Description

一种集装箱公铁转运系统 技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱多式联运技术领域,特别涉及一种集装箱公铁转运系统。
背景技术
当前,我国多式联运发展水平仍然较低,长期以公路运输为主,公路与铁路和水路运输协同衔接不顺畅、市场环境不完善、法规标准不适应、先进技术应用滞后等问题较为突出,多式联运运量规模仅占全社会货运量的2.9%,远低于美国的发展水平;运行效率不高,货物中转转运所耗费的成本约占全程物流成本的30%,导致全国的物流成本远远高于美国、加拿大和欧洲等物流发达国家。加强物流核心技术和装备研发,推动关键技术装备产业化,已经成为国家物流产业中长期规划的主要发展任务。
电气化铁路站场集装箱装卸线一般采用的是装卸线不挂网模式的公铁转运换乘设备,即将铁路电气化接触网在集装箱装卸区域断开,在集装箱装卸区域利用轨道门式起重机或正面吊运机等起吊设备进行集装箱公铁装卸转运。
现有技术中的轨道门式起重机的体积庞大且成本高,需要占用较大的工作场地,缩小了工作场地的可利用空间,在中转环节中,到发铁路列车不能直接进入装卸区域,需要进行调车接驳作业,导致公铁转运效率较低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种集装箱公铁转运系统,解决了或部分解决了现有技术中电气化铁路站场集装箱装卸线的工作场地空间利用率不高,公铁转运效率较低的技术问题。
本申请提供了一种集装箱公铁转运系统,用于将铁路车辆上的集装箱转运至集卡车上,和/或,将所述集卡车上的所述集装箱转运至所述铁路车辆上;所述铁路车辆在铁路电气化接触网下的铁路轨道上运行;所述集装箱公铁转运系统包括:对应所述铁路轨道设置的提升装置、侧取装置及对应所述集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置,其中:
所述侧取装置设置在所述铁路轨道与所述集卡车的停靠位置之间的承载平台上,将对应所述提升装置位置的所述集装箱转运至对应所述承载平台的位置,和/或,将对应所述承载平台位置的所述集装箱转运至对应所述提升装置的位置;

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种集装箱公铁转运系统,解决了或部分解决了现有技术中电气化铁路站场集装箱装卸线的工作场地空间利用率不高,公铁转运效率较低的技术问题,通过设置由提升装置、侧取装置及集卡装卸装置组成的集装箱公铁转运系统,无需改变铁路电气化接触网的设置位置,即可将铁路车辆上的集装箱转运至集卡车上,和/或,将集卡车上的集装箱转运至铁路车辆上,保证集装箱装卸区域的空间占用小,使整个系统的建设方便灵活,能良好适应现有的铁路电气化接触网设计;侧取装置实现集装箱在铁路车辆到承载平台的水平横移,集装箱转运过程稳定安全,能避免转运过程中转运设备与铁路电气化接触网之间的干涉影响,设备精简占地空间小,减少转运环节,加快转运效率。提升装置能方便快捷的实现集装箱在铁路车辆位置的提升或放下,加快转运过程中的升降效率,且简化了设备结构,降低设备成本。集卡装卸装置能方 便快捷的实现集装箱在集卡车位置的提升或放下、以及横向移动,加快转运过程中的升降效率,且简化了设备结构,降低设备成本,实现了无需干涉铁路电气化接触网,简化公铁转运环节,降低设备和运行成本,提高工作场地空间利用率及公铁转运效率的技术效果。
参见附图1,本申请提供了一种集装箱公铁转运系统,用于将铁路车辆上的集装箱6转运至集卡车上,和/或,将集卡车上的集装箱6转运至铁路车辆上;铁路车辆在铁路电气化接触网下的铁路轨道上运行;集装箱公铁转运系统包括:对应铁路轨道设置的提升装置2、侧取装置4及对应集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置1。本实施例的铁路车辆为运输集装箱6的铁路集装箱平车7。
侧取装置4设置在铁路轨道与集卡车的停靠位置之间的承载平台3上;侧取装置4用于将对应提升装置2位置的集装箱6转运至对应承载平台3的位置,和/或,将对应承载平台3位置的集装箱6转运至对应提升装置2的位置。
提升装置2用于提升铁路车辆上的集装箱6,并将集装箱6放置在侧取装置4上,和/或,提升侧取装置4上的集装箱6,并将集装箱6放置在铁路车辆上。
集卡装卸装置1用于提升集卡车上的集装箱6,并将集装箱6横移后放置在承载平台3位置上的侧取装置4上,和/或,提升侧取装置4上的集装箱6,并将集装箱6横移后放置在集卡车上。
其中,当铁路车辆上的集装箱6转运到集卡车时,该系统的工作原理为:铁路车辆停靠装卸站点后,提升装置2将集装箱6提升起来,之后,侧取装置4动作到对应提升装置2的位置,提升装置2将集装箱6放置到侧取装置4上,之后,侧取装置4将集装箱6从铁路轨道上转移到承载平台3的位置,然后,集卡装卸装置1将侧取装置4上的集装箱6提升起来并横移到集卡车的停靠位置,集卡车驶入对应集卡装卸装置1的停靠位置,集卡装卸装置1将集装箱6放置到集卡车上。当集卡车上的集装箱6转运到铁路车辆时,该系统的工作原理与上述过程相反,不再详细叙述。
因此,该集装箱公铁转运系统无需改变铁路电气化接触网的设置位置,即可将铁路车辆上的集装箱6转运至集卡车上,和/或,将集卡车上的集装箱6转运至铁路车辆上,保证集装箱装卸区域的空间占用小,使整个系统的建设方便灵活,能良好适应现有的铁路电气化接触网设计;侧取装置4实现集装箱6在铁路轨道与承载平台3的水平横移,集装箱转运过程稳定安全,能避免转运过程中转运设备与铁路电气化接触网之间的干涉影响,设备精简占地空间小,减少中间环节,加快转运效率。
基于同样的发明构思,参见附图1,本申请还提供了一种集装箱公铁转运系统,用于将铁路车辆上的集装箱6转运至集卡车上,和/或,将集卡车上的集装箱6转运至铁路车辆上;铁路车辆在铁路电气化接触网下的铁路轨道上运行;集装箱公铁转运系统包括:对应铁路轨道设置的提升装置2、侧取装置4及对应集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置1,其中:
侧取装置4设置在铁路轨道与集卡车的停靠位置之间的承载平台3上;侧取装置4包括:过桥机构402及托盘机构401,过桥机构402滑移到对应铁路轨道的位置,托盘机构401在过桥机构402上滑移到对应铁路轨道的位置。
提升装置2包括:设置在承载平台3两端的门形支腿机构、设置在门形支腿机构顶部下方两侧的若干集装箱转锁件204;集装箱转锁件204锁定集装箱6,门形支腿机构驱动集装箱6升起或落下,使集装箱6从托盘机构401上吊起后放置在铁路车辆上,或,使集装箱6从铁路车辆上吊起后放置在托盘结构401上;
集卡装卸装置1包括:若干顶梁、设置顶梁下方的若干伸缩立柱101、滑动设置在其中一个顶梁下方的吊具106;吊具106设置有横移驱动机构,横移驱动机构驱动吊具106在集卡车与侧取装置4之间横向滑移;吊具106与集装箱6的顶部四角位置的角件配合,锁定或解锁集装箱6;伸缩立柱101伸长或缩短带动集装箱6升起或落下,使集装箱6从托盘机构401上吊起并横移后放置在集卡车上,或,使集装箱6从集卡车上吊起并横移后放置在托盘结构401上。
其中,参见附图2~5,当铁路车辆上的集装箱6转运到集卡车时,该系统的工作原理为:铁路车辆停靠装卸站点后,提升装置2将集装箱6提升起来,之后,侧取装置4动作到对应提升装置2的位置,提升装置2将集装箱6放置到侧取装置4上,之后,侧取装置4将集装箱6从铁路轨道上转移到承载平台3的位置,然后,集卡装卸装置1将侧取装置4上的集装箱6提升起来并横移到集卡车的停靠位置,集卡车驶入对应集卡装卸装置1的停靠位置,集卡装卸装置1将集装箱6放置到集卡车上。当集卡车上的集装箱6转运到铁路车辆时,该系统的工作原理与上述过程相反,不再详细叙述。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请提供的集装箱公铁转运系统进行详细说明:
本实施例的集装箱公铁转运系统包括:对应铁路轨道设置的提升装置2、侧取装置4及对应集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置1。
实施例1
下面介绍本实施例中侧取装置4的具体结构:
参见附图10~18,侧取装置4包括:过桥机构402及托盘机构401,托盘机构401滑动设置在过桥机构402上;托盘机构401能滑移到对应提升装置2的位置。侧取装置4还包括:升降机构403,设置在过桥机构402的下方,位于承载平台3上,用于承载并驱动过桥机构402及托盘机构401上升或下降。
参见附图13和14,升降机构403包括:升降平台4031、4个第一伸缩缸4032及两条并排设置的第一滑道4033,4个第一伸缩缸4032布置在升降平台4031的底部四角位置,用于驱动升降平台4031上升或下降,进而调整集装箱6在转运过程中的水平高度,以适应不同高度的铁路集装箱平车7。第一伸缩缸4032的一端固定在承载平台3上;第一滑道4033设置在升降平台4031的顶部,设置方向为由承载平台通向铁路车辆,即第一滑道4033方向与铁路轨道垂直;过桥机构402滑动设置在第一滑道4033上。

参见附图13和14,升降机构403还包括:12组第一限位轮4035,1条第一滑道4033上设置6组第一限位轮4035,每组的2个第一限位轮4035分别设置在第一滑道4033的两侧,12组第一限位轮4035能确保上端的过桥机构402沿着固定的直线移动,6组第一限位轮4035的位置布置要求是,保证在任意工况下至少有2组第一限位轮4035在过桥机构402内部起到固定限位的作用。

第二驱动部件4011带动第二凹形卡槽件4013从初始位置伸向铁路集装箱平车7,或从铁路集装箱平车7缩回初始位置;初始位置即为升降平台4031的正上方。

第一轨道205沿承载平台3的长度方向布置,平行于铁路轨道;第二轨道206垂直第一轨道205设置;4个集装箱转锁件204与集装箱6的顶部四角位置的角件配合,锁定或解锁集装箱6。
门形支腿机构包括:第一伸缩支腿201、第二伸缩支腿202及横梁203,集装箱转锁件204固定在横梁203的下方两侧;第一伸缩支腿201的固定端滑动设置在第二轨道206上,活动端与横梁203的一端固定连接;第二伸缩支腿202的固定端与横梁203的另一端固定连接,活动端处于悬空状态。第一滑移驱动机构带动第二轨道206沿第一轨道205滑移;第二滑移驱动机构驱动门形支腿机构沿第二轨道206滑移。
其中,当进行铁路集装箱平车7的集装箱6升降操作之前,通过沿第二轨道206滑移门形支腿机构,使第二伸缩支腿202伸出到铁路轨道的侧边,之后,沿第一轨道205滑移门形支腿机构,使门形支腿机构上的4个集装箱转锁件204与集装箱6的顶部的角件的位置对应,然后,伸长第二伸缩支腿202,使第二伸缩支腿202固定在铁路轨道侧边的地面上。

参见附图1,集装箱公铁转运系统还包括:移动平台5,移动平台5包括:第一钢轨、第二钢轨及移动车,承载平台3固定在移动车上;第一钢轨及第二钢轨平行于铁路轨道;移动车滑动设置在第一钢轨上;第二钢轨设置在第二顶梁104下方的地面上;第二顶梁104下方的伸缩立柱101的底部设置有滚轮,滚轮滚动设置在第二钢轨上。当铁路集装箱平车7的装卸位置与集卡车的装卸位置不在同一个地点时,通过移动车带动双向侧取装置4、提升装置2及集卡装卸装置1在第一钢轨及第二钢轨移动,完成不同地点的集装箱转运作业。
下面详细介绍集装箱公铁转运系统的工作原理:
以集装箱6从集卡车转运到铁路集装箱平车7为例,集卡车驶入集卡装卸装置的第一顶梁103与第二顶梁104之间的停靠位置后,伸缩立柱101同步缩短,使吊具106下降到与集装箱6顶部角件配合的高度,吊具106锁定集装箱6后,伸缩立柱101提升集装箱6,横移齿轮电机108工作,吊具106带动集装箱6横移到承载平台3的正上方,伸缩立柱101缩短,将集装箱6落在侧取装置4上,然后,移动车根据需要行驶,使集装箱6移动到对应铁路集装箱平车7的位置,之后,过桥机构402向铁路集装箱平车7伸出并压在铁路集装箱平车7的顶面上(过桥机构402伸出的距离超过铁路集装箱平车7中轴线的位置后即能满足承载托盘机构401和集装箱6重量的要求),托盘机构401在过桥机构402上向铁路集装箱平车7滑移,直至托盘机构401上的集装箱6位于铁路集装箱平车7的正上方,与此同时,提升装置2开始动作,沿第二轨道206滑移门形支腿机构,再沿第一轨道205滑移门形支腿机构,使门形支腿机构上的集装箱转锁件204能与集装箱6的顶部的角件的位置对应,伸长第二伸缩支腿202,使第二伸缩支腿202固定在铁路轨道侧边的地面上;之后,托盘机构401在过桥机构402上向铁路集装箱平车7滑移,直至托盘机构401上的集装箱6位于铁路集装箱平车7的正上方,门形支腿机构进行缩短动作,使集装箱转锁件204下降后,与集装箱6顶部的角件连接锁定,然后,门形支腿机构进行伸长动作,提升集装箱6,此后,托盘机构401与过桥机构402分别缩回初始位置,最后,门形支腿机构进行缩短动作,使集装箱6放置在铁路集装箱平车7上,集装箱转锁件204与集装箱6解锁。
另外,集装箱6从铁路集装箱平车7转运到集卡车的过程即与上述动作过程相反,在此不再叙述。

  1. 一种集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,用于将铁路车辆上的集装箱转运至集卡车上,和/或,将所述集卡车上的所述集装箱转运至所述铁路车辆上;所述铁路车辆在铁路电气化接触网下的铁路轨道上运行;所述集装箱公铁转运系统包括:对应所述铁路轨道设置的提升装置、侧取装置及对应所述集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置,其中:
    所述侧取装置设置在所述铁路轨道与所述集卡车的停靠位置之间的承载平台上,将对应所述提升装置位置的所述集装箱转运至对应所述承载平台的位置,和/或,将对应所述承载平台位置的所述集装箱转运至对应所述提升装置的位置;
    所述提升装置提升所述铁路车辆上的所述集装箱,并将所述集装箱放置在所述侧取装置上,和/或,提升所述侧取装置上的所述集装箱,并将所述集装箱放置在所述铁路车辆上;
    所述集卡装卸装置提升所述集卡车上的所述集装箱,并将所述集装箱往所述承载平台横移后放置在所述侧取装置上,和/或,提升所述侧取装置上的所述集装箱,并横移至对应所述集卡车的停靠位置,再将所述集装箱放置在所述集卡车上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述侧取装置包括:升降机构、过桥机构及托盘机构,
    所述升降机构设置在所述承载平台上,承载并驱动所述过桥机构及所述托盘机构上升或下降;
    所述过桥机构滑动设置在所述升降机构上,能相对所述升降机构滑移到对应所述提升装置的位置;
    所述托盘机构滑动设置在所述过桥机构上,能相对所述过桥机构滑移到对应所述提升装置的位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括:升降平台、若干第一伸缩缸及若干并排设置的第一滑道,
    所述若干第一伸缩缸布置在所述升降平台的底部,用于驱动所述升降平台上升或下降;所述第一伸缩缸的一端固定在所述承载平台上;
    所述第一滑道设置在所述升降平台的顶部,设置方向为由所述铁路轨道通向所述集卡车;
    所述过桥机构滑动设置在所述第一滑道上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述过桥机构包括:数量与所述第一滑道对应的第一凹形卡槽件、连接在所述第一凹形卡 槽件之间的若干第一固定板、设置在所述第一凹形卡槽件顶部的第二滑道、第一驱动部件;
    所述第一凹形卡槽件盖设在所述第一滑道上;
    所述第一驱动部件的固定端固定在所述升降机构的所述升降平台上,所述第一驱动部件的输出端与所述第一固定板固定连接;
    所述托盘机构滑动设置在所述第二滑道上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述托盘机构包括:数量与所述第二滑道对应的第二凹形卡槽件、连接在所述第二凹形卡槽件之间的若干第二固定板、设置在所述第二凹形卡槽件顶部的若干限位引导挡块、固定在所述第二凹形卡槽件侧端的若干走行轮、第二驱动部件;
    所述第二凹形卡槽件盖设在所述第二滑道上;
    所述集装箱放置在所述第二凹形卡槽件上后,位于所述限位引导挡块之间;
    所述走行轮滚动设置在所述升降机构的所述升降平台上;
    所述第二驱动部件的固定端固定在所述升降机构的所述升降平台上,所述第二驱动部件的输出端与所述第二固定板固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述提升装置包括:设置在所述承载平台上的第一轨道、滑动设置在所述第一轨道上的第二轨道、对称设置在所述承载平台两端的门形支腿机构、设置在所述门形支腿机构顶部下方两侧的若干集装箱转锁件、第一滑移驱动机构、第二滑移驱动机构,
    所述第一轨道沿所述承载平台的长度方向布置,平行于所述铁路轨道;
    所述第二轨道垂直所述第一轨道设置;
    所述若干集装箱转锁件与所述集装箱的顶部四角位置的角件配合,锁定或解锁所述集装箱。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述门形支腿机构包括:第一伸缩支腿、第二伸缩支腿及横梁,所述集装箱转锁件固定在所述横梁的下方两侧;所述第一伸缩支腿的固定端滑动设置在所述第二轨道上,活动端与所述横梁的一端固定连接;所述第二伸缩支腿的固定端与所述横梁的另一端固定连接,活动端处于悬空状态;
    所述第一滑移驱动机构带动所述第二轨道沿所述第一轨道滑移;
    所述第二滑移驱动机构驱动所述门形支腿机构沿所述第二轨道滑移;
    其中,当进行所述铁路车辆的所述集装箱升降操作之前,通过沿所述第二轨道滑移所述门形支腿机构,使所述第二伸缩支腿伸出到所述铁路轨道的侧 边,之后,沿所述第一轨道滑移所述门形支腿机构,使所述门形支腿机构上的所述若干集装箱转锁件与所述集装箱的顶部的所述角件的位置对应,然后,伸长所述第二伸缩支腿,使所述第二伸缩支腿固定在所述铁路轨道侧边的地面上。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述集卡装卸装置包括:第一顶梁、第二顶梁、第三顶梁、连接在所述第一顶梁及所述第二顶梁下方的若干伸缩立柱、滑动设置在所述第三顶梁下方的吊具、固定在所述第二顶梁下方的伸缩立柱之间的支撑梁;
    所述第一顶梁下方的所述伸缩立柱固定在所述承载平台上,且所述伸缩立柱的间距大于所述集装箱的长度;
    所述第二顶梁下方的所述伸缩立柱设置在地面上,所述第二顶梁平行于所述第一顶梁;所述集卡车的停靠位置位于所述第一顶梁与所述第二顶梁之间;
    所述第三顶梁垂直固定在所述第一顶梁与所述第二顶梁之间;所述第三顶梁沿长度方向设置有滑轨,所述吊具吊设在所述第三顶梁上,与所述滑轨组成滑动副;所述吊具设置有横移驱动机构,所述横移驱动机构驱动所述吊具沿所述滑轨滑移;
    所述吊具与所述集装箱的顶部四角位置的角件配合,锁定或解锁所述集装箱;
    所述伸缩立柱的内部设置有第三驱动油缸,所述第三驱动油缸驱动所述伸缩立柱伸长或缩短;
    所述过桥机构伸出后,所述第一凹形卡槽件的端部压在所述支撑梁上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,所述集装箱公铁转运系统还包括:移动平台,所述移动平台包括:第一钢轨、第二钢轨及移动车,
    所述承载平台固定在所述移动车上;
    所述第一钢轨及所述第二钢轨平行于所述铁路轨道;
    所述移动车滑动设置在所述第一钢轨上;
    所述第二钢轨设置在所述第二顶梁下方的地面上;
    所述第二顶梁下方的所述伸缩立柱的底部设置有滚轮,所述滚轮滚动设置在所述第二钢轨上。
  10. 一种集装箱公铁转运系统,其特征在于,包括:对应铁路轨道设置的提升装置、侧取装置及对应集卡车的停靠位置设置的集卡装卸装置,其中:
    所述侧取装置设置在所述铁路轨道与所述集卡车的停靠位置之间的承载平台上;所述侧取装置包括:过桥机构及托盘机构,所述过桥机构滑移到对应 所述铁路轨道的位置,所述托盘机构在所述过桥机构上滑移到对应所述铁路轨道的位置;
    所述提升装置包括:设置在所述承载平台两端的门形支腿机构、设置在所述门形支腿机构顶部下方两侧的若干集装箱转锁件;所述集装箱转锁件锁定所述集装箱,所述门形支腿机构驱动所述集装箱升起或落下,使所述集装箱从所述托盘机构上吊起后放置在所述铁路车辆上,或,使所述集装箱从所述铁路车辆上吊起后放置在所述托盘结构上;
    所述集卡装卸装置包括:若干顶梁、设置所述顶梁下方的若干伸缩立柱、滑动设置在其中一个所述顶梁下方的吊具;所述吊具设置有横移驱动机构,所述横移驱动机构驱动所述吊具在所述集卡车与所述侧取装置之间横向滑移;所述吊具与所述集装箱的顶部四角位置的角件配合,锁定或解锁所述集装箱;所述伸缩立柱伸长或缩短带动所述集装箱升起或落下,使所述集装箱从所述托盘机构上吊起并横移后放置在所述集卡车上,或,使所述集装箱从所述集卡车上吊起并横移后放置在所述托盘结构上。
