Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示器领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置及其显示基板。
【背景技术】
当今,柔性显示设备以其具有可弯折、耐冲击、便于穿戴等特点,已成为显示行业研究热点,柔性显示面板的出现能够实现手机等终端的多样化设计。然而,柔性显示面板在制作过程中仍存在一些问题影响产品的良率。其中一个环节,即从大板用激光切割为单个基板时,在基板边缘会产生许多裂纹。因此,在对柔性面板进行弯曲或折叠时,由于外力的作用,裂纹会向基板内部延伸,会延伸至电路区甚至主动区,使面板无法正常发光,降低生产良率。
为防止裂纹向显示基板的内部延伸,在现有技术中一般会将切割道旁的脆性较大的无机物挖掉。而由于封装的需要,不可将无机物全部挖掉。因此会在距切割道安全距离处进行挖去脆性大的无机填入脆性小的有机设计,形成一个无机空槽,防止裂纹延伸。
但是,在实际制作过程中,会存在无机空槽中无机物的蚀刻不干净的情况,因此会降低其防裂纹的作用,产品良率依然不高。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显示装置及其显示基板,能够有效的实现防裂纹,提高产品良率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种显示基板,显示基板包括位于显示基板内部的显示区以及位于显示区与显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中屏障层在从显示区到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排第一孔段包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的第一孔段在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠;屏障层用于防止在基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至显示区,其中在同一排的两个相邻的第一孔段之间向显示区延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段所阻挡;屏障物为无机材料,第一孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种显示基板,该显示基板包括位于显示基板内部的显示区以及位于显示区与显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中屏障层在从显示区到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排第一孔段包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的第一孔段在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的再一个技术方案是:提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示基板,显示基板包括位于显示基板内部的显示区以及位于显示区与显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中屏障层在从显示区到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排第一孔段包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的第一孔段在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本实施方式在显示基板的屏障层中设置有至少两排孔段,并且相邻排的孔段在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠,因此即便当前孔段的两端蚀刻不干净,相邻孔段也可进行补位,能够有效的防止裂纹的延伸,提高产品良率。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,图1是本发明的第一实施方式的显示基板的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示基板10包括显示区11以及屏障层12。
显示区11位于显示基板10内部,屏障层12位于显示区11与显示基板10的基板边缘之间。其中,屏障层12在从显示区11到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有两排第一孔段13。每排第一孔段13包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段13。并且,相邻排的第一孔段13在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
在本实施方式中,第一孔段13为直线型设置。而此仅为一个示例,在其他的实施方式中,第一孔段13的形状并不做限定,可以根据需要蚀刻为任意形状,只需要满足相邻排的第一孔段13在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠即可。另外,第一孔段13的排数也非定数,只要是两排或者两排以上即可。另外,屏障层12的第一孔段13为蚀刻掉无机物形成的,因此在第一孔段13中,还可以填充有机材料,以满足制作时的需要。
通过上述方式,即便当前孔段的两端蚀刻不干净,相邻孔段也可进行补位,能够有效的防止裂纹的延伸,提高产品良率。
如图2所示,图2是本发明的第二实施方式的显示基板的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示基板20包括显示区21以及屏障层22。
显示区21位于显示基板20内部,屏障层22位于显示区21与显示基板20的基板边缘之间。其中,屏障层22在从显示区21到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有两排第一孔段23。每排第一孔段23包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段23。并且,相邻排的第一孔段23在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
在本实施方式中,第一孔段23为曲线型设置,具体为呈弧形设置。并且,相邻排的第一孔段23的弧顶朝向互为反向。屏障层22用于防止在基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至显示区21,其中在同一排的两个相邻的第一孔段23之间向显示区21延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段23所阻挡。屏障物为无机材料,第一孔段23中进一步填充有机材料。
如图3所示,图3是本发明的第三实施方式的显示基板的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示基板30包括显示区31以及屏障层32。
显示区31位于显示基板30内部,屏障层32位于显示区31与显示基板30的基板边缘之间。其中,屏障层32在从显示区31到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有三排第一孔段33。每排第一孔段33包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段33。并且,相邻排的第一孔段33在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
在本实施方式中,第一孔段33为直线型设置。但可以联想到,将第二实施方式中也将第一孔段33设置为三排,或者将本实施方式或其他实施方式中再加入一排或几排第一孔段33。只要屏障层32能够容纳,第一孔段33的排数越多,则放裂纹的效果越好。
同样的,屏障层32用于防止在基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至显示区31,其中在同一排的两个相邻的第一孔段33之间向显示区31延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段33所阻挡。屏障物为无机材料,第一孔段33中进一步填充有机材料。
如图4所示,图4是本发明的第四实施方式的显示基板的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示基板40包括显示区41以及屏障层42。
显示区41位于显示基板40内部,屏障层42位于显示区41与显示基板40的基板边缘之间。其中,屏障层42在从显示区41到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有两排第一孔段43。每排第一孔段43包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段43。并且,相邻排的第一孔段43在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
在本实施方式中,屏障层42进一步设置有分别与第一孔段43的两端连通且与第一孔段43彼此交叉设置的第二孔段44。第一孔段43和第二孔段44分别呈直线型设置,且第一孔段43的长度方向与第二孔段44的长度方向彼此垂直设置。另外,第二孔段44的长度尺寸大于第一孔段43的宽度尺寸。
屏障层42用于防止在基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至显示区41,其中在同一排的两个相邻的第一孔段43之间向显示区41延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段43以及第二孔段44所阻挡。
其中,屏障物为无机材料,第一孔段43和第二孔段44中进一步填充有机材料。
另外,虽然本实施方式中,第一孔段43只设置了两排,但在其他实施方式中完全可以设置多排第一孔段43,每个第一孔段43的两端均可联通第二孔段44,能够起到更好的防裂纹效果。
如图5所示,图5是本发明的第五实施方式的显示基板的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示基板50包括显示区51以及屏障层52。
显示区51位于显示基板50内部,屏障层52位于显示区51与显示基板50的基板边缘之间。其中,屏障层52在从显示区51到基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有两排第一孔段53。每排第一孔段53包括在基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段53。并且,相邻排的第一孔段53在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
在本实施方式中,第一孔段53为曲线型设置,具体为呈弧形设置。并且,相邻排的第一孔段53的弧顶朝向互为反向。屏障层52进一步设置有分别与第一孔段53的两端连通且与第一孔段53彼此交叉设置的第二孔段54。第二孔段54分别呈直线型设置。其中,第二孔段54的长度方向沿第一孔段53的径向设置,且第二孔段54的长度尺寸大于第一孔段53的径向尺寸。

另外,虽然本实施方式中,第一孔段53只设置了两排,但在其他实施方式中完全可以设置多排第一孔段53,每个第一孔段53的两端均可联通第二孔段54,能够起到更好的防裂纹效果。
在上述实施例中,显示基板未进行切割之前,还可在切割线边缘处设置另一层第一孔段,以进行双重保险。并且,同一个显示基板中,第一孔段的形状也并非一定要相同,可以存在两个或两个以上的形状。并且,也可以一部分设置有第一孔段,一部分设置有第一孔段和第二孔段。另外,也并非四边处均设置有第一孔段,可以根据具体的弯折方向或者产生裂纹的边缘,来确定在什么位置处设置第一孔段。
如图6所见,图6是本发明的另一实施方式的显示装置的结构示意图。在本实施方式中,显示装置60包括显示基板61。
其中,显示基板61可以是上述各实施方式及其分支的显示基板。
另外,需要注意的是,在上述实施方式中,第一孔段以及第二孔段的数量与大小并不做限定,可以根据具体的需要进行调整,附图仅为示意,并非限定数量的多少以及大小比例等。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本实施方式在显示基板的屏障层中设置有至少两排孔段,并且相邻排的孔段在基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠,因此即便当前孔段的两端蚀刻不干净,相邻孔段也可进行补位,能够有效的防止裂纹的延伸,提高产品良率。

Claims (20)
- 一种显示基板,其中,所述显示基板包括位于所述显示基板内部的显示区以及位于所述显示区与所述显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中所述屏障层在从所述显示区到所述基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排所述第一孔段包括在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的所述第一孔段在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠;所述屏障层用于防止在所述基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至所述显示区,其中在同一排的两个相邻的所述第一孔段之间向所述显示区延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段所阻挡;所述屏障物为无机材料,所述第一孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段呈直线型设置或呈曲线型设置,所述第一孔段呈弧形设置,且相邻排的所述第一孔段的弧顶朝向互为反向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障层进一步设置有分别与所述第一孔段的两端连通且与所述第一孔段彼此交叉设置的第二孔段。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段和所述第二孔段分别呈直线型设置,且所述第一孔段的长度方向与所述第二孔段的长度方向彼此垂直设置,且所述第二孔段的长度尺寸大于所述第一孔段的宽度尺寸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段呈弧形设置,所述第二孔段分别呈直线型设置,其中所述第二孔段的长度方向沿所述第一孔段的径向设置,且所述第二孔段的长度尺寸大于所述第一孔段的径向尺寸。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障物为无机材料,所述第一孔段和所述第二孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
- 一种显示基板,其中,所述显示基板包括位于所述显示基板内部的显示区以及位于所述显示区与所述显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中所述屏障层在从所述显示区到所述基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排所述第一孔段包括在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的所述第一孔段在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障层用于防止在所述基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至所述显示区,其中在同一排的两个相邻的所述第一孔段之间向所述显示区延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段所阻挡。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障物为无机材料,所述第一孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段呈直线型设置或呈曲线型设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段呈弧形设置,且相邻排的所述第一孔段的弧顶朝向互为反向。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障层进一步设置有分别与所述第一孔段的两端连通且与所述第一孔段彼此交叉设置的第二孔段。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段和所述第二孔段分别呈直线型设置,且所述第一孔段的长度方向与所述第二孔段的长度方向彼此垂直设置,且所述第二孔段的长度尺寸大于所述第一孔段的宽度尺寸。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示基板,其中,所述第一孔段呈弧形设置,所述第二孔段分别呈直线型设置,其中所述第二孔段的长度方向沿所述第一孔段的径向设置,且所述第二孔段的长度尺寸大于所述第一孔段的径向尺寸。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示基板,其中,所述屏障物为无机材料,所述第一孔段和所述第二孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
- 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括显示基板,所述显示基板包括位于所述显示基板内部的显示区以及位于所述显示区与所述显示基板的基板边缘之间的屏障层,其中所述屏障层在从所述显示区到所述基板边缘的方向上间隔设置有至少两排第一孔段,每排所述第一孔段包括在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上间隔设置的至少两个第一孔段,其中相邻排的所述第一孔段在所述基板边缘的延伸方向上的投影彼此重叠。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述屏障层用于防止在所述基板边缘形成的裂纹延伸至所述显示区,其中在同一排的两个相邻的所述第一孔段之间向所述显示区延伸的裂纹由相邻排的第一孔段所阻挡。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述屏障物为无机材料,所述第一孔段中进一步填充有机材料。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一孔段呈直线型设置或呈曲线型设置,所述第一孔段呈弧形设置,且相邻排的所述第一孔段的弧顶朝向互为反向。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述屏障层进一步设置有分别与所述第一孔段的两端连通且与所述第一孔段彼此交叉设置的第二孔段。
