基于烟草滤棒成型设备的卷纸切丝聚拢成棒机构 技术领域
本发明属于烟草加工机械技术领域,具体涉及基于烟草滤棒成型设备的一种卷纸物质切丝聚拢成棒机构。
背景技术
传统的烟草薄片都是切成与烟丝相同的形状,混在烟丝中在专用的烟棒成型机中制备成烟棒,现有烟棒成型机设备不适宜制备单纯的、连续不断的烟草薄片丝束棒;目前使用的烟草滤棒成型机是将韧性很好的醋酸纤维或聚丙酸纤维牵引通过导丝喇叭嘴,在经过烟枪制备成滤棒,同样滤棒成型机也不适宜制备韧性差、易折断、成卷的烟草薄片卷材。
近年来市场上出现了电加热不燃烧卷烟,这种新型卷烟的烟棒必须使用纵向排列相对整齐的条状烟草薄片,因此有必要根据烟草薄片切丝后的物理特性,对现有的烟草滤棒成型机进行改造,使其能够对烟草薄片在线切丝并有效聚拢成型,并最大程度简便易行,降低成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于烟草滤棒成型设备的卷纸切丝聚拢成棒机构,其结构简单,增加的成本不多,适宜对韧性差、易折断的烟草薄片卷材在线切丝并有效聚拢成型。
实现本发明上述目的所采取的技术方案是:在滤棒成型机的开松辊后方上加装一套烟草薄片卷材的主动放卷装置,其线速度与主机的成棒线速度相匹配;在靠近烟枪一对开松辊位置换装沿着圆周带间断辊纹的切丝辊,两辊轮压合时,为烟草薄片切丝,同时将切丝的烟草薄片送向前;导丝喇叭嘴换装成入口直径80~120mm的锥形收拢喇叭嘴。
所述的主动放卷装置是在烟草薄片卷材的转轴上配置伺服电机,卷材盘纸边缘设置超声波检测器,滤棒成型机的电控柜中的单片机的接口分别连接着伺服电机、超声波检测器和滤棒成型机的烟棒检测器,通过单片机调整伺服电机角速度,使盘纸的外缘线速度与成型烟棒的实时线速度匹配;所述的切丝辊的间断辊纹布置在上辊表面,间断辊纹与切丝辊的轴向夹角为90~45°,下辊为浅槽或平滑辊。
所述的切丝辊的上辊间断辊纹靠轴端侧为平滑段,上辊带独立驱动装置,上辊有一端内边缘带有齿轮,下辊的转轴带有垂直升降机构,下辊的内边缘带有与上辊匹配的齿轮,下辊的升起,齿轮与上辊的齿轮啮合后便被带动着一起转动。
卷材盘纸下方设置有卷纸下垂的缓冲区域,在缓冲区域设置有光电传感器并连接到电控柜中单片机的接口,反馈到单片机的伺服电机控制系统中,构成闭环控制,修正伺服电机放卷运行中的累计误差。
所述的切丝辊的下辊所配置的垂直升降机构采用液压缸体或丝杠结构。
导丝喇叭嘴上设置有压缩空气入口,可以在导丝的同时吹走脱落的烟灰。
烟草薄片卷材的转轴采用气胀轴,薄片卷材就位后,气胀锁紧,可防止松动。
本发明的有益技术效果是:在现有的烟草滤棒成型基础上,仅仅做很少的零部件拆换改进,便可适应使用烟草薄片卷材制备电加热不燃烧卷烟的烟支棒;充分根据烟草薄片的物理特性,采用了伺服电机主动放卷的手段,并配合单片机控制放卷速度,从而避免了烟草薄片丝易扯断现象,保证了烟草薄片丝的连续;采用特殊形状的切丝辊在输送烟草薄片卷材的同时将卷材切成连续丝状,但是又保持烟草薄片丝束之间的一定连接,从而解决了烟草薄片得出易断的问 题,有保证了丝束不散乱、易聚拢,使连续生产有保障。

具体实施方式
参见图1,在滤棒成型机的开松辊后方上加装一套烟草薄片卷材1的主动放卷装置,其线速度与主机的成棒线速度相匹配;在靠近烟枪一对开松辊位置换装沿着圆周带间断辊纹的切丝辊,两辊轮压合时,为烟草薄片切丝,同时将切丝的烟草薄片送向前;导丝喇叭嘴14换装成入口直径80~120mm的锥形收拢喇叭嘴。本发明机构的主动放卷装置是在烟草薄片卷材1的转轴2上配置伺服电机,卷材盘纸边缘设置超声波检测器3,滤棒成型机的电控柜中的单片机(图中未画)的接口分别连接着伺服电机、超声波检测器3和滤棒成型机的烟棒检测器,通过单片机调整伺服电机角速度,使盘纸的外缘线速度与成型烟棒的实时线速度匹配;所述的切丝辊的间断辊纹4布置在上辊5表面,间断辊纹4与切丝辊的轴向夹角为90~45°,90°时烟草薄片丝束与运行方向平行,而小于90°时烟草薄片丝束斜向排列,下辊6为浅槽或平滑辊,可保证被完全切透。切丝辊的上辊5布局的间断辊纹4沿着轴向大部分是布满的,但靠轴的端部为平滑段7,可保证该部位不被切割,薄片的边缘不出现散乱和断丝;上辊5带有独立驱动装置,上辊5有一端内边缘带有齿轮8,作为主动轮,下辊6的转轴带有液压缸体10,作为调整垂直位置的升降机构,下辊的6内边缘带有与上辊匹配的齿轮9,当下辊6的升起时,齿轮9便与上辊5的齿轮8啮合,被带动一起转动。薄片卷材1的卷材盘纸 下方设置有卷纸自然下垂的缓冲区域11,在缓冲区域11设置有光电传感器12,光电传感器12连接到电控柜中单片机的接口,反馈到单片机的伺服电机控制系统中,构成闭环控制,修正伺服电机放卷运行中的累计误差。导丝喇叭嘴14上设置有压缩空气入口13,当机器工作运行时,可以在引导导丝的同时吹走脱落的烟灰。本设备的烟草薄片卷材1的转轴2采用气胀轴,薄片卷材就位后,气胀锁紧,可防止松动。

  1. 一种基于烟草滤棒成型设备的卷纸切丝聚拢成棒机构,其特征在于:在滤棒成型机的开松辊后方上加装一套烟草薄片卷材的主动放卷装置,其线速度与主机的成棒线速度相匹配;在靠近烟枪一对开松辊位置换装沿着圆周带间断辊纹的切丝辊;导丝喇叭嘴换装成入口直径80~120mm的锥形收拢喇叭嘴。
