Claims (9)
- 소 임신-연관 글리코단백질1 (bovine Pregnancy-associated glycoprotein 1, bPAG1) 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 항체는 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 에피토프(epitope) 폴리펩티드에 특이적으로 결합하는 것인 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 항체의 중쇄는 면역글로불린 M(IgM)인 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편은 수탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00416인 하이브리도마 세포에 의해 생산되는 것인 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편.
- bPAG1 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편을 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포(수탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00416).
- bPAG1 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편을 포함하는 소의 임신 진단을 위한 조성물.
- 청구항 6의 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편을 포함하는 소의 임신을 진단하기 위한 키트.
- 청구항 1의 항체 또는 이의 항원-결합 단편을 검체 시료에 접촉시키는 단계; 및 상기 항체 또는 항원-결합 단편에 결합된 bPAG1 단백질을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 소의 임신을 진단하는 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 검출하는 방법은 효소면역분석법(ELISA), 웨스턴 블로팅(Western Blotting), 면역형광(Immunofluorescence), 면역조직화학염색(Immunohistochemistry staining), 유세포분석법(Flow cytometry), 면역세포화학법, 방사능면역분석법(RIA), 면역침전분석법(Immunoprecipitation Assay), 면역확산분석법 (Immunodiffusion assay), 보체 고정 분석법(Complement Fixation Assay) 및 단백질 칩(Protein Chip)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나를 수행하는 것을 포함하는 것인 소의 임신을 진단하는 방법.
