Claims (10)
- 一种管道固定件,用于将管道的端部固定于目标安装面,所述安装面上设有安装孔,所述管道固定件包括:固定座,其内形成有与所述管道的端部连通的通孔,所述通孔具有中心轴;固定盘,形成为固定座的端面;限位块,设于所述固定盘靠近所述目标安装面的一侧,所述限位块的外形与所述安装孔相匹配;所述限位块与所述固定盘之间形成可操作地旋转以收容所述目标安装面的限位槽;其特征在于:所述管道固定件还包括设于所述固定盘上的定位凸起,所述定位凸起围绕所述中心轴与所述限位块呈角度地设置,使得当所述限位块相对所述安装孔由对齐的位置转动到错开的位置时,所述定位凸起进入所述安装孔以限制所述管道固定件的进一步转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述限位块的底面与所述固定盘之间的轴向距离为X,所述定位凸起的高度为Y,所述目标安装面的厚度为H,其中,H≤X,X-H≤Y≤X。
- 根据权利要求2所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述限位块的底面包括斜面以便于所述限位块由所述对齐位置向所述错开位置旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述定位凸起沿旋转方向的长度与所述限位块的宽度一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定盘上设有两个相对设置的所述定位凸起,所述两个定位凸起外轮廓的连线与所述限位块的外形一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述定位凸起与所述中心轴的连线垂直于所述限位块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定座包括围设成所述通孔的管壁,所述管壁外周还设有若干支撑筋。
- 根据权利要求7所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定座包括四个所述支撑筋,所述四个支撑筋沿所述管壁的外周均匀地分布。
- 一种管道组件,其特征在于:所述管道组件包括管道和权利要求1所述的管道固定件,所述管道固定件用于将所述管道的端部固定于目标安装面。
- 一种冰箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括内壳,所述内壳上设有目标安装面,所述箱体内还设有管道组件,其特征在于:所述管道组件包括管道和权利要求1所述的管道固定件,所述管道固定件用于将所述管道的端部固定于所述目标安装面。
