Abstract

Une poche complètement scellée contient une boisson et une paille. La poche présente une face avant et une face arrière et définit : un bord supérieur où la face avant et la face arrière sont scellées l'une à l'autre, une partie inférieure où la face avant et la face arrière sont raccordées l'une à l'autre éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'un soufflet, un premier bord latéral s'étendant du bord supérieur à la partie inférieure, la face avant étant scellée à la face arrière le long du premier bord latéral, et un second bord latéral s'étendant également du bord supérieur à la partie inférieure, la face avant et la face arrière étant soit continues l'une par rapport à l'autre soit scellées l'une à l'autre au niveau du second bord latéral, et une partie de coin étendue définie entre le bord supérieur et le premier bord latéral. Le volume intérieur de la poche est divisé en une partie mineure adjacente au premier bord et s'étendant dans la partie de coin étendue et une partie majeure communiquant avec la partie mineure. La face avant et la face arrière sont scellées l'une à l'autre sur toute la partie de coin étendue à l'exception de là où la partie mineure s'étend dans la partie de coin étendue. La paille est située dans la partie mineure avec une extrémité qui s'étend dans la partie de coin étendue. Une ligne de déchirure prédéterminée est définie dans la partie de coin étendue le long d'une ligne qui s'étend à partir d'une position au niveau ou à proximité du premier bord latéral, à travers la partie mineure où elle s'étend dans la partie de coin étendue et le long d'un trajet incurvé vers le bord supérieur ou adjacent au bord supérieur au niveau d'une position espacée de la jonction entre le bord supérieur et le premier côté. La ligne de déchirure contraint un utilisateur cherchant à accéder à la paille facilement de réaliser une déchirure le long de celle-ci pour exposer l'extrémité de la paille pour permettre à l'utilisateur de boire ensuite à partir de la poche par l'intermédiaire de la paille.
