本公开提供了一种用于机动车辆的图案投射灯,包括:光学模块,配置成提供带有图案的投射光束;支架,所述支架包括基座以及与基座以可旋转的方式连接的旋转臂,其中,所述光学模块设置于所述旋转臂中,所述旋转臂设置有供所述投射光束射出的出光口。通过使基座与旋转臂以可旋转的方式连接,旋转臂可占据不同的工作位置,从而可将带有图案的投射光束向不同的地点投射,例如,投射到地面上,或者投射到机动车辆的车身上。
在一实施例中,所述旋转臂还包括旋转轴,所述基座还包括用于支撑所述旋转轴的支撑件,使得所述旋转轴可在所述支撑件处旋转。优选地,所述支架还包括电机,所述电机布置成用于驱动所述旋转轴带动所述旋转臂旋转。
在一实施例中,所述旋转臂还可容纳在基座中,由此结构更为紧凑,可节省结构 空间。
在一实施例中,所述光学模块包括:光源,布置成发出光束;印刷电路板,所述光源设置在所述印刷电路板上;第一透镜,所述第一透镜布置成对由所述光源发出的光束进行准直;以及图案化装置,所述图案化装置布置成在经过准直的光束的横截面上形成图案,以生成所述带有图案的投射光束。
在一实施例中,所述图案化装置为光强调制膜片,所述光强调制膜片具有第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分和第二部分对光束的透射率不同,以在经过所述光强调制膜片的光束的横截面中形成图案。
在一实施例中,所述图案化装置设置于所述旋转臂的出光口处。
在一实施例中,所述光学模块还包括:第二透镜,所述第二透镜布置成对于经过所述图案化装置之后的光束进行会聚。
在一实施例中,所述光学模块还包括:第三透镜,所述第三透镜布置成对于经过所述第二透镜之后的光束进行准直。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种机动车辆,包括如上述的图案投射灯。
如本公开的上述至少一个实施例中所述的图案投射灯,能够根据需要以合适的角度投射出带有预定的图案的光束,以在机动车辆的车身或机动车辆的周边区域显示附加信息或提供附加的照明。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本公开的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。在说明书中,相同的附图标号表示相同或相似的部件。下述参照附图对本公开实施方式的说明旨在对本公开的总体构思进行解释,而不应当理解为对本公开的一种限制。
另外,在下面的详细描述中,为便于解释,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本披露实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或更多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。
图1和图2示出了根据本公开的实施例的用于机动车辆的图案投射灯100的示意图。该图案投射灯100具有支架20。该支架20主要包括了基座21和旋转臂22。基座21例如可以与机动车辆相连接。在图1和图2的示例中,基座21上设置有连接柄23,连接柄23上还设置有连接孔24。作为示例,基座21可以通过连接柄23(例如借助于从连接孔24穿过的螺钉连接)安装在机动车辆上的任一合适的部位上(例如车门、后视镜、底盘等等)。然而,本公开的实施例不限于此,本领域各种已知的其他机械连接方式均可以用于将基座21连接在机动车辆上。旋转臂22中设置有光学模块10(在图1和2中由于遮挡关系未示出,可参见图5至图8),该光学模块10能够提供带有图案的投射光束。旋转臂22设置有出光口25,由光学模块10所提供的带有图案的投射光束能够从出光口25射出。
旋转臂22至少具有两个旋转位置。如图1所示,旋转臂22处于回收状态,出光口25被基座21遮挡。在此,基座21中可以设置有容纳槽26,用于容纳所述旋转臂22,以使得结构更为紧凑而节省空间。如图2所示,当旋转臂22处于该工作位置处时,出光口25避开了基座21。此时,旋转臂22处于展开状态。由于出光口25不再受到基座21的遮挡,因而,投射光束可以从出光口25向所述图案投射灯100的外部投射。作为示例,从出光口25射出的投射光束可以被投射到如机动车辆的车身或地面等任何期望显示图案的区域。
借助于根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯100,可以在期望的区域显示预定的图案。该图案可以例如包括机动车辆品牌的徽标、机动车辆或车辆部件的制造商的徽标、文字提示信息或其他任何图形、符号等等。该图案投射灯100也可以用于机动车辆的辅助照明。作为示例,根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯100可以安装在车门上,当车门打开时,该图案投射灯100可以将预定的图案(例如车标、提醒乘客关好车门的信息或者欢迎乘客的信息等等)投射到地面上,这对于提高乘客的乘车体验是有帮助 的。而且,该图案投射灯100本身也可以起到一定的照明作用,这对于乘客的上下车也是有帮助的,尤其是在比较昏暗的环境下。本领域技术人员应当理解,本公开的实施例不限于此,例如,该图案投射灯100也可以安装在机动车辆的其他任何部位上。
由于具有旋转臂22的设计,根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯100可以自由地选择投射角度,以适应于使用者的不同的投射要求。
在根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯中,旋转臂22的旋转位置可有多个。如图5所示,作为示例,所述旋转臂22还可以具有另一工作位置。当旋转臂22旋转至所示工作位置时,出光口25也不被基座21所遮挡。而且,出光口25的投射区域不同于图2的投射区域。例如,一投射区域设置在地面上,而另一投射区域设置在机动车辆的车身上。借助于此,该图案投射灯100可以在不同的区域分别投射图案。旋转臂22的不同的旋转位置可以由旋转臂22的不同的旋转角度来实现,例如,旋转臂22可旋转0度、90度、45度的旋转角度。
作为示例,如图4至图6所示,旋转臂22还可以设置有旋转轴27,相应地,基座21上还可以设置支撑件28。支撑件28支撑旋转轴27,使得旋转轴27可在支撑件28处旋转,例如支撑件28上可以设置有支撑孔,以对穿入该支撑孔中的旋转轴27进行支撑。为了更好地驱动和控制旋转臂22的旋转,作为示例,如图3所示,支架20还可以包括电机29,所述电机29布置成用于驱动所述旋转轴27以带动所述旋转臂22旋转。例如,为了提高传动效率,在旋转轴27和电机29之间还可以设置传动齿轮组30。
下面将结合图5至图8对于根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯100中的光学模块10进行介绍。
如图7所示,光学模块10可以包括光源11、印刷电路板12、第一透镜13、图案化装置14和第二透镜15。光源11例如可以是发光二极管等本领域的已知光源,能够发出光束40。印刷电路板12用于承载光源11。印刷电路板12例如还可以设置用于驱动光源11的必要电路。第一透镜13布置成对由光源11发出的光束40进行准直,从而提高光学效率。图案化装置14能够在经过准直的光束40的横截面上形成图案,以生成所述带有图案的投射光束。图案化装置14对于光束40的图案化例如可以通过光强调制来实现。第二透镜15布置成对于经过所述图案化装置14之后的光束40进行会聚。在光路中,图案化装置14可以布置在第一透镜13和第二透镜14之间。需要说明的是,第二透镜15是可选的部件。在不设置第二透镜15的情况下,仍然可以生成带 有图案的投射光束。而第二透镜15可以用来改变投射光束的投射面积。虽然第二透镜15是对光束40进行会聚,但是由于光学性质,经过会聚的光束40在经过会聚点之后会变成发散光束。因此,当图案被投射到离第二透镜15比较远(例如数倍或数十倍于第二透镜15的焦距)的位置时,第二透镜15可以显著地增大图案的投射面积。作为示例,为了节省空间,可以在光路插入反射镜或棱镜等元件而使光路折叠。
图8示出了光学模块10的另一示例,该示例与图7中所示的示例的区别在于,还设置有第三透镜16。该第三透镜16可以布置成对于经过所述第二透镜15之后的光束进行准直。第三透镜16可以用于使从光学模块10出射的光束具有更好的方向性。
图9示意性地示出了根据本公开的一实施例的图案投射灯中的图案化装置14的示例。在该示例中,图案化装置14为光强调制膜片。该光强调制膜片具有第一部分141和第二部分142。该第一部分141和第二部分142对光束的透射率不同,从而能够在经过光强调制膜片的光束的横截面中形成图案。在图9中,第一部分141示出为两个圆环部分,第二部分142为除这两个圆环之外的其他部分。然而,本公开的实施例不限于此,第一部分141和第二部分142可以根据所投射的图案的需要而设计成任意形状。而且,本公开的实施例中图案化装置14的透射率不同的部分的数量也不限于两个,可以根据所投射的图案的需要而设置更多的透射率不同的部分来形成更为丰富的图案。本公开的实施例中图案化装置14也不限于光强调制膜片,本领域已知的其他形式的图案化装置也可以应用于本公开的实施例中。
在一示例中,为了使结构更为紧凑,图案化装置14可以设置于旋转臂22的出光口25处。在本公开的实施例中的图案投射灯100中,旋转臂22的出光口25可以设置成机械开口,也可以由位于该位置处的透光部分来实现。也就是说,旋转臂22的出光口25并不意味着在该位置处旋转臂22在物理上必然具有开口,而仅意味着光束能够从该位置出射,例如可以将旋转臂22的该部位设置成透光的即可。在旋转臂22的出光口25由透光部分形成的情况下,作为示例,图案化装置14可以设置在该透光部分的内壁上,甚至可以通过在旋转臂22在出光口25处的透光部分上绘制相应的图案来将该透光部分直接用作图案化装置14。然而,本公开不限于此,例如,图案化装置14可以设置在光路中位于第一透镜13至出光口25之间的任意位置上。作为示例,根据本公开的实施例的图案投射灯100的出光口25可以设置在距离投射区域(如地面)1m至1.5m的位置处。
作为示例,旋转臂22和基座21均可以由诸如玻璃、塑料、树脂等材料一体构成。 图案化装置14例如可以由聚对苯二酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)等材料构成。作为示例,第一透镜13、第二透镜15和第三透镜16可以由诸如聚碳酸酯(PC)或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)等材料构成。
本公开还提供了一种包括如上所述的图案投射灯100的机动车辆。
虽然结合附图对本公开进行了说明,但是附图中公开的实施例旨在对本公开优选实施方式进行示例性说明,而不能理解为对本公开的一种限制。附图中的尺寸比例仅仅是示意性的,并不能理解为对本公开的限制。
虽然本公开总体构思的一些实施例已被显示和说明,本领域普通技术人员将理解,在不背离本总体公开构思的原则和精神的情况下,可对这些实施例做出改变,本公开的范围以权利要求和它们的等同物限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于机动车辆的图案投射灯(100),包括:
    光学模块(10),配置成提供带有图案的投射光束;
    支架(20),所述支架(20)包括基座(21)以及与基座(21)以可旋转的方式连接的旋转臂(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述光学模块(10)设置于所述旋转臂(22)中,所述旋转臂(22)设置有供所述投射光束射出的出光口(25)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述旋转臂(22)还包括旋转轴(27),所述基座(21)还包括用于支撑所述旋转轴(27)的支撑件(28),使得所述旋转轴(27)能够在所述支撑件(28)处旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述支架(20)还包括电机(29),所述电机(29)布置成用于驱动所述旋转轴(27)带动所述旋转臂(22)旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述旋转臂(22)能容纳在所述基座(21)中。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述光学模块(10)包括:
    光源(11),布置成发出光束(40);
    印刷电路板(12),所述光源(11)设置在所述印刷电路板(12)上;
    第一透镜(13),所述第一透镜(13)布置成对由所述光源(11)发出的光束(40)进行准直;以及
    图案化装置(14),所述图案化装置(14)布置成在经过准直的光束的横截面上形成图案,以生成所述带有图案的投射光束。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述图案化装置(14)为光强调制膜片,所述光强调制膜片具有第一部分(141)和第二部分(142),所述第一部分(141)和第二部分(142)对光束的透射率不同,以在经过所述光强调制膜片的光束的横截面中形成图案。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述图案化装置(14)设置于所述旋转臂(22)的出光口(25)处。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述光学模块(10)还包括:
    第二透镜(15),所述第二透镜(15)布置成对于经过所述图案化装置(14)之后的光束(40)进行会聚。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的图案投射灯(100),其中,所述光学模块(10)还包括:
    第三透镜(16),所述第三透镜(16)布置成对于经过所述第二透镜(15)之后的光束进行准直。
  11. 一种机动车辆,包括根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的图案投射灯(100)。
