Abstract

La présente invention concerne une boisson conditionnée dans un récipient et son procédé de production, ladite boisson conditionnée dans un récipient comprenant une boisson qui a de l'azote dissous dans celle-ci et de la mousse fine, telle que du café créma, et a été stérilisée sans perte d'arôme. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une boisson ayant de l'azote et/ou de l'oxyde nitreux dissous dans celle-ci qui est placée et scellée à l'intérieur d'un récipient en résine résistant à la pression ; et la réalisation d'une stérilisation à haute pression sur celle-ci.
