,所述第二判断模块具体用于:

    在接收到所述第一触发信号后控制所述空调机组执行所预冷操作,直至所述客室内温度达到所述第二目标温度;还用于在接收到所述第二触发信号后控制所述空调机组运行并执行所述预冷操作,直至所述空调机组接收到所述钥匙启动指令,控制所述空调机组执行自动模式。
