Description

冰箱、管道组件及管道固定件
本申请要求了申请日为2018年01月22日,申请号为201810060745.5,发明名称为“冰箱、管道组件及管道固定件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及管道连接领域,尤其涉及一种管道固定件,还涉及管道组件及其所应用的冰箱。
背景技术
对于现有冰箱来说,排水系统是其不可或缺的一部分,在整个排水系统中最为重要的部分就是排水管接头,它的作用是承上启下的,负责完成箱胆排水口和排水管的连接。
一个排水管接头的好坏直接影响了冰箱排水系统的优劣,最终影响冰箱的使用性能。但是在冰箱发泡时,泡液容易从排水口和排水管连接的接口处渗入,导致排水管被堵死的问题发生,现有的解决办法是用胶带将排水口与排水管连接部位密封,但密封效果往往不理想,仍会有发泡液渗入排水管内,并且使用胶带对连接处进行密封,操作复杂,费时费力,这大大降低了产品的装配效率。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的管道固定件以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的管道固定件,其能够改善管道端部和目标安装面连接不牢、密封不善的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种管道固定件,用于将管道的端部固定于目标安装面,所述安装面上设有安装孔,所述管道固定件包括:
固定座,其内形成有与所述管道的端部连通的通孔,所述通孔具有中心轴;
固定盘,形成为固定座的端面;
限位块,设于所述固定盘靠近所述安装面的一侧,所述限位块的外形与所述安装孔相匹配;所述限位块与所述固定盘之间形成可操作地旋转以收容所述目标安装面的限位槽;
其中,所述管道固定件还包括设于所述固定盘上的定位凸起,所述定位凸起围绕所述中心轴与所述限位块呈角度地设置,使得当所述限位块相对所述安装孔由对齐的位置转动到错开的位置时,所述定位凸起进入所述安装孔以限制所述管道固定件的进一步转动。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述限位块的底面与所述固定盘之间的轴向距离为X,所述定位凸起的高度为Y,所述安装面的厚度为H,其中,H≤X,X-H≤Y≤X。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述限位块的底面包括斜面以便于所述限位块由所述对 齐位置向所述错开位置旋转。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的管道固定件在向目标安装面安装时,不但其轴向通过限位槽和安装面的配合限位,而且通过定位凸起的设置,其周向的旋转也被限制,使得管道固定件与目标安装面的连接牢固、密封可靠,解决了现有技术中因管道固定件与排水口(或排气口)的连接处连接不紧而易导致漏水、漏气的问题。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

如图1、图2所示,本发明优选的一种管道10组件1,包括管道10和用于将管道10的端部固定于目标安装面的管道固定件20,其中,管道10可以是排水管道10,也可以是气调管道10。目标安装面(未图示)可以设于冰箱(未图示)的内壳上,管道10组件1在冰箱的内壳和外壳之间完成与目标安装面的安装后,冰箱再进行发泡处理,从而将管道10组件1定位于冰箱的发泡层之中。当然,目标安装面也可以设置于其他机器或零件的壳体上。
结合图3和图6所示,一种管道固定件20,用于将管道10的端部固定于目标安装面,所述安装面上设有安装孔5,所述管道固定件20包括:固定座21,其内形成有与所述管道10的端部连通的通孔,所述通孔具有中心轴;固定盘210,形成为固定座21的端面;限位块22,设于所述固定盘210靠近所述安装面的一侧,所述限位块22的外形与所述安装孔5相匹配;所述限位块22与所述固定盘210之间形成可操作地旋转以收容所述目标安装面的限位槽;其中,所述管道固定件20还包括设于所述固定盘210上的定位凸起23,所述定位凸起23围绕所述中心轴与所述限位块22呈角度地设置,使得当所述限位块22相对所述安装孔5由对齐的位置转动到错开的位置时,所述定位凸起23进入所述安装孔5以限制所述管道固定件20的进一步转动。本实施方式所提供的管道固定件20在向目标安装面安装时,不但其轴向通过限位槽和安装面的配合限位,而且通过定位凸起23的设置,其周向的旋转也被限制,使得管道固定件20与目标安装面的连接牢固、密封可靠,解决了现有技术中因管道固定件20与排水口(或排气口)的连接处连接不紧而易导致漏水、漏气的问题。
在本实施方式中,所述限位块22的底面与所述固定盘210之间的轴向距离X,所述定位凸起23的高度为Y,所述安装面的厚度为H,X-H不大于Y。限位块22与固定盘210之间的空间形成为上述的限位槽,轴向距离X即为限位槽的高度。在安装管道固定件20时,随着固定盘210和限位块22的旋转,安装孔5边缘的安装面逐渐进入该限位槽,安装面的厚度H不大于限位槽的高度X,如此,管道固定件20与安装面的配合为过盈配合,便于管道固定件20沿通孔轴向上 的限位。
另外,在限位块22旋转地从与安装孔5对齐的位置移动到与安装孔5错开的位置的过程中,定位凸起23同时随固定盘210围绕中心轴转动相同的角度而进入安装孔5的位置中。定位凸起23卡入安装孔5以后,限位块22无法继续旋转也不能反向旋转,其围绕中心轴的周向转动被限制。定位凸起23的高度Y在X-H和X之间,这使得限位块22在定位时,定位凸起23的高度恰到好处,不至于使管道固定件20在轴向上出现晃动,也不会使旋转过程异常艰难。
参见图3、图4所示,所述限位块22的底面包括斜面220以便于所述限位块22由所述对齐位置向所述错开位置旋转。斜面220的设置方便限位块22的旋转。
参见图5所示,所述定位凸起23沿旋转方向的长度与所述限位块22的宽度一致。由于安装孔5与限位块22的外形一致,因此定位凸起23沿旋转方向的长度与限位块22的宽度一致的设计使得定位凸起23沿旋转方向的两端分别抵靠安装孔5的两侧边,进而优化了限位的效果。
在本实施例中,所述固定盘210上设有两个相对设置的所述定位凸起23,所述两个定位凸起23外轮廓的连线与所述限位块22的外形一致,定位凸起23的外轮廓的连线与限位块22一致,使得当限位块22旋转到错开位置时,定位凸起23进入安装孔5的两端,位于安装孔5两端的定位凸起23增大了扭矩,从而增加了管道固定件20反向旋转或进一步旋转所需克服的阻力,使得管道固定件20的定位更加可靠。
继续参见图5所示,所述定位凸起23与所述中心轴的连线垂直于所述限位块22。垂直角度的设置便于定位凸起23与限位块22的结构设计,如此,安装管道固定件20时,限位块22从与安装孔5对齐的位置旋转90°即可完成定位。
参见图3、图4所示,所述固定座21包括围设成所述通孔的管壁,所述管壁外周还设有若干支撑筋24,支撑筋24的设置便于保护管30壁,避免其在管道10端部和安装孔5之间的位置上由于转向等原因而折弯、损坏。在本实施例中,所述固定座21包括四个所述支撑筋24,所述四个支撑筋24沿所述管壁的外周均匀地分布。
在本实施例中,管壁包括接入管25和接出管26,其中接入管25与管道10端部相连,接出管26与目标安装面连接,接入管25与接出管26呈角度设置。
重新参见图1、图2所示,管道10组件1包括管道10和管道固定件20,其中,管道10端部与管道固定件20的管壁过盈配合,管道10端部被收容进管道固定件20的通孔内。当然,也可以是管道固定件20被收纳进管道10端部的孔中。在本实施例中,管道10组件1还包括护管30,护管30用于在管道10端部和管道固定件20相连后遮挡该连接部位,防止连接部位打折而使管道10端部和管道固定件20的连接被断开。
本发明实施方式还包括冰箱,冰箱包括箱体,所述箱体包括内壳,所述内壳上设有目标安装面,所述箱体内还设有如上所述的管道10组件1。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种管道固定件,用于将管道的端部固定于目标安装面,所述安装面上设有安装孔,所述管道固定件包括:
    固定座,其内形成有与所述管道的端部连通的通孔,所述通孔具有中心轴;
    固定盘,形成为固定座的端面;
    限位块,设于所述固定盘靠近所述目标安装面的一侧,所述限位块的外形与所述安装孔相匹配;所述限位块与所述固定盘之间形成可操作地旋转以收容所述目标安装面的限位槽;
    其特征在于:所述管道固定件还包括设于所述固定盘上的定位凸起,所述定位凸起围绕所述中心轴与所述限位块呈角度地设置,使得当所述限位块相对所述安装孔由对齐的位置转动到错开的位置时,所述定位凸起进入所述安装孔以限制所述管道固定件的进一步转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述限位块的底面与所述固定盘之间的轴向距离为X,所述定位凸起的高度为Y,所述目标安装面的厚度为H,其中,H≤X,X-H≤Y≤X。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述限位块的底面包括斜面以便于所述限位块由所述对齐位置向所述错开位置旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述定位凸起沿旋转方向的长度与所述限位块的宽度一致。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定盘上设有两个相对设置的所述定位凸起,所述两个定位凸起外轮廓的连线与所述限位块的外形一致。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述定位凸起与所述中心轴的连线垂直于所述限位块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定座包括围设成所述通孔的管壁,所述管壁外周还设有若干支撑筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的管道固定件,其特征在于:所述固定座包括四个所述支撑筋,所述四个支撑筋沿所述管壁的外周均匀地分布。
  9. 一种管道组件,其特征在于:所述管道组件包括管道和权利要求1所述的管道固定件,所述管道固定件用于将所述管道的端部固定于目标安装面。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括箱体,所述箱体包括内壳,所述内壳上设有目标安装面,所述箱体内还设有管道组件,其特征在于:所述管道组件包括管道和权利要求1所述的管道固定件,所述管道固定件用于将所述管道的端部固定于所述目标安装面。
